아파트 가격에 영향을 미치는 도로교통소음 제한인자에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Road Traffic Noise Restriction Factors that Affect the Price of Apartment Complexes)

  • In this research, we measured the number of lanes, distance, disposition of apartment that are affecting the road traffic noise to evaluate the current condition of G city's road traffic noise. We decide on a basis regarding an apartment price formation factor, and the apartment current price and the results that compared. To have a point scale, we set the maximum road traffic noise at a 8 lane road for 5 points, give 4 points for a 6 lane road, which has a $2.1{\sim}2.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, give 3 points for a 4 lane road, which has a $5.2{\sim}5.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, and set 2 points for a 2 lane road and lower. If we set the standard floor plan as horizontal and a living room facing the roadside, the horizontal and living room facing the opposite side of the road is 1 point because it differs by 14.1 dB(A), and the vertical is 3 points since the difference is 5.3 dB(A). If we make grades by the distance, making standard the fifth floor with little soundproof effect from apartment to road, we observe a measurement below 2.9 dB(A) at a distance of less than 10 m and 5 dB(A), decreased at a distance of 20 m. Therefore, 4 points were given for less than 10m, 3 points for $10{\sim}20\;m$, 2 points for more than 20 m as we can apply the effect of a decay distance of line sound source and the decrease in noise effects of more than 6 dB(A), 1 point for more than 40m, and 0 points for more that 80 m since it is negligible. 28 apartments got 0 points because there is no effect of road traffic noise from other apartments, and 50 apartments where only the road at one side effect them got $5{\sim}10$ points. 4 apartments (17-2, 6-3, 10-4, 3-3) received over 20 points. 15 cases showed a difference between developer price and resale price, and 11 cases (73%) among them showed the same trend (price increases with a low road traffic noise restriction factor point) with the point of road traffic noise restriction factor. 4 cases demonstrated the opposite trend, showing price increases with a high restriction factor point. Among the 4 cases, case numbers 2,6 and 9 appear to be more affected by the location factor (business district) than the road traffic noise restriction factor, and case number 1 appears to be affected by the building factor (openness and direction).

  • The purpose of this study is to find a better residential plan from the results of apartment residents various forms of stress caused by their neighborhood. The major findings are as follows ; 1) This study finds privacy, noise from children, rules & morality, noise sounds by indoor life, and relationship between neighborhood as 5 main factor of apartment residents stress. 2) This study concludes that the stress caused by neighborhood have similar results by socio-demographis, housing-related, and social-psychological variables. 3) The problems caused by neighborhood noise is very serious ones of apartment residents. This study also finds that neighborhood who have more than average visit feel more stress.

  • In apartment buildings, floor-impact sound has bean regarded as the major source which induces complaints from residents. It is mainly due to the use of light-weight structures. The vibration produced by impact on one part of an apartment building would travel as far as the other parts of structure with a little alleviation. As a result, the impact sound from upstairs has been regarded as a main source of noise causing discontentment among accupants. This study was carried out to measure the floor-impact sound levels and evaluate the insulation performance of floor-impact sound for seven apartment buildings. The floor-impact sound levels were measured for seventeen On-dol floor structures and various factors which influence the floor-impact sound were analyzed.

  • This aim of this study is is an experimental study to introduce the Reduction method of Floor Impact Sound in Apartment Houses by using Model Test, We are measured the floor impact sound in Rahamen and Apartment with Shear Wall and Post-tensioning. There is comparison between Rahmen Structure and Apartment with Shear Wall. The main results from this study are effective in reduction of heavt-weight The slab was constructed by rahamen structure. Heavy-weight can reduced by upgrading naturial frequency of floor impact sound in rahmen structure.

'아파트단지' 교통소음측정방안에 관한 연구 - 강북 강변도로 사례를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Traffic Noise Measurement Plans of 'Apartment Complexes' - A Case on the North Riverside Expressway in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구에서는 소음에 대한 이론적 연구와 도로교통소음에 관하여 살펴보았다. 그리고 국내의 도로소음예측모델을 다른 선진국의 모델과 비교 분석하여 예측인자의 적용현황 및 적용상의 문제점을 도출하였다. 일반식 정립을 위한 사례연구에서는 국립환경연구원에서 제안한 식에 적용한 예측치와 실측치를 비교하여 국내의 도로교통소음 예측모델의 개선점을 살펴보았다. 또한 소음에 대한 통행량과 속도의 관계를 고찰해보기 위해서, 이 식에서 주요 요인으로 사용한 통행량과 속도의 두 요인 중에서 무엇이 더 큰 영향을 가지는지를 회귀분석을 통하여 속도가 통행량보다 더 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 도로소음을 줄이기 위해서는 차량의 통행량의 고려도 중요하지만 차량의 속도 규제가 더욱 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 지구보정치 도출을 위한 사례연구에서는 도로교통소음이 단지내에 공간적으로 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 세 아파트 단지의 도로교통소음을 측정하여 비교 분석함으로써 도로교통소음은 단지내에 평면적 입체적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 즉, 소음원에서 거리가 멀어질수록 소음의 크기가 적어지고, 높은 위치로 올라갈수록 소음의 크기는 증가하다가 어느 정도 높이 이상에서는 다시 소음의 크기는 줄어들고, 소음의 방향에 장애물이 있을 경우 소음의 영향이 줄어들었다. 따라서 단지내에 소음이 미치는 영향을 이러한 점들을 고려하여 공간적으로 파악한 단지 설계를 해야 한다.

