진료실용 밀링머신을 이용한 교합평면 부조화 환자의 완전 구강 회복술 (Full mouth rehabilitation of a patient with occlusal plane discrepancy with milling machine for clinic)

  • 최근 디지털 기술이 치과진료실 안으로 점차 파급되고 있다. 진료실용 밀링머신을 활용하여 진료실 내에서 임시치아를 제작할 수 있으며, 이는 반조절성 교합기 탑재 가능 모형스캐너와 직관성이 우수한 치과용 캐드 소프트웨어의 도움으로 규모가 큰 증례에까지 활용 가능할 전망이다. 본 증례보고에서는 반복된 수복치료로 인해 교합평면이 틀어지고, 대합치마모로 교합고경이 상실된 55세 여환을 대상으로 디지털 기술을 활용하여 완전구강회복술을 시행하였으며, 임시치아 디자인 및 진료실 내 밀링가공, 이중스캔을 통한 임시수복물 형태 복제 등을 통하여 양호한 구강회복 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.

옥살산 공침법에 의한 Gd-Doped CeO2 분말의 합성 및 소결 특성 (Preparation and Sintering Characteristics of Gd-Doped CeO2 Powder by Oxalate Co-Precipitation)

  • GDC20($Ce_{0.8}Gd_{0.2}O_{1.9}$) powder was synthesized by oxalate co-precipitation and milling and its thermal decomposition, phase formation, and sinterability were investigated. As-prepared precipitates were non-crystalline due to the milling process and completely decomposed at 400$^{\circ}C$ The powder calcined at 800$^{\circ}C$ for 2 h contained fine p]sty particles with an average size of 0.69 $\mu$m. Attrition milling of the calcined powder for 2 h had a little milling effect, resulting in a slight decrease in the particle size to 0.45 $\mu$m. The milled powder consisted of small spherical primary particles and some large particles, which had been agglomerated during calcination. Due to the excellent sinterability of the powder, sintering of the powder compacts for 4 h showed relative densities of 78.7% at 1000$^{\circ}C$ and 97.8% at 1300$^{\circ}C$, respectively. Densification was found to almost complete at temperature above 1200$^{\circ}C$ and a dense and homogeneous microstructure was obtained. A rapid grain growth occurred between 1200$^{\circ}C$ and 1300$^{\circ}C$. Grains in 0.1$\sim$0.5 $\mu$m sizes at 1200$^{\circ}C$ grew to 0.2$\sim$2 $\mu$m and their size distribution became broader at 1300$^{\circ}C$.

광산 폐기물을 활용한 다공성 담체 개발 (Development of Porous Support with Mine Waste Materials)

  • 광산 폐기물의 순환자원화 방안을 모색하기 위해 상동중석광산 광미를 대상으로 그의 물리적ㆍ화학적 특성, 광물학적 조성, 중금속 용출특성 및 분쇄특성, 그리고 그를 출발원료로 하여 포말법으로 제조한 세라믹 담체의 특성 등을 조사하였다. 광미의 화학적, 광물학적 특성은 심도별 큰 차이가 없고 광미의 중금속 용출량은 환경기준값 보다 낮아 광미 자체를 물질전환법에 의해 재활용하는데는 문제가 없다고 판단되었다. 그러나 광미의 median경(d$_{50}$ )은 10∼30$\mu\textrm{m}$ 이었다. 따라서 환경소재인 다공성 담체의 제조에 적합한 입도분포인 median경 3$\mu\textrm{m}$을 얻기 위해서는 슬러리 농도 40 vol% 기준일 때분산제인 PEI를 첨가하여 교반밀로 700 rpm으로 1시간이상 습식분쇄하여야만 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 광미 슬러리의 발포율을 3배로 하여 제조한 큐빅형 greenbody를 1,075$^{\circ}C$에서 90분 소결한 담체의 물성은 겉보기 밀도 0.52g/$cm^{3}$, 전체 기공율 80%, 열린 기공율72%, 기공의 크기분포가 30∼350$\mu\textrm{m}$이었다. 즉, 광산 폐기물인 광미를 출발원료로 하여 폐수처리용 환경소재로서 활용성이 매우 큰 매크로 기공을 가진 다공성 세라믹 담체를 제조 할 수 있었다.

카본블랙이 도핑 된 $MgB_2$ 초전도체의 Ag 첨가의 영향 (Influence of Ag Addition on Superconducting Property of Carbon-black Doped $MgB_2$ Superconductor)

  • In this work we synthesized both MgB2 and Carbon doped MgB2 superconductor with Ag addition via high energy milling and substituent heat treatment. Heat treatments were performed at $900\;^{\circ}C$ for 30 min in flowing Ar gas. We varied amount of Ag powder. In a range of Ag powder was 0~5wt%. The effect of Ag was correlated with superconducting properties. The results show a slight decrease in critical temperature ($T_c$) and a reduction of critical current density ($J_c$) at high fields for the Ag-doped samples as compared to the un-doped samples. Reduction of $J_c$ may be due to the formation of MgAg compound.

