자료포락분석을 이용한 전기차 충전소 운영효율성 평가 (Evaluation of Operational Efficiency for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • Evaluating the operational efficiency of electric vehicle charging stations (EVCSs) is important to understand charging network evolution and the charging behavior of electric vehicle users. However, aggregation of efficiency performance metrics poses a significant challenge to practitioners and researchers. In general, the operational efficiency of EVCSs can be measured as a complicated function of various factors with multiple criteria. Such a complex aspect of managing EVCSs becomes one of the challenging issues to measure their operational efficiency. Considering the difficulty in the efficiency measurement, this paper suggests a way to measure the operational efficiency of EVCSs based on data envelopment analysis (DEA). The DEA model is formulated as constant returns of output-oriented model with five types of inputs, four of them are the numbers of floating population and nearby charging stations, distance of nearby charging stations and traffic volume as desirable inputs and the other is the traffic speed in congestion as undesirable one. Meanwhile, the output is given by the charging frequency of EVCSs in a day. Using real-world data obtained from reliable sources, we suggest operational efficiencies of EVCSs in Seoul and discuss implications on the development of electric vehicle charging network. The result of efficiency measurement shows that most of EVCSs in Seoul are inefficient, while some districts (Nowon-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongjak-gu, Songpa-gu, Guro-gu) have relatively more efficient EVCSs than the others.

수치지형 해석에 의한 가시성 및 시인성의 경관정보화 연구 - CAD 기반의 분석 도구 개발을 중심으로 - (Development of a CAD Based Tool for the Analysis of Landscape Visibility and Sensitivity)

  • The purpose of this research is to develop a CAD-based program for data analysis of digital elevation model(DEM) on the aspect of landscape assessment. When handling DEM data as a visual simulation of topographic landscape, it is basic interest to analyze visible area and visualize visual sensitivity distributions. In reference with landscape assessment, more intuitive and interactive visualizing tools are needed, specially in area of visual approach. For adaptability to landscape assessment, algorithmic approaches to visibility analysis and concepts for visual sensitivity calculation in this study were based on processing techniques of entity data control functions used in AutoCAD drawing database. Also, for the purpose of quantitative analysis, grid-type 3DFACE entities were adopted as mesh unit of DEM structure. Developed programs are composed of main part named VSI written in AutoLISP and two of interface modules written in dialog control language(DCL0 for user-oriented interactive usage. Definitions of camera points(view points) and target points(or observed area) are available alternatively in combined methods of representing scenic landscape, scenery, and sequential landscape. In the case of scene landscape(single camera to fixed target point), only visibility analysis in available. And total visibility, frequency of cumulative visibility, and visual sensitivity analysis are available in other cases. Visual sensitivity was thought as view angle(3 dimensional observed visual area) and the strengths were classified in user defined level referring to statistical characteristics of distribution. Visibility analysis routine of the VSI was proved to be more effective in the accuracy and time comparing with similar modules of existing AutoCAD third utility.

스마트시티 속 개인정보보호 강화 방안 연구 (A Study on Strengthening Personal Information Protection in Smart City)

  • 세계의 도시들은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 정보통신기술을 이용해 도시의 많은 문제들을 해결하므로 지속가능한 행복도시를 만들고자 스마트시티 개발을 서두르고 있다. 하지만 국내 스마트시티와 스마트도시인증제도에서는 플랫폼 위주의 하드웨어 인프라에 초점을 두고 정보보안 측면을 우선적으로 고려하여 구축·인증하고 있다. 스마트시티 운영을 위한 개인정보보호 측면의 정책연구를 통하여 개인정보가 포함된 빅데이터의 유출 위험에 대한 대응 체계가 필요한 상황인 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트시티 속 개인정보의 종류와 스마트시티 구축 및 운영에 따른 문제점 및 현행 스마트도시법과 개인정보보호 관리체계의 한계점을 분석한다. 해결방안으로 스마트시티 분야 개인정보보호 관리체계 모델을 제시하고, 이를 통한 개인정보보호 강화방안에 대하여 제안해 보고자 한다. 본 논문의 관리체계 모델을 국가 스마트시티 시범도시와 실증도시, CCTV 통합 관제센터에 적용·운영하므로 시민들의 개인정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

산업화시대 한국 하청애니메이션에 대한 연구 - 1970-80년대 애니메이션을 중심으로 - (A Study on Subcontract Animation in Korea during the Industrialization Era - Centered around Animations in 1970-80s -)

