자동차 보안시스템에서 장치간 상호인증 및 정형검증 (Inter-device Mutual Authentication and Formal Verification in Vehicular Security System)

  • 자동차산업의 발전과 함께 M2M(Machine-to-Machine)통신이 자동차 산업분야에서 많은 관심이 되고 있다. M2M은 기상, 환경, 물류, 국방, 농.축산 등에서 사용하기 시작하여 장비들이 자동으로 상황에 맞추어 통신을 하고 상황에 맞는 동작을 함으로써 운영해가는 시스템이다. 자동차에서도 차량내부 장치 간, 차대 차, 차와 교통시설물, 차와 주변의 환경 등에 적용되고 있다. 그러나 통신시스템의 특성상 전송구간에서 공격자의 공격에 대한 문제가 있으며 자동차의 운행, 제어계통 및 엔진제어 등에 공격자의 공격이 진행되면 안전에 심각한 문제가 발생하게 된다. 따라서 디바이스 간 보안통신에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량의 디바이스간 안전한 통신을 위해 해시함수 및 수학적 복잡한 공식을 이용하여 프로토콜을 설계하였으며 프로토콜 정형검증 도구인 Casper/FDR을 이용하여 실험하였으며 제안한 프로토콜이 각종 공격에 안전하게 동작되며 실제 적용할 때 효과적임을 확인하였다.

거버너샤프트 교차구멍 내경의 전해디버링 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the characteristics of electrochemical deburring in the governor shaft cross hole)

  • Recently burr technology is rising in the fields of the precision manufacturing and the high quality machining, deburring has treated as a difficult problem on going to the high efficiency, automation in the FMS. Removal of burr with various shapes, dimensions and properties couldn't be standardized and has depended on manual treatment. Especially, deburring for cross hole inside owing to passing through out perpendicular to a main hole is more difficult, the electrochemical method is proper as its solution at practical aspects. Burr elimination in the cross hole drilling of governor shaft used in the automobile engine so far has been worked by a manual post-processing by a skillful worker, which becomes a factor of productivity-down and cost-up so that improvement of machining process is needed. Therefore, for the high efficiency and automation of internal deburring in the cross hole, development of electrochemical deburring technology is needed. So, the new process in the burr treatment is supposed. In this study, characteristics of electrochemical deburring through experiments were identified and factors such as electrolytic gap and electorlytic fluid contributed to removal burr height were analyzed. Also, deburring efficiency and electrolytic performance for cross hole were examined according to electrolytic current and electrochemical deburring condition corresponding to acquired edge quality was found out.

자동차 배기열 재순환장치의 열교환 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Heat Exchanging Characteristics of Automobile Exhaust Heat Recirculation Device)

  • 최근에 연비향상을 위해 다양한 기술들이 개발 중에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 배기열 재순환장치의 열교환 성능을 평가한 후 최적 성능의 모델을 제안하는데 있다. 이 장치는 버려지는 배기열을 이용하여 가능한 한 빠르게 엔진 냉각수를 웜업 시키도록 설계하였다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 CFD를 이용하여 냉각수의 흐름 방향과 냉각수의 유입 유출 위치에 따른 열유동 특성을 분석하고, 열교환 효율을 상승시키기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 그 결과 냉각수 유량이 적고, 배기가스와 냉각수의 유로를 각각 구성하여 배기가스의 열이 직접적으로 냉각수에 영향을 미치는 구조가 가장 열교환 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 폐자동차 파쇄를 통한 주요구성물질의 분리 및 분석평가를 위한 현장실험을 수행하였다. 모재인 폐자동차 차피로는 국내 자동차 업체에서 제작한 Sonata II, Sephia 및 Prince의 3종을 선택하여 엔진부분과 타이어 및 문짝 등을 미리 제거하고 압축된 상태로 제공받았다. 현장설비의 주요 공정은 pre- 및 main-shredder, 분급기, 자선기, 와류선별기 및 수작업 분리로 구성되어 있었다. shredder 산물의 현장 분리실험결과 철 스크랩이 전체의 60.1%를 차지하여 가장 비중이 높았으며, 알루미늄, 구리 및 아연 등의 비철금속류는 약 2% 정도인 것으로 나타났다. Light fluff는 fluff 전체 중량의 90% 정도를 차지하는 것으로 관찰되었으며, 5cm undersize 가 70.5%로써 대부분이었고 나머지는 플라스틱, 섬유 및 스폰지 등으로 구성되어 있었다 heavy fluff의 경우에는 고무와 플라스틱이 주구성물질인 것으로 나타났으며, 발열량의 경우 플라스틱이 10,000 cal/gr을 상회하여 가장 높았고 가죽과 고무류가 각각 10.3 및 2.55 wt%의 비교적 높은 CI함량을 보였다.

