Mobile network applications are growing and this requires a fast and efficient transport method between the BS(Base Station) and the MSC(Mobile Switching Center). One possible solution is to use ATM and a voice CODEC standard which compresses 64kbps voice data to less than 8kbps. The low bit tate and small-sized packets made by the voice CODEC imply that significant amount of link bandwidth would be wasted, if this small-sized packet is carried by one ATM cell. The cell assembly delay increases if one ATM cell is fully filled with the small-sized packets. For the bandwidth-efficient transmission of low-rate, short, and variable length packets in delay sensitive applications, AAL-2 was standardized. This paper evaluates performance of AAL-2 by using voice CODEC standard.

Audio Video Standard (AVS)는 중국내의 멀티미디어 응용기기를 위해 개발된 오디오/비디오 압축 표준이다. AVS는 표준화 코덱 중 성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 알려진 H.264/AVC에 비해 낮은 복잡도의 비디오 알고리즘을 사용하면서도 비슷한 RD 성능을 보인다. AVS 비디오 코덱은 VGA급 이상의 영상을 타겟으로 하기 때문에 큰 해상도에서 압축효율이 좋은 $8{\times}8$ 단위 블록의 예측 및 변환 알고리즘을 사용한다. 현재 중국에서 IPTV 및 모바일 애플리케이션을 위한 코덱으로 AVS를 사용하는 비중이 높아지고 있어 국내의 기업 및 연구소에서도 AVS를 위한 애플리케이션 및 칩 개발을 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 AVS 비디오 복호화기 알고리즘을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 불필요한 메모리 연산이 없도록 AVS 비디오 복호화기를 구현하고 이를 TI의 Davinci EVM보드에서 최적화하였다. 또한, 제안한 복호화기에 고속의 VLD 알고리즘을 적용하고 linear assembly로 디블록킹 필터를 구현하는 등 DSP에 적합하도록 최적화를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 AVS의 참조 소프트웨어인 RM 5.2J 복호화기와 비교하여 $500%{\sim}700%$의 복호 속도 향상을 이루었다.

Using standard components of a press die is recognized as a way for a cost reduction and a short lead time. It also provides a way for a quick maintenance of a die under repair. It is expected to contribute to integration of CAD/CAM system for manufacturing dies in the future. This paper presents a 3D CAD library which is constructed using the standard components and is used for designing a press die. This 3D CAD library is generated by a database system made of Microsoft Access for standard components and by CATIA V5 R10 API for geometric features. The library is implemented using Visual Basic 6.0 utility of CATIA API function in the Windows NT environment. It creates a 3D model of the standard components of press die easily when a die designer inputs numerical values of geometric features and the BOM of the completely assembled parts. It also generates automatically the assembly drawing of die set by using variables for standard values of die parts. Therefore users can save the cost of time to design the press die components, and even a beginner can use this program with ease. The test results of the 3D CAD library for designing shearing and bending dies verify its usefulness and feasibility.

집회의 자유는 헌법에서 보장하고 있는 기본권적 자유이다. 우리의 현실을 보면 집회의 자유는 경찰의 관리통제 하에 있을 때에만 보장되고, 그렇지 않을 때는 진압해야 할 대상으로 인식되고 있다. 심지어 경찰은 '깨진 유리창 이론(broken window theory)'을 거론하면서 조그만 불법이 심각한 불법․폭력시위로 변질될 수 있다는 이유로 집회의 평화성 보다는 '준법'여부에 집착하고 있는 듯한 태도를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 태도는 집회에 참여하는 시민을 진압해야 할 대상으로 내몰게 되는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 이 글은 최근 문제되고 있는 경찰물리력 사용수단으로서 차벽과 물포를 중심으로 물리력 사용요건과 현황을 분석하고, 그 개선방안을 제시하였다. 우선, 차벽의 설치는 집회장소를 항의의 대상으로부터 분리시킴으로써 집회가 갖는 본질적인 소통의 기능을 차단하고 있다. 따라서 차벽설치는 불법행위에 직면하여 예방을 위한 경고에도 불구하고 차벽설치 이외 다른 방법으로는 '사람의 생명 신체에 위해를 끼치거나 재산에 중대한 손해를 끼칠 우려가 있는 긴급한 경우'에 한하여 허용되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 긴급성이 없다면 차벽은 사전예방적 차원뿐만 아니라 사후예방적 차원에서도 허용되어서는 안된다. 물포는 사람의 생명․신체에 위해를 가할 우려가 있는 경찰장비로서 기본권의 중대한 제한을 가져오는 강제조치이다. 따라서 사람의 신체에 중대한 위험을 초래할 수 있는 조준 직사살수는 원칙적으로 금지되어야 한다. 다만 그 위험성을 고려하여 타인의 법익이나 공공의 안녕질서에 직접적인 위험이 '명백하게 초래'된 경우에 한하여 다른 대안이 없는 경우에 보충적으로 사용하여야 한다. 아울러 그 사용기준 등에 대해서는 물포가 위해성 경찰장비인 점을 고려하여 법률로 명시해야 한다.

