Gammaropsis utinomii (Nagata, 1961), an incompletely known species of gammaridean amphipod, is redescribed in detail based on the specimens from the southern coast of Korea. The expanded basis of pereopod 7 of this species allows it to be distinguished from its congeners.

Two species of Ericeia Walker are recognized in Korea including a new record of E. inangulata (Guenee). Diagnosis of the genus Ericeia and E. inangulata is provided with brief descriptions of adults including male genitalia.

Six Korean species of the tribe Campsomerini are taxonomically reviewed: Campsomeriella annulata, Megacampsomeris grossa matsumurai, M. prismatica, M. uchidai, M. schulthessi, M. stoetzneri. Of these, M. grossa matsumurai and M. stoetzneri are new to Korea. A key to Korean genera and species, diagnostic characteristics and digital images are also provided.

Marine sponges were collected from Tongyeong yachtschool harbor, Korea in 2008. Among them Halichondria (Halichondria) bowerbanki Burton, 1930 is newly recorded in the Korean fauna.

Nemoura phasianusa n. sp. is similar to Nemoura jezoensis in general morphology especially lateral view, but can be distinguished by the combination of the characters of the epiproctal shape whose apex is depressed medially, and sclerites of epiproct, which look like question marks without dots.

The genus Bitomus Szepligeti, 1910 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Opiinae) is known to parasitize in mining flies (Diptera: Agromyzidae), of which four species are recorded in Korea. Bitomus was revised by Fischer (1987, 1994) and recently treated by Papp (1978, 1981) in Korea. Bitomus is distinguished from other genera by the immovably joined second-third or fourth metasomal tergites, forming a carapace. In this study, Bitomus indicus is recognized for the first time in Korea. This study provides a diagnosis, description, distribution, and diagnostic illustrations.