Solid SCR용 암모니아 저장물질인 Calcium Ammine Chloride의 합성방법 및 물질분석 연구 (A Study on Synthetic Method and Material Analysis of Calcium Ammine Chloride as Ammonia Transport Materials for Solid SCR)

  • Solid materials of ammonia sources with SCR have been considered for the application of lean NOx reduction in automobile industry, to overcome complex problems of liquid urea based SCR. These solid materials produce ammonia gas directly with proper heating and can be packaged by compact size, because of high volumetric ammonia density. Among ammonium salts and metal ammine chlorides, calcium ammine chloride was focused on this paper due to low decomposition temperature. In order to make calcium ammine chloride in lab-scale, simple reactor and glove box was designed and built with ammonium gas tank, regulator, and sensors. Basic test conditions of charging ammonia gas to anhydrous calcium chloride are chosen from equilibrium vapor pressure by Van't Hoff plot based on thermodynamic properties of materials. Synthetic method of calcium ammine chloride were studied for different durations, temperatures, and pressures with proper ammonia gas charged, as a respect of ammonia gas adsorption rate(%) from simple weight calculations which were confirmed by IC. Also, lab-made calcium ammine chloride were analyzed by TGA and DSC to clarify decomposition step in the equations of chemical reaction. To understand material characteristics for lab-made calcium ammine chloride, DA, XRD and FT-IR analysis were performed with published data of literature. From analytical results, water content in lab-made calcium ammine chloride can be discovered and new test procedures of water removal were proposed.

  • Recently, due to various environmental problems such as global warming, increases of international oil prices, exhaustion of resource, a paradigm of world automobile market is rapidly changing from conventional vehicles using internal combustion engine to eco-friendly vehicles using electric power such as EV, HEV, PHEV and FCEV. Generally, in order to measure fuel consumption and pollutant emissions of cars, chassis dynamometer tests are performed on various driving cycles before actual driving test. There are many driving cycles for performance evaluation of conventional vehicles. However, there is a lack of researches on driving cycle for EV. In this study, the urban driving cycle for performance evaluation of electric vehicles was developed. This study is composed of two parts. In the part 1, the urban driving cycle 'GUDC-EV(Gwacheon-city Urban Driving Cycle for Electric Vehicles)' was developed by using driving data, which were obtained through actual driving experiment, and statistic analysis with chronological table. In this paper part 2, in order to verify the developed driving cycle GUDC-EV, virtual EV platforms were configured and simulations were performed with actual driving data using In addition, simulation results were compared with existing driving cycles such as FTP-72, NEDC and Japan 10-15.

