공동주택 주호의 리모델링 경향에 관한 연구 - 대한주택공사 리모델링 사례 및 현상공모전 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Trends of Remodeling in the Apartment Housing Unit - Focused on case study of the Korea National Housing Corporation -)

  • The remodeling of apartment that improves the improves the life level is going to be in the market because of lots of old apartment buildings. Until now, the research of remodeling is mainly restricted to the laws and financial funding, however, the needs in the trend of remodeling. This research, first, through the examples of remodeling in the country, this study draws remodeling factors that can be applied. Secondly, this study targets the study of remodeling to apartments and analyzes the type of housings made by the Korea National Housing Corporation. Thirdly the study analyzes the features that appear in housing units and draws out factors of remodeling This research's result is arranged as follows. \circled1Need Remodeling thorough study of space expanded, grant between artificer and active performance improvement direction such as building equipment expansion along with Remodeling concept of unit repair. \circled2When apartments are newly built, systematic construction is necessary that considers future efficiency improvement from the design stage. \circled3This study, which applied the characteristic factors appearing after the 1990s to remodeling factors, show that they can be applied when remodeling the worn out wall-slab type apartments.

  • Drago $Gali{\acute{c}}$ (1907-1992) has been acknowledged as one of most important modern Croatia architects of the 20th century and noted for his controversial apartment buildings at 35-35a and 43-43a blocks on Vukovar Street in Zagreb, Croatia. Although the two housings were highly regarded as the best examples of the post-war housing design in Croatia, a plagiarism controversy arose due to its similar exterior looks to Le Corbusier's $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation in Marseille in 1952. This research intends to comparatively analyze architectural features implemented on the works of apartment of Drago $Gali{\acute{c}}$ and Le Corbusier's $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation. The analysis focuses on architectural characteristics categorized in three parts: unit plan, community space, and unit combinations. The site survey was carried out to yield more useful information for the analysis. During this process, written and photographic documentations are collected for the further interpretation. In addition, scale drawings are reconstructed for the in-depth analysis of the project.

공동주택 이중관 공법의 현안 분석 및 개선 연구 (A Study on the Status and Improvement of Double Pipe System in Apartment Buildings)

  • Double pipe system in which PB pipe is inserted in CD pipe buried in the concrete slab is widely used for cold and hot water supplies in apartment housings. The system, however becomes complicated and the overlaying pipes in the concrete slab weaken the compressive strength of the slab. Also, insufficient insulation increases energy loss. In this work, the problems of the double pipe system are studied and plans A, B, and C are suggested for improvement. In terms of compressive strength of the concrete slab, plan A(total pipe length 73 m) was the weakest and plan B(2 m) was the strongest. Energy loss of plan A was the largest with 558.9 W and plan B was the lowest with 220.7 W. However, considering the combined effect of strength and heat loss, plan C becomes the best choice, which retains the advantage of the double pipe system.

  • The idea that a school could take a role of educating each community personnel as well as students and the school building could be a center in a community is discussed in this paper. Also, as rental housings being included in the community and placed near school buildings, school facilities can be shared and cover the shortage of social welfare facilities. Thus urban social facilities including schools, social and cultural facilities, and rental housings should be planned as a bundled scheme. The objective of this Paper is to find the suitability of building a complex of school, gymnasium, cultural facilities, welfare facilities in school sites, and building rental housing in public building sites, such as cultural facilities and welfare facilities, gymnasium sites in the City of Pyeong Teak. It is found that this assumption can be proved when building a public school of 6 to 7 story or a rental apartment with a floor area ratio of 150% - 200%.

  • 최근 공동주택은 에너지 절약을 위한 단열 및 기밀화로 자연 환기량이 감소되고, 세탁물의 실내 건조, 취사 및 목욕 등으로 인해 세대내 결로 발생가능성이 점점 높아지고 있다. 그러나 실제 생활실태나 환경조건을 반영한 합리적인 결로방지 설계기법이 부족한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 인식하고, 세대내 결로 방지 대처 방안을 강구하기 위해 실제 생활환경 하에서의 실내 온습도 상태를 측정하여 합리적인 결로방지 설계기준을 설정하고자 한다. 또한 기상데이터를 이용한 지역별 외기온의 분석을 통해 합리적인 지역구분 및 결로판정기준용 외기조건을 설정하고자 한다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 결로 판정을 위한 실내 기준은 기온 $25^{\circ}C$, 상대습도 55%로 설정하였다. 결로 판정을 위한 실외 기준은 지역을 혹한지, 중부 남부로 구분하고 기온을 각각 $20^{\circ}C$, $-15^{\circ}C$, $-10^{\circ}C$로 설정하였다.