  • 본 연구는 1966년 TBC 동화부의 황금박쥐로 시작된 한국 하청애니메이션의 역사를 1980년대 시기까지 분석하여, 한국애니메이션에서 30년 넘게 진행되어 온 하청애니메이션의 역사를 재조명하였다. 이를 위해 하청애니메이션 제작사 제작현황 산업의 규모 등 하청애니메이션 개괄적인 상황을 통해 당시 OEM산업의 실태를 점검하였고, 애니메이션이 하청제작산업으로 고착화된 배경을 시대상황과 연계하여 분석하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 하청애니메이션산업이 발생시킨 문제점과 한계 그리고 이를 극복하고 창작애니메이션을 활성화하기 위한 새로운 모색에 대한 분석을 통해 애니메이션 역사 연구의 지평을 넓혀보고자 하였다. 1970년대는 중화학공업 육성과 수출주도형 경제성장이 국가적 목표였던 시기였다. 70년대 후반부터 애니메이션도 해외애니메이션 하청 수주를 통해 수출 주력산업으로 주목받았다. 하청 해니메이션 제작의 확대는 당시 대중문화에 대한 국가의 정책과 칼라TV보급, 비디오 제작 시장 활성화 등의 매체 변화로 극장용 애니메이션 관객이 축소된 점에도 영향을 받았으며 경제적 논리로 자체 애니메이션 제작을 기피했던 방송사 등 플랫폼 부재도 그 원인이었다. 하청애니메이션산업은 애니메이션 인프라의 구축과 신진 인력 양성 등 애니메이션 환경을 확장시켰다는 측면에서 긍정적인 평가를 할 수 있다. 그러나 기술집약적인 '프로덕션' 단계 중심의 발전은 기획력 등 '프리 프로덕션'의 부재와 '포스트 프로덕션(후반작업)'에 대한 인식 부족으로 전문인력 양성에 왜곡된 구조를 만들었고, OEM산업으로 축적된 자본을 창작애니메이션 제작에 재투자하여 내수시장을 형성하지 못한 점은 부정적 측면으로 평가된다. 애니메이션은 한 나라의 문화적, 정신적 산물이다. 따라서 전문인력의 양성과 우수한 작품의 창작, 선순환 구조를 만들 수 있는 시장의 형성 등 창작애니메이션 활성화를 위한 체계적인 지원 정책이 모색되어야 한다. 그러나 애니메이션은 산업이지만 하드웨어 중심의 제조업이 아닌 창의력에 기반한 문화산업이라는 인식은 없었다. 이러한 인식의 부재로 이 시기 한국 애니메이션은 독자적인 작품 제작을 위한 장기적인 계획과 투자를 통해 시장을 만들고, 창작애니메이션을 활성화하는 어떠한 정책 방안도 마련하지 못했다. 이러한 시도는 1990년대 이후 한국도 창작 애니메이션 보호 육성을 위한 다각적인 모색을 통해 새롭게 시작된다.

환경관리주의 환경교육에 대한 비판적 고찰 - 원인규명에서 해결기제로의 전환을 위하여 - (A Critical Approach on Environmental Education Biased to Environmental Possibilism - From Clearing up the Cause to Problem-Solving Mechanism -)

