The purpose of this study is to design the framework of DSS (Decision Support System) for drought mitigation with internet and web interface. The users who apart from central government always connect to its main server via iternet. And web interface and browser operable models make it possible to analze data related with drought and planning for drought mitigation . Thereby, it need to build a database system , which manages data update from the users, and develop java-applet programs to assist decision making. The framework of DSS might be nicely adapted to the planning and decision making for the agricultural drought migigation.

본 논문은 웹 인포샵 서비스를 인터넷 전용선 사용자에게도 제공하기 위해 반드시 필요한 보안 인증 모듈을 설계 및 구현하였다. 보안 인증 모듈은 사용자의 요청 처리와 사용자의 인증 절차 및 암호화 기능을 수행하는 인증 에이전트와 사용자 정보를 암호화하여 전송하고 인증 에이전트로부터 수신한 응답을 처리하는 클라이언트로 구성된다. 이 때 사용된 암호화 알고리즘은 공개 키 암호법인 RSA 알고리즘으로 사용자의 인증치를 보안 공격으로부터 보호한다. 유닉스 상에서 동작하는 인증 에이전트는 C와 JAVA로 구현했고 클라이언트는 JAVA와 JAVA APPLET으로 구현하였다. 현재 구분한 보안 인증 모듈과 웹 인포샵 서비스 시스템을 통합중이고 향후에는 과금 관리 기능, 시스템 관리 기능 등과 같은 부가 기능을 추가하여 최적화된 LAN-WISS를 완성할 계획이다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 상 원격진료(Telemedicine)에서 가장 중요한 실시간 데이터공유를 원활히 하기 위해 과도한 지연을 방지할 수 있는 실시간 전송 프로토콜RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)즉 사용하였다. 또한 자바 애플릿(Applet) 프로그램 구현을 통해 강력한 확장성과 멀티 플랫폼(multi-platform)을 갖으며, JMF를 사용하여 RTP 지원과 멀티미디어 데이터를 보다 쉽고 효율적으로 처리하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 기존TCP／IP 기반의 응용 프로그램에서 거의 불가능하였던 네트워크 트래픽 제어(Network Traffic control)를 효율적으로 개선하였으며, 영상압축 데이터는 RTP로 전송함으로써 자바가 가지는 확장성을 손상시키지 않으면서 최적화 ,문제를 해결하였다. 또한, 웹 서버 측 데몬(demon)을 제외 한 모든 프로그램을 애플릿으로 구현함으로써 기존의 응용 프로그램 원격진료 시스템 설치 및 제거의 어려움을 없애 누구나 쉽고 빠르게 시스템을 이용할 수 있다. 마지막으로 모든 플랫폼에 걸쳐 15frames／sec 이상의 원활한 데이터 전송과 2초 이내의 지연방지가 가능하도록 개선하였다.

YKanto (Ontology Construction System of Yeungnam University & KAIST)[1,2]는 웹 기반 온톨로지 구축 시스템으로써 다수의 온톨로지 구축자가 신문, 사전, 코퍼스 등의 지식 자원으로부터 대용량의 온톨로지를 구축하고 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 YKanto에서 개발 중인 온톨로지를 2차원 그래프로 시각화 할 수 있는 온톨로지 시각화 도구(Visualization Tool for Ontology)를 설계하고 개발한다. 개발한 온톨로지 시각화 도구는 기존의 개념 및 관계 중심의 시각화 도구와 달리 사건 기반의 온톨로지(event-based ontology)의 가독성을 높이기 위한 사건(event) 중심의 시각화 도구이다. 또한, Java Applet으로 구현하며, YKanto과 연동시킴으로써 개발 중인 온톨로지를 웹 상에서 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

In this paper we implement a robot system consisted of mobile tole robot to be controlled by client through web browser Newly Internet is connected to all network of the whole world. If client uses the network like this, client can control direction of a robot that is selected in free place. In this study, system is embodied in using robot that can move freely in plan place and cod camera that can grab robot image. System transmit image data of cod camera to java server that is placed in web server of internet that is used by client. Java server display incoming data in home page using java applet. Then web browser offer robot image to client and client send remote control signal to robot. Control signal is transmitted to robot by java server and robot receiving signal moves toward direction wanted by client.

가전 정보화 및 흠 네트워킹의 발달과 더불어 전기밥솥, TV, 에어콘등의 가전기기에도 IP 부여를 통하여 인터넷 제어가 가능한 제품의 개발 연구가 활발히 행해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반 Vending Machine에 Embed설 프로세서를 이용하여 인터넷을 동한 원격 제어를 구현하기 위한 연구로서 전원제어, 온도제어, 습도제어, 잔량제어 등에 관한 LED, LCD, Swich, 릴레이 등의 하드웨어 설계 및 응용 소프트웨어 개발 내용을 수행하였다. 시스템의 구성은 자바 환경하에서 클라이언트로 애플릿상에서 동작되도록 설계하였다.

This paper introduces the concept of web-based simulation and suggests the structure of web-based simulation which reduces the simulation run time and performs simulations in efficient way under distributed environments. Since its introducing in 1996, web-based simulation has been studied only with a tool of applet, but in this paper a method of server applications for client applets will be used. In server application, server transfers objects requested by clients such as simulation engines, reports, files. After each client connects to web-server, and then server allocates simulation modules to connected clients. These work magnify the transferring applets from server and simulation models which were made by clients. This paper also processes a structure for managing efficiently web-based simulation under distributed environment and steps in which clients connect, model, simulate with distributed structure, and programs of proposed structure.

In this Paper, a LON based distributed control system for HVAC is described. We developed multi-protocol converter based on SoC, Neuron Chip, embedded Linux. It utilizes the network environment and therefore requires an appropriate operating system for handling protocols and an advanced development environment. The open source licensing, reliability, and broad hardware support are key reasons for use of embedded Linux in embedded industry. The multi-prootocol converter integrates LonWorks devices to a client with Java applet. The system consists of three-tier architecture, such as clients, multi-protocol converter, and LonWorks devices. The experiment result show that multi-protocol converter using embedded Linux is a flexible and effective way to build a Web-based monitoring and control system.

This paper's purpose is to obtain 3-Dimension information by using a monocular camera. This system embodies to obtain the height of object by using trigonometry method between a reference point of circumstance and an object. It is possible to build up system regardless of operating system, and then set it up. An comfortable USB port camera is used everywhere without the capture board. The internet can be used by using the applet and JMF everywhere. We regard the camera as a fixed. And we have developed a Real-Time JPEG/RTP Network Camera system using UDP/IP on Ethernet.

오늘날 많은 웹 페이지들이 제한적인 정보의 제공에서 벗어나 ActiveX Control이나 Java Applet과 같은 응용프로그램을 사용자 컴퓨터에 다운로드 하게 하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 인터넷을 통해 다운로드 되는 소프트웨어에 대한 무결성과 배포자에 대한 신원 확인을 해주는 코드 서명 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 Authenticode와 Netscape의 Object Signing기술에 대하여 분석하고 이러한 코드 서명 기술을 국내 공개키 기반구조(PKI)에 적용하기 위한 인증서 프로파일을 제안한다.