차량 NVH개선 설계를 위한 샤시 구동계의 Driveline Test Bench 구성 및 CAE 해석 (Modeling and CAE Simulation of Chassis Driveline Test Bench for Vehicle NVH Improvement)

  • The authors have investigated the NVH problems of drive system in full vehicle test. However it is difficult to define the NVH problems of driveline system. Since it is hard to measure the rotating part and it is vague that only the drive system induces the NVH problem. Vibration in a driveline is presented in this paper. In the experiment, the rear sub-frame and propeller shafts and axle were composed and mounted with rubber each other. For applying the vibration input instead of the torsional vibration effect of an engine, the shaker was taken. In particular, torsional vibration due to fluctuating forced vibration excitation across the joint between driveline and rear sub-frame was carefully examined. Accordingly, the joint response was checked from experiments and the FE-simulation using FRF (frequency response function) analysis was performed. All test results were signal processed and validated against numerical simulations. In present study, the new test bench for measuring the vibration signal and simulating the vehicle chassis system was proposed. The modal value and the mode shape of components were analyzed using the CAE model to identify the important components affecting driveline noise and vibration. It could be reached that the simplified test bench could be well established and be used for design guide and development of the vehicle chassis components.

  • The Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle(FCEV) is recently evolving into a new trend in the automobile industry due to its relatively higher efficiency and zero greenhouse gas(GHG) emission in the tailpipe, as compared to that of the conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. However, it is important to analyze the whole process of the hydrogen's life cycle(from extraction of feedstock to vehicle operation) in order to evaluate the environmental impact of introducing FCEV upon recognizing that the hydrogen fuel, which is used in the fuel cell stack, is not directly available from nature, but instead, it should be produced from naturally available resources. Among the various hydrogen production methods, ${\sim}54.1%^{8)}$ of marketed hydrogen in Korea is produced from naphtha cracking process in the petrochemical industry. Therefore, in this study, we performed a well-to-wheels(WTW) analysis on the hydrogen fuel cycle for the FCEV application by using the GREET program from the US Argonne National Laboratory with Korean specific data. As a result, the well-to-tank and well-to-wheel GHG emissions of the FCEV are calculated as 45,638-51,472 g $CO_2eq/GJ$ and 65.0-73.4 g $CO_2eq/km$, respectively

서울특별시에서의 공기 오염도 측정 (Measurements of the Degree of Atmospheric Pollution in Seoul, Korea.)

  • 서울특별시 을지로 입구 네거리에서 1964년 8월 1일과 1965년 3월 6일에 대기의 오염도를 측정하였다. 자동차 폐가스로 오염되리라 생각되는 유해 가스 중 Pb, $SO_2,\;NO2,$ CO 및 $CO_2$의 농도를 측정하였다. 동시에 교통량도 조사하였다. Pb의 농도의 범위는 $21{\sim}2{\mu}./m^3, SO_2는\;0.33{\sim}0.001ppm$., $NO_2는\;1.30{\sim}0.02ppm$., CO는 $40{\sim}<5ppm$., $CO_2$$0.040{\sim}0.034%$였다. 평균농도는 Pb $11.3{\mu}./m^3., SO_2 0.08ppm, NO_2 0.09ppm., $NO 0.37ppm., CO 16ppm 그리고 0.038%였다. 일반적으로 Pb, NO2, NO, CO, $CO_2$의 농도는 교통량과 정비례하였다. 또 겨울 철에는 연탄 폐가스로 인해 $NO_2,SO_2 NO, CO, CO_2$의 농도가 여름 철보다 많았다.

마그네타이트 자성유체를 이용한 기름밀봉 장치 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fabrication of Oil Seal Appartus by use of the Magnetite Magnetic Fluid)

  • 친수성-고점도 자성유체를 Nd-영구자석과 병용하여 기름밀봉 장치로의 개발을 목표로 실험 검토하였다. etylene glycol 액상중에 $Fe_{3}O_{4}$를 분산시킨 자성유체는 매질의 비등점이 다른 액상보다 높고 점성이 높아서 기름밀봉 성능을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 본 장치의 부품중 대부분 을 이루고 있는 철강재를 부식시키지 않았다. 본 자성유체중 $Fe_{3}O_{4}$ 농도가 증가할수록 점도 와 자성율이 증가하여 기름밀봉 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 본 장치는 대기압하에서 기름밀봉 성능이 매우 우수하였다.