페라이트 페이스트의 고체함량에 따른 칩 인덕터의 특성변화 (Property Changes of Chip Inductors by Varying the Solid Loading of Ferrite Pastes)

  • 고체함량을 변화시킨 NiCuZn 페라이트 페이스트를 사용하여 스크린 인쇄법으로 7.7$\times$4.5$\times$1.0 nm 크기의 칩인덕터를 제조한 후, 페라이트 페이스트의 고체함량에 따른 수축률, 소결밀도, 미세구조, 계면반응 등의 물리적 특성 및 자기적 특성 변화를 분석하였다. 조온소결을 위하여 attrition milling 공정을 통하여 미세분말을 준비하였으며, 소결온도는 880~94$0^{\circ}C$로 변화시켰다. 90$0^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 열처리된 페라이트 후막의 소결밀도는 고체함량이 50,55,60%로 증가할수록 5.12,5.14,5.18g/㎤로 증가하였으며, 이에 따라 칩 인덕터 시편들의 주파수 10 MHz에서 L값이 2.1,2.3,2.5 $\mu$H로 커졌다.Q값은 소결밀도 증가에 의한 Q값 증가효과와 아울러 입자가 커짐에 따른 반대효과로 인하여 고체함량에 따라 87,90,94로 큰 변화가 없었다. 페라이트 페이\ulcorner의 고체함량 및 소결온도와 무관하게 Ag 성분의 페라이트 쪽으로의 확산현상은 나타나지 않았다.

  • In this study, In order to develop the low temperature sintering multilayer piezoelectric actuator, PMN-PNN-PZT system ceramics were manufactured with the sintering temperature, and their microstructure and piezoelectric properties were investigated. At the composition ceramics sintered at $900^{\circ}C$, dielectric constant(${\varepsilone}_r$), electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$), piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) and mechanical quality factor(Qm) showed the optimal value of 1095, 0.60, 363 and 1055, respectively, for multilayer piezoelectric actuator application.

Modified PZT계 초전형 적외선 센서개발 (Modified PZT System for Pyroelectric IR Sensor)

  • Fabricated modified PZT system for pyroelectric IR sensor were analyzed and characterized for dielectric piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties. Particle size and distribution of source powders were controlled by attrition milling process. 0.05PSS+yPT+(0.95-y)PZ+0.4 wt%MnO2 system was fabricated and investigated sintering density crystal structure and micro-structure through sintering conditions sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere. The poled sintered system of y=0.11 showed the lowest dielectric constant. The dielectric constants were increased with increasing y-mole ratio. The pyroelectric properties of modified PZT systems which were assembled to TO-5 package were measured by IR measurement system average out-voltage of 0.05PSS+0.1PT+0.84PZ+ wt%MnO2 was 3V.

  • In this study,microstructure and piezoelectric characteristics of PNW-PMN-PZT ceramics manufactured using attrition milling method were investigated. Sintering temperature of the ceramics was varied from $1180^{\circ}C$ to $1240^{\circ}C$.With increasing sintering temperature, dielectric constant was increased. In the specimen sintered at $1120^{\circ}C$,electromechanical coupling factor(Kp) and density showed the maxinum values of 0.546 and $7.78(g/cm^{3})$, respectively. In the specimen sintered at $1160^{\circ}C$,mechanical quality factor(Qm) also showed the maxinum value of 1,943.

  • Raw starch can be effectively saccharified in an enzyme reaction system containing sttrition-milling media. In order to develop an effcient attrition-coupled bioreactor(bioattritor), a rotating drum type bioattitor was construced, and its optimal operation conditions and power consumptions were evaluated. The optimal conditions for 3l bioattritor were 4 baffled, baffle size of 1:0.05 (the ratio of drum diameter to baffle), drum rotation speed of 100 rpm, and 1.33g of 3 mm glass bead/g of raw corn starch.

  • The spinel/cubic stabilized zirconia composites were fabricated via, The reaction sintering of monoclinic zirco-nia(baddeleyite) added with MgAl powder. During heating Mg and Al were oxidizedfirst and subsequently the oxides formed spinel (MgAl2O4) and finally remained MgO stabilized the zirconia, Because the oxides formed during the oxidation process would have very fine grain size (order of submicron) mainly due to the effects of attrition milling the reaction sintering was more effective in densification and improvement of strength and fracture toughness than conventional sintering with direct addition of MgO. The sintering behavior phase transformation during firing and mechanical properties of sintered body were investigated with emphasis on the relations between spinel formation due to MgAl addition and sintering and mechanical properties.
