Undifferentiated mesencymal stem cells(UMSCs) have been thought to be multipotent cells that can replicate as undifferentiated cells and that have the potential to differentiate into lineages of mesenchymal tissue including the bone, cartilage, fat, tendon, muscle, and marrow stroma. It can be used to sinus lifting, Guided bone regeneration, other bone graft in dental part. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of mesencymal stem cells on sinus augmentation with autogenous bone, fibrin glue mixture in a rabbit model. 8 New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups based on their time of sacrifice(1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks). First, undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from iliac crest marrow of rabbits and expanded in vitro. cell culture was performed in accordance with the technique described by Tsutsumi et al. In the present study, The animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks after transplantation, and the bone formation ability of each sides was evaluated clinically, radiologically, histologically and histomorphologically. According to the histological observations, Stem cell group showed integrated graft bone with host bone from sinus wall. At 2 and 4weeks, It showed active newly formed bone and neovascularization. At 8 weeks, lamella bone was observed in sinus graft material area. Radiologically, autobone with stem cell showed more radiopaque than autobone without stemcell. there were significant differences in bone volume between 2 and 4 weeks (p<0.05). In summary, the autobone with stem cells had well-formed, newly formed bone and neovasculization, compared with the autobone without stem cells (esp. 2 weeks and 4 weeks) The findings of this experimental study indicate that the use of a mixture of mesenchymal stem cell yielded good results in osteogenesis and bone volume comparable with that achieved by autogenous bone. Therefore, this application of this promising new sinus floor elevation method for implants with tissue engineering technology deserves further study.

This study was undertaken is to isolate brewing yeast suitable for rice beer fermentation from the traditional Nuruk, and to identify the brewing ability of the isolated yeast. After 6 months of research, four brewing yeast isolated from traditional Nuruk showed a normal fermentation pattern in terms of physicochemical data (pH, brix, alcohol content) and higher vitality, as compared to commercial brewing yeast. The concentrations of higher alcohol and ester, that impart the aroma to beer, were 78.4 to 106.5 ppm and 15.1 to 29.3 ppm, respectively. In particular, S. cerevisiae (KCCM 90313) bestowed significantly higher contents of higher alcohol and ester concentrations than rice beer prepared from commercial yeast. We conclude that the four variants of yeast isolated from traditional Nuruk are potentially suitable for manufacturing rice beer. Especially, the S. cevisiae (KCCM 90313) yeast shows excellent yeast activity and aroma production, thereby displaying potential application for manufacturing rice beer in the future.

With an increase in the aging population and a rising social interest in health and welfare, studies to improve healthcare in the elderly are being actively conducted. This study attempted to improve the current design and manufacture of elevating electric wheelchairs to enhance user safety and convenience. Seat design based on the user's body shape, convenience while boarding or alighting, caster turning radius and, safety and stability features that prevent shaking when the user gets up or sits down were improved. A driving experiment was conducted to evaluate the operation of the indoor electric wheelchair designed and manufactured with these additional functionalities. During the test, the performance parameters evaluated were continuous driving time, turning radius, maximum lifting and lowering load, maximum lifting height, noise level, minimum distance sensing by the driving auxiliary sensor, ability to interact with server and app programs, and the duty cycle maximum error rate. The test confirmed that this improved electric wheelchair successfully met target parameters. In a future study, we will evaluate this improved electric wheelchair from a user's perspective for its usability parameters, such as satisfaction, convenience and stability.
The application of more complex radiotherapy techniques using multileaf collimation (MLC), such as 3D conformal radiation therapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), has increased the significance of verifying leaf position and motion. Due to thier reliability and empirical robustness, quality assurance (QA) of MLC. However easy use and the ability to provide digital data of electronic portal imaging devices (EPIDs) have attracted attention to portal films as an alternatives to films for routine qualify assurance, despite concerns about their clinical feasibility, efficacy, and the cost to benefit ratio. In this study, we developed method for daily QA of MLC using electronic portal images (EPIs). EPID availability for routine QA was verified by comparing of the portal films, which were simultaneously obtained when radiation was delivered and known prescription input to MLC controller. Specially designed two-test patterns of dynamic MLC were applied for image acquisition. Quantitative off-line analysis using an edge detection algorithm enhanced the verification procedure as well as on-line qualitative visual assessment. In conclusion, the availability of EPI was enough for daily QA of MLC leaf position with the accuracy of portal films.

