네트워크를 기반으로 하는 시스템들의 발전으로 인하여 매우 다양한 침입이 확산되고 있다. 따라서, 침입자들로부터 위험을 줄이기 위해 평가도구에 관한 연구가 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 위험평가시 동일한 가중치를 적용한 평가와 조직의 특성에 따라 보안요소의 가중치를 가변적으로 적용한 평가를 할 수 있도록 하였으며 각 조직이 자체적으로 보안 점검을 할 수 있도록 설계함으로서 관리 측면에서 취약점을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하며, 수행해야 할 권고를 제시한다.

대부분의 조직에서 정보시스템의 의존도가 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템 보안 사고에 대한 위험이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계와 위험분석방법을 적용하여 보안 위험분석을 위한 안정성 평가시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한, 위험평가 시 동일한 가중치를 적용한 평가와 조직의 특성에 따라 보안요소의 가중치를 가변적으로 적용한 평가를 할 수 있도록 하였으며 각 조직이 자체적으로 보안 점검을 할 수 있도록 설계함으로서 관리 측면에서 취약점을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하며. 안정성 확보를 위하여 수행해야 할 권고를 제시한다.

We performed the heat aging test to predict the useful lifetime of Elastomeric Bearing Chloroprene Rubber (CR) used for supporting bridge. During the test, we measured elongation that are influenced by temperature and aging time. The failure of a test piece is defined as the point at which the elongation reaches to 75% of the initial value. This failure criterion is based on KS F 4420: 1998 (Elastomeric Bearing for bridge). Through the accelerated heat aging test, we found that the Arrhenius relationship and the Weibull lifetime distribution are appropriate as the life-temperature relationship and lifetime distribution of the CR, respectively. Using the Arrhenius -Weibull model, the parameters of the model are estimated and the lifetime of the CR at use condition is predicted.

The present study retrospectively investigated clinical outcome at patients with low back pain or sciatica during Chuna treatment (flexion-distraction technique). The study population consisted of 29 patients. Discogenic group consisted of 21 patients who were already diagnosed as HNP of lumbar spine with serial MRIs(magnetic resonance imaging) or CTs(computerized tomography). Simple LBP group consisted of 8 patients with low back pain & sciatica who were non-specific disorder on radiologic examination. All patients were treated with flexion-distraction technique, one of Chuna technique, under analysis of Moire Topography. And the evaluation of clinical outcome was done twice during this study by Moire Topography Analytic Point and Low Back Pain Assesment, Visual Analogue Scale. The results were summarized as follows; Total improvement rate of Moire Topography was $25.8{\pm}17.8%$, and the rate of Low Back Pain Assesment was $56.5{\pm}23.0%$, Visual Analogue Scale of post-treatment was $32.6{\pm}22.5$ Between Improvement rate of Moire Topography and improvement rate of Low Back Pain Assesment, significant correlation was proved(Person's coefficient was 0.381, p<0.05). After all, it is certain improvement of Moire Topography represents symptom's improvement.

1970년대 이후 결제의 급속한 성장과 주택보급 확대 정책 등으로 단기간에 많은 건축물이 건설되었지만, 유지관리가 체계적으로 이루어지지 않아서 노후도가 심각한 실정이다. 민간시설의 경우 경제적 이익 실현 둥을 목적으로 노후도 및 내용연수에 상관없이 철거 후 재건축함으로써, 막대한 자원의 낭비와 건축 폐기물로 인한 환경오염을 초래하고 있다. 최근에는 재건축에 대한 법률이 강화되면서 노후 공동주택에 대한 재건축은 줄어들고 리모델링에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 건축물의 합리적인 리모델링을 유도하기 위하여 노후 건축물을 철거할 것인지 또는 리모델링 할 것인지를 개략적으로 판단할 수 있는 의사결정 시스템을 제안한 것이다. 이 시스템은 건축물의 내용연수 및 사용연수를 고려한 수명 평가와 구조 안전성·설비 노후도 및 거주환경 성능을 포함한 노후도 평가로 구성된다.

The failure modes of pneumatic directional control valves include leakage, wear of the spool seal, and sticking of the spool. Among them, the main failure mode of the valve is leakage. The leakage is caused by the wear of the spool seal. However, due to the characteristics of the seal material, the leakage rate is fluctuated a lot rather than constantly increased over time. If life analysis is performed using the first time data of leakage failure, predicted life cycles can be different from the real life cycles. This paper predicts life cycles of the pilot pneumatic directional control valve based on the three point moving average which considers the average of the fluctuating leakage rate.

In this study, it was performed damage assesment of small scale composite aircraft developing. This aircraft adopted the sandwich structure to skin of wing. This study aims to investigate the residual strength of sandwich composites with Nomex honeycomb core and carbon fiber face sheets after the open hole damage by the experimental investigation. The 4-point bending tests were used to find the bending strength, and the open hole was applied to introduce the simulated damage on the specimen. The bending strength test results after open hole was compared with the results of no damaged specimen test. The FEM analysis is assessed via an experimental 4-point bending test.

Korean Tilting trains have tested on conventional lines since the beginning of 2007 for evaluating its reliability. We achieved some major performance tests which are the maximum operation speed 180km/h test and the maximum curves increasing speed with tilting operation test. In order to analysis reliability data of tilting train, we have used the special data aquisition system which consists of monitor, sensors and depot computer etc. As a results of calculation, until now we realized that the reliability are getting more increasing than starting point of running test.

The potential and step voltage distribution around low voltage joint-box cover were simulated with the variation of resistivity of water, depth of submerged water and point of leakage current. The potential distribution is very high gradient around low voltage joint-box, this condition is very dangerous states.

The university assessment of Industrial point of view that is the evaluation of university's outcomes was started in 2008 to find out university's social and industrial contribution rate by evaluating the added value of raising up competent people and technical development through university courses. This study is for analyzing outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period and searching for improvement suggestions of evaluation indexes and ways. The outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period is that are the contributions overcoming the difference of industrial requests and university's courses, information offering to university about industrial requests, the substantiate indicator for evaluating the suitability of university's courses and the improvement of university's competitiveness through course's upgrades, The ways improving the university assessment of Industrial point of view are introducing the ways of industrial university's consulting, evaluation for certification and involving graduate school's courses assesment, reinforcing the analysis of industrial requests, improving the indexes of courses and setting up feedback system.
