紫雲膏가 흰 쥐의 創傷에 미치는 效果 (The Effects of Jowoongo on the artificial Wound on Rat skin)

  • The effects of Jawoongo on the Leukocyte Counts, Cortisol Level. CRP Level in the skin wounded rats. The results obtained as follows 1. On the Leukocyte counts in the skin wounded, sample Ⅰ, Ⅱ group were showed more significant effect than cotrol group. 2. On the Cortisol Level in the skin wounded, only sample Ⅲ group was showed continuous significant effect than control group. 3. On the CRP level in the skin wounded, sample Ⅰ, Ⅱ group were showed continuous significant effect but sample Ⅲ group was showed significant effect later on experiment. 4. On the Tissue staining in the skin wounded, was showed significant effect at all sample groups, especially sample Ⅱ,Ⅲ group of epidermis form were showed more significant effect after experimental eight days than control group. According to the above result, it is expected that Jawoongo can be applicable to the treatment of wound.

손가락끝 손상의 치료 시 인조손톱의 유용성 (The Usefulness of the Artificial Nail for Treatment of Fingertip Injuries)

  • Purpose: The fingertip is the most commonly injured part of the hand and its injury frequently results in avulsion or crushing of a segment of the nail bed and fracture of the distal phalangeal bone. Restoration of a flat and smooth nail bed is essential for regrowth of a normal nail, which is important not only for cosmetic reasons but also for tactile capability of the fingertip. It is also anatomical reduction of the distal phalanx to promote patient's cosmetics and prevent nail bed deformity. Absence or no replacement of the nail plate results in obliterated proximal skin fold. When the avulsed nail plate cannot be returned to its anatomic position or when it is absent, we use a synthetic material for splinting the nail bed and alternative reductional method for distal phalangeal bone fracture, especially, instead of hardwares. Methods: From January of 2006 to June of 2009, a total of ten patients and fourteen fingers with crushing or avulsion injuries of the fingertip underwent using the artificial nails for finger splint. We shaped artificial nails into the appropriate sizes for use as fingernail plates. We placed them under the proximal skin fold and sutured to the fold proximally and to the lateral and medial edges of the nail bed or to the distal fingertip. Our splints were as hard as K-wire and other fixation methods and more similar to anatomic nail plates. Artificial nails were kept in place for at least 3 weeks. Results: No artificial nail related complication was noted in any of the ten cases. No other nail fold or nail bed complications were observed, except for minor distal nail deformity because of trauma. Conclusion: In conclusion, in order to secure the nail bed after injury and reduce the distal phalangeal bone fracture, preparing a nail bed splint from a artificial commercial nail is a cheap and effective method, especially, for crushed or avulsion injuries of the fingertip.

인간의 감정변화 상태 인지를 위한 정전용량형 피부 입모근 수축 감지센서 (Capacitive Skin Piloerection Sensors for Human Emotional State Cognition)

  • 본 논문은 감동, 두려움 등 인간의 급격한 감정이나 온도 변화에 따른 피부 입모근 수축 (소름)현상 감지를 위한 정전용량형 전도성 폴리머 센서를 제안하였다. 전도성 폴리머를 이용한 소자 제작을 통해 소자의 착용감을 향상시켰으며, 기존 정성적 소름측정 방식에 비해 정확하고 객관적인 측정을 가능케 하였다. 인공적인 소름돌기를 이용한 실험결과, $0{\sim}326{\mu}m$ 의 정적인 소름의 높이를 $-0.00252%/{\mu}m$의 민감도, 25.9 %의 비선형도로 측정하였다. 또한, 실제 인간의 피부에 부착하여 갑작스런 체온변화의 조건에서 -6.2 fF 과 -9.2 fF 의 정전용량 변화를 측정함으로써 높이 $145{\mu}m$$194{\mu}m$ 의 피부 소름을 측정하였다. 제안된 소자는 피부 입모근 수축현상에 따른 인간의 소름을 객관적이고, 정량적으로 측정함으로써 인간이 느끼는 급격한 감정변화나 환경변화 정도를 수치화 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

아미노산 반응 시약을 이용한 의복 안쪽에서의 족적 현출 (Enhancement of Footwear Impressions on Inner Clothes by Amino Acid Staining Reagents)

  • 발로 사람을 가격하는 행위로 인하여 의복과 사람의 피부 사이에 접촉이 발생하는데, 이 때 피부의 다양한 물질들이 의복 안쪽으로 전이가 일어난다. 본 연구를 통해서, 전이된 물질로 인해서 생겨난 족적을 아미노산 반응 시약인 1,2-IND/Zn, DFO, ninhydrin을 이용하여 현출하고자 하였다. 윤리적인 문제로 인해 사람의 피부와 유사한 돼지 피부를 사용하였으며, 사람 피부 표면과 유사한 조건을 만들기 위해 인공 땀을 적용하였다. 다양한 섬유에 아미노산 시약을 적용해 본 결과, ninhydrin은 밝은 색 표면의 섬유에서, 1,2-IND/Zn와 DFO는 모든 색의 표면에서 족적 현출 결과가 좋았으나 노란색과 빨간색 표면의 섬유에서는 배경과 족적의 대조비가 낮았다. 천 종류에 따라서는 다소 차이를 보인다. 흰 색 면, 면/스판 혼방에서 가장 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었으나, 검은색 레이온과 면/스판 혼방에서는 자세한 형태의 족적은 확인이 어려웠다.

