More than 1 billion mobile apps (smartphone applications) have been released worldwide. Competition among developers of apps that are available in app stores has intensified because of increasing demand. App icons with an appealing design can instantly increase attention. Miryoku Engineering methods were used and combined with the Kansei interface model to examine the relationship between attractive icons and users. The evaluation grid method (EGM) is a qualitative method that was used to evaluate the icons, and Quantification Theory Type I is a quantitative method that was used to analyze the influence of design elements in icons. Eight attractive factors of app icons were determined using EGM, and six specific factors were identified using questionnaires. The quantitative results indicated that user cognition and emotion were influenced by the various design elements. The impact on the attractive factors of a single design element differed among users with diverse backgrounds. App icons were assessed on the basis of aesthetics to identify attractive factors and thereby assist designers in understanding and implementing design elements and improving the overall visual appeal of their apps. The result of this investigation is crucial to the presentation of app icons in online app stores.
The objectives of this paper are to introduce some characteristics of two-dimensional concept of quality and to find out the possibility of the application of two-dimensional quality concept for improving the service quality. The concept was applied to small & medium-sized foreign language Institute. In order to select some service quality dimensions and decide attractive qualify factors among numerous factors, factor analysis and frequently analysis were used. The result. is that all quality factors in empathy dimension are identified as attractive quality factors. This implies that customization program is necessary in small & medium-sized foreign language institutes for improving their competitiveness. However, all quality factors in tangibles dimension are identified as must-be quality factors.
Kano(1984) distinguishes five types of Quality requirement which influence customer satisfaction; Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent, Reverse Quality element. Attractive requirements lead more than proportional satisfaction. Attractive Quality requirements are the key factors of order winner and the sources of customer delight. Attractive requirements do not influence customer satisfaction equally. This study presents Kano's model using AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process) for the priorities of attractive Quality requirements.
The current study categorizes factors of smartphone into three, using KANO model: attractive factors which cause only product satisfaction, must-be factors for dissatisfaction, and one-dimensional factors for both. Based on it, it presents a new model for the effects that smartphone factors have on satisfaction or dissatisfaction. The purpose is to theoretically explain that smartphone factors on which companies and users place a high value can actually affect satisfaction or dissatisfaction. After choosing 15 factors out of 25 which had been selected through literature study, these were divided into attractive, must-be, and one-dimensional ones. 93 out of 109 questionnaires returned were used for analysis. After frequency analysis using SPSS were conducted on the surveys, the factors were grouped, based on KANO table. The grouping results are as follows. Attractive factors include 'expansion slots for external memory, battery desorption, brand awareness, mobile banking and internet telephony'. Must-be ones include 'multi-touch, information security, entertainment, information retrieval, location based service and SNS. Finally, 'screen visibility, size of internal memory, the amount of internal memory, battery life, and response to after-sales service' are classified as one-dimensional factors. A critical finding of this paper is that since the results are different depending on the operating system of smartphones, it must be taken into consideration in studies on smartphones. The wide and rapid spread of smartphones has changed people's lifestyle as well as business environment, which forces companies to compete with each other to adapt to the changed circumstances. In this competitive system, studies on smartphone factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction are essential for firms to establish a new strategy. From this point of view, the present paper is expected to be a basic material for enterprises not only to develop goods and services that maximize customer satisfaction and minimize dissatisfaction, but also to establish the future business strategy.
This treatise deals with the profitable suit image design of middle-aged men by examining visual effects in physical design. The sample of this study is people who lives in Kwangju, the Republic of Korea and 20-50 age's men and women. And it is very variety in each population statistics factors the differences of associate design visual effect which considering the difference of sex and age group, numbers of button, a figure and material pattern. Firstly, look into the associate design visual effect by sex and button number. In men's group, the style with three buttons was the most attractive and that with two buttons was the least attractive. In 50's group, the style with two buttons was the least attractive and those with 1.3 and 4 buttons were a little attractive. Secondly, in the difference of associate design with sex and shape, men's group was considered that standard type was the most attractive shape, women's group was thought that lean and standard types were the most attractive shape. So we can know that the attractive shape is different with sex. In the difference of association design with age and shape, 20's considered that standard type was the most modernistic and fat type was the least modernistic. 30's considered that lean type was the most modernistic and 50's thought that fat type and standard type were the most modernistic. Thirdly, see the sex and material pattern. In familarity, men's group considered that stripe pattern was more familiar than checks and plain patterns. And they considered that striped pattern and plain was more manly than checks. In sex and material pattern, 20's thought that plain was the most attractive, stripe was the next, and checks was not attractive. 40's estimated that plain and stripe were more attractive than checks. 50's judged that stripe was the most attractive material. Thus. the attraction is different with ages and material patterns.

