조리사의 환경의식과 친환경태도가 식품안전추구행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cook's Environmental Awareness and Eco-friendly Attitude on Food Safety Pursuit Behavior)

  • Rapid economic growth brought material affluence and convenience, but it also has caused a negative issue, such as environmental damage. Therefore, this research holds the purpose of grasping structural influencing relationship of environmental awareness of cook, which is taking an important role in food safety among workers in hotel restaurants with eco-friendly attitude and food safety pursuit behavior. To achieve the purpose, collected materials were tested for the fidelity, organic causation and control effect, using Structural Equation Modeling for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, credibility analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS (V23.0) and AMOS (V21.0) programs. Environmental awareness of hotel cook has causation with eco-friendly attitude, and the attitude has meaningful causation with food safety pursuit behavior. That is, it proved that cooks are taking care of their job carefully from the pre-cooking stage while most of people ignore the storing stage. The result shows not only hotel's own training session, cook's level of consciousness on the food safety and they are working with high sense of responsibility. The limitation of this research is that it only conducted with cooks of deluxe hotels in Busan, and it could not include various variables about environmental awareness. Therefore, it is expected that the lacking contents to be dealt by a follow-up study.

The Customer Attitude to Airline's Color Image -Focused on the Color Image of Airline Cabin Crew's Uniforms-

  • Purpose - This study was intended to provide implications for the importance of color to airlines where the image customers feel about the business is paramount. The importance of colors shown by the airline crew, an important human resource for airlines as contact workers, was investigated. We wanted to present suggestions by investigating and comparing the difference in customer attitude regarding the color of uniforms of the airline crew. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to examine differences in perception of airline uniform color, with the research that suggests that the customer's attitude to uniform color will vary. The difference in the perception of passengers according to the colors of the airline uniforms was determined by conducting an empirical analysis. Results - Customers have a different attitude about the color of the uniform of airline's flight attendants' uniform. Full service airlines (FSC) generally have a bright, calm, neat, and heavy-handed feeling, while low-cost carriers (LCC) have a distinctive, dynamic, energetic, and cheerful feeling. Conclusions - An empirical analysis of the study found that customers' attitudes vary by uniform color for each airline. It has also been revealed that Airline's uniform color can communicate the company's goals it wants to convey.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the safety factors of the public transportation and recommend the experimental factors of customer satisfaction. The survey consist of 28 questions of 5 factors about users characteristics on roads, railways, ships, and flights. As a result of multiple regression analysis, we knew that there are three potential factors affecting customer satisfaction. The Factors are named 'expected', 'attitude', 'management', and the variable of factors affect customer satisfaction significantly. Therefore, it is good strategy for effective working to improve customer satisfaction that maintain attitude with safety minds, try to specialized management, and creating expectation for safety considering the difference by the type of public transportation. After considering the meaningful result, for the development of policies for customer satisfaction for safety, we have to consider expected, attitude, and management factors of workers and officials that influence customer safety and try to improve the managerial factors considering the characteristics of their own.