  • We can't deny Korean EE has basically developed on the basis of Environmental Possibilism (Environmental management or Reformism) in lots of aspects. I would show three representative proofs here, the first, the philosophy of Korean EE has been mainly focused on dichotomy of human-techno centrism and eco-centrism with no considering other alternative environmentalism since 4th Formal Curriculum, 1981. The second, simultaneously, the concept of EE has not distinguished from it of Science education. (Furthermore, unfortunately some says EE has been a part of Science education, although there should be many differences on its contextual aspect.) And the third one is that the limit of possibilism which market economists have worried, has scarcely mentioned in various kinds of EE-related teaching materials. Possibilism is basically likely to be accompanied by science and economics-oriented approach, and in this aspect this dichotomy, human-techno centrism and eco-centrism, has come from perspectives of Economical development process and over-addicted belief to Science. So it is enough to say that Korean EE has basically developed with biased to Environmental possibilism, in other words, biased to preference to it. And I'll critically focus on these two axes of possibilism, Science and Economics and its dichotomy. Of course, we should accept there are so many same parts in its contents between EE and Science, but we should know its contextual differences for triangular position of environmentalism suitable to EE and also overcome science-dependant approach to EE. Although science-dependant approach to EE and dichotomy could provide some tools for clearing up the causes of environmental problem, especially always it has insisted fundamental causes of environmental problem originated in human faults and over-use of eco-source or over-economic development, but now it is old-fashioned discourse, furthermore it come to have unavoidable limits in the debates of problem-solving mechanism to environmental problems. The paramount important thing is to supply the ways or thoughtful mechanism for solving or coordinating the Environmental problems, not just searching for cause of it. But scientific approach and its dichotomy based on possibilism have continuously born cause & effect in EE-related discourse. So there are so much needs to transfer from continuous bearing of cause & effect to constructive alternatives at least in environmentalism of EE. Traditionally, dichotomical division in EE Environmentalism, human-techno centrism and eco-centrism, couldn't have Provided any answers to our real society, it just gives us only cause & effects of Environmental problems. And also we can't find the description on the limits of capitalism market approach to Environmental problems especially in Korean EE text books, other teaching materials and its teaching-learning process, although market approach economist has been proved its fault beyond its functional merits as Environmental management tools. So we should introduce other alternative Environmental philosophy instead of Possibilism such as eco-socialism insisted by Schmacher M. and Boochin etc, or marxist-environmentalism for relative and comparative views to market-thought such as commodification. In this aspect we need to accept Oriental philosophy based on moderation(中庸) as new another alternatives with the reflection that we have recognized monism as representative Oriental philosophical environmentalism. Fundamentally monism has done its role with providing relative concepts to Dichotomy Enlightenment, but we can't say it has been core concept for understanding of oriental environmentalism, and we can't distinguish monism from oriental philosophy itself, just because oriental thought itself was basically monism. So conceptual difference should be recognized between EE and Science education in teaching-learning process on the basis of life-philosophy(Philosophie des Lebens) from epistemology. For this transformation, we should introduce existentialism in Science education, in other words, only existential Science education based on phenomenology or interpretivism can be EE. And simultaneously we need some ways for overcoming of scientific foundationalism which has been tradition making science not stand on existentialism, formulating and featuring of almost all of natural things and its phenomenon from after enlightenment in western world, but it has malfunctioned in fixing conception of science just into essentialism itself. And we also introduce integrated approach to science and society for EE like STS. Those are ways for overcoming of Environmental possibilism in EE.

사회복지사의 보건소 노인보건복지사업 참여를 위한 사회복지사 역할개발연구 (A Study on Role Development for Social Workers Providing Health Center-based Health and Welfare Services for the Elderly in Community)

  • This study was conducted to, develop the social workers role participating health and welfare services production of health centers The sharp increase rate on the elderly population in Korea lead the social issues as that health and social services are not developed enough to cope with the increase on the elderly's hearth care needs. The priority in the elderly's care service development should be put on public sectors. so that could prevent financial catastrophy of the elderly's care. The pulbic sector was concerned with health center services : as health center in Korea provide :mainly medical-oriented services. this study focused on to combine the existing health center's services into social services. The study method was based on needs survey with 322 patients aged over than 55 in rural area. "The needs survey include general health and disease care needs and daily life caring needs. The latter was applied with ADL and IADL with modificiation for the use of Korea environment. The findings were as follows : Social workers should be able to care diseases of muscular and skeletal. circulatory, digestive and general chronic disease in social service needs. aspect. Mostly the chronic pateints quit their care services because of shortage of finanical support$(18.3\%)$ and transportation problem$(19.5\%)$, but still prefer to be cured and cared from general hospitals. and at least clinic and health centers in community. The univisible dramatic effect. of health. care services also should be concerned and cared by xocial workers. The ADL and! IADL shown the most needs on transportation needs and problems caused by weaken legs. Mostly daily activities were supported by family members $(53.3\%\;spousers\;and\;35.0\%\;children)$, and the most demands were shown on helps for transportation visiting hospitals$(37\%)$ and getting similar care services for health care needs $(31.2\%)$ and daily hygeieal needs$(11.2\%)$ Social workers' role should include health care participation with social and health promotion approach as well as socio-economic supports: during health care receiving. Social workers also should provide social services for the elderly's daily needs solving for these are not in available family supporters.

