대형 강의실의 실내 열환경 실측 및 컴퓨터시뮬레이션 비교 연구 (Field Measurements and CFD Simulations of Indoor Thermal Environments in the Assembly Hall)

  • The evaluation of the indoor environment of the Assembly Hall in the University, which is designed to be a large space, requires efficient design of its heating system that takes into consideration natural convection and the characteristics of the occupant's spaces. Indoor thermal environment was measured in the field and simulated with CFD code. The estimations of temperature distribution and indoor airflow distribution must be carried out simultaneously, as the thermal stratification is induced by natural convection flows. In order to simulate the even distribution of factors affecting the indoor environment, including temperature and airflow, Phoenics is used. The turbulent flow model adopted is the RNG k- model. The inlets and outlets of the air-conditioning systems, material and thermal properties, and the size of the test room ($35m{\times}18m{\times}10m$) are used for the simulation. Since the Assembly Hall is symmetric, half of the space is simulated. A Cartesian grid is used for calculation and the number of grids are respectively $60{\times}45{\times}35$. The results of the computer simulation during winter conditions are compared with the measurements at the typical points in the assembly hall with the heating system. After evaluating the results of the computer simulations, the methods of the heating system and layout are suggested.

Characteristics of Fine Particle and Metallic Elements at School Classroom in Summertime

  • This study aims to investigate the indoor air quality by analyzing $PM_{10}$ concentration and metallic elements collected from high school(classroom, science room, assembly room). $PM_{10}$ concentration of a classroom, a science room, and an assembly hall during the research period was 87.7 ${\mu}g/m^3$, $75.3{\mu}g/m^3$, $64.6{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. Si of $PM_{10}$ had highest concentration with 15,427 $ng/m^3$ followed by Na which had 7,205 $ng/m^3$, and the order was Si>Na>Ca>Mg>Fe>K in the classroom. $PM_{10}$ concentration of a classroom and a science room was each 104.8 ${\mu}g/m^3$ and 75.3 ${\mu}g/m^3$ during the semester and $PM_{10}$ concentration of a classroom and an assembly hall was each 80.9 ${\mu}g/m^3$ and 64.6 ${\mu}g/m^3$ during the summer vacation. Based on $PM_{10}$ and metallic concentration at a classroom on day of week, the concentration of Friday was highest with 112.0 ${\mu}g/m^3$, and that of Monday was lowest with 65.3 ${\mu}g/m^3$.

하나로 냉중성자 유도관 시스템을 위한 인파일 플러그 및 주개폐기의 설계 (Design of the In-pile Plug Assembly and the Primary Shutter for the Neutron Guide System at HANARO)

  • The HANARO, a 30 MW multi-purpose research reactor in Korea, will be equipped with a neutron guide system, in order to transport cold neutrons from the neutron source to the neutron scattering instruments in the neutron guide hall near the reactor building. The neutron guide system of HANARO consists of the in-pile plug assembly with in-pile guides, the primary shutter with in-shutter guides, the neutron guides in the guide shielding room with dedicated secondary shutters, and the neutron guides connected to the instruments in the neutron guide hall. The functions of the in-pile plug assembly are to shield the reactor environment from a nuclear radiation and to support the neutron guides and maintain them precisely oriented. The primary shutter is a mechanical device to be installed just after the in-pile plug assembly, which stops neutron flux on demand. This paper describes the mechanical design of the in-pile plug assembly and the primary shutter for the neutron guide system at HANARO. The design of the guide shielding assembly for the primary shutter and the neutron guides is also presented.

광진구 구민회관 및 구의회청사 조경설계 (Landscape Design of Community Center and Assembly Hall of Gwangjin-Gu)

  • This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for Gwangjin-gu Community Center and Assembly Hall. The site is located in 227-7 Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul and is part a block designated as \`Kunkuk University Detailed Planning District\`. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Gwangjin-gu could be articulated as follows: an identity of Gwangjin-gu, a relationship with surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Gwangjin-gu, and an environment-friendly design. An identity of Gwangjin-gu was expressed by introducing lends and decks around the building which were transformed from the image of the old Gwangjin Ferry. The concept\` was strengthened by \`Nori-madang\` or Korean version of \`plaza\` which was designed by a motive of \`mungsuk\` or Korean old fashioned straw mat. An ambiguous relationship between the site and the surroundings was set by \`transparent exhibition frame\` which not only bleaks the massive Chungdam-daegyo, an elevated road, and frames it into small parts, but also attracts pedestrians toward the site-the \`park\`. Pedestrians from the adjacent\` Nengdong-ro Walkable Streets\` views the site through the many parts of frames. By introducing diverse resting and dynamic spaces for many kinds of cultural activities the site could function as a locale of the Gwangjin-gu community. The main paving system reflects the environment- friendly design. It was detailed by \`PC-block-deck-paving\` which was elevated from the ground so that rains could be absorbed.