  • Recently, the number of conflicts and complaints related to noise between floors is increasing every year. It is essential to acquisition objective noise data in order to resolve legal disputes over floor noise. However, specialized equipment for noise acquisition is difficult for ordinary apartment dwellers to use. In addition, in order to solve the problem of inter-layer noise, it is most effective to locate and remove the noise. Therefore, this study proposes a floor noise monitoring system for the measurement of floor noise and estimation of the noise source that can be measured without a professional device.

통계적 방법을 이용한 복층 저소음포장의 소음저감효과 분석 (An Analysis on Noise Reduction Effects of Two-Layer Low Noise Pavements using Statistical Methods)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to compare noise reduction quantities between before/after two-layer low noise pavement implementation using equivalent noise level analysis and to analyze the noise reduction effects of the two layer low noise pavement with a statistical method such as the Anderson-Darling Test. METHODS : In order to compare and to analyze noise reduction effects between before/after two-layer low noise pavement implementation, data acquisition as noise levels on a roadside and an apartment rooftop was conducted in the study area. The equivalent noise level was estimated in order to compare noise reduction quantities and the Anderson-Darling Test was carried out for estimating noise reduction effects of the two-layer low noise pavement. RESULTS : The equivalent noise levels of before/after two-layer low noise pavement implementation for the roadside during the daytime are 65.355 dB and 63.520 dB and during the nighttime are 62.463 dB and 59.088 dB. The equivalent noise levels for the apartment rooftop during daytime are 57.301 dB and 59.088 dB and during the nighttime are 54.616 dB and 52.464 dB. Also two-layer low noise pavement decreased the noise reduction effects estimated with the statistical method as the Anderson-Darling test for the roadside during the daytime by around 66.68% and decreased noise reduction effects on the roadside during the nighttime by 0.70%. Moreover it reduced noise reduction effects in the apartment rooftop during the daytime and nighttime by 0% and 96.32%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the result of this study, two-layer low noise pavement can positively affect noise reduction during both the daytime and nighttime according to the results of estimating the equivalent noise levels and the Anderson-Darling test.

  • In this research, the relationship between physical measurements and subjective evaluations of floor impact noise in apartment building was quantified by applying the neural network analysis due to its complex and nonlinear characteristics. The neural network analysis was undertaken by setting up L-value, inverse A index, Zwicker parameters and ACF/IACF factors, as input data, which came from the measurements at real suites of apartment building having various sound insulations.   • The sound insulation performance of walls and floors for air-borne and structure-borne sounds in an apartment building is an important environmental factor which should be contemplated at the intial design stage for their thorough control. Recent increasing residents' demands for quality living spaces strongly urge the development of more accurate and efficient measurement and evaluation methods for the control of air-borne and structure-borne sound insulation. However, steel-structured apartment buildings, recently emerged as new building structures in the market, have not been thoroughly examined. The present work carried out an extensive survey for steel-structured apartment buildings, in an attempt to provide useful design data, and their sound insulation performances were compared with those of R.C. apartment buildings.

국내 단지도로에서 도로교통소음에 대한 통계학적 특성연구 -도로교통 소음원이 수음점에 미치는 수평.수직 음원 분포특성 중심으로- (The Study on the Statistical Characteristics of Road Traffic Noise in Apartment Complex)

  • This paper represents the statistical characteristics of sources and receptors for road traffic noise in apartment complex. Also we suggested that the site-specific characteristics of vertical and horizontal distributions in the complex apartment have been derived using a different analysis for evaluating levels of Leq1h by the apartment floor at a given distance from a road in terms of the flow rate, the mean speed of the traffic, and the percentage of the type vehicles in the day and night periods. As a result, the contribution orders of traffic quantity by the type of vehicles showed as followed: light vehicle>medium vehicle>heavy vehicle>motorcycle. Especially, the mixing ratio of entering the road on the heavy vehicle in the daytime was two times higher than that of in the night. The speed in all types of vehicle is in the range of 41 and 81 km/hr and noise level was not significantly different in day and night-time. The sources of road traffic noise had different variations and uncertainties using a random variable and probability distribution. The sound distribution to receptors by the apartment floor showed S curve between 1st floor and $15^{th}$ floor With the normality test, the normal distributions using Anderson-Darling Test followed $1^{st},\;3^{th},\;13^{th}$ and $15^{th}$, floor in the daytime and all floors except $7^{th}$ floor in the night (p>0.05). And also, the value of the pearson correlation coefficient (r) obtained in this study have significantly different at the range of floor. In conclusion, the results suggested that the distribution characteristics of levels of $Leq_{1h}$ on the sources and receptors of road traffic noise in apartment complex must be improved and developed on the guideline of regulation of road traffic noise.
