융복합 시대의 국가 SW R&D 프로젝트에 대한 품질활동관리 적정성 평가 방안 연구 (A study of appropriateness evaluation method for quality activity management of Software R&D Project)

  • 최근에 소프트웨어(SW) 융복합 시대를 맞아 SW품질관리의 중요성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 품질관리전담기관의 SW품질활동관리 적정성을 객관적으로 평가 할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 기존의 품질 활동관리 적정성 사례를 기반으로 새로운 적정성 평가 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같이 연구 목적을 세 가지로 설정한다. 첫째, 기존의 국가 SW R&D 프로젝트의 SW품질활동관리 적정성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 분석한다. 둘째, 기존의 SW품질활동관리 적정성 평가에 대한 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 적정성 평가 방법을 제안한다. 셋째, 새로운 적정성 평가 방법을 WBS(World Best Software) 프로젝트를 대상으로 적용해서 그 가능성과 효과성에 대하여 살펴본다. 본 연구에서 새롭게 제시한 국가 SW R&D 품질활동관리 적정성 평가 프레임워크를 대형 SW R&D 프로젝트인 WBS 프로젝트의 2개 과제에 실질적으로 적용해봄으로써 새로운 품질활동관리 적정성 평가 프레임워크의 효과성과 실무 적용 가능성을 입증하였다.

유방암 환자를 위한 영양교육매체 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Nutrition Education Media for Breast Cancer)

  • This study was conducted to develop and evaluate nutrition education media for breast cancer. The booklet was developed and consisted of breast cancer and diet, breast cancer and nutrition, breast cancer and food safety and Ingredients and recipes for breast cancer. The questionnaire requested information related to demographics, importance and satisfaction of evaluation for nutrition education media, evaluation of each chapter, and satisfaction of educational media. The data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows(version 12.0). The results were summarized as follows. The importance score for nutrition education media was higher than the satisfaction score. As a result of IPA analysis, quadrant I included 'comprehension', 'appropriateness of media', 'emphasis of the point'. Quadrant II classified with 'appropriateness of terms', 'interest', 'authenticity', 'appropriateness of illustrations'. Quadrant III included 'appropriateness of color and calligraphy', 'simplicity'. Quadrant IV classified with 'appropriateness of examples', 'concreteness'.

지각된 얼굴 매력성과 의복 적절성이 호감도, 특질 판단을 매개하여 과제 수행능력 판단에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perceived Facial Attractiveness and Appropriateness of Clothing on the Task Performance Evaluation mediated by Likability and the Trait Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the perceived facial attractiveness and appropriateness of clothing on the evaluation of task performance of target person mediated by subjects'likability toward and trait evaluation of the target person. The facial attractiveness of the female university students were used as index of physical attractiveness in this study. Three levels of facial attractiveness was manipulated based on the judgements by 30 female university students. Four types of clothes were selected perceived appropriate for two assumed situations by female university students. Three female faces having high. medium, and low attractiveness were simulated with the same body dressed four types of clothing respectively using CAD system, and a total of 12 stimulus persons were created. The design for the experiment was a $3\tiems4\times2$ randomaized factorial. with three levels of facial attractiveness(high, medium, low), and four types attire(formal-masculine, formal-feminine, casual-masculine, casual-feminine), two kinds of context (job interview, dating) in which perceptions were occurred. The subjects of this study was 524 male and female(262 of male, 262 of female) university students from 3 universities in Kwangju, Korea. The data were analysed using factor analysis. descriptive statistics, regression, path analysis. The results were as follows : 1. In bogus job interview. the direct effect of perceived facial attractiveness on task performance evaluation was .175 and the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .285 in path analysis model. The direct effect of perceived appropriateness of clothing on task performance evaluation was .111 and the indirect effect mediated by likability only was .0564 in pass analysis model. 2. In dating situation, the direct effect of perceived facial attractiveness on task performance evaluation was .355, the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .188 in path analysis model. The direct effect of perceived appropriateness of clothing on task performance evaluation was .108, the indirect effect mediated by likability and trait evaluation was .060 in Pass analysis.