Integer and fractional quantum Hall effect in graphene heterostructure

  • The study of two-dimensional electron systems with extraordinarily low levels of disorder was, for a long time, the exclusive privilege of the epitaxial thin film research community. However, the successful isolation of graphene by mechanical exfoliation has truly disrupted this field. Furthermore, the assembly of heterostructures consisting of several layers of different 2D materials in arbitrary order by exploiting van der Waals forces has been a game-changer in the field of low-dimensional physics. This technique can be generalized to the large class of strictly 2D materials and offers unprecedented parameters to play with in order to tune electronic and other properties. It has led to a paradigm shift in the field of 2D condensed matter physics with bright prospects. In this review article, we discuss three device fabrication techniques towards high mobility devices: suspended structures, dry transfer, and pick-up transfer methods. We also address state-of-the-art device structures, which are fabricated by the van der Waals pick-up transfer method. Finally, we briefly introduce correlated ground states in the fractional quantum Hall regime.

  • In case of the Grand Performance Hall, in view of its distinctiveness, since various Assembly Activity as well as Lecture together with the use for Music are important besides the purpose of Performance itself, the consideration with regard to the sound environment which enables to minimize the acoustic defect has appeared on the stage as an essential factor. On this viewpoint, this Study has attempted to examine the acoustic satisfaction degree and its response regarding to the grand performance hall by means of the measurement and valuation about the psychological volume of human-being using the auditory-evoked technology that possible to experience the Virtual Sound Field at the designing stage, after practice of the optimized acoustic design for the object of the grand performance hall on the step of construction. As the result of auditory-evocation, it was known that the valuation about the acoustic performance after reformation has been improved affirmatively than before reformation. It is considered that such outcome of the study could be utilized as the useful material that enables to improve the curtailment effect of construction cost and the acoustic performance, by means of the presupposition control about the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar Performance Hall is planning to build, hereafter.

국회기록물 관리 체제 개선 방안 연구: 국회 의정활동 기록물을 중심으로 (A Study on the Improvement Plan of the National Assembly Records Management System: Parliament Activity Records)

  • 본 연구는 국회 기록물관리 제도를 분석하여, 기록관리상의 문제점을 파악하고 그 대안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 국회 조직 및 업무 분석을 바탕으로 국회의정활동 기록물의 개념을 정의하였고, 국회기록보존소와 헌정기념관의 국회기록물 관리현황을 분석하여 국회기록물 관리제도의 구조적 문제점을 도출하였다. 이에 "공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률" (이하 '공공기록물법')의 특별법으로서 국회기록물관리에관한법률(안)을 제시하였고 나아가 국회에 유한보존 기록물을 전담하는 중간기록물 관리기관 설치 및 헌정기념관의 수집기능을 국회기록보존소로 이관하여 의정활동 기록물의 통합 관리를 목표하였다. 이를 통해 모든 의정활동 기록물이 국회기록물 관리 체제 내에서 체계적으로 관리될 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

국회 라키비움의 전망에 관한 연구 - 기억기관 협력 정책에 관한 논의를 중심으로 - (A Study on Perspectives of the National Assembly Larchiveum: Focused on Discussion about Collaborative Strategies of Memory Institutions)

  • 국가적 책무를 부여받은 국회와 그 소속 기관들이 맡은 바 기능과 역할을 수행하는 과정에서 생산, 접수, 관리하는 지식정보자원들은 우리의 역사이자 민주주의의 증거로서 큰 가치를 지니며, 이에 대한 관리 및 보존활동은 국가적 과업이다. 그러나 국회 지식정보자원을 책임지고 있는 국회도서관, 국회기록보존소, 헌정기념관 등의 모습은 그 막중한 책무에 부합하고 있지 못하다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 국회 문화유산과 지식정보를 공히 다루는 세 기관들의 통합적 발전 전략으로서 '국회 라키비움' 수립에 대한 필요충분조건을 분석하고 그 전망을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 협력정책의 필요성, 절차, 성공요인에 대한 다양한 문헌을 살피고, 협력 사례들을 그 수준과 지리적 범주를 기준으로 유형화 한다. 이를 바탕으로 국회 기억기관의 연혁과 협력의 장애요인을 논의하고, 통합을 위한 대안을 모색한다. 결론에 갈음하여, 국회 기억기관 간의 비전 공유와 신뢰구축 활동으로부터 국회 라키비움의 내용적 완성에 이르는 단계적 전략을 제시한다.

Hall Effect Sensor를 이용한 위치센서 검출회로개발 (Development of Position Sensor Detection Circuit using Hall Effect Sensor)

  • BLDC 전동기는, 영구자석의 고성능화를 비롯한 소재 기술 향상, 고집적·고기능화를 갖는 구동 IC 기술의 진보, 고점적율화 등의 조립 기술 개선 등으로 인하여 성능이 점점 좋아지고 있다. 이러한 구형파 구동 BLDC 전동기의 장점이 있으면서 보다 사용자의 요구에 대응하기 위해 구형파 구동 BLDC 영구자석 전동기 설계 및 개발, 위치검출방식 회로와 드라이버 개발에 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 스위칭 손실에 의한 효율 저하 및 진동, 소음 등으로 인하여 가격적·기능적인 장점에도 불구하고 그 응용에 있어서는 다소 제한적인 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정현파가 발생하는 Hall Effect Sensor를 사용하여 BLDC 전동기 회전자의 자속에 비례하여 정현파 신호를 만드는 위치검출 회로를 연구하여 전동기의 효율 증대, 리플 저감, 속도 및 토크 특성이 우수한 정현파 전류 구동을 구현하고자 한다.
