With increased competition in various industries comes increased organizational pressure to develop. Human resources are the most important assets in an organization because it is a source capable of directing, maintaining, and developing organizations to meet various demands of society and times. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on turnover intention mediated by work stress and work engagement at four-star hotels in Surabaya Indonesia. In this study, data collection was obtained using questionnaires and saturated sample methods. The sample in this study is all employees at four-star hotels in Surabaya Indonesia, totaling 60 respondents. Partial Least Square approach was used for model analysis. The results showed that workload has a significant effect on turnover intention. Workload also has a significant effect on work stress and work engagement, and work stress and work engagement have a significant effect on turnover intention. The findings of this study suggest that four-star hotels in Surabaya Indonesia need to pay more attention to the tasks that are allocated to employees according to their abilities so that employees do not feel overwhelmed and can complete these tasks optimally, on time, and they need to create a strategy to relieve employee stress during work.

This is a descriptive investigative study which attempts to confirm the mediating effect of learning motivation in the relationship between self-directed learning, learning commitment, and learning persistence intention of university students in an online learning environment. The questionnaires were randomly distributed online and the agreed questionnaires were retrieved, with a total of 338 copies used for analysis. The following is the summary of the findings. First, there were significant differences in learning persistence intention according to general characteristics depending on age, major, part-time job, and academic level. Second, the results showed a positive correlation between self-directed learning, learning commitment, learning motivation, and learning persistence intentions of the subjects were statistically significant. Third, after checking the mediating effect of learning motivation in relation to self-directed learning, learning commitment and learning motivation, the learning motivation has a partial mediating effect on learning and 23% explanatory power, and the learning commitment was found to have a complete mediating effect on the impact of learning motivation on learning intentions with 21% explanatory power. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide a more diverse educational environment, such as operating a motivation semester program that can improve learning motivations along with learning commitment, and the use of a variety of contents that can focus the learner's interest or attention.