Prescription of Systemic Steroids for Acute Respiratory Infections in Korean Outpatient Settings: Overall Patterns and Effects of the Prescription Appropriateness Evaluation Policy

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to identify individual and institutional factors associated with the prescription of systemic steroids in patients with acute respiratory infections and to investigate the role of a policy measure aimed to reduce inappropriate prescriptions. Methods: We used data from the National Health Insurance Service-National Sample Cohort from 2006 to 2015 and focused on episodes of acute respiratory infection. Descriptive analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were performed to identify individual-level and institution-level factors associated with the prescription of systemic steroids. In addition, steroid prescription rates were compared with antibiotic prescription rates to assess their serial trends in relation to Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) Prescription Appropriateness Evaluation policy. Results: Among a total of 9 460 552 episodes of respiratory infection, the steroid prescription rate was 6.8%. Defined daily doses/1000 persons/d of steroid increased gradually until 2009, but rose sharply since 2010. The steroid prescription rate was higher among ear, nose and throat specialties (13.0%) than other specialties, and in hospitals (8.0%) than in tertiary hospitals (3.0%) and other types of institutions. Following a prolonged reduction in the steroid prescription rate, this rate increased since the HIRA Prescription Appropriateness Evaluation dropped steroids from its list of evaluation items in 2009. Such a trend reversal was not observed for the prescription rate of antibiotics, which continue to be on the HIRA Prescription Appropriateness Evaluation list. Conclusions: Specialty and type of institution are important correlates of steroid prescriptions in cases of acute respiratory infection. Steroid prescriptions can also be influenced by policy measures, such as the HIRA Prescription Appropriateness Evaluation policy.

Reliability and Validity of the Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol for Public Hospitals in Korea

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to assess the applicability of the Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol (AEP) for public hospitals in Korea. Methods: In May 2016, 1500 admission claims were collected from Korean public district hospitals using stratified random sampling. Of these claims, 560 admissions to 37 hospitals were retrieved for analysis. Medical records administrators determined the appropriateness of admission using the criteria detailed in the AEP, and a physician separately assessed the appropriateness of admission based on her clinical judgment. To examine the applicability of the AEP, the concordance of the decisions made between a pair of AEP reviewers and between an AEP reviewer and a physician reviewer was compared. Results: The results showed an almost perfect inter-rater agreement between the AEP reviewers and a moderate agreement between the AEP reviewers and the physician. The sensitivity and specificity of the AEP were calculated as 0.86 and 0.56, respectively. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that the AEP could potentially be applied to Korean public hospitals as a reliable and valid instrument for assessing the appropriateness of admissions.

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine whether there exist physical attractiveness stereotype, ‘what is beautiful is good’on the evaluation of stimulus person’s task performance in present Korea. This study also examine the effects of the appropriateness of the stimulus person’s clothing and subjects’sexes on the task performance evaluation. The index of the physical attractiveness of this study was the facial attractiveness judged by 30 female university students. The appropriateness of clothing was manipulated by 4 types of clothing perceived appropriate for two assumed situations by female university students. Three female faces having high, medium, and low attractiveness were simulated with the same body dressed four types of clothing using CAD system, and a total of 12 stimulus persons were created. A total of 524 male and female(262 of male, 262 of female) university students from 3 universities in Kwangju, Korea were participated as subjects in this study. The design for the experiment was a $3\;{\times}\;4\;{\times}\;2$ randomaized factorial, with three levels of facial attractiveness (high, medium, low), and four types attire(formal-masculine, formal-feminine, casual-masculine, casual-feminine), two kinds of context (job interview, dating) in which perceptions were occurred. The data were analysed using MANOVA, Duncan test and F-test. The results were as fellows: 1. The stimulus person’s facial attractiveness exerted significant positive effects on the evaluation of task performance in both of two assumed situations (p<.001, respectively). 2. The appropriateness of stimulus person’s clothing did not influence on the task evaluation in both of two assumed situations. 3. The gender of subjects did not influenced the task performance evaluation in both of two assumed situations.

