지자체 행정업무 지원을위한 GIS 응용 컴포넌트 개발 : 토지 민원서비스 컴포넌트 (Development of GIS Application Component for Supporting Administration Business of Local Government)

  • 최근 급변하는 기술환경에서 향상된 정보서비스를 제공하기 위하여 지자체 또는 중앙정부차원에서 막대한 예산을 투입하여 GIS를 활용한 행정업무의 전산화를 추진하고 있거나 추진할 예정이다. 이러한 시점에서 예산의 중복투자 방지, 기 투자재원리 재활용을 극대화한다는 측면에서 행정업무 전산화의 특징을 살펴 행정업무 전산화사업에 있어서 GIS 응용 컴포넌트의 도입 가능성을 검토하고자한다. 본 연구서는 정보통신부 주관사업인 「개방형 GIS 컴포넌트 S/W 개발」 프로젝트에서 토지민원서비스 응용 컴포넌트를 개발하였다. GIS 응용컴포넌트는 OpenGIS의 OLE/COM 기반으로 만들어지며, 그 개발방법으로는 USD (Unified System Development), 시스템설계는 UML(Unified Modeling Language), 컴포넌트의 구현은 Visual C++를 이용하였다. 구현된 컴포넌트들은 Process Control, Map, Print, Statistics 컴포넌트들로서 Visual Basic 과 Delphi를 이용하여 구현된 컴포넌트를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과 컴포넌트의 개발이 지자체의 GIS 업무개발에 매우 유용하게 활용될 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 업무활용의 극대화를 위해서는 업무, 자료, 시스템의 표준화가먼저 선행되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

  • Recently, the range of using Internet in business is expanding rapidly. And through Internet, companies are strengthening both their internal efficiency and their external competitive advantage in the market. In recent years, building and managing companies' web sites are becoming unavoidable tasks in business. Such a trend is becoming more imperative in business over the world. There is a great deal of research in progress to study the cases of companies with increasing performance from the use of their Internet web sites. But it is considered that there has not been enough of study in the area of levels of Internet application in business especially in strategic areas and application levels among countries. This research is in the same line of the research that was carried out on such topics in 1999. study in 1999 showed that there are significant differences in the usage levels of Internet in business between countries with long history of using Internet and those who are not. The 1999 study also suggested the model on development stages of Internet usage in business. This study is the continuation of the 1999 research and used two years of data to compare and analyze the trend of the Internet development stages in leading corporations in Korea, U.S.A., and Japan. This study found that there have been significant developments in the ability to use Internet in business in three countries. The differences in Internet usage level in each stage among different countries are compared and analyzed in this study.

스마트폰 어플리케이션 서비스의 불만족이 고객 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Dissatisfaction on Consumer Behavioral Response in Smartphone Application Service)

  • Purpose: Due to the explosive growth and widespread use of smartphones, new business opportunities are emerging. Despite the importance of creating customer value in using smartphone applications, past studies on have mainly focused on functions or factors and specifications that influence users to use the device. Methods: This study is intended to identify how customer dissatisfaction from the use of smartphone application services affects customer sentiment and behavior. The research model is tested via a survey of 290 smartphone application users. Results: The result of this empirical study indicates that customer dissatisfaction significantly affects the user's disappointment and regret in using a service, which are subordinate values of customer emotion. The user's anger is positively associated with 'Negative word of mouth' and 'Complaint', which are subordinate values of customer behavior, but not with an intention to switch to another service. 'Regret' and 'Disappointment' are positively associated with 'Negative word of mouth' and 'Switching intention', but not with 'Making direct complaints'. Finally, customer's negative sentiments are a significant intermediary in the relationship between customer dissatisfaction and behavioral response. Conclusion: Finally, the study offers a more systematic understanding on the phasal response process of customer dissatisfaction in relation to the provision of smartphone application services.

The Role of Interpersonal Trust in On-line Learning Communities and Application of Knowledge

  • Interpersonal trust has become essential for online communities because people have managed to be in a situation without face-to-face encounters. To identify the structural relationships between interpersonal trust and learning performance, we analyzed the relationship between two types of trust, namely, cognitive and affective, as well as two dimensions of learning performance, namely, learning satisfaction and knowledge application. We also identified the moderating role of social norms in the relationship between trust and learning performance. Results of analysis are as follows. First, cognitive trust significantly affected the two dimensions of performance. Second, affective trust exhibited a significant effect on learning satisfaction, but did not affect knowledge application. Third, the relationships between the two performance factors were significant and direct. Lastly, social norms appeared to moderate the effects of cognitive trust on knowledge application and affective trust on satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations, which would like to optimize task-oriented performance of their learning communities, should consider linking strategies between community satisfaction and practical knowledge application.

비즈니스 프로세스 로직 표현을 지원하는 RFID 미들웨어 개발 (Development of RFID Middleware with Business Process Logic Representation Capability)

  • Because of different hardware specifications, there are no unified protocol commands to use with various kinds of RFID readers. The current commercial RFID middlewares do not satisfy the various requirements from users to support business process logic representation. The EPCglobal, which is leading organization for the RFID research, suggested a RFID middleware architecture which is called ALE(Application Level Events) standard. However, their architecture also does not provide the application level's interfaces. Therefore, a new RFID middleware architecture is required to provide basic RFID functions, conform to ALE's specification and, additionally, support application level's business logic representation. This paper proposes a ALE-based RFID middleware architecture which provides business process logic representation. At first, the basic RFID control functionalities are identified. Secondly, the business process logic requirements in RFID applications are identified and classified Into six categories. Third, the Middelware architecture is implemented with Java and XML technology so that it can easily extended to support the various RFID hardware's protocols. Finally, an example RFID prototype system is developed to show the proposed architecture's feasibility and validate it. The proposed middleware is expected to be used In various application areas since it is using XML technology for easy adaptation and it also con- forms to ALE interface which is standard specification.