In this study LLC and MAC program, which is the base of the communication software, is implemented. This program is tested in the MAP board for IBM PC. The LLC is of class 3, which provides the services of type 1 and 3. The MAC uses the Token Passing Bus Access Method of IEEE 802.4 standard. The LLC is implemented in C language, and MAC in C language and 80186 assembly language. MAC program takes advantage of MC 68824 which is the token bus controller produced by Motorola.

PLC와 같은 특수 목적 제어기나 모션 제어기 등을 프로그램하기 위해 제공되는 제어 언어의 표준은 IEC61131-3이다. 이 표준 언어의 하나인 IL(Instruction List)은 어셈블리 수준의 언어이지만 고수준 언어의 특징들도 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IL의 정형적인 의미구조를 실행적 의미구조를 이용하여 정의한다. 기존의 IL 의미구조들은 함수와 함수블록을 포함하지 않는 기본 프로그램만을 대상으로 하기 때문에 실용적이지 못하다. 우리는 함수와 함수블록을 포함하는 IL 의미구조를 정의하였다.

본 연구팀은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 다양한 분야의 콘텐츠를 보다 쉽게 개발하고 실행할 수 있는 통합소프트웨어 개발 솔루션인 유비쿼터스 게임 플랫폼(Ubiquitous Game Platform)을 개발하였다. 유비쿼터스 게임 플랫폼은 유비쿼터스 환경의 기기에 탑재되어 콘텐츠들을 C/C++/Java 언어 모두를 수용하며 가상기계 방식이어서 유비쿼터스 환경의 기기에 독립적으로 실행이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 게임 플랫폼의 가상기계인 유비쿼터스 가상기계(u-VM)의 입력인 SEF(Standard Executable Format) 실행파일을 생성하기 위한 SAF 어셈블러를 설계 및 구현 하였다. SAF 어셈블러는 중간언어 형식인 SAF(Standard Assembly Format)를 입력으로 받아 u-VM이 실행 가능한 파일 형식인 SEF를 생성한다. SEF 파일을 생성하면서 SAF 어셈블러는 여러개의 SAF파일을 한 개의 SEF로 묶어주는 링커의 역할을 하여 주며, 실행 파일을 텍스트 형식의 SAF에서 바이너리 형식의 SEF로 바꿈으로써 보안상의 문제를 해결해 준다. 또한 SEF는 SAF에 비해 가볍게 변환이 되어 가상기계에서의 실행속도를 개선하는 역할을 하여 준다.

In this paper, CV behavior of electrowinning system was studied depending on the electrode connection mode of potentiostat. In this system, currents can be flown from electrodes to SUS parts because the LCC assembly was electrically connected between the SUS parts and electrolytic salt. Standard mode without ground line of multi tab or CE to ground mode is considered to be more reasonable than standard mode when using multi tab having ground line.

Recently, OSC (off-site construction) construction has been revitalized as a response to the decline in building quality and productivity due to lack of skilled manpower at construction sites, and PC (precast concrete) construction, a representative OSC construction, is insufficiently applied to public housing.This is the situation.In addition, in the case of general contents appearing in standard specifications, the construction standards for quality assurance remain in the 1990s and do not correspond to the current construction environment.In order to improve the quality of PC member joints, we compared and analyzed Korean and Japanese specifications to establish appropriate standards for PC construction quality control, focusing on the quality of grout used in joints.
