지식 결합을 이용한 서로 다른 모델들의 통합 (Integration of Heterogeneous Models with Knowledge Consolidation)

  • For better predictions and classifications in customer recommendation, this study proposes an integrative model that efficiently combines the currently-in-use statistical and artificial intelligence models. In particular, by integrating the models such as Association Rule, Frequency Matrix, and Rule Induction, this study suggests an integrative prediction model. Integrated models consist of four models: ASFM model which combines Association Rule(A) and Frequency Matrix(B), ASRI model which combines Association Rule(A) and Rule Induction(C), FMRI model which combines Frequency Matrix(B) and Rule Induction(C), and ASFMRI model which combines Association Rule(A), Frequency Matrix(B), and Rule Induction(C). The data set for the tests is collected from a convenience store G, which is the number one in its brand in S. Korea. This data set contains sales information on customer transactions from September 1, 2005 to December 7, 2005. About 1,000 transactions are selected for a specific item. Using this data set. it suggests an integrated model predicting whether a customer buys or not buys a specific product for target marketing strategy. The performance of integrated model is compared with that of other models. The results from the experiments show that the performance of integrated model is superior to that of all other models such as Association Rule, Frequency Matrix, and Rule Induction.

  • 특정 제품이나 서비스에 대한 네티즌의 의견들은 고객들의 구매 행위에서의 참고대상일 뿐만 아니라 기업 입장에서도 마케팅이나 경영전략을 수립하기 위한 중요한 자료가 될 수 있기 때문에 온라인 고객리뷰를 분석하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 비정형(unformatted) 데이터형인 자연어(natural language) 형태로 웹상에 게시된 고객 의견들을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 오피년마이닝 기법을 제안한다. 기존 데이터마이닝 기법 중의 하나인 연관규칙탐사 기법을 수정하여 오피년마이닝 과정에 보다 효율적이고 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 방안을 고찰하고 이를 기반으로 실제 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • The accuracy impact of using high-order Boussinesq-type model as compared to the typical order model is examined in this paper. The multi-layer model developed by Lynett and Liu(2004a) is used for simulating of wave breaking over a step region. The overall comparisons between the two-layer model and the hydraulic experiments are quite good. The one-layer model overshoals the wave near the breakpoint, while the two-layer model shoals at a rate more consistent with the experimental data.

1929년 조선박람회 출품주택 개최경위 및 평면 고찰 (The Research on the Process and Floor Plan of Model Houses for The Chosun Exhibition in 1929)

  • The Chosun Exhibition was held in 1929 and the Architectural Association of Chosun(AAC) displayed model houses fur the fair. These model houses represented the new housing trend of the Chosun society, so this research was necessary to find out the facts. The main materials used for this research were issues from 'Chosun and Architecture'. The objects of this research was to find out the activity of the AAC and to classify the displayed model houses according to the structure, plan and interior. These three model houses depicted the improved housing designs at that time. Improved housing designs also depicted the convenience of everyday life, hygiene, improvement of facilities and the application of modem lift to that era. Therefore, these three houses would be revaluated as new models of houses for the Chosun society under education activity by the AAC.

Improvement of flood simulation accuracy based on the combination of hydraulic model and error correction model

  • In this study, a hydraulic flow model and an error correction model are combined to improve the flood simulation accuracy. First, the hydraulic flow model is calibrated by optimizing the Manning's roughness coefficient that considers spatial and temporal variability. Then, an error correction model were used to correct the systematic errors of the calibrated hydraulic model. The error correction model is developed using Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) that can estimate the systematic simulation errors of the hydraulic model by considering some state variables as inputs. The input variables are selected using parital mutual information (PMI) technique. It was found that the calibrated hydraulic model can simulate flood water levels with good accuracy. Then, the accuracy of estimated flood levels is improved further by using the error correction model. The method proposed in this study can be used to the flood control and water resources management as it can provide accurate water level eatimation.

  • The purpose of this study is developing a coupled model for the flood analysis. Firstly, the model(river model) describing the inundation in a river solves the two-dimensional Saint Venant equations with a finite difference method and it is possible moving boundary treatment. The other model(inland model) in developed based on the ILLUDAS model to describe the conveyance capacity of a stormwater sewer system. Finally, a coupled model is applied to a real situation. The newly developed coupled model simulates reasonably the flood event occurred in a river and a inland simultaneously

해상물동량과 항만의 처리능력 (Marine Freight Transportation and Cargo Handling Capacity of Ports)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate and forecast the marine trading volumes based on the structural model. We employ GPH cointegration test since the structural model must be stationary to get the accurate predicted values. The empirical results show that our model is stationary. This paper also applies variance decompositions and impulse-response functions to the structural model composed of exchange rate, domestic industrial activity, and world business. The results indicate that while both loading and unloading volumes respond positively to the shocks in income and then decay very slowly, their responses are different to the shocks in exchange tate.
