In this study, methodologies for the establishment of electrical works technology roadmap and its categorization are proposed analyzing different technologies and organizations roadmaps, existing electrical works technology roadmaps, new technology roadmaps, and so on. These methodologies could contribute on the direction for R&D policies of the government and companies, the cooperation studies between academies, institutes, and enterprises, and new market formation.

In recent years, there have been frequent incidents of invasion of national defense networks by insiders. This trend can be said to disprove that the physical network separation policy currently applied by the Korea Ministry of National Defense can no longer guarantee military cyber security. Therefore, stronger cybersecurity measures are needed. In this regard, Zero Trust with a philosophy of never trusting and always verifying is emerging as a new alternative security paradigm. This paper analyzes the zero trust establishment trends currently being pursued by the US Department of Defense, and based on the implications derived from this, proposes a zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military. The zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military proposed in this paper includes a zero trust establishment strategy, a plan to organize a dedicated organization and secure budget, and a plan to secure zero trust establishment technology. Compared to cyber security based on the existing physical network separation policy, it has several advantages in terms of cyber security.

The purpose of this study was first to reveal the factors of time management behaviors of college students. The second purpose was to examine the effects of those factors on the satisfaction of time management. The data were collected from 400 college students in Seoul by a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, Factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and Multiple linear regression were conducted by SPSS WIN12.0. The major findings were as follows. First, factor analysis of 20 items on the time management behaviors related questions revealed six factors: establishment of standards, reality, overlapping, checking, adjusting and facilitating. Second, many factors such as facilitating, establishment of standards, reality, overlapping were significant in the regression analyses for the satisfaction of time management. Especially, establishment of standards and facilitating had high levels of effort on the satisfaction of time management. In combination, these results suggest that establishment of standards and facilitating are very important factors for high satisfaction of time management.

The objective of this study is to recommend the radiation protection design parameters from the shielding point of view for concrete wall between the decay tank room and the primary pump room in TRIGA Mark-II Research Reactor Facility. The shield design for this concrete wall has been performed with the help of Point-kernel Shielding Code Micro-Shield 5.05 and this design was also validated based on the measured dose rate values with Radiation Survey Meter (G-M Counter) considering the ICRP-60 (1990) recommendations for occupational dose rate limit ($10{\mu}Sv/hr$). The recommended shield design parameters are: (i) thickness of 114.3 cm Ilmenite-Magnetite Concrete (IMC) or 129.54 cm Ordinary Reinforced Concrete (ORC) for concrete wall A (ii) thickness of 66.04 cm Ilmenite-Magnetite Concrete (IMC) or 78.74 cm Ordinary Reinforced Concrete (ORC) for concrete wall B and (iii) door thickness of 3.175 cm Mild Steel (MS) on the entrance of decay tank room. In shielding efficiency analysis, the use of I-M concrete in the design of this concrete wall shows that it reduced the dose rate by a factor of at least 3.52 times approximately compared to ordinary reinforced concrete.

Security Service is the study for social safety and maintenance of order. Compared with the industrial circle, it has only been 18 years, though, many-sided scholars have been interested in this field and tried. The present Security Service, however, has several problems, so it is difficult to gain recognition as the value of learning. To achieve this, several kinds of prior tasks should get solved. First, Preparation for agreement between Industry and University about the academic concept and establishment of range. Second, Set up the School Register System for the academic establishment of identity. Third, Preparation of the plan for the organization of education system. Fourth, Study Direction different from the industrial world. (Unconcern) Therefore, the alternatives centered on some prior tasks will be suggested to enhance the identity and value of Security Service as the study.

Using a establishment-worker matched data, this paper estimates wage differentials between standard and non-standard workers. Unlike previous studies, we estimate a fixed-effect model for the tree-way error-components that control for both unobserved individual heterogeneities and unobserved firm heterogeneities. The estimation results show that standard workers earn 6.5~8.4% mire than non-standard workers. This wage premium is 30~40% of the wage differential estimated from the OLS model. The results implies that a large proportion of the wage differentials between standard and non standard workers can be explained by unobserved firm and individual characteristics.

The trend of abstract expressions has become one of the fundamental causes of the problems relating to a sense of place in modern architecture. This trend began in earnest after the era of modernism, caused by the effect of modern dualism. Before analyzing the problems of the modern trend of abstract expressions and sense of place, a fundamental review of the establishment of human environments is necessary. In this context, this study deals with the principles of the establishment of an environment based on the logic of projection between human beings and milieu, through the concept of mediance by Augustin Berque, and based on this, causes of adverse effects on the establishment of environments in modernism were verified. In addition, the last section covers the conceptual supplements required in order for the concept of mediance to become practical, overcoming its limitation of being simply theoretical. Through this analysis on the concept of mediance, it is realized that a genuine sense of place can be achieved only when architecture moves beyond the individual dimension as a simply physical object, and instead plays a role as a socially sustainable community, embracing the people and unique objects therein.

This study aims at establishing master plan for efficient establishment of comprehensive drought management information system as non-structural drought counterplan which provides drought damage in advance. Domestic and abroad research related to drought were surveyed and analyzed through many literature and internet for systematic drought management information system. Long-term master plan for comprehensive drought management information system is divided into 3 steps. In first step, drought monitoring system including development of hydrological drought assessment index, drought outlook analysis method and GIS web based drought monitering system is established. In second step, water supply plan and guideline through water shortage danger assessment by areal characteristics is established. In third step, comprehensive management information system through export system linked to KORSIM and establishment of information shared system between each bureau related to drought. Based on this study, master plan for efficient development and application of drought management information system is proposed, it is expected to be applied as guideline for second and third step of drought management information system.
