  • Purpose of this study is to maximize inflection of code DGPS for LBS. Compare calibration method with pseudo range revision method for this and decides revision method. Also, examine variation that occur by inconsistency of satellite association of user and standard department for problem solution by satellite association. Model revision information through AR model who use RLSLF and minimises satellite association problem. I wish to do optimized code DGPS of digital map so that is possible through an experiment.

  • This paper introduces an adaptive algorithm determining the measurement-track association problem in multi-target tracking(MTT). We model the target and measurement relationships with mean field theory and then define a MAP estimate for the optimal association. Based on this model, we introduce an energy function defined over the measurement space, that incorporates the natural constraints for target tracking. To find the minimizer of the energy function, we derived a new adaptive algorithm by introducing the Lagrange multipliers and local dual theory. Through the experiments, we show that this algorithm is stable and works well in general environments. Also the advantages of the new algorithm over other algorithms are discussed.

  • To evaluate behavior in representing solute transport in natural streams, the storage zone model of the axially periodic transient storage zones is developed. The periodic transient storage zone model and continuous storage zone model are verified using the parameters and the tracer concentration vs. time curves observed in laboratory channels. The periodic storage zone model best fit the measured concentration vs. time curves, while the continuous storage model fails to describe some fluctuations and the plateau region of the tail occurring in a discontinuous transient storage system. Dispersion data from Shingobee River, Minnesota, U. S. A. show that the concentration curves simulated by the proposed model fit the observed concentration curves well.

  • In this paper, We propose detection mood generation system using learning to generate automatically detection model. It is improved manpower, efficiency in time. Proposed detection model generator system is consisted of agent system and manager system. Model generation can do existing standardization by genetic algorithm because do model generation and apply by new detection model. according to experiment results, detection model generation using learning proposed sees more efficiently than existing intrusion detection system. When intrusion of new type occur by implemented system and decrease of the False-Positive rate, improve performance of existing intrusion detection system.

  • One of the major challenge for retrieval performance is the word mismatch between user's queries and documents in information retrieval. To solve the word mismatch problem, we propose a retrieval model based on the degree of association of query concept and word translation probabilities in translation-based model. The word translation probabilities are calculated based on the set of a sentence and its succeeding sentence pair. To validate the proposed method, we experimented on TREC AP test collection. The experimental results show that the proposed model achieved significant improvement over the language model and outperformed translation-based language model.

  • This study mainly deals with price behavior developed in a agricultural location model (or closed model) considering the production and demand aspects. The short-run situation of price and output is associated with the yearly fluctuation of yield from agricultural production. Demand is generally regarded as constant in the short-run because of being inelastic over short time. The long-run situation is associated with a period in which all related variables can be varied. Then a price behaviors from the two contrasting closed models have been further explored in the long-run economy. Agricultural price for each activity in the closed model is affected by change in agricultural production. Also, falling agricultural price is connected with lower rents and lower land values.

  • This research investigates the quantitative screening methods for the Grant Funding system and seeks for the efficient evaluation of a number of proposals. We search foreign cases of Grand Funding, but we found no appropriate model for using in Korea. Thus, we had to develope our own model for better screening. First, we analyse the existing evaluation system and find some problems and challenges. Second, we suggest a quantitative screening system for Grant Funding with a numeric model, and operates a tedious simulation by using the previous data and our suggested model. Third, we test the suggested model and find the optimal model by using simulation method The number of data analysed for simulation is larger than 200 thousands. Last, we suggest some brief policy implications based on the results in the paper.

  • To achieve the optimal sewer layout design, most developed models are designed to determine pipe diameter, slope and overall layout in order to minimize the least cost for the design rainfall. However, these models are not capable of considering the superposition effect of runoff hydrographs entering each junction. The suggested Optimal Sewer Layout Model (OSLM) is designed to control flows and distribute the node inflows while taking into consideration the superposition effect for reducing the inundation risk from the sewer pipes. The suggested model used the genetic algorithm to determine the optimal layout, which was connected to the SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) for the calculation of the hydraulic analysis. The suggested model was applied to an urban watershed of 35 ha, which is located in Seoul, Korea. By using the suggested model, several rainfall events, including the design rainfall and excessive rainfalls, were used to generate runoff hydrographs from a modified sewer layout. By the results, the peak outflows at the outlet were decreased and the overflows were also reduced.

  • This Qualitative case study focused on the National Pilot Project to make family-friendly communities. We examined the basic model of the family-friendly community proposed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. One of the three local communities selected as family friendly models was chosen for observation and in-depth interview for its residents. The official performance report shows this project's process, results and future tasks. From the in-depth interview data, we defined the project's characteristics as the government and private sectors collaboration, model transformation from the original family friendly model to the production model, and we found some conflicts among residents upon financial issues and business items. The most important task is the vitalization of the community corporate body to realize this project's performance through these three years. And this study implicates to elaborate the rural family-friendly community model focused on income creating community redesign, different from the urban model focused on caring.

  • Model-centered instruction which presents expert mental model before or during learning can facilitate and help novice learners' problem solving process. During six phases of cognitive apprenticeship model which is a method for applying model centered instruction theory, collaborative learning strategy can maximize articulation and reflection of novice learners. This article presents results of a study that investigated the effects of model-centered instruction and collaborative learning on the learning of instructional design process for pre-service teachers attending a computer education class at an education university.
