운동 보조 및 운동 정보 모니터링이 가능한 오토 트레이닝 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Auto Training System with Training Assistance and Training Information Monitoring)

  • In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for healthcare services that can periodically monitor health status and maintain health by increasing the weight training population. However, injuries in the absence of trainer are increasing with the increase in the number of members in the fitness training center. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can periodically monitor the user's exercise state and assist in systematic and safe exercise even when the trainer is absent. In this study, we developed an auto training system that can effectively manage the exerciser while supporting the strength movement. The auto training system consists of a cable mount module, a control module, and a training information monitoring module. In order to evaluate performance of the developed system, the assistant force tests are carried out. Experimental results showed that the assistant force works well when the exerciser is out of power.

  • PID제어기는 산업자동화 설비에 널리 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 시스템 특성이 변화하면, 정밀제어를 위한 매개변수 결정과 동조가 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 PLC를 사용한 전문가 자동동조 PID 제어기를 제안하였다. 전문가 자동동조 알고리즘은 Ziegler-Nichols의 계단응답법과 전문가 지식을 기초로 하였다. 제어의성능 실험은 가변부하시 유도모터 속도제어의 수행에 의하여 확인하였다.

  • Recently, electronic equipments become smaller, more functional, and more complex than before. As these trends, MLC(multi-layer ceramic) circuit has been emerged to a promising technology in semiconductor inspection industry. Especially, multi-layer ceramic which is consisted of many fine-pitch multi-hole is used to produce a semiconductor inspection unit. The hole is processed by UV laser. But, working conditions are changed all the time. Therefore real time measurement of fine-pitch multi-hole is very important method for ensuring performance. In this paper we found the best method for illuminating and auto focusing. And, we verified our equipment.

  • The biggest challenge facing today manufacturing industry is better quality and high productivity. From an economic point of view, productivity is the most important parameter, as high productivity will reduce the cost. However, the customers of today are not only cost concerned, but also quality conscious. So high accuracy levels should also be achieved in the manufacturing process. This paper reports the development of a automatic design system based on AutoCAD program. This work is composed of three section that are design of top down menu, guide frame and gate lifter for water-gate programed by AutoLISP language and runned Windows system. The developed system ultimately generates the design for a water gate through AutoCAD program. In the design of the water gate, it needs about 23 hours with an expert, but this system can be only 80 seconds without an expert.

세계 주요국의 자율주행차 정책 및 기업전략에 관한 통합적 연구 (Integrative research on industrial policy and corporate strategy of autonomous car)

  • This study conducted comparative study on autonomous car's industry policy and corporate strategy of US, China, Germany, Japan and Korea. By analyzing core technologies and industry paradigm shifts of autonomous car industry, I was able to figure out autonomous car has high potential to be dominant transportation in the future and it is important to construct core competency in technology area. The meaningful findings by analyzing various primary and secondary data are as followings: First, in case of US, Google was leading autonomous car industry by developing its own OS and Platform. US government has been actively supporting and interacting with private firms and Universities for stimulating industry/technology convergence and establishing standard. Second, in case of Germany, autonomous car development was leading by several auto makers such as Mercedes, BMW in Hardware and manufacturing area, and German government was focusing on deregulations for private company. Third, in case of Japan which quite similar with German situation, they were both independently developing technology and expanding alliances with MNCs. And Japanese government was supporting triple helix system construction between local companies and universities. Fourth, in case of China, autonomous car industry was leading by IT companies, and various cooperations between IT companies and automakers were established. Chinese government was regulating foreign companies and supporting domestic companies both in market and technologies Last, in Korean case, the active and extensive alliances were lacking in Korean companies while strategic and strong government supports were missing in public sector. For competing with other countries and players, more active collaboration between different countries and strong policy supports are needed in Korean auto industry.

  • 미국은 20세기 GATT와 WTO 설립에 크게 기여하며 자유무역국가로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 2017년 트럼프 행정부 출범과 함께 '미국 우선주의'(America-First) 정책 노선과 그 과정에서의 교역상대국에 대한 일방적인 통상압박으로 신(新)통상기류에 대한 우려를 확산시키고 있다. 하지만 미국은 역사적으로도 자국의 이해관계가 큰 산업 군에 대해서는 일방주의 통상정책을 활용해 왔는데, 대표적인 예가 일본 및 한국의 자동차 산업과 관련된 것이다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 산업을 중심으로 미국의 일방주의 통상정책 사례를 일별한 뒤 향후 미국의 또 다른 주력 산업인 IT, 지적재산, 서비스, 농축산물과 관련해 재연될 소지가 있는 본 정책 노선에 대해 지적하고 이에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 미국이 상기 일방주의 통상정책으로 기대했던 결과를 달성 했는지에 대한 검토와 평가도 함께 고찰한다.

