BLDCM(Brushless D.C. Motor) is widely used for industrial application because of high efficiency and high power density Especially, in servo system and home appliance, BLBCM is very useful due to high control performance and low acoustic noise. In this paper, 2.5HP rated BLDCM controller and drive was developed for tread mill application. The prototype BLDCM has 4 poles rotor and 24 slots stator. Ferrite was used as a rotor magnet due to the cost and temperature characteristic. For the stable operation of tread mill, over current and high temperature can be detected by the DSP controller. For the commutation signal, switching patterns from the sensorless circuit and hall sensor signal are used in the DSP controller.

In this paper are described the indirect induction heated boiler and induction heated hot air producer using the voltage-fed series resonant high-frequency inverter which can operate in the frequency range from 20kHz to 50kHz. A specially designed induction heater, which is composed of laminated stainless assembly with many tiny holes and interconnected spot welding points between stainless plates, is inserted Into the ceramic type vessel with external working coil. This working coil is connected to the inverter and turbulence fluid through this induction heater to moving fluid generates in the vessel. The operating performances of this unique appliance in next generation and its effectiveness are evaluated and discussed from a practical point of view.

The environmental problem and the drain of petroleum fuel resources has been became the center of public interest. So the electric drive attracts public attention. The vehicles for indoor works should not pollute air. Therefore it is also useful that applying electric drive to such an appliance. An 1.2[kw] SRM for a pallet truck drive is developed and tested. The drive system has to operate with low voltage and high current. The small size, robustness, high efficiency make it possible to replace with DC motor. Test results show that pallet truck with SRM has better characteristics than that of the DC motor performance.

The switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed and torque characteristics. SRM has the possibility of maintaining full power over a wide speed range. So, many attempts are being done from home appliances to industrial machinery and tools. Especially, a traction drive of an SRM is one of a good application for it's DC-series characteristic. However, because of the switching mechanism, it has some disadvantage of noise and vibration. It is difficult to adopt to an appliance demanding silency. A noise simulation and design of 6/4 and 12/8 SRM was done in order to compare each other was done.

스마트폰은 이미 보편화되었고 가전기기나 자동차 등의 각종 생활기기에 통신장치 및 센서가 내장되어 스마트폰과 연동되는 스마트 기기들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 또한 현재는 스마트폰을 이용한 단순한 리모컨이나 원격 제어장치, 사용자 인터페이스의 수준이지만 향후에는 스마트폰에 지능화 기술이 융합되어, 사용자나 기기, 생활환경의 속성을 반영하여 자동으로 기기들이 개인 맞춤형으로 설정되는 개인 환경 서비스 기술이 활성화될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 관련 서비스와 시스템 구조, 요소 기술에 관해 기술한다.

최근 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 인하여 어느 장소에서든 컴퓨터 또는 무선장치를 사용하여 집안의 지능형 가전기기들을 점검하고 제어 할 수 있는 수준까지 이르렀다. 이와 같은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 요소기술 중에 마이크로소프트사에서 발표한 UPnP(Universal Plug & Play)는 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 기반으로 하여 각 지능형 가전기기에 IP주소를 할당하여 어느 곳에서나 누구나 편리하게 지능형 가전기기의 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 해준다. 본 논문에서는 UPnP 미들웨어 기반의 홈 네트워크에서 웹 기반의 인터페이스를 통해 지능형 가전기기를 쉽게 관리할 수 있는 홈 게이트웨이와 지능형 가전기기 간 연동 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

A girl aged 16 years and I month, had a severe Angle's class III malocclusion, characterized by a retarded and constricted maxilla, anterior and posterior crossbite. This patient underwent extraction of two lower Ist premolar. After extraction, author placed multibanded system in lower dental arch to change the long axis of anterior teeth and delivered removable appliance with Coffin spring in the upper dental arch to expand dental arch. After 13 months, anterior & posterior crossbite was corrected and this patient's profile was improved. Superimposition of pretreatment and posttreatment cephalograms upon the SN line registered at S showed backward downward rotation of the mandible and retrusion of lower lip.