수술전 재원기간의 적절성 평가 (Appropriateness Evaluation of Preoperative Hospitalization: A Case Study of A Tertiary Care Hospital)

  • Background : The purpose of this research was to evaluate the appropriateness of preoperative hospital days in a tertiary care hospital and to examine the reasons of the inappropriateness, so as to provide basic information and policy for enhancing appropriateness of preoperative hospitalization and benefit of patients and hospital. Methods : The subjects of the research were the 344 patients who received operation among discharged patients during January, 1996 in surgical departments including general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, plastic surgery and ophthalmology. Their medical records were reviewed and appropriateness of hospital days was evaluated by the Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol. Result : The results of evaluating the appropriateness of preoperative hospitalization showed that inappropriate hospital days were 80.8%. The reasons of inappropriate hospital stays were the tests or preparation which could be done in outpatient basis' followed by 'possible tests or preparation on the operation day' and 'cancelation of operation'. Conclusion : In order to shorten the inappropriate preoperative length of stay, it is recommended that lengthening of laboratory running time and doing most of tests necessary for operations on the outpatient basis prior to admission should be considered. In addition, the operation at the same day of hospitalization and usage of day surgery should be encouraged. Finally there should be changes in the inpatient management system and attitudes and behaviors of surgeons to shorten unnecessary preoperative and maximize the benefit for patients and hospital.

공공시설의 여가환경 적합성 인지와 물리적 상태 평가 -중노년층 이용자를 중심으로- (The Perception of the Appropriateness and the Evaluation of the Physical State in the Public Community Facilities as Leisure Facilities -Focused on the Middle-aged and the Aged-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affected on the perception of appropriateness and the evaluation of physical state in the public community facilities. The sample of the study were consisted of 381 middle-aged and the aged who were participated in the leisure programs of the public community facilities and were living in Seoul and Daegu. Frequencies, means, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression were employed for the analysis. The results of the study were as follows: The perception of appropriateness and the evaluation of the physical state in the public community facilities were differed by the type of facilities. The factors affected on the perception of appropriateness of the public community facilities were region, the access of transportation, and leisure attitude of the middle-aged and the aged. The factors had effects on the evaluation of the physical state of the facilities were educational attainment, health status, region, the access of transportation and the leisure participation.

공감각 제품디자인의 미각적 요소와 제품과의 적합성이 제품평가에 미치는 영향 : fMRI를 중심으로 (The effect of the appropriateness of gustatory features in 'multi-sensory' product design on product evaluation : An fMRI study)

  • 본 연구에서는 fMRI 기법을 활용하여 제품과 공감각적 은유가 적용된 제품 디자인에 표현된 미각적 요소와의 적합성 수준이 제품에 대한 신경학적 반응과 제품평가에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 사전조사를 통해 미각적 요소와 제품 간의 적합성 정도에 따라 제품디자인을 두 그룹으로 나누었다. 총 40개의 제품디자인이 실험자극물로 사용되었다. 총 15명의 건강한 오른손잡이 대학생들이 실험에 참가하였다. 실험은 총 2세션으로 구성되어 있고, fMRI scanning session에서 참가자들은 제품디자인을 관찰하였고, post-scanning session에는 제품디자인에 대한 선호도와 구매의도를 측정하였다. 실험결과 적합성이 높은 제품디자인이 낮은 제품디자인보다 선호도, 구매의도 모두 높게 나타났다. 뇌 반응의 경우 긍정적 보상과 관련된 미상핵(Caudate nucleus)과 피각(putamen) 영역이 적합성이 높은 조건의 제품디자인에서 더 많이 활성화 되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • By deriving the limitations of the test evaluation, it was intended to suggest a plan to improve the test evaluation system for the appropriateness of the number of ship crews according to the design and construction of troops-saving ships. Currently, the number of crew members by ship type is confirmed and specified in the ROC(Operation Requirement Performance) in the early stages of design, such as conceptual design, but there is a limit to testing and evaluating the appropriateness of ensuring reliability of combat performance.
