주거단지 입지특성에 따른 소음환경 실태조사 - 도로변 아파트단지를 대상으로 - (A field survey on the noise environment of apartment according to site location)

  • The increase of road traffic niose in residential area has been considered to be a serious environmental problem to deteriorate a living condition. The understanding of noise environment in multiple family housing is needed for noise reduction. This study attempts to find out the characteristics of noise environment. For this purpose, the field survey has been carried out to investigate the noise environment(sound level, quality of sound) and the residents' responses(noiseness, annoyance) for noise environment based on 173 households living in 3 apartment compounds built in Pusan according to site location. The major findings are as follows : 1. The sound levels by road traffic noise were measured by dB(A) and dB(Lin). The sound levels were : 77.0dB(A), 86.6dB(Lin) in D-Apt, 73.3dB(A), 82.6dB(Lin) in K-Apt, and 59.1dB(A), 74.6dB(Lin) in M-Apt. Especially, the difference between dB(A) and dB(Lin) was very big in the cae of M-Apt with a barriers for traffic noise reduction. 2. The internal sound levels were shown the soudn attenuation by horizontal distance and by opening or shuting condition of windows.

청감실험에 의한 교통소음 적정 평가어휘 조사에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental study on the Proper Vocabulary for Evaluating Traffic Noise by Psycho-acoustic Experiment)

  • For the accurate evaluation of traffic noise with various spectrums and fluctuation characteristics, evaluation systems should reflect not only physical quantities but also the psychological respects of individual persons. In this study, adequate words for evaluating traffic noise have been extracted by reviewing the existing vocabularies and augmenting this with the results of a questionnaire prepared especially for apartment dwellers. As a result of this study, followings are suggested. 1) Vocabularies such as 'disagreeable', 'annoying', 'strident', 'disturbed', 'irritate', 'unpleasant', 'dislike' are classified into the first factor by factor analysis. 2) As a result of surveying overlapping vocabularies for each sound sources, 'noisy', 'annoying', strident', 'unpleasant', 'loudness' are main unpleasant vocabularies to franc noise occurring in our domestic apartment houses.

  • Recently, Cooling tower are used the necessary element in a residential area and living space on the viewpoint of indoor temperature control. The purpose of this study is to assistance the comfortable environment and economical measures of noise transmission mechanism on tile cooling tower. The results show that noise evaluation interact the main factor of distance reduction and diffraction reduction. Noise criterion apply to the NC level and equivalent transmission loss about already the design of noise reduction.

  • Noise and vibration generated by heavy-weight floor impact in apartment buildings were studied. The resonance frequency increased in the floor structures where damping materials were used in the living room and the bedroom. Both the acceleration wavelength and the acceleration level decreased. The results showed that the resonance frequency increased and vibration acceleration level decreased when the damping materials were used. Heavy-weight impact sound levels of the structure decreased substantially below 80Hz.

  • 공동주택의 천장구조는 바닥충격음을 변화시키는 영향요소중의 하나이다. 천장구조의 진동응답 특성이 바닥충격음에 영향을 주는 요소를 확인하기 위해 천장구조의 달대를 제거하여 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되지 않는 무달대 천장구조를 개발하였다. 달대가 시공된 일반 천장구조와 대비하여 무달대 천장구조의 천장판 가속도와 바닥충격음 레벨을 비교하였다. 무달대 천장구조를 사용함으로서 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되는 것을 절연되어 천장구조의 진동응답 증폭을 저감시킬 수 있었으며, 저주파 대역의 바닥 충격음 증폭 또한 저감시킬 수 있었다. 일반 천장구조는 100 Hz 이하에서 천장구조의 진동응답이 증폭되어 저주파 대역 바닥충격음이 증폭되었다.

  • Apartment building floor with a damping layer can be modeled as a sandwich plate. In order to reduce low frequency noise more efficiently due to heavy impact on such a floor, thickness of the damping layer needs to be optimized at the design stage. Modal loss factors are determined in this paper by RKU equation which is popular In sandwich plate theories. Optimum damping layer thickness determined at each mode is weighted so that several modes in the frequency range of interest can be included in a more systematic way. Furthermore, to reflect frequency-dependent characteristics of complex stiffness of the damping layer, an iteration method is proposed in finding modal frequencies.

노인의 아파트 디자인에 대한 거주 후 평가 - 김해시 장유신도시 지역을 중심으로- (Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Apartment Houses Design by the Elderly Residents - Focused on Jangyu New Urban Area in Gimhae -)

  • The basic premise of this study was that the elderly family would be one user type to live in apartment houses. This means that apartment houses should be designed by considering the elderly family as well as general young families. The purpose of this study was to carry out POE of apartment houses by the elderly resident and to suggest the design direction of apartment houses from the elderly's point of view. The subject was 150 elderly residents who lived in apartment houses in Jangyu new urban area, Kyungnam. The individual interview was done for this POE by six interviewers. They asked about how degree they were satisfied with 30 design elements of apartment houses. Those consisted of 8 elements related to outdoor environments, 16 ones to indoor environments, and 6 design evaluative elements for the elderly housing. The conclusions were as followings; 1) In general, the elderly subject was very satisfied with their apartment design. However, more considerations of the design evaluative elements for the elderly were needed in order to be apartment houses for the old generation. 2) Natural facilities such as small parks and walks, and local amenities should be arranged systematically to be used easily by the old residents. 3) The design solutions for reducing noise should be added. 4) The same quality of housing environment should be provided in all sizes of housing units.
