소프트웨어 테스트 모니터링 프레임워크 구축 방안 (Construction Method of Software Test Monitoring Framework)

  • 테스팅은 시스템의 요구사항을 바탕으로 테스트 케이스를 생성하여 소프트웨어에 내재되어 있는 결함을 발견하는 활동이다. 테스팅을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 충실한 테스트 계획, 잘 작성된 테스트 케이스 생성과 더불어 체계적인 테스트 모니터링 활동이 요구된다. 테스트 자동화 방법에 대한 대부분의 연구들은 테스트 케이스 생성에서 테스트 실행까지의 자동화 방법에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 달리 테스트 모니터링의 자동화 방안에 대하여 연구한다. 이를 위해 테스트 모니터링 자동화를 위해 해결해야 할 요소를 도출하고 이를 기반으로 테스트 모니터링 자동화 프레임워크의 구축 방안을 제시한다.

  • These studies were brought about to know how much the elctronic methods of raw silk testing is correct, effective and convenient in the testing process. These effectiveness and convenience for the testing process under the emergency of the automatic system in raw silk inspecting process, the convenience of inspection in crease in it's capability decreasing the necessary working members, but as certain defect, the corresponding time span needs more than the former case in kind. Judging from the above mentioned carefully, it is necessary or even immidiate for participants to deeply study and search in earnest as well, before adopting the so called International Method of Raw Silk Test and Classification which was proposed by S.S.C in 1990.

CMOS VLSI의 IDDQ 테스팅을 위한 ATPG 구현 (Implementation of ATPG for IdDQ testing in CMOS VLSI)

  • As the density of VLSI increases, the conventional logic testing is not sufficient to completely detect the new faults generated in design and fabrication processing. Recently, IDDQ testing becomes very attractive since it can overcome the limitations of logic testing. In this paper, G-ATPG (gyeongsang automatic test pattern genrator) is designed which is able to be adapted to IDDQ testing for combinational CMOS VLSI. In G-ATPG, stuck-at, transistor stuck-on, GOS (gate oxide short)or bridging faults which can occur within priitive gate or XOR is modelled to primitive fault patterns and the concept of a fault-sensitizing gate is used to simulate only gates that need to sensitize the faulty gate because IDDQ test does not require the process of fault propagation. Primitive fault patterns are graded to reduce CPU time for the gates in a circuit whenever a test pattern is generated. the simulation results in bench mark circuits show that CPU time and fault coverage are enhanced more than the conventional ATPG using IDDQ test.

Design and Implementation of the Automatic cable assembly test system that can test cable assembly effectively

  • In this paper, we propose the principles and design details of Automatic cable assembly test system and show its utility. Testing the cable assembly is required periodically or non-periodically in the system that the cable assembly performance is quite important like military equipment. There are several weaknesses when humans test the cable assembly manually. It not only takes much time but also could happen human error. To improve these disadvantages, I developed Automatic cable assembly test system. The system can be implemented by building switching control system that connect and disconnect the cable assembly and measuring devices. Through the result of the cable assembly test with this test system, we show this system makes test time short and improves of test reliability as compared with manual test.

  • The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design and testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic train Operation), ATC(Automatic train Control), and TWC(Train to wayside communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on the 7 line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems.

  • Since the nuclear power plants in Korea have been operated in 1979, the nondestructive testing (NDT) of pressure vessels and/or piping welds plays an important role for maintaining the safety and integrity of the plants. Ultrasonic method is superior to the other NDT method in the viewpoint of the detectability of small flaw and accuracy to determine the locations, sizes, orientations, and shapes. As the service time of the nuclear power plants is increased, the radiation level from the components is getting higher. In order to get more quantitative and reliable results and secure the inspector from the exposure to high radiation level, automation of the ultrasonic equipments has been one of the important research and development(R & D) subject. In this research, it was attempted to visualize the shape of flaws presented inside the specimen using a Modified C-Scan technique. In order to develope Modified C-Scan technique, an automatic ultrasonic scanner and a module to control the scanner were designed and fabricated. IBM-PC/XT was interfaced to the module to control the scanner. Analog signals from the SONIC MARK II were digitized by Analog-Digital Converter(ADC 0800) for Modified C-Scan display. A computer program has been developed and has capability of automatic data acquisition and processing from the digital data, which consist of maximum amplitudes in each gate range and locations. The data from Modified C-Scan results was compared with shape from artificial defects using the developed system. Focal length of focused transducer was measured. The automatic ultrasonic equipment developed through this study is essential for more accurate, reliable, and repeatable ultrasonic experiments. If the scanner are modified to meet to appropriate purposes, it can be applied to automation of ultrasonic examination of nuclear power plants and helpful to the research on ultrasonic characterization of the materials.

  • Detection of creep damages in centrifugally cast HK-40 reformer furnace catalyst tube is a common problem for the safety and scheduled operation of chemical plants. This study was focused on the development of an automatic ultrasonic scanning device with which the creep damage of welded zone of HK-40 reformer tubes is detected and evaluated.

  • 국내 제조업체의 기술발달로 인해 각 산업계의 모듈 및 시스템에 대한 차체 개발과 더불어 이전 외국업체에 의해 설계된 시스템들에 대한 국산화가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 신뢰성평가에 있어서도 예전부터 수행하고 있는 부품단위의 시험평가와 더불어 최근에는 모듈 류에 대한 시험평가요구가 증가하고 있으며 특히, 이들 개발 모듈류에 대한 신뢰성확보를 위해 가속수명시험(ALT)과 초기고장을 가려내기 위한 번인(Burn-In)시험이 많이 행해지고 있다. 이들 시험을 위해서는 장시간에 걸쳐 그 모듈류의 기능을 점검하고 모니터링 할 수 있는 측정자동화 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 이런 측정 자동화시스템 제작에 관련된 내용을 기술하고 실제 적용 사례를 제시하여 모듈류의 가속수명시 기능점검에 대해 논하였다.
