This study focuses on three logistics-related news (Logistics Newspaper, Korea Shipping Gadget, and Korea Shipping Newspaper) in order to present changes in logistics issues, centering on Corona 19, which has recently had the greatest impact in the world. For data collection, two-year news articles in 2019 and 2020 (title, article, content, date, article classification, article URL) were collected through web crawling (using Python's BeautifulSoup, requests module) on the homepages of three representative logistics-related media companies. As for the data analysis methods, fundamental statistical analysis, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for topic modeling, and Scattertext were performed. The analysis results were as follows. First, among the three news media related to logistics, the Korea Shipping Newspaper was carrying out the most active media activities. Second, through topic modeling with LDA, eight logistics-related topics were identified, and keywords and significant issues of each topic were presented. Third, the keywords were visually expressed through Scattertext. This is the first study to present changes in the logistics field, focusing on articles from representative logistics-related media in 2019 and 2020. In particular, 2019 and 2020 can be divided into before and after the outbreak of Corona 19, which has had a great impact not only on the logistics field but also on our lives as a whole. For future work, a multi-faceted approach is required, such as comparative studies of logistics issues between countries or presenting implications based on long-term time-series articles.

We discussed the change of housing environmental problems from the early 1900s to the present in Study(I). This study(II) which secendly research of study(I) analyzed the fixing precess of a lavatory centering around a excretion which was a serious housing environmental problem in 1920 to 1940. The documentary research method was used for this study. Articles of content analysis(N=185) were published in 1920 to 1990 which were The Deng-A daily news article about a excretion and a lavatory. The main content of this study was examined the change, such as the number of whole article, the column number of article by time series. and the content of article by subject. 1. The number of whole article by time series was collected mainly in1920s-1930s. In 1940s-1960s, one-two column of article was appeared generally and three-four, five column of article was appeared in 1970-1980. 2. Contents of article was divided into two classes, excretion and lavatory. Contents of excretion was 1) a use of fertilizer 2) the method of transportation 3) a cost of gathering 4) a place of disposal 5) the problem of cleaning. Contents of lavatory was 1) a public lavatory 2) a flush toilet 3) a sanitary conditions 3. 1) A use of fertilizer was concentrated in 1920s-1930s, and problems of it was solved more or less by change of management method. Transportation of excretion developed such as \ulcornerGue\ulcorner->a coach of tank style->underground transportation->a dung car of absorption style. Disposal place of excretion was a cause of dissatisfaction in 1920s and it is serious problem Today. A duty of excretion gathering was transfered to a private worker in 1978. The accunulation problem of excretion was continued until 1940s-1950s. The management law of waste matters was proclaimed in 1986. 2) A public lavatory was planned in 1924 for the first time, and it is insufficient in these days, A settlement of public lavatory in building which has upward of 20pyung became obligation in 1973. The problem of water contamination which by poor septic tank was happened in 1970s-1980s.

This study focus on interest for arrears and filling of the gaps left in Article 78 of CISG. In the case of CISG, Article 78 provides for interest any time a payment under a contract is untimely, but does not specify a particular rate of interest or a method to determine such a rate. This issue did not cause any uncertainty under ULIS, the CISG's antecedent, since Article 83 of ULIS provided for 1%p above the official discount rate in the creditor's country. Lacking any CISG general principle as well as any indication by the very same CISG, one can only conclude that the matter must be deferred to the domestic rule of private international law. Actually, resorting to private international law is not only admissible, but expressly required by Article 7(2). In the interpretation and filling of the gaps left in Article 78, there is a considerable difference of opinion especially amongst commentators on whether the gap is a lacuna praeter legem, i.e., one being governed by, but not expressly settled in the CISG, or whether it is an issue falling outside the scope of application of the CISG, i.e. a lacuna intra legem. The protagonists of the former view lay emphasis on the overall objective of the CISG, namely to create a uniform law, whereas the supporters of the latter view refer to the legislative history of Article 78 as the dominant principle in interpreting Article 78. Some authors believe that the issue of determining the rate of interest is not dealt with by CISG and it is, therefore, governed by the applicable domestic law, which is the subsidiary law applicable to the sales contract, since "no special connecting points seem to have developed for the entitlement to interest." In the light of the relevant case law, it seems correct to conclude that the interest rate is not determined by CISG and that courts normally determine it according to their own rules of private international law. While CISG Article 78 expressly does not deal with this issue, PICC Article 7.4.9 and PECL Article 9.508, on the other hand, set forth a precise method for computing interest. Although a method like the one set by PICC may be useful and may encourage uniformity, it still cannot be used under the CISG. The PICC or PECL formula may, however, be a very good starting point in a de jure condendum analysis when a new Article 78 will be drafted, if an interest rate method will ever be embodied in the text of an international convention.

