We have analized the inverse class-F and class-F amplifiers using their waveforms. From the analytic equations derived from the analysis, we have calculated tole efficiencies, output powers, DC power dissipations, and optimum fundamental load impedances of the inverse class-F and class-F amplifiers. We also have compared them for various operation conditions, which include the same peak current, saute DC power dissipation, same fundamental RF output power, and same fundamental load impedance with different Ron(on-resistance). These analyses have clearly shown the performance limitations, advantages, and guide to the optimized design of the inverse class-F amplifiers.

The computer is an important tool to design an engineering system and CAD systems are widely used for various design practice. To meet the market requirements, the old mass production system is being changed into the mass customization system. As for CAD systems, it is increasingly required to extend, automate, and customize a wide range of functionality. This article describes the state-of-the-art of the principal technologies for customizing CAD systems. And we have implemented an application that enables the parametric design by directly inputting numerical values of parameters for a CAD model. Based on this application, we have developed another system that makes it possible sharing of part family data between SolidEdge and Pro/Engineer. Through customization of CAD systems, it is possible to improve the product quality using external knowledge-based systems or to integrate with external system such as CAE tools. This paper can be a guide for engineering designers who want to customize CAD systems.

As the information technology advances and the number of internet users increase, the electronic commerce has been discussed actively in the academic and industrial circles. Though the reference model is important as a guide to the study on electronic commerce at this time, current studies on the reference model are inclined to emphasize on the specified area, not on overall area. In this respect, this paper aims to provide the synthetic reference model - named the ECGR model(Electronic Commerce Generic Reference model) - and its application plans. First, for these purposes, several frameworks and reference models of electronic commerce are compared and analyzed from the various viewpoints. Second, several factors for the development of the reference model are proposed. Finally, the ECGR model is developed and its application plans are suggested. The ECGR model provides a conceptual and analytical apparatus to interpret the profound understanding of electronic commerce and presents the fundamental framework related to the electronic commerce projects. According to the expansion of electronic commerce and the development of related information technology, the ECGR model must be modified.

In some cases a towing vessel and her tow, a fishing boat, and a vessel at anchor have a priority against a general power-driven vessel underway in the application of collision rule. This article aims at suggesting a practical guide for the construction of the meaning of a vessel engaging in fishing, a vessel engaged in towing operation such as severely restricts the towing vessel and her tow in their ability to deviate from their course and a vessel at anchor, which are permitted to have the above priority. The construction of the application of the collision rule on the above vessels is supported by the decisions of MAIA and the judgment of civil courts.

This study was conducted to assess needs of educational mobile application (App) development for nutritional management and information on pregnant women. A total of 105 pregnant women were investigated on general characteristics, dietary habits, health behavior and needs for contents and composition of the application. The mean age of the subjects was 31.9 years and the mean gestation period was 25.4 weeks. The rate of skipping meal was 39.0% and the rate of irregular meal time was 46.6%. The consciousness of the meal as balanced nutrition and health was 19.9%. Eating out at least forth a week was 35.3%. Obtaining information about pregnancy and childbirth were internet (35.3%), hospital or health center (19.9%), books (17.1%), experience (15.2%), mobile (8.6%) and friends or acquaintances (4.8%). If the application is developed, subject replied 'frequently use' (51.4%), 'when needed' (47.6%) respectively. The favour topic in developing application were 'nutrition information of pregnant and fetal' (36.2%), 'weight management, feeding' (33.3%), 'food choice and cooking' (21.9%), 'shopping' (5.7%), 'example of menu' (1.9%), 'effect of smoking, drinking, exercising' (1.0%). The favorite content was 'include sufficient amount about information' (44.8%). Depending on the age and education level, the best age for pregnancy group have significantly higher ability for utilize and information gathering than old age pregnant group. Also the best age for pregnancy group have high demands of design, convenience and various contents in App development. Therefore, mobile application (App) for pregnant women could be widely used as an effective dietary guide.

In this study, the standardized design methods and procedures are proposed for bridge LRB(Lead Rubber Bearing) design. The bridge LRB design program is developed according to these methods and procedures, on the basis of "AASHTO Guide Specifications for Seismic Isolation Design, 1999". This program is applied to Young-Dong bridge.

An application determination of the dominant-mode fields in ridge waveguides at all frequencies has been made. Evaluations of the fields along the walls of a commercially standard single-ridge guide having a usable frequency range from 3.75 to 15.0 Gc, This paper presented the analysis of the mode directive coupling characteristics of two ridge waveguide using mode matching techniques for TE10 mode.

A client/server system has become the computing architecture for the business organization which seeks competitive edges. Technically, a client/server system places application processing close to the user and thus increases performance. This paper's two primary goals are (i) to present a performance model for client/server database systems and (ii) to demonstrate analytically the effectiveness of client/server computing in comparison with other computing architectures via an illustrative example. The model is most likely to be used as a practical performance guide for client/server computing.

This paper presents a linear programming formulation of the aggregate production planning problem for an optical instrument manufacturing company. Taking into account of the various requirements of the company, an L.P model is developed whose objective is to minimize the total cost of production during the planning horizon. The application results and its implications are well understood by the management and expected to be used as a guide line for future production planning.