Deep Metric Learning을 활용한 합성곱 신경망 기반의 피부질환 분류 기술 (Skin Disease Classification Technique Based on Convolutional Neural Network Using Deep Metric Learning)

  • 피부는 외부 오염으로부터 일차적으로 몸을 보호하는 역할을 한다. 피부병이 발생하게 되면 피부의 보호 기능이 저하되므로 신속한 진단과 처치가 필요하다. 최근 인공지능의 발달로 인해 여러 분야에 기술적용을 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 피부과에서도 인공지능을 활용해 오진율을 줄여 신속한 치료를 받을 수 있는 환경을 만들기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 종래 연구들의 주된 흐름은 발생 빈도가 낮은 피부질환의 진단이었지만, 본 논문에서는 사람들에게 흔히 발생할 수 있고, 개인이 명확히 판별하기 힘든 티눈과 사마귀를 합성곱 신경망을 통해 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용한 데이터셋은 3개의 클래스로 이루어져 있으며, 총 2,515장의 이미지를 가지고 있다, 학습 데이터 부족과 클래스 불균형 문제가 존재한다. 모델의 학습에는 deep metric 손실 함수와 교차 손실 함수를 이용해 각각 성능을 분석하였으며, 정밀도, 재현율, F1 점수, 정확도의 측면에서 비교한 결과 deep metric 손실 함수에서 더 우수한 성능을 보였다.

고감성 인조피혁개발을 위한 제품중심 공정설계 시스템 (A Product-Focused Process Design System(PFPDS) for High Comforts Artificial Leather Fabrics)

  • In this paper, a comfort evaluation system based on a product-focused process design (PFPD) has been proposed for high comforts interior seat covers. Correlations between comforts properties and physical/thermal properties of interior seat covers were examined by combining traditional regression analysis and data mining techniques. A skin sensorial comfort of leather samples was evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of leather car seat covers are 'Soft', 'Sticky' and 'Elastic'. Thermo-physiological comfort properties of leather samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of leather car seat covers are 'Coolness to the touch' and 'Thermal and humid'. Skin sensorial comforts of cloth samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of cloth car seat covers are 'Soft', 'Smooth', 'Voluminous' and 'Elastic'. Thermo-physiological comforts of cloth samples were evaluated by only human tactile sensation. The adjectives of cloth car seat covers are 'Coolness to the touch' and 'Thermal and humid'.

TV 오락프로그램에 나타난 TV 메이크업 -한국적 미의식의 자연미를 중심으로- (TV Makeup Shown in TV Entertainment Programs -Focus on the Natural Beauty of Korean Aesthetics-)

  • This study researched TV makeup types with a focus on Korean aesthetics. First, natural beauty is expressed with a random form that excluded artificial techniques or decorations often shown in the form of incompletion and space through TV entertainment programs. Incompletion is what excludes artificial technique and denies the whole completion in expressing a face, it shows the intentional incompletion that leaves it as a bare face that has no type, no color, and no decoration. A pursuit for purity, as nature leads to realizing the internal world of concentrating on the essence of object. Space is what makes it empty without filling, it offers a mental space in the inner side so that diverse images can be imagined beyond external form. This trend is indicated similarly to the tendency that the recent global interest in naturalism yearns for purity in nature and wellbeing. The presentation of skin (preferably healthy looking skin) is given attention; consequently, the similarity was being shown between the TV makeup that focuses on expressing skin and recent trends.

알지네이트 진피지지체 인공피부 개발: 예비보고 (An Developmental Study of Artificial Skin Using the Alginate Dermal Substrate: Preliminary Report)

  • Alginate, a polymer of guluronic and mannuronic acid, is used as a scaffolding material in biomedical applications. The research was to produce highly-purified alginate from seaweeds and to evaluate the efficacy of alginate as dermal substrate. Our alginate purification method showed a production rate as high as 25%. The purified alginate contained little polyphenol contents and endotoxin, proteins. For study of wound healing, full thickness skin defects were made on the dorsal area of the animal models. And then alginate, fibroblast-growth-factor mixed alginate, alginate-collagen complex, vaseline gauze as control were applied on the wound, respectively, and were evaluated grossly and histopathologically. For biocompatibility test, alginate and alginate-collagen complex discs were implanted on the back of Sprague-Dawly rats. Four weeks after implantation, the animals were examined immunologically against alginate and collagen. Alginate and FGF-mixed alginate, alginate-collagen complex group showed statistically higher percentage of wound contraction and wound healing than control group(p<0.05). Alginate-collagen complex group and FGF-mixed alginate group showed statistically higher percentage of wound healing than alginate group. The experiment of biocompatibility and immunologic reaction against impanted alginate or collagen needs more investigation. Highly-purified alginate from seaweeds by our purification method, showed the effect of wound healing, and addition of FGF or collagen increases the alginate's wound healing effect. It shows the possibility of alginate as a dermal substrate.

다중센서를 이용한 로봇 손의 파지 제어

  • The aim of this work for 5 years from 1994 is to develop a multi-fingered robot hand and its control system for grasp and manipulation of objects dexterously. Since the robot hand is still being developed, a commercialized robot hand from Barrett Company is utilized to implement a hand controller and control algorithm. For this, VME based motion control and interface boards are developed and multi-sensors such as encoder, force/torque sensor, dynamic sensor and artificial skin sensor are partly developed and employed for the grasping control algorithm. In oder to handle uncertainties such as mechanical idleness and backlash, a fuzzy rule based grasping algorithm is also considered and tested with the developed control system.
