전동기 시스템의 미지외란 및 전류 관측기 설계 (Design of Unknown Disturbance and Current Observer for Electric Motor Systems)

  • DOB (Disturbance Observer) is an useful control method for estimating the disturbance applied to dynamic systems. Disturbance observer can be used to implement a robust control system to generate a control input for rejecting the disturbance, and it can be also used to estimate the disturbance to obtain information. The system that uses disturbance estimation is investigated for high performance control such as automatic door systems, walking robot and electric power steering system in vehicles. In this paper, a novel disturbance observer which is called disturbance and current observer for estimating load torque in the motor system is proposed. The difference between the DOB for disturbance rejection and DCOB is mathematically verified. Current and angular velocity are required for estimating the load torque of the motor in DOB. However, the DCOB can estimate load torque and current without current sensor. DCOB is designed based on modeling of the motor system. Appropriate Q-filter is selected and the applicability of DCOB is verified by simulation. The estimated disturbance and current of the electric motor can be verified without current sensor, as experiments of the actual motor system.

각속도 300°/sec에서 기능적 발목불안 유무에 따른 고유수용성감각, 발목 근력, 그리고 최고 회전력까지 걸리는 시간의 생체역학적 특성 차이 (Different Biomechanical Characteristics in Proprioception, Muscle Strength, and Time to Peak Torque at Velocity of 300°/sec of the Ankle Joint in People With or Without Functional Ankle Instability)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differentiation of proprioception, invertor and evertor muscle strength, and time to peak torque at a velocity of $300^{\circ}/sec$ of the ankle joint in people with or without functional ankle instability (FAI). Nineteen subjects with a history of ankle sprain participated. All subjects were divided into FAI group ($n_1=9$, Cumberland ankle instability tool (CAIT)${\leq}24$) and a control group ($n_2=10$) based on their CAIT scores. Isokinetic dynamometer was used to measure the sense of active joint position of the ankle at mid-range and end-range of an inversion motion and invertor as well as the evertor muscle strength and time to peak torque at $300^{\circ}/s$. The FAI group showed a statistically reduction in invertor and evertor muscle strength and time to peak torque when compared to the control group (p<.05). Muscle strength and time to peak torque of the invertor and evertor, as well as the sense of active joint position at end-range were also lower in the FAI group than in the control (p<.05). Correlations between CAIT score and position sense at end-range (r=-.577) and invertor muscle strength (r=.554) were statistically significant (p<.05). Individuals with FAI showed reduction in invertor and evertor muscle strength and recruitment time as well as in proprioception of the ankle joint. Thus, proprioception and invertor and evertor muscle strength of the ankle joint at fast angular velocity may be investigated when examining and planning care for individuals with FAI.

스플라인 백래시에 의한 유도탄 해치시스템의 토크 외란 분석 (Torque Disturbance Analysis of Missile Hatch System by Spline Backlash)

  • 본 논문에서는 유도탄 해치시스템의 스플라인 백래시에 의한 토크 외란에 대하여 실험을 통한 분석을 다룬다. 유도탄 해치시스템은 무거운 해치를 수직으로 상승시키기 위하여 스플라인과 기어열을 사용하고 있다. 해치의 회전축에 적용된 스플라인은 일반적으로 큰 동력전달을 위한 자동차의 구동 부품으로 사용된다. 스플라인은 각도 백래시를 갖고 있으며, 저크를 발생시킨다. 또한 해치 스플라인의 백래시는 해치의 흔들림 발생에 영향을 준다. 스플라인 백래시와 해치의 흔들림은 해치 회전각 및 해치의가속도를 측정함으로써 실험적으로 분석된다. 해치의 흔들림은 짧은 시간동안 육안으로 관찰되며, 회전각의 변화 및 해치 가속도에 의해 측정된다. 해치의 각 변화에 대한 변동형태 및 지속시간은 토크와 유사하며, 백래시에 의한 해치의 흔들림은 토크 외란을 발생시킴을 보여준다.

도마 츠카하라 몸 접어 뒤로 두 번 돌기의 운동역학적 분석 (Biomechanical Analysis of Tsukahara Vault with Double Salto Backward Piked)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the technical factors of Lu Yu Fu vault actually performed by three men gymnasts participated in artistic gymnastics competition of 2003 summer Universiade in Daegu through the DLT method of three dimensional cinematography. To analyze these vaults, the instant events of Lu Yu Fu were set in the board touchdown(BTD), the board takeoff(BTO), the horse touchdown(HTD), the horse takeoff(HTO), the peak height(PH), the mat touchdown(MTD) respectively and the phases of that vault were set in the board contact(BC), the preflight(PRF), the horse contact(HC), the postflight(POF), the grounding on mat(GM) respectively After calculating the performance times, the CG displacement velocity, the kinetic energy impulse reaction force moment arm torque at the horse, the released angle piked angle addressed angle, the angular momentum angular velocity of whole body in x axis, and the horizontal displacement between the feet and CG, the following conclusions were reached. To perform the better Lu Yu Fu vault, a gymnast must have the large horizontal velocity of whole body with fast run-up, decrease the duration time and the horizontal vertical displacement of whole body in PRF, have the enough time to judge the correct magnitude and direction of force to brake or push the horse so as to lengthen the HC duration time at any cost. Also it is desirable to increase the horizontal vertical displacement of whole body in POF if possible, maintain the adequate piked position to decrease the angular velocity of whole body in x axis, prepare the grounding on mat previously and delay the release of the hand from the body to keep the angular momentum.