소프트웨어 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 논리 및 워크플로우 가변성 설계 기법 (Techniques for Designing Logic and Workflow Variability in Software Component Development)

  • 소프트웨어 컴포넌트는 단일 시스템에서 사용하기보다는 다수의 시스템 혹은 기업, 프로젝트간에 재사용하기 위한 소프트웨어 모듈이다. 컴포넌트가 다양한 시스템에서 재사용되기 위해서는 여러 시스템에서 요구되는 공통적인 기능을 제공하는 것뿐만이 아니라 업무상에서 나타나는 다양한 가변적 측면들이 고려되어 고객의 요구에 맞도록 커스터마이즈 될 수 있어야 한다. 사용자가 컴포넌트를 쉽게 사용하기 위해서는 개발 단계에서부터 가변적인 측면이 고려된 컴포넌트가 설계되어 구현되어야 한다. 가변성을 고려하여 쉽게 커스터마이즈 될 수 있는 컴포넌트는 여러 어플리케이션에서 높은 재사용성을 가지게 될 것이다. 기존에 제시된 커스터마이즈 기법들은 소프트웨어가 가지는 가변적인 요소를 어떻게 설계할지에 대해 객체 지향에 기반하여 개념적인 방법만을 제시하고 있으며, 컴포넌트에 적합한 가변성을 고려하고 있는 기법은 드문 실정이다. 따라서 개발이 완료되어 배포된 블랙 박스 형태의 컴포넌트를 커스터마이즈 하기에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트가 가지는 기능적인 측면에서의 가변성을 논리와 워크플로우 두 가지로 분류하여 각각의 가변성을 설계하기 위한 선택형, 플러그인, 외부화 세 가지 기법들을 제시한다. 또한 실용적으로 기법들을 적용하기 위해 상세한 설계 지침과 적용 지침들도 제시한다.

한국인 영아초기 수유시 모아상호작용 행동형태에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on Mother-Infant Interacting Behavior Patterns Related to Newborn Infant Feeding in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe mother -infant interacting behavior patterns related to newborn infant feeding and to explore the mother's cultural belief about their infant. The data collection was conducted by observation and interview. Twenty-five mothers and their newborn infants who were normally delivered and were also planned to breast feed were comprised as the subjects of this study. All subjects were interviewed and observed individuaily at 1 to 5 days after the delivery at the hospital, mid -wife's clinic, Maternal Child Health Center and their home throughout the country from remote area to big city, The observation data were recorded with symbolic letter on a recording sheet newly developed as a result of preliminary study. The interview data were taperecorded and then recorded in narrative form. Mother - infant interaction behaviors in early feeding period were analyzed based on 19 analytic sub-categories and their composing elements. Unit of analysis were mother, infant and mother -infant dyad. 8 analytic categories draw from the data. Each were preparation, instrument, interaction inducing, evaluation referred to mother's behavior, preparation, instrument, interaction inducing referred to infant's behavior and synchronic behaviors referred to mother - infant dyad. Frequencies of behavior items based on the categories were converted to percent. The result showed that in mother's preparation behavior, the breast condition of Korean mother can be an affecting factor for mother - infant interaction during feeding, and vocalization behavior was observed most frequently in interaction inducing behavior while the least frequent behavior observed was contacting. Subcultural characteristics of mother - infant interaction behaviors were analyzed for their relationships between groups of mothers who have lived in remote area vs urban area, and who were multipara vs primipara. Using a chi -square test, there were statistically significant relationships in the activity of psychological readiness in preparation behavior and the movement of extremities for the position of instrumental behavior in both groups. However, interaction inducing behaviors were not related with statistical significance in any set of groups. Accomplishment of marriage, bonding and emotional mediation of family members were the categories related to mother's cultural belief about the infant in aspect of functional values. Infant at birth is considered little more than a biological organism without social capabilities. Although the newborn infant is still be attached to his mother, he makes his mother extend her territoriality. The mother's interacting behavior toward her infant based on those beliefs appeared task oriented, separative behavioral series. On the other hand, it was seen that infant reacted independently to his mother's behavior by the in-nate perceptual abilities. Those independent behavioral series of mother and infant on the feeding situation were synchronized at any moment. Nurses are In a unique position to teach mothers about their infant's capabilities and help reducing some of uncertainty about infant's behaviors. Study results indicated that the informations infant's social capabilities and breast feeding should be given to the mothers. The results of this study have several implications for nursing. First, the study results will be used as fundamental resources for the development of the assessment tool about the early mother - infant interaction. Second, the results could be a relevant information in the fied. I of maternal child nursing education as real and useful data. Third, the behavioral patterns of early mother - infant interaction which were classified based on the qualitative analysis could be used for nursing theory development as very fundamental data.

