  • In this paper, to design a basic data science practice curriculum as a liberal arts subject for non-majors, we proposed an educational method using an Excel(spreadsheet) data analysis tool. Tools for data collection, data processing, and data analysis include Excel, R, Python, and Structured Query Language (SQL). When it comes to practicing data science, R, Python and SQL need to understand programming languages and data structures together. On the other hand, the Excel tool is a data analysis tool familiar to the general public, and it does not have the burden of learning a programming language. And if you practice basic data science practice with Excel, you have the advantage of being able to concentrate on acquiring data science content. In this paper, a basic data science practice curriculum for one semester and weekly Excel practice contents were proposed. And, to demonstrate the substance of the educational content, examples of Linear Regression Analysis were presented using Excel data analysis tools.

  • More than half of the nonpoint sources of polluting water occur in cultivating farmlands in rural areas. Agricultural nonpoint sources are discharged from large areas of farmlands, making it difficult to collect or treat pollutants. Farmland source management is known to be the most effective, and preventive management by improving farming methods is the key to reduce nonpoint pollution. At present, more than 30% of the pollutants flowing into the rivers and lakes are nonpoint pollutants caused by agricultural activities. As a countermeasure, it is more preferable to develop and apply optimal farming management techniques for agricultural nonpoint pollution management basically than to apply existing water quality management techniques. Because of the characteristics of nonpoint source pollution, it is necessary to manage farmlands in rural areas, so the willingness and competence of the residents is most important. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the process of changing the cognition of residents through capacity education and survey for nonpoint pollution management in rural areas. This study conducted intensive resident competency education and examined the process of changing resident awareness through three surveys. As a result of this study, it was found that continuous education and activities for rural non-point pollution management are necessary for raising awareness of residents and managing non-point pollution effectively, showing possibility of change residents' perception.

These day that all areas of life are being getting fashionize, ordinary people as well as design specialist are required of culture and knowledge about color. Color design education is important curriculum at liberal arts course and in special design trainning course. Color expresses by hue, value and chroma in Munsell color system. But design spot is using mainly hue and tone color system. Therefore it is very important that educate tone concept in color design education. When think influence that increase of color, we must develop hue and tone color system in suitable for color design education. This research designed usable 'Hue and Tone 313 Colot System' for efficeint sensual color education. Also I designed 313 color papers with attached the Munsell notation which could reappear the spare color paper when needed. The 10 hues classification of this system are Red, Yellow Red, Yellow, Green Yellow, Green, Blue Green, Blue, Purple Blue, Purple, Red Purple. The 19 tones classification of this system are vivid, light, standard, deep, pale, soft, dull, dark, very pale, light grayish, medium grayish, dark grayish, very dark, off White, off Pale, off Light Gray, off Medium Gray, off Dark Gray, off Black. • At the present time when the need for universal artificial intelligence education is expanding and job changes are being made, research and discussion on artificial intelligence liberal arts education for non-majors in universities who experience artificial intelligence as part of their job is insufficient. Although artificial intelligence education courses for non-majors are being operated, they are mainly operated as theory-oriented education on the concepts and principles of artificial intelligence. In order to understand the general concept of artificial intelligence for non-majors, it is necessary to proceed with experiential learning in parallel. Therefore, this study designs artificial intelligence experiential education learning contents of difficulty that can reduce the burden of artificial intelligence classes with interest in learning by considering the characteristics of non-majors. After, we will examine the learning effect of experiential education using App Inventor and the Orange artificial intelligence platform. As a result of analysis based on the learning-related data and survey data collected through the creation of AI-related projects by teams, positive changes in the perception of the need for AI education were found, and AI literacy skills improved. It is expected that it will serve as an opportunity for instructors to lay the groundwork for designing a learning model for artificial intelligence experiential education learning.