공력면 전개에 필요한 전개 에너지의 추산에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimation of Energy required for Fin Unfolding)

  • 공력면의 전개 거동을 지배하는 미분방정식을 적분 형태를 바꾸어 전개 가능한 조건을 유도하여 전개에 필요한 힌지 토크를 추산할 수 있는 방정식을 얻었다. 방정식의 해는 주어진 전개 조건과 공력 조건에 대해 전개가 가능하기 위하여 전개 장치에 저장되어야 할 최소의 전개 에너지이며 방정식을 풀기위하여 공력과 중력, 마찰력 등 공력면에 작용하는 모멘트의 적분을 계산하여야 한다. 공력 롤 감쇠와 마찰력과 같은 비가역적 현상에 대한 적분을 수행하기 위하여 몇가지 가정과 모델링이 필요하였으며 특히 공력 롤 감쇠의 적분을 위하여 전개 각속도를 전개각만의 함수로 표현되도록 모델링하였고 이는 전개 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 최대 각속도와 형태를 가정함으로써 가능하였다. 방정식 풀이와 전개 각속도의 모델을 위하여 전개 에너지를 대표하는 이상 전개 각속도를 정의하였으며 최소의 전개 에너지를 구하는 방정식은 이상 전개 각속도에 대한 이차 방정식으로 표현된다. 제안된 추산법을 검증하기 위하여 여러 가지 전개 조건과 공력 조건에 대하여 최소 전개에너지를 추산하고 기 개발된 전개 거동 모사 프로그램을 이용하여 여러 형태의 전개 토크 형태에 대하여 추산 결과의 타당성을 비교 검토하였다.

프로야구 투수의 볼 스피드와 견관절의 등속성 회전력 비교 연구 (C Ball speed by a professional baseball player, and study of comparison of uniform rotational speed by the shoulder joint)

  • Present study is to know the relation with throwing speed according to the uniform torque by the shoulder joint, over 20 persons of professional baseball, and were measured the uniform torque by the shoulder joint accordance with throwing speed between (A-low speed) and (B-high speed) of each group. In the present study, three components were measured, and analyzed with having an approximated output value appearing by changing angular velocity, and in $30^{\circ}/sec$, the maximum strength of muscles was measured, and in$210^{\circ}/sec$, the points of endurance strength of muscles were measured and analyzed, and the following result could be obtained. 1. In muscles strength (peak torque)of inner rotation, and outer rotation for respect to each speed of shoulder joint, though there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in the $30^{\circ}/sec$, it showed that group B has priority in a little. Also in outer rotation by shoulder joint, though there appeared the same difference between A group and B group, B group is tended to be prior to A group in a little. 2 In the view of muscles strength (peak torque)of inner rotation, and outer rotation for respect to each speed of shoulder joint, though there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in the $30^{\circ}/sec$, it showed that group B has priority in a little. In the concern of the peak torque for respect to the weight accordance with each velocity of shoulder joint, there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in $210^{\circ}/sec$. In outer rotation by the shoulder joint, there was not appeared clear difference between A group and B group. As conclusion, there did not appear a correlation of uniform torque by shoulder joint versus the speed throwing by a pitcher of professional base ball.

필라테스 운동이 여중생의 요통과 체간 등속성 근력 및 평형성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Pilates Exercises on Isokinetic Trunk Strength and Balance in Female Middle School Students with Lumbago)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of performing Pilates exercises for eight weeks on the isokinetic trunk strength and balance of female middle school students with lumbago. Methods: Twenty-four female students who met the test requirements were recruited and randomly divided into a control group (CG, n = 16) and a Pilates exercise group (Pilates group; PG, n = 8). The PG performed a Pilates program, which consisted of lumbar muscle strengthening exercises, for 60 minutes three times a week for eight weeks. Data analysis was conducted by two-way repeated ANOVA, and a Bonferroni test was carried out when significant differences appeared. The alpha level was set at 0.05. Results: Following the experimental treatment, the PG showed an increased trunk flexion peak torque of 17% and 13% at angular velocities of 180°/sec and 300°/sec, respectively. The intergroup comparison showed no significant difference at pre-measurement, while the PG increased about 31% (180°/sec) and 15% (300°/sec) higher than the control group at post-measurement. Following the experimental treatment, the PG showed an increased trunk extensor peak torque of approximately 29% and 21% at angular velocities of 180°/sec and 300°/sec, respectively. The intergroup comparison showed no significant difference at pre-measurement, while the PG increased approximately 27% (180°/sec) and 15% (300°/sec) higher than the control group at post-measurement. Both the CG and the PG showed a 20% and 50% decrease in pain index after the experimental treatment, respectively. After the experimental treatment, the PG had about 50% lower pain than the CG. The average error rate of static balance in the PG reduced by 19% from 3.28±0.45 to 2.65±0.36, confirming a significant improvement. Conclusion: Regular Pilates exercise for eight weeks improved the isokinetic trunk muscle strength of female middle school students with lumbago and relieved their pain. Pilates was also shown to be effective in improving balance.