The Application of Strategic Management Accounting: Evidence from the Consumer Goods Industry in Vietnam

  • This article analyzes factors affecting the application of strategic management accounting in different enterprises in Vietnam's consumer goods industry, providing more empirical evidence on factors affecting the application of strategic management accounting. The research method used a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants from 72 consumer goods enterprises in Vietnam. The survey results collected 290 questionnaires, however, due to invalid questionnaires with many blank cells, 284 questionnaires were finally selected. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that 6 factors have a positive influence on the application of strategic management accounting including awareness of the business market, business strategy, technology, corporate culture, qualification of management accountants, decentralization of management, in which technology has the strongest influence on the application of strategic management accounting in consumer goods enterprises in Vietnam. The standardized Beta coefficient extracted from the multiple linear regression equation reveals that the technology factor has a high standardized Beta coefficient (0.176) compared to other factors. Based on the research results, the author has proposed recommendations to improve the ability of consumer goods businesses to successfully apply strategic management accounting techniques, thereby contributing to improving competitiveness and performance of consumer goods enterprises.

경영사례를 이용한 군집화 유효성 지수의 성능비교 (Performance Comparison of Clustering Validity Indices with Business Applications)

  • Clustering is one of the leading methods to analyze big data and is used in many different fields. This study deals with Clustering Validity Index (CVI) to verify the effectiveness of clustering results. We compare the performance of CVIs with business applications of various field. In this study, the used CVIs for comparing performance are DU, CH, DB, SVDU, SVCH, and SVDB. The first three CVIs are well-known ones in the existing research and the last three CVIs are based on support vector data description. It has been verified with outstanding performance and qualified as the application ability of CVIs based on support vector data description.

  • Purpose: To explore the application prospect of support vector machine (SVM) in supply chain management and its practical application in supply chain performance evaluation practice. Research design, data and methodology: This paper establishes the performance evaluation index system of supply chain management according to the balanced scorecard (BSC) theory, and establishes the SVM model of supply chain management performance evaluation based on the SVM principle. Results: The performance evaluation results of the supply chain of an electric power equipment Co., Ltd. in Harbin established by using the model are consistent with the actual situation, which indicates the nature and accuracy of the possible reflection of the established supply chain performance evaluation model. Conclusions: The results show that SVM model can be used to evaluate enterprise supply chain management performance indicators, and can improve enterprise supply chain management performance, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the model.

데이터 타입 무결성 컴포넌트 모델 : 외부화된 데이터 가변성 처리 기법 (Data Type-Tolerant Component Model: A Method to Process Variability of Externalized Data)

  • 다계층 구조로 설계된 현대의 분산 애플리케이션 아키텍처에서 비즈니스 엔티티는 모든 서비스 로직 컴포넌트들을 관통하는 일종의 횡단관심사(Crosscutting Concerns)이다. 그러므로 비즈니스 엔티티가 변화하면 이와 관련된 서비스 컴포넌트들은 비록 애플리케이션 프레임워크의 공통적인 기능을 구현한 서비스 로직 컴포넌트라 할지라도 새로운 비즈니스 엔티티를 다를 수 있도록 수정되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 엔티티, 즉 외부화(externalized)된 데이터에 대한 가변성(variability)을 처리하는 DTT 컴포넌트 모델(Data Type-Tolerant Component Model)을 제시한다. DTT 컴포넌트 모델은 SCDT(Self-Contained Data Type)와 가변점(Variation Point) 인터페이스를 통해 프로덕트 라인의 데이터 가변성을 구현 수준에서 구체적으로 표현하고, 서비스 컴포넌트 코드 수정대신 비즈니스 엔티티와 SCDT간 타입 변환을 지원하는 데이터 타입 컨버터를 도입함으로써 애플리케이션 엔지니어링 효율을 향상시킨다. 서비스 컴포넌트가 외부화된 비즈니스 엔티티를 직접 다루지 않고 SCDT 만을 다루게 함으로써 데이터와 함수의 커플링을 다시 컴포넌트 수준에서 로컬화했다는 점이 DTT 컴포넌트 모델의 의의라 할 수 있다.

Analysis of Indonesia's Digital Industry and the Case of Gojek

  • Indonesia's industrial application of digital technology is growing fast, especially in the application of mobile technology. About 1,700 digital startups are sprouting. PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa is one of those digital startups founded in 2010. This company is widely known, especially in Southeast Asia, for its products and services called 'Gojek' which was launched initially in 2015. Gojek began as a ride-hailing mobile-based application that later evolved into a Super App providing more than 20 different services in one single mobile application. After becoming Indonesian first unicorn company in 2016, Gojek now has become the first decacorn company in Indonesia, worth more than USD 10 billion since 2019. This paper aims to analyzes the technology industry in Indonesia and analyzes Gojek's background and history, its competitive status, and critical success factors. As a conclusion, we provide some advices for future development of Gojek in Indonesia and other countries in Southeast Asia's market. The advices include rebranding its overseas presence and the use of consistent brand identity across countries.
