In this study, current sewer infiltration/Inflow(I/I) computation and application method was examined about improvement and adequacy relating to the main issues raised by the field for practitioners. The results of review about infiltration calculation method were considered to be in need of improvement at 'standards of minimum sewage calculation'. Furthermore, the results of review about I/I application method were considered to be in need of improvement at 'standards of seasonal infiltration application' and 'the relative decrease in the Annual evaluation standards'. In addition, annual I/I analysis at JC County for the four years(2009~2012) in respect of operation flow and rainfall data was conducted. The result of annual infiltration analysis, compared average daily sewage generated average infiltration rate was found in 21.95 %, infiltration by unit was found in $0.31m^3/day/cm/km$ and $0.12m^3/day/day$, respectively. The result of annual inflow analysis, average rainfall - Inflow equations was found $y=5.499{\times}$($R^2$ 0.793), and the average Inflow quantity by sewer extension was predicted to $0.66m^3/mm-km$.

Shareholders solely depend on annual reports to make investment, credit and other decisions. Investors expect that information should be reliable, relevant, comparable, consistent and thus easy to use for decision making. But whether the importance of annual reports to all shareholders is equally significant is a question of research. Thus, this research study tries to find out the importance of reading annual reports to the investors. A questionnaire survey is conducted on investors considering thirty one general shareholders and six brokers. This research based survey finds that most of the shareholders have no knowledge about accounting or finance and they have little knowledge about capital markets due to lack of training. This study also finds that general shareholders read an annual report at least moderately except value added statement, chairman's review, director's report and rumor. This study recommends human resource should be developed through adequate training, and annual reports should provide transparent and quality information which will ultimately increase the confidence of investors.

Background: This study analyzed the association between the volume of heart surgeries and treatment outcomes for hospitals in the last five years. Methods: Hospitals that perform heart surgeries were chosen throughout Korea as subjects using from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. The treatment outcome of the heart surgeries was defined as the mortality within 30 postoperative days, while the annual volume of the surgeries was categorized. Logistic regression was used as the statistical analysis method, and the impacts of the variables on the heart surgery treatment outcomes were then analyzed. Results: The chance of death of patients who received surgery in a hospital that performed 50 or more surgeries annually was noticeably lower than patients receiving operations from hospitals that performed fewer than 50 surgeries annually, indicating that the chance of death decreases as the annual volume of heart surgeries in the hospital increases. In particular, the mortality rate in hospitals that performed more than 200 surgeries annually was less than half of that in hospitals that performed 49 or fewer surgeries annually. Conclusion: These results indicate that accumulation of a certain level of heart surgery experience is critical in improving or maintaining the quality of heart surgeries. In order to improve the treatment outcomes of small hospitals, a support policy must be implemented that allows for cooperation with experienced professionals.

Annual bluegrass는 종자 생산능력이 뛰어나고 한번 조성이 되었을 때 그 분얼경과 지상부 생육이 뛰어나, 전 세계에 가장 널리 퍼져 서식하는 잔디 초종중의 하나이다. 또한 낮은 예초에 적응하는 능력과 조성이 되었을 때 균일성이 좋은 것으로 알려져 있다. Annual bluegrass의 지상부가 성장하기 가장 좋은 온도 범위가 $16-21^{\circ}C$이며 지하부 성장을 위한 최적의 온도범위는 $13-18^{\circ}C$로 고온과 저온에 취약한 초종이다. Annual bluegrass를 관리하기 위해서는 질소와 인산의 비교적 높은 시비량은 annual bluegrass의 확산을 촉진하며 반대로 낮은 시비량은 방제에 도움이 된다. 질소원으로 ammonium sulfate를 사용했을때 sulfate에 의해서 낮아진 토양 pH는 토양속에 존재하는 인이 용해되는 것을 감소시키고 annual bluegrass에 피해를 주는 aluminum의 양을 증가시켜 방제에 효과적이다. 관수는 light and frequent 보다는 deep and infrequent 관수방법이 방제에 도움이 되며 예초높이는 낮추고 예지물은 회수 하는 것이 annual bluegrass의 방제에 도움이 된다. 우리나라에서는 화학적 방제가 주를 이루고 있는데 발아전 처리제로서 prodiamine, bensulide, dithiopyr등이 있으며 발아후 처리제로는 ethofumesate, bisbyribac-sodium 그리고 최근에 연구가 되고 있는 mesotrione등이 있다. 발아전 혹은 발아후 처리제 이외에 생장조절제가 annual bluegrass 방제에 이용이 되고 있는데 paclobutrazol, flurprimidol 등이 있다. 우리나라에서 많이 사용이 되고 있는 생장조절제인 trinexapac은 오히려 여름철 annual bluegrass에 좋은 효과를 나타내고 있어 방제에 적합하지 않다. Annual bluegrass의 방제 효과를 극대화 하기 위해서는 관리적 방제와 화학적 방제의 두 가지 방법이 동시에 고려되어야 할 것이다.
