이 논문의 목적은 시계열 예측 엔진의 개발과 그 엔진을 Application S/W로 구현하는 것이다 시계열 예측 엔진은 과거의 데이터를 분석하여 예측을 위한 식의 차수와 형태를 결정하고 이를 바탕으로 파라미터를 결정한 후 미래의 간을 예측하는 3가지 단계를 거친다. 석기에 쓰이는 기법들은 여러 가지가 있는데 본 논문에서는 ARMA(Auto Regressive Moving Average)를 기본으로 분석하였다 Application S/W는. 개발된 예측 엔진에서 분석될 과거 데이터를 입력받아 예측 엔진 구동에 사용되고 그 결과를 그래프로 나타내는 일련의 과정을 거친다. Application S/W 개발의 많은 Programming Language가 존재하지만 본 논문에서는 Visual C누 +을 사용하였다. 또한 이 논문에선, 특정 교차로를 통과하는 교통량 변화에 대한 데이터를 이용하여 예측을 수행하고. 그 결과를 Application S/W에 적용시켰다.

Distribution Management System(DMS) ienhancing distribution automation system-based operation efficiency is an optimized system by various operational applications in a distribution network. DMS employs various applications like topology reconfiguration, volt/var control, and restoration at events such as overload, voltage violation, and a fault in a distribution system. An operation efficiency to employ multi-applications as restoration with short-term load forecasting is higher than a performance by a single application; and the applications are accomplished by an operator’s control. Applications’ combination is determined by various alarm information which means critical issues in order to operate a distribution system. Thus, this paper proposes an application management system which can configure application combination, control applications depending on alarm information and check their performance condition. The proposed application management system can be customized by operator easily and have high operation efficiency and reliability because it is worked by reviewed alarm information from operator.

In recent business environment, we realize that MIS is taking important role in which it has been involved. However, we are having difficulty to find out the identity of MIS in business studies since MIS is derived from Micro Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science and so on. And there is no clear boundary in order to classify with other business area in consisting curriculums. Furthermore, IT staffs in the field are facing difficulties to utilize what they have learned MIS curriculums provided from business studies. In this research, we would like to present implications for development of market oriented MIS curriculums, which can be the actual needs of IT fields, through analysis of System Integration project for recent three years, analysis of IT capability based on the survey of IT consultants and analysis of application S/W technology trend in global vendor referred to "MIS Curriculum: The Current State of the Art and a Proposed Future Model (Lee et al, 2007)". As enterprise application software technology develop, the system integration can be achieved through special system solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, BI, etc. We also have acknowledged that solution consultants who have the ability of packaged S/W application are in demand since S/W vendors have become larger and more practical through M&A. Therefore, we have come to a conclusion regarding new direction of curriculum for increasing human power in IT industry which we demonstrated in detail through this research.

현재 IT서비스업체에서 주요사업으로 수행중인 S/W의 개발분야에서 S/W공학은 마치 현실과 동떨어진 이론, 지식으로만 인식되고 실제 S/W공학의 효과를 인식하고 활용하는 사례가 극히 드문 것이 현실이다. LG CNS에서는 이러한 현실에서 실용적인 S/W공학을 재정의하고 이를 현장에 적용시키기 위하여 사업수행을 통해 얻은 S/W공학 측면의 사례를 발굴하여 이를 전사적으로 확산시키는 활동을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT서비스의 전사적 측면에서 실용적인 S/W공학의 효과성을 재인식시키기 위한 방법론 측면의 접근사례를 소개한다.

A content recommendation according to users preferences comes up in the Internet application due to contents overwhelming. This paper newly proposes a method to predict contents preference using tags in conjunction with Content-Based Filtering. By implementing this method, this paper cleans up the contents sparsity problem in Content-Based Filtering, and shows the outstanding improvements.

Recently, web services concept is rapidly rising as new solution to solve the integration problem among heterogeneous application systems . This web servic es concept is adaptable in the field of 4S application systems integration that handles the spatial information of GIS, SIIS, GNSS and ITS. So, this paper suggests a new 4S web services model for the infrastructures of nationwide spatial clearinghouse, which is mainly based on the OGC and W3C web services specifications. Conclusively, this proposed model that could serve various spatial data and services has some advantages of being flexibly and powerfully capable of integrating the 4S application systems owing to adapting the international standard specifications of OGC and W3C.

Smart Camera provides intelligent vision functionalities which can interpret captured video, extract context-aware information and execute a necessary action in real-timeliness in addition to the functionality of network cameras which transmit the compressed acquired videos through networks. Intelligent vision algorithms demand tremendous computations so that real-time processing of computation of intelligent vision algorithms as well as compression and transmission of videos simultaneously is too much burden for a single CPU. Davinci processor of Texas Instruments is a popular ASSP(Application Specific Standard Product) which has dual core architecture of ARM core and DSP core and provides various I/O interfaces as well as networking interface and video acquiring interface necessary for developing digital video embedded applications. In this paper, we report the results of designing and implementing S/W for Davinci-based smart camera. We implement a face detection as an example of vision application and verify the implementation works well. In the future, for the development of a smart camera with more broad and real-time vision functionalities, it is necessary to study about more efficient vision application S/W architecture and optimization of vision algorithms on DSP core of Davichi processor.
