This study is analized with how Mindfulness Based Breathing and Body Scan influences to elderly women's attentive concentration measured by 2-channel system EEG(Electroencephalogram) which method is objectively and determinately. The subjects in this study are 60 aged over 65years of elderly women in K city, who were divided into two groups; such as 30 of the experimental group and 30 of the control group checked by EEG before and after the treatment. The study started from March to July in 2013. The treatment was conducted by ones a week, 60minutes a time for 16 weeks. The result in experimental group is indicated as followed. The Attention Quotient Lt(69.61/70.85, p<.024) showed higher score after treatment, and Attention Quotient Rate Lt(4.22/3.75, p<.037), Attention Quotient Rate Rt(4.29/3.70, p<.019) did show statistically lower score after treatment. Attention Quotient is shown attentive concentration and awareness in the brain. Therefore, Mindfulness Based Breathing and Body Scan is proved the value and efficiency for activating elderly women's attentive concentration by a way of practical using in neuroscience.

Reasonable Mathematics New Issues are more elaborate in dealing with the mathematical problems and the methods of the mathematical thinking than the ways of mathematical meditative concentration of one's attentive calculation. They were written about one generation later as comparing the latter of the above. They also introduced the Archimedes' principle.

The ways of mathematical meditative concentration of one's attentive calculation are the important records of the mathematics in the Korean mathematical history. Through them, we can find the methods of the mathematical thinking several generations ago, and presume the styles of life in the Chosun dynasty as men see the ancient life by the fossils. Thus we need to see them out of our unconcerns and rearrange them from the disorder without distortions.

In a spark ignition engine, in order to make research on flame propagation, attentive concentration should be paid on initial combustion stage about the formation and development of flame. In addition, the initial stage of combustion governs overall combustion period in a spark ignition engine. With the increase of the size of flame kernel, it could reach initial flame stage easily, and the mixture could proceed to the combustion of stabilized state. Therefore, we must study the theoretical calculation of minimum flame kernel radius which effects on the formation and development of kernel. To calculate the minimum flame kernel radius, we must know the thermal conductivity, flame temperature, laminar burning velocity and etc. The thermal conductivity is derived from the molecular kinetic theory, the flame temperature from the chemical reaction equations and the laminar burning velocity from the D.K.Kuehl's formula. In order to estimate the correctness of the theoretically calculated minimum flame kernel radius, the researcheres compared it with the RMaly's experimental values.

Ever since the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC) was agreed to stabilized greenhouse gas(GHG) concentration in the atmosphere at 1992, most countries including Korea have been developing strategic plans and implementing a number of R＆D programs to develop the measures to reduce the emission of GHG. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the plans and programs for our country to develop more competitive technologies and to be more active and attentive in international meetings. In this paper, the energy policies of advanced countries will be analysed and be compared each other along with the Korean policy. Furthermore, the carbon dioxide reduction and sequestration R＆D programs in the countries will also be studied.

In this study we applied the NAG obtained by the deacetylation of chitin extracted from the shells of crabs and shrimp as cosmetic ingredient. In order to compare NAG with GLC we identified the influence of cytotoxicity, anti-inflammatory, melanin biosynthesis formation inhibition on skin cell, and we measured the effects of the change of melanin and red spots. The results show that there was not any attentive cytotoxicity on the Raw 264.7 cell and B16F10 cell, and NO formation anti-inflammatory hindrance effect induced from Raw 264.7 by LPS was slight, and NAG suppressed the increase of melanin generation concentration-dependently after we induced the melanin generation with ${\alpha}$-MSH on B16F10 and measured the melanin biosynthesis inhibition. From this result, we identified the applicability of the cosmetics containing NAG as functional cosmetic for enhancing skin-lightening because when cream containing NAG was applied to skin the index of melanin red spots showed statistically meaningful changes.
