Structure Assembling Method for 3D Puzzle System (3차원 퍼즐 시스템을 위한 구조물 조립 기법)

  • With the rapid development of computer hardware and invention of various game-related technologies, the quality of games has been greatly improved and the genres of games have been diversified. Yet, in comparison, puzzle games have held to the past simple way of games, which has only led to a depression of the puzzle game market. This paper is the first attempt to overcome limits of the current puzzle games, by finding a breakthrough in three-dimensional puzzle games. In order to describe a realistic puzzle assembly in a three-dimensional puzzle game, this paper aimed to design a structure assembly technique made up of three steps that used a proper process to handle structure suitable to assembly, an elaborate way of collisions between individual objects and a physical structure. Through this technique, we intend to show in a simple experiment that it is possible to minimize the calculation cost in the assembly process and at the same time to achieve an elaborate puzzle assembly between structures.

The electrochemical study on Viologen SA monolayer using QCM (수정진동자를 이용한 Viologen Self-Assembly 단분자막의 전기화학적 특성)

  • In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of Viologen self assembly monolayer has been investigated with QCM, which has been known as nano-gram order mass detector. The self assemvly process of Viologen was monitored using resonant frequency $({\Delta}F)$ and resonant resistance(R). QCM measurements indicated a mass adsorption for Viologen assembling on the gold sufrace with a frequency change about 135[Hz] and calculated its surface coverage($\Gamma$) to be $3.5273{\times}10^{-9}[mol/cm^{2}]$. Also reversible redox process was observed and analyzed with ionic interaction at the Viologen/solution interface using ${\Delta}F$.

  • Gas springs have been widely used in motor vehicles as well as in most areas of industry. Instead of coil springs, these gas springs are easily operated to extrusion process or compression process the doors because $N_2$ gas with high pressure and oil are charged in tube. Gas spring sustain the constant elasticity change rate in the high reaction force and long stroke, and they have compact design, appearance and an excellent assembling ability to be mounted easily with any applicatory products. By means of these aspects, gas springs have been widely used in stead of coil springs in the over all industries. In this study, using acommonly used program, ANSYS, the basic research about the heat transfer and equivalent stress change of bimetal.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the bending process for manufacturing of sound pipe by 3 dimension bending machine. The arbitrarily-bended pipe is widely used in a heat exchanger system. The pipe should be formed precisely for assembling of heat changer. And, spring back effect and variation of the pipe thickness should be controlled effectively. We described the change of spring back amount and thickness variation of the pipe according to the change of bending radius and bending angle by FEM analysis. The analysis is adopted the elasic-plastic analysis and contact analysis on MARC software.

  • In order to prevent the production defects the optimum design of product, jig and fixture putting in the field is very significant manufacturing method. Drilling Jig is the device according to industrial demand for multi manufacturing products on the growing at alarming rate. In the field of design and making for machine tool working, welding, assembling with jig and fixture for mass production is a specific division. They require analysis of many kinds of important factors, theory and practice of machine tool operating process and jig & fixture structure, machining condition for tool making, tool materials, heat treatment of jig & fixture components, know-how and so on. In this study we designed and constructed a drilling jig of mass production and performed tryout under the Auto CAD, Auto Lisp database, that we made by database, and window environment. Especially this study is reveals with the analysis of part drawing, jig planning, jig design etc, and then the result of drill jig's making try out.

  • In this study, the graphic simulation system of multi joint manipulator is developed to analyze and optimize the remote handling processes for the spent fuel assembly. This system consists of a 3-D graphical modeling system, a device assembling system, and a motion simulation system. To analyze and optimize the processes involved in multi-joint manipulator operation such as NFBC transportation process and bottom nozzle removal process, the virtual work place is implemented using a computer graphic technology. This virtual workcell is exactly same as that of the real environment. This graphic simulation system of the multi-joint manipulator can be effectively used for designing the main processes and maintenance processes of the spent fuel management.

A Weighted Points Registration Method to Analyze Dimensional Errors Occurring during Shipbuilding Process (선박 건조 과정에서 발생하는 치수 오차 분석을 위한 가중 포인트 정합 방법)

  • It is important to analyze dimensional errors occurring during shipbuilding process. A ship is constructed by assembling blocks and installing outfits in assembled ship structure. Blocks and outfits have a main direction that has greater importance than other directions from the view point of dimensional error. Therefore, a main direction should have a greater weighting factor than other directions in order to achieve meaningful inspection results. In this paper, a modified point registration method based on iterative closest point (ICP) is proposed. In this method, a user determines one or two main directions among x, y, and z directions, and then each main direction is made to have a greater weighting factor than other directions. For points registration, mapping between measured points and design points are performed by the modified ICP in which weighting factor assigned to each main direction is considered.

  • Nowadays domestic building market has undergone several changes. Labor costs are too high and materials are in short supply. These raised building costs and therefore lowered productivity. At this point it is the best way to reduce manual labor and find alternative materials that can improve productivity. In the building process form work take the most part of it. So many formwork systems were developed to reduce the construction period and labor cost. But their technical improvements just limited to adjust form shape-the role of form is not changed. This research developed a new formwork systems that can function to unify or minimze the unit process with cast-in-place type permanent form. In former study (reported in '97 spring seminar), we did the assembling test with column and beam clamps. Furthermore, In this paper, we examined the total systems of form erections and evaluated the structural performances.

  • This paper proposes a new approach to the designed of visual feedback control system based on visual servoing method. The main focus of this paper is presented how it is effective to use many features for improving the accuracy of the visual feedback control of industrial articulated robot for assembling and inspection of parts. Some rank conditions, which relate the image Jacobian, and the control performance are derived. It is also proven that the accuracy is improved by increasing the number of features. The effectiveness of redundant features is verified by the real time experiments on a SCARA type robot(FARA) made in samsung electronics company.