가상현실에서 표출된 라이드필름 제작 사례연구 - Warrior of the Dawn 제작사례를 중심 - (A Study on the Ride Film Appearing in Virtual Reality - the focus of Warrior of the Dawn -)

  • 가상현실은 1920년대 vehiclesimula-tion(fight simulator)을 효시로 하여 정밀한 광학적/전자기적 장치의 발달로 군사적 목적 이외의 범위로 발전하기 시작하여 realistic display 기술을 선두로 오락, 의료, 학습, 영화, 건축설계, 관광 등 다양한 분야에서 점점 일반화 되어 지고 있다. 1989년 재론 래니어에 의해 가상현실이란 용어가 고안되었고, 모든 가상 프로젝트들을 하나의 단일 항목으로 묶을 수 있게 되었지만, 그 이전에 가상현실은 연구 되어져왔고 현재에 이르게 되었으며, 불가능한 것에 대한 새로운 경험은 인간에게 가상현실의 한 부문으로써 라이드필름을 개발하게 하였다. 라이드필름(Ride Film)의 어트랙션은 기술적 요소뿐만 아니라 인간의 심리적 기반을 분석하여 그 토대로 구성되어지며, 가상현실의 궁극적인 원칙은 상호작용에 의한 몰입이다. 진정한 상호작용은 인터페이스와 입력센서 그리고 반응능력을 요구하는데, 라이드필름(Ride Film)은 전형적인 상호작용성의 요소는 아니다. 따라서 본 연구는 가상현실 기반에서 연구되어온 기술 중심적 입장 외에, 경험 중심적 정의 측면에서 사이버상의 철학자라 불리 우는 마이클 하임 교수의 7가지 기초 개념, 즉 인공현실 / 상호작용 / 몰입 / 망으로 연결된 세계 / 원격현전 /시뮬레이션 / 온몬 몰입에 근거하여 가상현실로서의 적합성을 대입 분석해 보고, 완전한 몰입을 위한 라이드필름(Ride Film)의 발전 방향과 최적화된 결론을 도출하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이런 관점에서 라이드필름(Ride Film)의 연구는 선례연구가 부족한 라이드필름(Ride Film)의 선행연구로써의 기틀과 디지털 영상을 한 차원 발전시키는데 기여할 것이라 여긴다.

The Future of NVH Research - A Challenge by New Powertrains

  • Sound quality and NVH-issues(Noise, Vibration and Harshness) of vehicles has become very important for car manufacturers. It is interpreted as among the most relevant factors regarding perceived product quality, and is important in gaining market advantage. The general sound quality of vehicles was gradually improved over the years. However, today the development cycles in the automotive industry are constantly reduced to meet the customers' demands and to react quickly to market needs. In addition, new drive and fuel concepts, tightened ecological specifications, increase of vehicle classes and increasing diversification(increasing market for niche vehicles), etc. challenge the acoustic engineers trying to develop a pleasant, adequate, harmonious passenger cabin sound. Another aspect concerns the general pressure for reducing emission and fuel consumption, which lead to vehicle weight reductions through material changes also resulting in new noise and vibration conflicts. Furthermore, in the context of alternative powertrains and engine concepts, the new objective is to detect and implement the vehicle sound, tailored to suit the auditory expectations and needs of the target group. New questions must be answered: What are appropriate sounds for hybrid or electric vehicles? How are new vehicle sounds perceived and judged? How can customer-oriented, client-specific target sounds be determined? Which sounds are needed to fulfil the driving task, and so on? Thus, advanced methods and tools are necessary which cope with the increasing complexity of NVH-problems and conflicts and at the same time which cope with the growing expectations regarding the acoustical comfort. Moreover, it is exceedingly important to have already detailed and reliable information about NVH-issues in early design phases to guarantee high quality standards. This requires the use of sophisticated simulation techniques, which allow for the virtual construction and testing of subsystems and/or the whole car in early development stages. The virtual, testing is very important especially with respect to alternative drive concepts(hybrid cars, electric cars, hydrogen fuel cell cars), where complete new NVH-problems and challenges occur which have to be adequately managed right from the beginning. In this context, it is important to mention that the challenge is that all noise contributions from different sources lead to a harmonious, well-balanced overall sound. The optimization of single sources alone does not automatically result in an ideal overall vehicle sound. The paper highlights modern and innovative NVH measurement technologies as well as presents solutions of recent NVH tasks and challenges. Furthermore, future prospects and developments in the field of automotive acoustics are considered and discussed.