Origami’s formative characteristics have been used in modern fashion design usefully. This article categorized origami expression methods by making technique as three category; producing methods, organized principles and expressive characteristics. And then, this article argued characteristics of fashion design used origami expression methods. Fashion design using origami expression methods had three characteristics; basic tailoring, decorative surface, fluidity & rhythm. The proceeding article on paper folding argued formative aspects of paper folding widely, while this study focused on origami’s basic expression methods in detail and clarified characteristics of fashion design used origami. This article’s originality existed in that point. And also a result of this study would be regarded as a important sources in design processing of fashion design.

Today, citation index information is used as an outcome scale of spreading technology and encouraging research. Article citation information is an important factor to determine the authority of the relevant author. Google Scholar uses the article citation information to organize academic article search results with a rank algorithm. For an accurate analysis of such important citation index information, large amounts of bibliographic data are required. Therefore, this study aims to build a fast and efficient system for large amounts of bibliographic data, and to design and develop a system for quickly analyzing cited information for that data. This study also aims to use and analyze citation data to be a basic element for providing various advanced services to the academic article search system.

The multivariate analysis techniques of cluster analysis are examined in this article. The theory and applications of the techniques and computer software concerning these techniques are discussed and sample jobs are included. A hierarchical cluster analysis algorithm, available in the IMSL software package, is applied to a set of data extracted from a group of subjects for the purpose of partitioning a collection of 26 attributes of a weapon system into six clusters of superattributes. A nonhierarchical clustering procedure were applied to a collection of data of tanks considering of twenty-four observations of ten attributes of tanks. The cluster analysis shows that the tanks cluster somewhat naturally by nationality. The principal componant analysis and the discriminant analysis show that tank weight is the single most important discriminator among nationality although they are not shown in this article because of the space restriction. This is a part of thesis for master's degree in operations research.

During the diagnostic process of the various oral and maxillofacial lesions, we should consider the following: 'When should we order diagnostic tests? What tests should be ordered? How should we interpret the results clinically? And how should we use this frequently imperfect information to make optimal medical decisions?' For the clinicians to make proper judgement, several decision making tools are suggested. This article discusses the concept of the diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity and specificity values) with several decision making tools such as decision matrix, ROC analysis and Bayesian analysis. The article also explain the introductory concept of ORAD program.

This article is concerned with choice-based conjoint analysis versus rating-based and ranking-based conjoint analysis. Choice-based conjoint analysis has a definite advantage in that the respondent's task of choosing the most preferred profile from several competing profiles adequately mimics consumer marketplace behavior. It is crucial to design the choice sets appropriate for the choice-based conjoint. Thus, this article suggests a new method to design the choice sets that are well-balanced. It augments the balanced incomplete block design and then obtains the dual design of the result to accommodate various numbers of profiles. In consequence, the choice sets designed by the new method have the desirable characteristics that each profile is presented to the same number of respondents, and pairs of any two distinct profiles occur together in the same number of choice sets. The balancing of the design increases the efficiency of the conjoint analysis. In addition, the pair-comparison scheme can improve the quality of data through the identification of contradictory responses.

We suggest layered sculpture method and color painting method with new materials for the preparation of various expressions for aesthetic model of the furniture and interior articles made of river birch. Through the analysis of the layered sculpture method and preference, we try to set a new direction for the enhancement of the decoration for the furniture or article design made of birch plywood. Also, we study the fittest manufacturing process after selecting color painting materials different from the existing painting method and goes well with the furniture or article made of river birch. Color painting which systemic application of the layered plywood from birch and new paints such as Oriental dye is one of the best schemes to realize various possibility of the furniture and wooden article made of the layered plywood, and this research result has affected positive effect on the development fields such as wooden furniture and interior articles.

The purpose of this article is making a contribution to add the knowledges of meridian muscles and myofascial meridians of lower limb that relate with gait and basic movements. We have researched on the gait analysis, basic analysis of articular movement and the related muscles. In addition this article is suggested to study about the therapy with apply meridian muscles and myofascial meridians to lower limb's motor disturbance.
