곡선부에서의 한빛 200 열차 차륜방사 소음 특성 (Experimental Analysis of Wheel Radiation Noise of HANVIT 200 Train in Curve Lines)

  • The wheel radiation noise characteristic of Korean tilting train(Hanvit 200) on curved rail under the field test conditions is analyzed in this paper. The test railroad track was selected from Seodaejon to Songjeongri in Honam line. $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ car are decided to measure radiation noise level among a train of six cars. The test subject curve radius executed from R400, R500, R600, R700 and R800 segments. The speed of test trains when from R600 and R800 curves existing operation speed and speed up 20% of existing speed. On curved rail at the time of operation speed of Hanvit 200 trains from below 95km/h wheel radiation noise level at $94dBA{\sim}99dBA$, the operation speed from between $100km/h{\sim}144km/h$ wheel radiation noise level at $100dBA{\sim}106dBA$.

그래핀 옥사이드(Graphen Oxide, GO)와 환원 그래핀의 (Reduced graphe oxide, R-GO)의 물리화학적 특성 연구 (Research on Physicochemical Properties of Graphene Oxide (GO) and Reduced Graphene Oxide (R-GO) )

  • 복합재료 제작 기술은 저비용, 유연성 그리고 용이한 가공성 등을 그대로 유지하면서 필러(filler)의 특성을 부여하는 방법을 지향하고 있으며 다양한 기능성 복합재료 개발로 이루어지고 있다. 기능성 복합재 구현과 관련하여 그래핀(Graphene)을 필러로 사용하는 복합재료의 고성능화 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기능성 물성치 향상을 위해 많이 사용되는 그래핀을 이용하여 물리 화학적 물성치를 고찰하였다. 대표적 filler인 graphane nanoplatelet(GNP)을 사용하여 그래핀 옥사이드(graphene oxide, GO)를 제조하였고 그래핀 옥사이드(GO) 를 환원시켜 reduced graphene oxide(R-GO)를 형성하였다. 각기 제조된 GO와 R-GO의 물성치를 분석하였고 이를 GNP 분석결과와 비교하여 제조된 방법의 신뢰성을 검토하였다. Raman 분광법에 의한 분석 결과 R-GO의 경우 GO에 비해 D-peak와 G-peak의 강도의 감소를 확인할 수 있었고 ID/IG의 비를 통해 0.08의 증가 값을 볼 수 있었다. FTIR을 이용한 GNP, GO 및 R-GO의 작용기 분석 결과 C-C, C=C의 반복되는 연결 구조를 가진 GNP와는 다르게 GO 및 R-GO의 경우 명확한 peak를 통해 C-O 결합, C=C 결합, C=O 결합 및 O-H 결합을 확인할 수 있었다. X-ray 회절 분석 결과 GNP는 (002) 평면 특성의 25.86°에서 넓은 회절의 peak를 보인 반면 GO와 R-GO는 (001), (100) 평면에 해당하는 peak를 볼 수 있었고 GO의 층간거리는 GNP에 비해 약 2.6배 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

A Study on the Running Safety of F26 Turnout and Vehicle Model

  • When a vehicle passes through turnout, it is required to minimize the changes of lateral force for running safety of vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze interaction between the vehicle and the turnout in order to estimate the lateral force and the derailment coefficient on the turnout. In this paper, analysis model of the vehicle and turnout are established and analysis is carried out when the vehicle passes through turnout in order to improve running safety of the vehicle on turnout. To verify the vehicle and turnout analysis model, the contact points between wheel and rail and the influence of changing cradle and tongue rail are also discussed.

  • 최근까지 용접구조물의 피로설계는 용접품질 수준에 따라 공칭응력 또는 핫스팟 응력에 의한 S-N선 도로부터 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소망의 크기에 덜 민감하면서 기존의 하중모드형식, 두께 효과 및 용접결합형식에 상관없는 등가구조응력(E2S2) 접근법을 이용한 Master S-N선도로부터 철도차량 대차프레임의 피로수명을 평가하고자 한다. 또한 합리적인 철도차량 용접대차프레임의 피로해석 연구일환으로서, 다축피로조건인 EN규격의 피로시험조건하에 이의 피로수명을 평가하고자 한다.

철도 안전목표 설성을 위한 안전투자 시점에 대한 연구 (A Study on Safety Investment Moment for Safety Target)

  • Korean government announced long-term railway safety investment plan for the safety improvement by 2020. But no research have been done about differential analysis on railroad safety investment and safety improvement. In this study, recent 10 year data on safety investments and accident data are analysed for the differential analysis. Three main safety investments are analysed on regard to accident rate and accident fatalities. Three safety measures include level crossing accident, platform fatalities, and track trespass fatalities. About 90% of railway accident fatalities are caused by these three kind of accidents. Differential analysis shows about 4 to 6 years delay after railroad safety investment and safety improvement. This result can be utilized for the decision making on safety measures and safety target. Which required long term approach.