In the modern society, instructional methods using diverse media have appeared thanks to the development of Information & Communication Technology, and applicability of such instructional methods has been fully corroborated. However, customized contents allowing for disabled children's environment are still insufficient. Hence, this study produced educational contents of play activities for children with developmental disability, through applying N-screen technology, IT technology that can provide the same contents via a variety of digital media. The produced contents allow programs to be set up according to a child's individual characteristics and be carried out anywhere and anytime via an Internet-enabled digital device. Further, the developed contents were produced so that they could be accessed from a child's various environment (home, school, etc.) via a PC, a smart phone, a portable from a child's various environment (home, school, etc.) via a PC, a smart phone, a portable device, etc. and that the same educational program could be conducted in linkage at home, school, etc. Three children with Intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder were applied to the manufactured content. As a result, Content interaction between interaction between teachers and students in play training could use as a medium. In addition, the children's ability to select the appropriate components and reinforcements, special education professionals have used the content of the interviews are helpful in mediation than the existing content.
Nowadays, display-contents are developing to an informative environment. that is under the logic of the media operating system. To perceive the media-environments and produce the cultural contents, the cultural designers seek to understand a skin structure from making up for shape. To appreciate operating system in data and database is not only systematization of form and contents of visual contents but also variety contents into multiple-platform and integrative environments. These days, the spectacle exhibition try to express for their surface design between algorithm of data and database. the information is expressing aesthetic which means presents the integrated contents through the play instinct environment to end-user. That was given web or game to participation is developing with the cellular device and ubiquitous computing system. in the linear perspective, the end-user should be immerse more and more hyper-simulation system because of the operating algorithm of database. To do this, human have need to get the information-ability from multi-platform society. In the virtual environment, database offer the experience of an unheard-of event to end-user that prepare the participants the circumstances priority of signifiers. To do that already based on a fixed sensibility endow with narrative of the freshness- experience.
Lactobacillus fermentum YL-3 was encapsulated to increase acid tolerance and its total viability. After micro-encapsulation of L. fermentum YL-3 cells with sodium alginate and soybean oil, the morphology of the microcapsule was observed using confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) after staining with pyronin Y and fluorescein isothiocyanate. The sizes of the microcapsules were 120-126 ${\mu}m$, 444-486 ${\mu}m$ and 401-463 ${\mu}m$ when manufactured at pH 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The microcapsule could hold live cells of L. fermentum YL-3 up to $1.2{\times}10^{7}$, $8.1{\times}10^{7}$ and $1.1{\times}10^{8}$ CFU/mL at pH 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The acid tolerance and preservative ability of L. fermentum YL-3 in microcapsule and macrocapsule at $4^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ were tested. L. fermentum YL-3 cells were evenly located in the alginate capsule matrix structure and the firmness of microcapsule was highest at pH 2. Micro-encapsulation showed the most effective acid tolerance at pH 2.0 and preservation of viability at $4^{\circ}C$. However, at $25^{\circ}C$, the macrocapsules showed more effective cell protection than the microcapsules. The application range for microcapsules could be wider than for macrocapsules in the food industry.
The use of microbial extracts containing plant hormones is a promising technique to improve crop growth. Little is known about the effect of bacterial cell-free extracts on plant growth promotion. This study, based on phytohormonal analyses, aimed at exploring the potential mechanisms by which Enterococcus faecium LKE12 enhances plant growth in oriental melon. A bacterial strain, LKE12, was isolated from soil, and further identified as E. faecium by 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. The plant growth-promoting ability of an LKE12 bacterial culture was tested in a gibberellin (GA)-deficient rice dwarf mutant (waito-C) and a normal GA biosynthesis rice cultivar (Hwayongbyeo). E. faecium LKE12 significantly improved the length and biomass of rice shoots in both normal and dwarf cultivars through the secretion of an array of gibberellins (GA1, GA3, GA7, GA8, GA9, GA12, GA19, GA20, GA24, and GA53), as well as indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study indicating that E. faecium can produce GAs. Increases in shoot and root lengths, plant fresh weight, and chlorophyll content promoted by E. faecium LKE12 and its cell-free extract inoculated in oriental melon plants revealed a favorable interaction of E. faecium LKE12 with plants. Higher plant growth rates and nutrient contents of magnesium, calcium, sodium, iron, manganese, silicon, zinc, and nitrogen were found in cell-free extract-treated plants than in control plants. The results of the current study suggest that E. faecium LKE12 promotes plant growth by producing GAs and IAA; interestingly, the exogenous application of its cell-free culture extract can be a potential strategy to accelerate plant growth.
