자동 초점 조절 검사 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Implementation of Measuring System for the Auto Focusing)

  • The accurate focusing position should be determined for accurate measurements In VMS. Camera lens focusing is an important problem in computer vision and video measuring systems (VMS) that use CCD cameras and high precision XYZ stages. Camera focusing is a very important step in high precision measurement systems that use computer vision technique. The auto focusing process consists of two steps, the focus value measurement step and the exact focusing position determination step. It is suitable for eliminating high frequency noises with lower processing time and without blurring. An automatic focusing technique is applied to measure a crater with a one-dimensional search algorithm for finding the best focus. Throughout this paper, the suggested algorithm for the Auto focusing was combined with the learning. As a result, it is expected that such a combination would be expanded into the system of recognizing voices in a noisy environment.

단일 유화액적에서의 분위기 온도와 액적크기에 따른 자발화와 미소폭발의 영향 (Effect of Ambient Temperature and Droplet Size of a Single Emulsion Droplet on Auto-ignition and Micro-explosion)

  • The characteristics of auto-ignition and combustion process of a single droplet of emulsified fuel suspended in a high-temperature air chamber have been investigated experimentally with various droplet sizes, surrounding temperatures, and water contents. The used fuels was n-Decane and it was emulsified with varied water contents whose maximum is 30%. The high-speed camera has been adopted to measure the ignition delay and flame life time. It was also applied to observe micro-explosion behaviors. The increase of droplet size and chamber temperature cause the decrease of the ignition delay time and flame life-time. As the water contents increases, the ignition delay time increases and the micro-explosion behaviors are strengthened. The starting timings of micro-explosion and fuel puffing are compared for different droplet sizes and the amount of water contents.

SEA 기법을 이용한 저중량 대시판넬 흡,차음재 성능에 대한 연구 (Acoustic Study of light weight insulation system on Dash using SEA technique)

  • In this paper Statistical Energy Analysis has been considered to predict high frequency air borne interior noise. Dash panel Insulation is major part to reduce engine excitation noise. Transmission loss and absorption coefficient are considered to predict dash insulation performance. Transmission lose is derived from coupling loss factor and absorption coefficient is derived from internal damping loss factor. Material Biot properties were used to calculate each loss factors. Insulation geometry thickness distribution was hard to measure, so FeGate software was used to calculate thickness map from CAD drawing. Each predicted transmission losses between conventional insulation and light weight insulation were compared with SEA. Transmission loss measurement was performed to validate each prediction result, and it showed good correlation between prediction and measurement. Finally interior noise prediction was performed and result showed light weight insulation system can reduce 40% weight to keep similar performance with conventional insulation system, even though light weigh insulation system has lower sound transmission loss and higher absorption coefficient than conventional system.

자동변속기 변속품질 향상을 위한 클러치 자동보정 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Clutch Auto Calibration Algorithm for Automatic Transmission Shift Quality Improvement)

  • As a shift control of automatic transmission was managed with the electronic control unit (ECU), shift quality which is a measure of shift shock during gear change has markedly improved. However, the initial clutch pressure control of the clutch filling phase should continue to rely on the predetermined control input since the input and output speeds are unchanged until the shifting process attains the inertia phase. It is critical to minimize the clutch response time and control the clutch pressure accurately at the end of clutch fill to achieve quick shift response and smoothness. Advanced transmission companies have adopted an auto calibration method which establishes the databases for the clutch piston fill-up attributes and the frictional characteristics of the disks. In this study, a distinctive auto calibration algorithm for forklift transmission under development is proposed and verified with the real-vehicle test. The experimental calibration results showed consistent turbine dynamics at the initial stage of shifts with the properly calibrated clutch-fill control parameters. By using this technique, it is necessary to finalize the shift control for the various operation conditions.

자동차부품 제조업체에서의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Job Stress in Auto Part Manufacturing Company)

  • The job stress is rising as a social issue in all industries. So many manufacturing companies have been trying to prevent the job stress. Recently, the job stress is the important cause which lead to WMSDs, depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and sleep disturbance. However, the cause of the job stress is very variety. So management is very difficult. The purpose of this study is to investigate the group of the job stress by Karasek model from workers in auto part manufacturing company. The survey was using Karasek job stress model and was administered to 181 workers of auto part manufacturing company. Job demand median and job decision median was in 30.0 and 50.0. From this study, following results were obtained. 1) The gender of workers according to the groups of job stress was statistically significant(p<0.05). 2) The duration of working of workers according to the groups of job stress was statistically significant(p<0.05). 3) The intensity of work of workers according to the groups of job stress was statistically significant(p<0.01). The result of this study will help to identify the group of job stress and improve personal coping ability, systematic measure of company.