우리나라 환경산업 노동수요 추정에 관한 연구 (A study on the job creation of environmental industry in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 환경산업에 의한 노동수요 창출에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 정부에서 발표하는 통계, 특히 환경부의 환경산업조사통계를 기초로 하여 오차항에 대한 다양한 가정을 통해 부분균형적인 단일 노동수요함수를 추정하여 보았다. 추정결과 환경산업의 환경부문 매출액 증가를 통한 노동수요 탄력도는 최소 0.193에서 최대 0.256에 해당하는 것으로 계산되어 각 산업별 환경기업들의 10억원의 매출증가를 통해 7.7에서 10.3명의 노동수요가 증가하는 것으로 계측되었다. 이는 특히 정부의 정책지원이 환경산업의 총매출액 1%에 해당하는 금액의 매출증가를 유도한다면 연간 $1,600{\sim}2,300$명의 직접 고용을 증대시키는 것으로 계측되었다. 그러나 안타깝게도 환경산업 노동력의 많은 부문이 단순노무직으로 구성되어 있어 향후 환경산업의 발전을 극대화하고 우리나라 경제성장의 중추 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 정부의 기술개발과 수요증대에 대한 지속적인 지원이 필요하다 하겠다. 결국 이러한 정책적인 지원이 우리나라의 지속가능발전의 가능성을 극대화할 것이다.

환경서비스업과 물류서비스업의 예측 및 인과성 검정 (Prediction and Causality Examination of the Environment Service Industry and Distribution Service Industry)

  • Purpose - The world now recognizes environmental disruption as a serious issue when regarding growth-oriented strategies; therefore, environmental preservation issues become pertinent. Consequently, green distribution is continuously emphasized. However, studying the prediction and association of distribution and the environment is insufficient. Most existing studies about green distribution are about its necessity, detailed operation methods, and political suggestions; it is necessary to study the distribution service industry and environmental service industry together, for green distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - ARIMA (auto-regressive moving average model) was used to predict the environmental service and distribution service industries, and the Granger Causality Test based on VAR (vector auto regressive) was used to analyze the causal relationship. This study used 48 quarters of time-series data, from the 4th quarter in 2001 to the 3rd quarter in 2013, about each business type's production index, and used an unchangeable index. The production index about the business type is classified into the current index and the unchangeable index. The unchangeable index divides the current index into deflators to remove fluctuation. Therefore, it is easy to analyze the actual production index. This study used the unchangeable index. Results - The production index of the distribution service industry and the production index of the environmental service industry consider the autocorrelation coefficient and partial autocorrelation coefficient; therefore, ARIMA(0,0,2)(0,1,1)4 and ARIMA(3,1,0)(0,1,1)4 were established as final prediction models, resulting in the gradual improvement in every production index of both types of business. Regarding the distribution service industry's production index, it is predicted that the 4th quarter in 2014 is 114.35, and the 4th quarter in 2015 is 123.48. Moreover, regarding the environmental service industry's production index, it is predicted that the 4th quarter in 2014 is 110.95, and the 4th quarter in 2015 is 111.67. In a causal relationship analysis, the environmental service industry impacts the distribution service industry, but the distribution service industry does not impact the environmental service industry. Conclusions - This study predicted the distribution service industry and environmental service industry with the ARIMA model, and examined the causal relationship between them through the Granger causality test based on the VAR Model. Prediction reveals the seasonality and gradual increase in the two industries. Moreover, the environmental service industry impacts the distribution service industry, but the distribution service industry does not impact the environmental service industry. This study contributed academically by offering base line data needed in the establishment of a future style of management and policy directions for the two industries through the prediction of the distribution service industry and the environmental service industry, and tested a causal relationship between them, which is insufficient in existing studies. The limitations of this study are that deeper considerations of advanced studies are deficient, and the effect of causality between the two types of industries on the actual industry was not established.
