일본의 건축협정 제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural agreement(Kenchikukiyoutei) of Japan)

  • It is a study about an architectural agreement of Japan. For will including in the near future, new system need to solve people misunderstanding worrying about excessive restriction, and strive for interests among construction, as well as it is helpful to central administration for system propulsion finance and regional administration having to work practical. The study first introducing new system in Korea, consist of Agreement of purpose and contents(Period, Boundary, Management, Renewal, Disuse).

조선 후기 관영건축공사(官營建築工事)의 재원과 비용 절감 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Finances and Factors of weighting Cost in Government Constructions in the Late of Chosun Dynasty)

  • Since the 17th century, the finance for the government construction was demanded unlike the early chosun dynasty. It was consequent upon a transition in the supply method of materials and labors for the construction. The government construction being enforced in chronic financial difficulties had to undergo lack of funds. Especially, a rising construction cost by purchasing lots of materials including wood, and by employing labors weighted the difficulties. In order to put forward a construction, new and various efforts besides diversification in sources of finance ad been looked for. The efforts were driven in three parts which were to be the management of labor and materials, and the way of construction execution. As a result of spending a great effort to save cost, an extinguished improvement in the way of construction execution came out with 'Injungjeon-yeongkweon' in the year 1805.

Data-driven Value-enhancing Strategies: How to Increase Firm Value Using Data Science

  • This paper proposes how to design and implement data-driven strategies by investigating how a firm can increase its value using data science. Drawing on prior studies on architectural innovation, a behavioral theory of the firm, and the knowledge-based view of the firm as well as the analysis of field observations, the paper shows how data science is abused in dealing with meso-level data while it is underused in using macro-level and alternative data to accomplish machine-human teaming and risk management. The implications help us understand why some firms are better at drawing value from intangibles such as data, data-science capabilities, and routines and how to evaluate such capabilities.

BIM 중장기전략 수립을 위한 정책방향 설정 (Direction of Policy on Long-term Strategy Development for BIM)

  • Introduction of BIM(Building Information Modeling) was led by public institutions, and all buildings over a certain size were obligated to apply BIM. However, through various attempt to apply BIM to actual practice, people had doubt whether it is a usable technology in reality appeared. Therefore, this study investigated cases about implementation strategies of foreign countries, and conducted survey on BIM performances and preparation in architectural design firms. On the basis of this, it suggests the long-term development strategy of BIM and the basic direction of road map to adopt BIM effectively to domestic architectural design market. After considering the cases abroad and the results of survey, it is identified that incentive policies supporting finance and education should be carried out together with partially obligation method led by government in order to introduce BIM into architectural design market effectively by reflecting current situation of architectural design firms.

  • 기업 활동에 있어 성과측정은 경영성과의 평가, 인적 자원의 관리 및 전략이행의 중요한 도구로 사용된다. 기업의 경영성과 측정은 당기 순이익, 투자수익률, 자기자본 이익률과 같이 단순히 재무적 관점에서 측정할 수 있으나 기업의 내부프로세스나 정보화와 같은 재무외적 성과를 측정할 수 없어 부족함이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내의 시공능력순위 30위 이내의 건설기업에 적용 가능한 핵심 성과지표(KPI:Key Performance Indicators)를 도출하였으며, 기존의 연구와 기업 전문가의 설문을 반영하여 보다 현실적인 기업의 경영을 반영하며 기존의 연구와 차별된 결과를 도출하였다.

  • 최근 주택 가격이 전국적으로 상승하였고 정부는 실수요자 보호를 위해 금융, 세금 등 다양한 규제를 지역에 따라 시행하였다. 정책 시행 이후 전국적인 주택 가격 평균은 안정되었으나 지역 별로 살펴보면 양극화 현상이 발생하였다. 또한 규제로 인해 오히려 실수요자가 피해를 볼 우려에 대한 논의도 지속되고 있다. 따라서 정책 계획 및 분석에 있어 시장 변수 간의 상관관계 뿐 아니라 미시적으로 시장 참여자들에게 어떻게 정책의 효과가 파급되는 지 분석할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 변수 간 인과관계로 구성되는 시장 구조 분석을 위한 시스템 다이내믹스와 시장 참여자들의 의사 결정 과정 모델링을 위한 행위자 기반 모델을 통합하여 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하였다. 개발한 모델에 금융 규제와 세금 규제를 적용하여 주택 가격의 변화와 이에 시장 참여자들이 어떻게 행동하는 지에 대한 분석을 통해 정책의 실효성을 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 가격 안정화라는 같은 목적을 가진 두 규제에 대해 시장 참여자들이 다른 의사결정을 함에 따라 시장을 지배하는 피드백의 차이를 확인했다. 이에 따라 정책 대상 지역 뿐 아니라 그 이외의 지역에 대해서도 다른 파급효과가 나타났다.

통감부 시기 황실시설의 조사와 국유화 (Building Surveys and Nationalization on Royal Facilities During the Residency-General Period (1906~1910))

  • Jedoguk and Jaesiljaesanjeongriguk were the offices related to the reorganization of the royal finance during the Residency-General period and surveyed royal facilities. Jedoguk surveyed palaces, offices and royal ritual facilities in the manner of traditional survey. However, Jaesiljaesajeongriguk which is the successor office to Jedoguk surveyed royal facilities using the modern surveying techniques and figured out the value of royal facilities. In 1908, most of the royal facilities were nationalized and were managed as government property by Takjibu. These nationalized royal facilities were used new modern facilities under the rule of Japanese.

조선시대 조경제도의 법적 측면에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Legal and Administrative System of Landscape Architecture of Chosun-Dynasty)

  • This study is executed to investigate the legal and administrative system of the traditional landscape achitecture of Chosun-Dynasty. To pursuit this purpose, All the Codes established in Chosun-Dynasty were examined thoroughly. In Chosun-Dynasty, the landscape architectural activities were mainly carried out by San-Tack-Sa, Chang-Won-seo in the Ministry of Industry and Sa-Po-Seo in the Ministry of Finance. Stipulated in the text, in the early part of Dynasty, Chang-Won-Seo was composed of 63 personnels and Sa-Po-Seo was about 160 personnels involving servants as well as high-ranked officials. But gradually, the size and importance of organizations were reduced. These three organizations were managing the traditional gardens. But the meaning of traditional garden which was expressed in the Codes was relation to the practical aspect, as if planting flowers or fruit trees and breeding animals. The provisions dealing with landscape architectural activities were very poor. Only the provisions concerning with planting and managing the trees of practical use, governing the silkworm rearing areas and prohibition of timbering and quarrying were stipulated.

  • The city of Dalian has been developed under varied geo-political situation since the later part of nineteenth century up to now where a considerable mutation is taking place. In this study we tried to trace the historical evolution process of Dalien as second important port of China playing the role as center of North-Eastern Region in the field of Industry, foreign exchange, finance and tourist industry. The result reveals possibility of the city to excelerate its development under present circumstances toward the opened system of economical policy.