This research examines the effect of the place marketing image in the Insadong Cultural District as a tourism destination on the foreign tourists' satisfaction and intention to revisit. The result of the factor analysis revealed thirty attributes of the place that are important to tourist and that could be clustered into four major factors: 'identity', 'attractive things and quality of life', 'cultural sights and economy', and 'city improvements'. 'Attractive things and quality of life', 'cultural sights and economy' and 'city improvements' are the three factors that are significant in the relationship between the place marketing image and type of visit. On the relationship between place marketing image and tourist nationality the only significant factor was 'attractive things and quality of life'. In the relationship between place marketing image and satisfaction, the significant factors were: 'identity', 'cultural sights and economy', and 'city improvements', while the relationship between place marketing image and intention to revisit have 'attractive things and quality of life', 'cultural sights and economy', and 'city improvements' as significant factors.

This study is intended to identify the clothing mage as clothing form and dot space variation. This study consists of pre-experiment for setting the space between dot which shows the difference of the image and main experiment and also is made of factorial design for two variables-clothing form(H-line, A-line, V-line, X-line) dot (dot 1.0, dot 2.2, dot 3.4, dot 5.8) Qestionaire consists of 21 semantic differential scale expressing clothing form and .dot. Data is obtained from 50 female students maforing clothing and textile. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The image by the clothing form and the space dot variation is composed 5 factors' attention, activity, attraction, maturity, boldness. 2) The image by variation in clothing form dot has significant differences in attractive and attention factors, especially shows remarkable differences in attention. By choosing narrow space dot for attentive image, broden space dot for attractive image, you would be able to create the image you want. 3) The image by variation in dot clothing form has almost signific and differences in all factors, especially shows remarkable differences in activity. By choosing A-line for active image, V-line for mature and fashionable image, X-line for attractive, pretty and delicate mage, you would be able to create the image you want. 4) The interaction effect between clothing form and space dot was in attraction and maturity factor, V-line, X-line, dot 3.4 and dot 5.8 intensify attractive image, V-line and dot 1.0 mature image, X-line and dot 5.8 young image.
Purposes: This purpose of this study was to check how much the online word of mouth influences on customer's hospital selection according to Kano's model. Methodology: Kano classified the attributes that affect customer's satisfaction into attractive, one-dimensional, indifferent, must-be, and reverse attributes. Among them, attractive and one-dimensional attributes make up the largest portion in hospital selection. Based on this, the influence of positive or negative online reviews on the selection of hospitals was investigated. Differentiated service was selected as the attractive attributes, and a kind, sufficient explanation was selected as the one-dimensional attributes. Then a questionnaire was conducted how much the positive or negative online reviews influence on hospital selection, respectively. It was conducted from August 7 to September 7, 2021 for medical consumers in their 20s and older who have used medical services for the past 3 years, and the final 142 questionnaires were analyzed. All data was analyzed by chi-square and two-way ANOVA using SPSS ver 25.0. Findings: The results showed that, in one-dimensional attributes, the difference between positive and negative reviews was not statistically significant, but in attractive attributes, positive and negative reviews showed a statistically significant difference. It suggests that positive reviews on attractive attributes had a greater influence on hospital selection. In terms of hospital selection, when the experimental participants were exposed to the positive reviews, the hospital selection ratio did not differ by Kano's attributes, but to the negative reviews it differed. The hospital selection ratio, even after they were exposed to negative reviews, was higher in the attractive attributes than in the one-dimensional attributes. Practical Implication: This study confirmed that hospital selection is influenced differently depending on the Kano's attributes and the direction of the reviews, and suggests that marketers should respond differently to each Kano's attributes when they deal with online reviews of hospitals.

This paper aims to investigate FDI attractive factors, which are important to formulate policies to attract Korean direct investment into Vietnam. Based on the literature review and the results of interview with 27 Korean investors in Vietnam, we determined the model of variables attracting Korea's FDI into Vietnam. It is used to assess the impact of attractive factors belonging to three groups of variables to support investment decision; they are macroeconomics variables (including market size factor, labor cost factor, and market openness factor), policies variables (including monetary policy factor and tax rate gap factor), and microeconomics variables (geographic advantage factor representative by location). This research also utilized a relatively new quantitative research method based on the Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL) with the time data chain from 1995 to 2017 of Korean FDI into Vietnam. It analyzes long-term relationships between dependent variables and independent variables. The result of this study indicates that there are three positive factors (low wages, trade openness and government policy) explaining the FDI flows in the long term. The result also shows that incentive tax policy has had a positive impact on Korean FDI, which has satisfied the aim of seeking efficiency of Korean investors.

The purposes of this study are to identify service quality elements using Kano's theory, and to examine differences in service quality characteristics among apparel store types. Women over 20 years-old from metropolitan areas in South Korea participated in the study and a quota sampling method was used. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; importance of quality, degree of satisfaction, and demographic factors. Data from 525 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results were as follows: First, four factors of service quality(sales person, variety of goods, policy, and facilities) were identified. According to Kano's quality elements, sales person was categorized into both one-dimensional quality and must-be quality, and variety of goods, policy, and facilities categorized into attractive quality. Second, sales person, in all store types, was included in one-dimension quality elements and sales person and variety of goods, in local store, were included in attractive quality element. Service policy, in chain store and local store, was included in attractive quality element. Findings of this study provide both industry and academic researchers with a guide to increase customer satisfaction in the store service strategies.