근로자의 작업중 신체적활동량과 건강증진행위와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between the Amount of Physical Activities at Work Perceived by Workers and Their Health Promotion Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the relationship between the amount of physical activities at work perceived by workers and their health promotion behaviors. To achieve such a purpose. this survey was conducted on 476 Workers who work for 3 food product work-sites located in Keong-in area by means of questionnaire from June 15 to July 14 . 1998. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS/WlN. The significant results were obtained as follows. 1. The average scores of the amount of physical activities at work and health promotion behavior were 3.18 and 2.84 respectively; the former was slightly higher than moderate score 2.5 and the latter was almost the same as it. It can be interpreted that workers perceive their physical activities at work are heavier than their daily activities, which seems to make their health promotion behaviors still inactivated. 2. The amount of physical activities at work, it was were greater revealed that the more activities workers do after work. the more they walk and the more exercises they do. It implies that the voluntary practice of good health habit at leisure can be greatly contributed to the activation of more productive activity at work. 3. The amount of health promotion behaviors was larger as workers do more physical activities at work and have lower PIBW(Percent Ideal Body Weight). It means that the voluntary practice of good health habit is closely related to the degree of obesity and their positive attitude toward their work. Average PIBW was 106.71; most of the workers are distributed within the standard range in their weight. So we can presume that most of them are not seriously conscious of weight maintenance in their daily lives. Therefore it is desirable that health promotion program for workers should be developed toward connecting their physical activities at work with those in their daily lives much more. 전라남도 노인보건복지에 있어서 방문간호사와 사회복지전담공무원의 서비스 연계실태 및 관련요인 (The Linkage of Health Care and Social Services for the Elderly in Jeonnam Province and its Related Factors)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the linkage between health care and social services for the elderly in Jeonnam Province and its related factors. The subjects were 831 persons of visiting health service workers and social welfare workers in Jeonnam Province who responded the mail questionnaire (85.5% respondse rate). The data were collected from 15th May to 30th June, 2004 using the structured questionnaire. It was composed of the socio-demographic characteristics, the content and frequency of services referred between health care and social welfare workers, and interdisciplinary perception. Data was analysed by SPSS for Windows 12.0. 374(45.0%) reported having experience of service cooperation between health care and social welfare workers for the last three month. The most service that health care workers requested to social welfare workers was to get information for the client, on the other hand the most service that social welfare workers requested to health care workers was to visit and treat the elderly. These service providers in rural area and good attitude toward the cooperation between health care and social welfare service showed more linkage. The findings of this study could provide the basic data for the development of efficient coordinating program of health and welfare.

건설현장 근로자와 관리감독자간 안전동기요인에 대한 인식차이 비교 (Comparison of Perceptions of Safety Motivation Factors between Construction Workers and Construction Engineers)

  • 건설산업의 안전사고 중 사망사고는 최근에 증가추세에 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 현재의 관리방법과 법적조치는 한계를 보이고 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 근로자의 태도와 행동적인 요인을 알아보기 위하여 근로자들이 안전활동과 관련된 동기요인에 대한 우선순위를 알아보고, 건설근로자와 관리감독자 간의 인식차이를 확인하여 안전사고를 줄이기 위한 관리요소를 찾아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 건설근로자와 현장 관리감독자를 대상으로 경제적 요인, 작업환경 및 안전 문화적 요인, 관리적 요인 등 3가지 상위 동기요인에 대한 21개의 세부요인으로 설문조사를 실시하였다 설문조사 결과 건설근로자와 관리감독자간 차이를 보이는 요인은 작업환경 및 안전 문화적 요인이 가장 크게 나타났다. 또한 현장에서 실시하는 안전인센티브는 건설근로자와 현장 관리감독자 모두 긍정적으로 생각하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 앞으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 근로자 중심의 관리를 통하여 안전사고를 줄일 수 있을 것이다.

  • Recently, work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs) is one of the major issues in the shipbuilding industry. The number of injured workers has rapidly increased and demands for workers compensation, improvement of work condition and environment to prevent WMSDs become larger. To protect and reduce WMSDs in the shipbuilding industry, simulation technique which showed it's ability of increasing the manufacturing productivity will be applied, because simulation technique has the evaluation ability for a worker's danger level of production process by human activity analysis. In our research, we modeled worker's attitude and simulated worker's action. We evaluated the caution level, compared and analyzed the difference point of digital human which made on computer and actual worker's attitude to check feasibility of human modeling and simulation in the shipbuilding industry.

The Financial Performance of Korean Manufacturing SMEs: Influence of Human Resources Management

  • The purpose of this study is to explore and empirically analyze the factors affecting the financial performance of Korean small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies, which are relatively insufficiently researched, in terms of human resource management (HRM). In particular, this study intends to examine the human resource management activities focusing on the individual influences of workers' attitudes on systems and policies as well as jobs and organizations. This study reviews previous research and discussions on the human resource management system, as well as the organization and job-related attitudes and financial performance of workers, for the formulation of two hypotheses. Among the HCCP data, the hypothesis was verified through reliability and correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis for small- and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The results show, firstly, that human resource systems and systems have the same effect, but there were differences in the degree of impact. Secondly, job satisfaction has a statistically significant influence on financial performance. Lastly, all worker/employee attitude determinants are statistically significant for both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. HRM, previously relatively overlooked, provided theoretical and practical implications by demonstrating the direct impact on financial performance and the impact of individual human resource management systems and policies.