공동주택에서 미세먼지 저감을 위한 에어샤워 성능실험 (Experiment of Air-Shower to Reduce Particulate Matter in Apartment Housing)

  • 본 연구는 에어샤워 시스템의 가동에 따른 5종의 의류(Dress Suit, Hiking Clothes, Knit, Cotton T-Shirt, Coat)의 미세먼지의 제거성능을 파악하고자 한 것으로 그 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 에어샤워 시스템 가동 실험결과, 미세먼지 제거율은 1회 가동시에만 평균 59.4%가 제거 되고 있었다. 특히, 2회 및 3회 가동시에는 68.5%에서 최고 73.3% 까지 제거율을 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 5종류의 의류종류별 제거율은 Dress Suit 74.0% > Hiking Clothes 70.6% > Knit 63.3% > Cotton T-Shirt 50.5% > Coat 38.8% 순으로 나타났다. 즉, 의류 종류에 따라 코트 등 털 소재의 의류는 정전기 등의 원인으로 미세먼지 제거율이 다른 소재에 비해 적게 나타났지만 보통 의류인 경우는 50% 이상의 제거율을 보이고 있었다.

중국 아파트 거주자를 대상으로 한 스마트 주택 요구도 분석 (Identifying Housing Demands on Smart Homes by Targeting Residents of Apartment Complexes in China)

  • Although smart homes have been much developed in China, smart homes has been mainly towards the adoption of new technologies. There is little development of smart homes to consider and meet residents' needs in China. This study investigated residents' living in apartments in China using a questionnaire to identify their demands on smart homes. Through the survey, this study analyzed residents' space use patterns, daily living patterns etc. according to their ages. The results implied that there are significant differences in the use of spaces and demands on daily living within apartments. The results of this study should be considered for the development of smart homes in future. For example, it might be easier for people in the 20's to adopt Internet of Things (IoT) and environmental control systems compared to other age groups because most of them in the 20's use smart phones effectively without difficulties. In case of people in their 50's who stay home more times for taking a rest and eating meals compared to other age groups, smart technologies should be applied to support their health care and works in housings. This research emphasizing residents' experiences could be basis for the development of smart homes in China.

자녀의 성장에 따른 주거 내 거실 공간의 행태지원성 변화 연구 - 서울시의 아파트에 거주하는 1자녀 맞벌이 가구를 중심으로 - (An Analysis on the Change of Behavioral Affordance of the Livingroom in a Residence Depending on the Child's Developmental Stage - Focused on Double-Income Families with One Child Residing in Apartment Housing in Seoul -)

  • This research was aimed at finding clues of improving behavioral affordance of the residential environment by scrutinizing change of the residents' behavior in a livingroom depending on the child's development stage. 30 double-income families with one child were the subjects of depths interview, survey, observation of this research, who were residents of 3-bedroom apartment housing in Seoul. They presented obvious different behavioral patterns according to their child's development stage. Breeding and playing behavior were prior to the others when their child was in childhood, then relaxing with TV and PC behavior were getting superior when their child was in school period. It is important that residents perceive that the numerous types of behavior may take place in a livingroom, some of which has originated in our long residential culture. And then real housing should be provided to them that has proper behavioral affordance to support all those behavior. Housings with minimum walls and rooms would make it possible. A family has its inner dynamics can live a sustainable life in that housing as a home, that lasts along their whole life.

  • Recently, an increasing interest in district heating system has emerged rapidly, In this paper, the physical measurements and data to be monitoring through the internet were carried out with regard to hot water heating energy consumption at the three apartment housings with district heating system in Sang-am district of Seoul, Korea, Measurements were made of the thermal factors such as the pressure of heating pipe, flow rates, hot water temperature and etc, The objective of this study is to compare the design capacity of reheat exchanger with that of preheat exchanger in order to evaluate for the number of plates of two exchangers to be distributed properly.