  • The overall goal of a safety based railroad system is either to eliminate hazards in designing or to minimize the possibility of it. In order to indicate system safety or low risk although it may not be possible to achieve zero risk conditions, first, it shall ensure that any disasters would occur due to system operation because the prescribed specifications are properly fulfilled and there are no failures of any kind. Second, the risk of faults or failures leading to a mishap must be eliminated or minimized by using fault-tolerance or fail-safe procedures. This paper will attempt to summarize the personal and social risk criterion at widely scattered points, presently used as a safety approach in all over EU, in order to establish the step by step procedures of the detailed standard for railway facilities. In addition, we present the new safety analysis method using the SIL-based evaluation standard and the Reachability Graph of the Petri Net.

  • Near surface transit system has should be constructed as installation cost of light rail transit with elevated track. So, distance between two substations is longer than conventional system. The long feeding distance results in severe voltage drop. This paper proposes a PWM rectifier instead of diode rectifier. The PWM rectifier has some advantages. This is able to control output voltage constantly to reduce voltage drop and to use regeneration power without additional inverter. This paper analyse on improved voltage profile and cost of substation with PWM rectifier. The analysis of voltage profile use PSIM, and the installation cost of substation with PWM rectifier is compared to substation with diode rectifier.

연구개발 분야 예비타당성 제도의 개선방향 (How to Improve R&D Pre-Feasibility Study System)

  • 도로, 항만 등 사회간접자본 투자의 사업성 분석을 중심으로 이루어지던 예비타당성 제도가 연구개발 분야의 성과관리 강화 및 효율성 제고를 위해 500억원 이상의 대형 연구개발 시설 및 장비 사업을 신규 분석 대상으로 포함하게 되었다. 이에 따라 연구개발 분야에 적용되고 있는 예비타당성 방법론을 분석하고 실제 연구사례에 대한 분석 및 평가를 실시, R&D 분야 예비타당성의 제도적 한계점을 도출하고 이러한 한계점을 보완할 수 있는 개선방향을 제안하였다. 경제성 분석에서의 편익을 추정하는 방법을 R&D 분야에 적합하도록 개선하는 방법과 비용 추정에 있어서의 일관성 있는 근거를 마련하는 방법을 개선방향으로 제안하였으며, 정책성 분석과 AHP 제도에서는 기술성 평가제도의 도입, 지역균형 발전 평가제도의 개선, 재원 조달 가능성 검토 방식의 개선, 기술 전문가의 AHP 참여 의무화 등의 개선방향을 제안하였다.

  • In the field of maintenance of domestic high-speed railroad which has cost a great deal more than any other fields since it was opened; 1) We found out the conditions of current domestic railroad by understanding the status of track maintenance and analyzing operative processes of track maintenance. 2) The main factors in track maintenance of high-speed railroad, that is, the elements for success to help decision-support in track maintenance were derived from a research on literature about the condition of railroad R&D in these days and about the prediction of the irregular progresses of track. 3) We derived the order of priority and weights from AHP analysis which was based on the survey regarding elements for success.

서울지역 공공청사 민원실의 겨울철 실내공기질에 관한 연구 (Study on Indoor Air Pollutants of Public Service Centers in Winter, Seoul)

  • This study evaluated the indoor air quality of 26 government offices located in Seoul. The pollutant samples were taken from Jan. 13th to Jan. 29th and Feb. 20th to Feb. 23rd, 2010 in the offices. The target indoor pollutants for this study were $PM_{10}$, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, total bacteria counts, total volatile organic compounds, radon, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, and asbestos which were controlled by the indoor air quality law for the multiple-use facilities management. The results of this study showed that some pollutants of the 38.5% offices exceeded the standards of the air quality guideline. The correlation analysis of the same pollutants between indoor and outdoor represented that $NO_2$ (r=0.629, p<0.05) and $O_3$ (r=0.459, p<0.01) were significant, however, $PM_{10}$ and CO were not. The correlation analysis between different pollutants showed that CO and TVOC (total volatile organic compounds: r=0.724; p<0.01), CO and $NO_2$ (r=0.674; p<0.01), HCHO and humidity (r=0.605; p<0.01), $CO_2$ and TVOC (r=0.534; p<0.01), TBC (total bacteria counts) and Asbestos (r=0.520; p<0.01) were significant. The energy-saving system of government buildings in winter caused under-ventilated and poor air quality. This study suggests that the concentrations of radon and $CO_2$ should be used as an indicator for monitoring indoor air quality and maintaining effective ventilations.