Purpose: This study aims to determine which optional attributes are more important for the MZ generation when purchasing luxury fashion goods. Although sales are slowing down in all industries due to COVID-9, sales of luxury fashion goods are instead increasing, centered on the MZ generation. Companies are expanding online sales channels and transforming to gain more attention. Research design, data and methodology: Selection attributes are considered to be more crucial, when customers select luxury fashion products such as prestige image, brand awareness, reasonable price, and product quality, were researched and also find the correlation between satisfaction and purchase intention were analyzed. A survey was conducted focusing on the MZ generation, and the contents of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program and the Amos 26.0 program. Results: As a result of the study, selection attributes as prestige image, brand awareness, and product quality were proved to influence significantly on satisfaction. Moreover, the path of satisfaction to purchase intention proved significant. But reasonable price did not influence on MZ generations satisfaction. Conclusions: The research results present the selection attributes of luxury fashion products and provide significant implications when the MZ generation selects the attributes of luxury fashion products.
As a part of environmental pollution mitigation in China, the number of environmentally friendly vehicles in China is proliferating, attention to vehicles that use environmentally friendly energy continues to increase, and China's new energy vehicle market is also growing rapidly. Similar to existing research, the focus of the subsidy is to provide financial support for electric vehicle buyers and the expansion of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure. Under these circumstances, this study attempts to understand the influence of Chinese consumers' green responsibility and other psychological factors on electronic vehicle purchase intention based on norm activation theory and theory of planned behavior. PLS-SEM examined the proposed hypotheses with 369 valid Chinese consumers, and all were supported. Our findings contribute to the extension of the research scope of Chinese consumers' intention to purchase electric vehicles and provide practical information for domestic and foreign firms entering China, the world's largest electric vehicle market.
ChatGPT, a generative artificial intelligence(AI) technology that analyzes conversations to identify users' intentions and generates responses in consideration of the context of the conversation, is attracting attention from a user interface (UI) perspective that it can provide information through natural conversations with users. This study examined the effect of functional and playful values experienced by early users of ChatGPT on reuse intention and verified the structural relationship between technological efficacy, experiential values, and reuse intention. To verify the research model and hypotheses, a survey was conducted on college students who used ChatGPT for the first time. A total of 156 responses were received and 154 responses were used for analysis. As a result, both the functional experiential value and playful experiential value in the initial use process had significant effects on the intention to use ChatGPT. In addition, it was found that technological efficiency had a significant effect on functional and playful experiential values.
Recently, Web 3.0 services such as virtual currency, block chain, and NFT are attracting public attention. Users who depended on platforms are moving away from being dependent on service providers and moving to Web 3.0 services. Representative services of Web 3.0 include P2E (Play to Earn) and M2E (Move to Earn). In the case of P2E, various studies have been conducted as it is widely covered in the press and media, but research on M2E is relatively lacking. This study attempts to identify the intention to use M2E by using the expanded technology acceptance model. External factors were selected based on M2E's own characteristics and personal characteristics, a research model was designed, and the proposed hypotheses were verified through factor analysis and goodness of model fit. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that profitability, innovativeness, and self-expression had a positive effect on perceived characteristics, and that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and social influence had a positive effect on intention to use. Through the research results, practical implications for efficient service operation that meets the needs of users are presented to M2E platform providers.
Purpose: This study investigates the effects of scuba diving resort service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, considering the moderating effects of perceived risk by scuba divers such as individual, social, and physical risks. Methods: This study surveyed scuba divers using scuba diving resorts in South Korea. The data were analyzed using multi-regression and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows; all five service quality dimensions (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) significantly affected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction also affected revisit intention. However, no moderating effect by perceived risk were observed between customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The cause of these results is believed to be the nature of scuba diving as a adventure sport. Conclusion: These results implies that scuba divers' purchase action can be different from the general service users from the perspective of perceived risk. Considering the uniqueness of adventure sports of scuba diving, the managers of scuba diving resorts need to act actively paying attention to all dimensions of service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Purpose - The environment-friendly agricultural product market in Korea sees continual high growth. Recently, the Korean government has been actively fostering environment-friendly agriculture as an engine of future growth. Korean people have increasingly become more health-conscious and interested in food safety issues. Many distribution and retailing companies have responded with various promotional activities. However, most of these are not strategic and appear to have unsatisfactory outcomes. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest effective marketing strategies for environment-friendly agricultural products. To achieve this aim, the study empirically investigates the effects of consumer characteristics and trust on the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. Research design, data, methodology - Based on the theory of planned behavior, and previous studies related to the purchase intention and consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products, we set up five study hypotheses. These related to the demographic characteristics of consumers, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. We then set up a study model and four study hypotheses relating to health consciousness, environmental consciousness, consumer trust level, purchase intention, and behavior of the products. The data were collected using a questionnaire given to consumers living in Seoul and southern Geonggi Province. The final sample size is 403 and mean age is 44.3. SPSS 15.0 for Windows and Amos 7.0 were used as statistical analysis tools. Meaningful results were derived using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, a t-test, and structural equation modeling. Results - Empirical results of this research are as follows. (1) First, it is shown that consumers consider such attributes as intimacy and health to be important when they buy environment-friendly agricultural products. (2) We also found that consumers recognize the value of environment-friendly agricultural products as high, but their trust level as low. (3) Consumer groups consisting of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age are shown to have a higher intention of buying environment-friendly agricultural products than any other consumer group. (4) It is estimated that the level of consumer trust positively affects the purchase intention of environment-friendly agricultural products. The path coefficient (.138) between consumer trust and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = .05 level. (5). It is also estimated that environmental consciousness positively affects purchase intention. The path coefficient (.245) between environmental consciousness and purchase intention is statistically significant at the α = 0.05 level. The standardized path coefficients of consumer trust and environmental consciousness with purchase intention are .556 and .288 respectively. Therefore, consumer trust affects purchase intention more than environmental consciousness. (6) Finally, purchase intention is estimated to positively affect purchase behavior. Conclusions - Based upon empirical results, this research suggests that marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should focus more on increasing consumer trust levels, emphasizing the training and education of employees. The government also should pay attention to a standardized certification system for environment-friendly agricultural products. Marketers of environment-friendly agricultural products should consider the consumer groups of married couples, with higher education, higher income, and higher age as a major target segment.
Attention to appearance is a common concern for all. Images created by appearance play an important role in judging people in terms of social life in contemporary society. This study investigated general behaviours of appearance management behaviours of both male and female college students, and categorised consumption emotion experienced by appearance management. In this regards, it was examined how consumers' psychological mechanism of consumption emotions influences consumers' satisfaction and their behavioural intentions. The main results are as follows: First, female students invest more time and money into appearance management compare to male students and have a higher level of attention. Secondly, both male and female students experience a variety of consumption emotions in appearance management behaviours. According to gender, female students show a higher level of positive and negative consumption emotions than male students. Thirdly, there are five emotional types (Confidence, Annoyance, Refreshment, Enjoyment, Anxiety) as the result of the consumption emotional typology in terms of appearance management behaviours of male and female university students. Fourthly, there are different emotional groups which influence consumers' satisfaction or behavioural intention according to gender in appearance management behaviour. In general, emotional groups such as 'Confidence, Delight and Anxiety' have a positive influence on consumers' satisfaction and behavioral intention, and 'Annoyance' composed of negative emotions have negative influence. In this respect, this research can contribute to beauty product development and marketing strategy with reflecting consumption emotion, and better understanding of consumption culture of university students which plays a pivotal role in appearance management behavior.

Purpose This study examines the role of corporate image and privacy concerns in intention to use of online travel services using data from Vietnam. Design/methodology/approach The data collection was implemented to a student sample at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi, which has a high concentration of young people who are interested in online travel in Vietnam. The paper based questionnaire was directly delivered to the respondents. After sorting to eliminate unfit samples, the number of responses was 541, which exceeds 500, the minimum number typically required. To test the hypotheses, we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of constructs in the model. We also used direct, indirect and total effect coefficient to evaluate the total impact of factors on the intention to use online services. Findings This study found that corporate image is positively associated to intention to use online services. It found a link between corporate image and privacy concerns, which suggests another way for firms to address their customers' privacy concerns; corporate image, which has received great attention in traditional offline sales channels, but not in online services, should receive higher attention in IS research. Online travel businesses, besides increasing ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust in their services, should focus on build a reliable corporate image, which can not only promote the service use but also help to eliminate users' the privacy concerns.