프로야구 오버드로우 투수의 견관절 등속성 토크에 관한 분석 (A Analysis of Isotonic Torque of Shoulder Joint for Overthrow Pitcher of Professional Baseball Player)

  • 야구 경기에서 투수의 투구 동작은 5단계로 구분되어 정의되지만 투구 속도는 어느 부위의 근력에 의해서 좌우되는지 단언할 수 없다. 그러나 최근에 견관절의 회전력 중요성이 강조되고 있으며 몇몇 선행 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 그래서 빠른 투구 능력과 견관절 회전력에 대한 상관성 분석의 필요성을 갖게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 오버 드로우 투수들의 견관절 내 외측 토크를 3가지 자세에서 측정하여 볼 속도와 관계를 규명하고 기준을 제시할 기초 자료 제공에 있다. 연구 결과 앉은 자세에서 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단 (볼 속도 차이) 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 누운 자세의 내 외전 최대 토크는 집단간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 선 자세에서도 동일한 결과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 투구 속도와 자세별 내 외전 최대 토크 근력과는 정량적인 차이는 있었지만 상관성은 나타나지 않았다. 그래서 투구 속도에 영향을 미치는 역학적 에너지 동원 체계에 대한 기전 규명의 추후 연구가 기대된다.

정상 성인남자와 요추간판탈출증 수술후 성인남자의 요추부 굴곡근 및 신전근의 등속성 근력평가 (Isokinetic Evaluation of Trunk Flexors and Trunk Extensors in Normal Adult Subjects and Patients with Post-operative Herniated Intervertebral Lumbar Disc)

  • Isokinetic evaluation of trunk flexors and trunk extensors was performed at $60^{\circ}/sec\;and\;120^{\circ}/sec$ of angular velocity by using cybex 6000TEF Unit on 31 healthy male white workers and 15 post-operative HILD patients with no significant difference in mean age and mean body weight between two groups, and compared each other. The purpose of this study is to obtain the isokinetic normative strength values and endurance latins for Dunk extensors and trunk flexors, and is to provide a guideline for rehabilitation program of post-operative HILD patients. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA, Duncan's Nyktuoke Range Test, and Pearson correlation coefficiency in PC-SAS program, The results obtained were as follow ; 1. Post-operative subjects has lower isokinetic values than normal subjects in peak torque, peak torque $\%$ by body weight, total work, total work $\%$ by body weight, average power, average power $\%$ by body weight, TAAE of trunk flexors and trunk extensors, and there are significant differences with statistic value in trunk extensors at $60^{\circ}/sec$ and in trunk flexors and trunk extensors at $120^{\circ}/sec$ between two groups(p<0.05). 2. Pest-ooperative subjects has lower values for angle of peak torque than normal subjects in trunk extensors, and there are significant differences with statistic value at $60^{\circ}/sec$ and $120^{\circ}/sec$ between two groups. 3. Post-operative subjects has higher values for endurance ratios than normal subjects in trunk extensors and flexors, but there are no significant differences with statistic value between two groups. 4. Post-operative subjects has higher values than normal subjects in peak torque ratios, total work ratios, average power ratios of trunk flexors to trunk extensors, and there are significant differences with statistic value between two groups(p<0.01). 5. There is significant positive-correlation with statistic valve between peak torque and height and body weight in normal subjects(p<0.05), but Thjere is significant negative-correlation between peak torque of trunk extensor at $120^{\circ}/sec$ and age (p<0.05). 6. There is significant positive-correlation with statistic value between peak torque of trunk flexors and body weight in post-operative subjects (p<0.05), but There is significant negative-correlation between peak torque of trunk extensor add age (p<0.05). In conclusion, post-operative subjects have greater weakness in trunk musculature than normal subjects, especially there is more significant weakness in trunk extensors than in trunk flexors

자이로스코프에서 토커의 설계 및 해석 (The Design Method of the Torquer in DTG)

  • 자이로스코프에서 기울어진 회전자를 바로 세우는 역할을 하는 것이 토커이다. 본 연 구에서는 최대입력각속도 조건을 만족하면서 주어진 자석성능으로 최대의 특성을 낼 수 있는 설계에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 자이로스코프의 기계적 치수가 결정되면 토커의 치수는 제한된다. 즉 코일이 위치하는 공간이 제한되므로 코일의 굵기가 결정되면 권선수도 정해지게 된다. 이 치수들을 이용하여 토커의 환산계수를 계산한 후, 코 일에 흐를 수 있는 최대 전류를 계산하면, 최대 입력각속도가 계산되어진다. 토커의 특성해석은 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하였으며, 유한요소 해석 결과로부터 토커의 환산 계수를 계산하였다. 실제 제작한 자이로의 성능실험을 통하여 제안된 토커 설계 알고리즘의 유용함을 입증한다.