자동차 전면 유리의 제상 성능 정합성 검증 연구 (A Study on the Consistency of Defrosting Performance of the Windshield in Auto-vehicles)

  • The windshield of a vehicle plays an important role in ensuring driver safety and maintaining visibility. To prevent issues such as frost and mist from occurring inside and outside the vehicle, research related to the defrosting performance of the windshield is being conducted. Evaluating defrosting performance requires accurate thermal flow analyses. Therefore, in this study, a defrosting duct was constructed within a chamber at an actual vehicle scale to evaluate its performance, and a finite element model was developed and verified. To evaluate defrosting performance, the temperature of the windshield was measured under condition with a mass flow rate of 0.1 kg/s, which corresponds to that of a typical midsize vehicle. A total of 45 thermocouples were arranged at equal intervals of 9 widths and 5 lengths on the windshield to measure the temperature and compare it with the temperature predicted through finite element analysis. A volume grid was created in the main flow area to ensure accurate thermal flow analyses, and a prism layer was added at the interface between the windshield and fluid. In total, 6 million grid systems were formed. Comparing the temperature fields of the experimental results and the finite element analysis results confirmed a similar defrosting pattern, with an average temperature difference of 0.64K.

DEA 교차분석 모형을 이용한 자동차 부품기업의 효율성 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of the Efficiency of Auto Parts Firms Using DEA Cross Analysis Model)

  • The study on the efficiency analysis of Korean automobile parts companies is mostly based on the calculation of the size of output such as sales. However, the performance indicators such as sales, operating profit, and net profit are directly related to the cost structure, and this cost structure is affected by changes in the company's asset structure and capital structure. As a result, it is necessary that efficient capital procurement should be done at the same time to create efficient management performance through proper investment. In this study, we aim to measure the efficiency of asset and capital procurement compared to the sales figures, such as sales, generated by 33 primary suppliers who supply parts to Hyundai Kia Motors. For this purpose, this study proposed a DEA cross analysis model that can simultaneously measure efficiency in terms of input assets and capital procurement based on the same management performance when analyzing the efficiency of domestic auto parts companies.

3차원 바디 스캐너를 이용한 남성 상반신 인체측정 -직접측정과의 비교- (Upper Body Measurement of Men using 3D Body Scanner -Compared to Anthropometry-)

  • Three dimensional body scan technology is being targeted for utilization in the apparel industry. The purpose of this study was to test reliability of the body scan data targeting from 20 to 24 year old men by comparing 3DM, 3D body-scanning semi-auto measurement extraction method, Scanworx, 3D body-scanning auto measurement extraction method, and traditional anthropometric method. We found significant differences in 9 out of 25 items in upper body measurements using 3DM and 16 out of 25 items using Scanworx. In the range of difference value of scan measures, it showed 1 item in the absolute value of more than 40mm between two measuring methods, 3 items in 20 up to 40mm, and less than 20mm in other items. Overall, in height items, the numerical value of traditional measure was higher and in girth, width, depth items, 3D scan measure was higher. We found out that reliability of 3D measurements taken from whole body scans was different according to scanners, scanning softwares, programs, and subjects.

에어컨 냉매압 측정용 정전용량형 압력센서 소자의 전기적 특성 연구 (A Study on Electrical Characteristics of a Capacitive Pressure Sensor Element to Measure the Pressure of Refrigerant of Air-Conditioner)

  • The purpose of this study is to optimize the design of a capacitive pressure sensor element using the simulation of electrical characteristics. The simulation of the ceramic sensor diaphragm ($Al_2O_3$) was performed by permitting pressure to change the curvature of the diaphragm. The pressure capacitance ($C_P$) was increased from 19.63 pF to 15.26 pF by applying pressure because the distance between the electrodes has been changed from $30{\mu}m$ to $15{\mu}m$. When the thickness of the diaphragm was changed to 0.46~0.52 mm, a larger capacitance change showed in accordance with the reduced thickness, which means an increase of sensitivity. However, considering the viewpoint of the signal linearity, it was selected for the optimum thickness of the diaphragm to 0.50 mm. The designed sensor element based on simulated results was tested to measure the output characteristics. Comparing of simulated and measured results, there was a margin of error of approximately 2%.

  • 자동차 부품의 측정 시스템은 현재 고가의 장비가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 저가의 장비를 구현하려고 하였다. 자동차의 부품은 여러가지가 있으나, 이 중에서 현재 공장에서 공기흐름 제어에 어려움을 겪고 있는 CCP(Canister Controlled Purge Solenoid)을 대상으로 하였다. 공기의 사용량에 따라 진공압력을 일정하게 유지하는데 소요하는 시간이 과거에는 최소한 3-4분 정도 요구하지만 본 개발의 목표는 보다 더 짧은 시간이내(수초)에 컴퓨터를 이용하여 설정진공을 유지하고자 한다. 즉 일정공기압 하에서 자동차 부품 CCP를 검사하는 제어시스템을 개발하고자 하였다.
