쓰레기 소각플랜트의 상태공간모델 규명에 관한 연구 (A Study on Identification of State-Space Model for Refuse Incineration Plant)

  • This paper identifies a discrete-time linear combustion model of Refuse Incineration Plant(RIP) which characterizes steam generation quantity, where the RIP is considered as a MIMO system with thirteen-inputs and one-output. The structure of RIP model is described as an ARX model which are analytically obtained from the combustion dynamics. Furthermore, using the Instrumental Variable(IV) identification algorithm, model structure and unknown parameters are identified from experimental input-output data sets, In result, it is shown that the identified ARX model well approximates the input-output combustion characteristics given by experimental data sets.

  • This paper proposes a new identification method that utilizes fuzzy inference in parameter identification. The prosed system has an additional control loop where a real plant has replaced by a plant model. Fuzzy rules describe the relationship between comparison results of the features and magnitude of modification in the model parameter values. In this paper, the tuning method which determines parameters of PID controller automatically is described through applying this algorithm to DC servo motor. And we intend to investigate effectiveness of the method by experiments. This method is effective in auto-tuning because the response of the closed loop has verified. The simulated and the experimental results of the dc servo motor are shown to confirm the viability of this method.

Fuzzy Identification by Means of an Auto-Tuning Algorithm and a Weighted Performance Index

  • The study concerns a design procedure of rule-based systems. The proposed rule-based fuzzy modeling implements system structure and parameter identification in the efficient from of "IF..., THEN..." statements, and exploits the theory of system optimization and fuzzy implication rules. The method for rule-based fuzzy modeling concerns the from of the conclusion part of the the rules that can be constant. Both triangular and Gaussian-like membership function are studied. The optimization hinges on an autotuning algorithm that covers as a modified constrained optimization method known as a complex method. The study introduces a weighted performance index (objective function) that helps achieve a sound balance between the quality of results produced for the training and testing set. This methodology sheds light on the role and impact of different parameters of the model on its performance. The study is illustrated with the aid of two representative numerical examples.

  • 저전력 RFID 시스템은 무선 주파수를 이용하여 물리적인 접촉 없이 사물에 대한 정보를 읽거나 기록하는 자동인식 기술이다. 이 시스템은 무선 주파수와 RFID 태그 사용으로 불법적인 위변조, 도청, 추적, 프라이버시 침해 등은 불가피하다 따라서 본 논문에서는 태그와 데이터베이스간에 해시 체인을 이용하여 키를 생성하는데 이를 통해 공격자는 위의 공격을 수행할 수 없다. 또한 계산 량을 줄이기 위해 해시 함수를 이용하여 효율성을 높였다.

  • The demands for robotic and automatic system are continually increasing in manufacturing fields. There have been many studies to monitor and predict the system, but they have mainly focused upon measuring cutting force, and current of motor spindle, and upon using acoustic sensor, etc. In this study, digital image of time series sequence was acquired by taking advantage of optical technique. Mean square error was obtained from it and was available for useful observation data. The parameter was estimated using PAA(parameter adaptation algorithm) from observation data. AR(auto regressive) model was selected for system model and fifth order was decided according to parameter estimation. Uncorrelation test was also carried out to verify convergence of parameter. Through the proceedings, it was found that there was a system stability.

RFID 시스템에서의 태그 인식 알고리즘 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Tag Identification Algorithm in RFID System)

  • 본 논문은 RFID 시스템에서의 태그 Anti-collision 알고리즘을 제안하고 분석한다. 제안한 RFID 시스템에서의 Anti-collision 알고리즘과 기존의 이진 방식 알고리즘들(이진 탐색 알고리즘, time slot을 이용한 slotted 이진 트리 알고리즘, Auto-ID 센터에서 제안한 bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘)을 수학적으로 비교하고 분석하였다. 수학적 분석 결과는 OPNET 모의실험을 통하여 그 결과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 제안한 Improved bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘의 성능이 기존의 Anti-collision 알고리즘 중 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는 bit-by-bit 이진 트리 알고리즘과 비교할 때 리더의 전송요구에 응답한 태그의 개수가 20개일 경우에는 약 $304\%$정도의 성능향상이 있었으며 리더의 전송요구에 응답한 태그의 개수가 200개일 경우에는 $839\%$의 성능향상이 있었다.

  • Model predictive control algorithm requires a relevant model of the system to be controlled. Unfortunately, the first principle model describing a polymerization reaction system has a large number of parameters to be estimated. Thus there is a need for the identification and control of a polymerization reactor system by using available input-output data. In this work, the polynomial auto-regressive moving average (ARMA) models are employed as the input-output model and combined into the nonlinear model predictive control algorithm based on the successive linearization method. Simulations are conducted to identify the continuous styrene polymerization reactor system. The input variables are the jacket inlet temperature and the feed flow rate whereas the output variables are the monomer conversion and the weight-average molecular weight. The polynomial ARMA models obtained by the system identification are used to control the monomer conversion and the weight-average molecular weight in a continuous styrene polymerization reactor It is demonstrated that the nonlinear model predictive controller based on the polynomial ARMA model tracks the step changes in the setpoint satisfactorily. In conclusion, the polynomial ARMA model is proven effective in controlling the continuous styrene polymerization reactor.

  • A self-tuning control scheme, incorporated with the simplified 1st-order ARMAX(Auto-Regressive Moving Average eXogenous) model, for single rod hydraulic cylinder which has varying dynamic characteristics is presented here. An adaptive controller is developed for the system that uses feedforward and optimal feedback control for simultaneous parameter identification and tracking control. Through experimental results, the performance comparison of the self-tuning controller with a fixed gain proportional controller clearly shows its superior ability in handling load changes in quiescent states.

  • This Paper proposes a simple identification method of the moment of inertia for high performance spindle motor of machine tool. It uses the dynamic equation of a simple mechanical system, the torque reference of a speed controller, and the actual rotating speed of machine. The identified inertia can be for auto-tuning of the gains in the speed controller. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by the computer simulation.

  • The availability of in-depth accident data is a prerequisite for each efficient traffic safety management system. Identification and definition of the relevant problem together with knowledge of the data and parameters describing this problem is essential for its successful solution. Comprehensive, up-to-date, accident data is needed for recognition of the scope of road safety problems and for raising public awareness. Reliable and relevant data enable the identification of the contributory factors of the individual accidents, and an unveiling of the background of the risk behaviour of the road users. It offers the best way to explore the prevention of accidents, and ways to implement measures to reduce accident severity. In this study, reviewing the existing iGlad and GIDAS system, KIDAS data format can be finalized through feasibility evaluation. The progressive approach is proposed to successful settlement of Korea in-depth accident study. As the initial stage of in-depth investigation DB construction, the KIDAS is not repetition of the current police based TAAS. It is essential part of improving vehicle safety and reduction of traffic fatality in Korea. 72 Contributing factors like road and traffic characteristics, vehicle parameters, and information about the people involved in the accident have to be investigated and registered as well in the KIDAS.