직장내 성희롱 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Perception of Sexual Role and Sexual Harassment in Workplace)

  • The objectives of this study are first, to investigate the significant differences in the perception and attitude for sexual role of workers, second, to identify the degree of the perception of women manpower in workplace, third, to identify the perception for sexual harassment in workplace and fourth to analyze the relative important factors that effect on conception for sexual harassment. The survey data were collected by questionnaires on May 2000, and the number of subjects was 300 workers. The SAS-PC program was used for the statistical analysis such as t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Major results were follow as: 1. The performance rates of health education for sexual harassment was 66%, and 58.9% of the lecturer of sexual harassment education was occupational health nurse. The 45.2% of workers acquired the information for sexual harassment through massive education in workplace. 2. The perception and attitude of sexual role was relatively positive as 2.3(SD=0.69) of mean values. and the difference by sex, age, marital status. and working period was significant. 3. The perception of the women manpower in workplace was generally positive as 7.9(SD= 3.25) of mean values, and the working experience group of less 10 years and more 10 years old age group showed the significant difference in comparative to other group. 4. The perception of sexual harassment of workplace composed of legal basis, range of victim, place of sexual harassment, type of sexual harassment. misconception of sexual harassment, and coping methods of sexual harassment. Among of these perception. type and coping methods of sexual harassment were shown high perception level. The difference by sex between group for perception of sexual harassment was highly significant. 5. Factors that effect on the perception of sexual harassment was not high for the explanation power of regression, but the age, the type of task, the. perception for women manpower were important variables. Based on this results of study, we recommend that the education of sexual harassment in workplace should be strengthened and specified according to age, working period, type of working task. It also should provide various education and information to workplace. Finally and there should be continuous education opportunity systematically to occupational health nurses who are major lecturers for sexual harassment, therefore they can educate workers more effectively.

근로자의 구강건강실태와 구강건강관리행동에 관한 조사 (A Study on the Status of Oral Health & Oral Health Attitude of Workers in Industries)

  • 본 연구는 근로자의 구강건강실태와 구강건강관리행동을 파악하여 근로자의 구강건강증진프로그램개발에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 본 연구를 시도 하였다. S시에 소재하는 D중공업 근로자를 대상으로 치과 내원 이유와 내원 횟수, 치아 건강상태, 구강 내 증상, 구강건강관리행동, 구강건강관리행동에 따른 치아 증상의 차이를 조사 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 치과 내원 이유와 내원 횟수는 치료 목적의 내원이 예방목적의 내워보다 4배정도 높고, 1년에 1회 이상 치과 내원 경험을 가지며, 24.8%의 응답자만이 구강건강상태가 정상으로 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 치아 건강상태는, 건강하다고 생각하는 경우는 33명(14.6%), 보통은 118명(52.2%), 약 하다고 인식하는 경우는 75명(33.2%)으로 치아의 건강상태는 건강하지 못하다고 인식하는 경향이다. 3. 구강내 증상은 치석이 있음이 76.1%, 뜨겁거나 찬것에 시린 반응이 55.8%로 나타났다. 4. 구강건강관리행동은 칫솔질 교육을 받은 경험이 있는 경우는 39.8%, 치아와 잇몸, 혀까지 모두 칫솔질을 하는 경우가 47.3%로 가장 많으며, 스켈링을 한 경험이 있는 경우는 75.7%이었다. 5. 구강건강관리행동에 따른 치아 증상의 차이는 칫솔질 교육 경험을 한 응답자중 78.9%가 치아 통증이 없다로 나타났으며, 칫솔질 시간은 3분이상일 때 잇몸 통증이 없다가 81.8%로 나타났으며, 치아, 잇몸, 혀를 모두 닦을 때 치아통증이 없다가 82.6%로 나타났으며, 흡연을 하는 응답자의 경우 치석이 있다가 83.7% 로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 보아 구강건강이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 고려해볼 때 근로자의 구강건강증진을 위해 우리나라도 관계기관의 구체적인 지원 아래 다른 여러 나라들처럼 근로자구강검진제도가 진단과 치료가 연결되어져야하며, 치과 전문인력이 산업체에 상주 또는 정기적으로 방문하여 근로자가 직장에서나 가정에서 쉽게 실천 가능한 구강위생관리법을 교육 받을 수 있는 기회를 증가시키는 프로그램이 마련되어져야 한다고 사료된다.
