This study were tried to suggest basic materials for making education and training plan, and members of organization were researched about thinking of education and training effectiveness and perceptible level. The subjects of this study were 762 hospital employee selected from ten of university hospitals in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyung Gi which are doing an education and training, and conducted a self-completion questionnaire. As a result of study and plan for raising the effectiveness were indicated following statements. Firstly, according to the general specific, training effectiveness was appeared similar. So, it requires suitable alternatives to make educational programs. Secondly, according to analysis of education and training necessity, achieving a goal for education and training have difference. it needs to be scientific analysis about necessity of education and training. Thirdly, when contents of education and training program are satisfied to educatee and fit for them, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. Therefore, establishing the goal of education training is concrete, realistic, and measurable for increasing learning motivation. Next to, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training person in charge taught to educatee very well, and they were satisfied about teaching. Consequently, they who nourishment of education and training person in charge within company have to improve their ability. And then, when educatee fit for teaching technique and satisfied about it, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. So, education and training were tried to find many of technique for fitting the desire of educatee. Sixth, the more education and training environment is satisfactory, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. CEO in hospitals have to think about many-sided solution for employee. Seventh, the more education and training have correct achieving organizational goal, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. Accordingly, hospital management should make up for education and training system. Then, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training measure an effect, and reflect to personnel management and assessment of an employee's performance. It should be the feedback for using information which is planning education and training. In conclusion, when result of measurement of education and training reflect to make a education and training plan, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, and result of measurement of education and training should reflect to make a education and training plan.

Objectives: This pilot study tested the effectiveness of a brief alcohol-related intervention delivered by the social media app WeChat to teach about ethanol-induced facial flushing and increase the willingness of students who see another student flushing to suggest that he or she should reduce or stop drinking. In the context of Chinese drinking culture, it is sometimes socially difficult to refuse a drink, even when experiencing physical discomfort, such as flushing. Methods: Classrooms of students in a medical university in China were randomly assigned to the intervention or control group. Students in the intervention group were invited to view 3 alcohol education lessons on WeChat during a 2-week period. A pretest and posttest before and after the 2-week period assessed changes in students' willingness to intervene if they saw someone flush while drinking. Data were collected about students' alcohol use and their ratings of the lessons. Results: Mixed-design analysis of variance yielded a significant time-by-treatment interaction effect on the variable of willingness to suggest that a flushing person stop or slow down their drinking, and the change was significant between the intervention and control groups. One-way analysis of covariance yielded a significant treatment effect at the posttest, after controlling for the pretest score. Students rated the lessons above the midpoint of the scale for being informative, interesting, and useful. Conclusions: The pilot study showed that a brief alcohol-related intervention delivered by WeChat could produce a measurable positive change in the willingness of university students to suggest that a student who flushes should stop drinking. This pilot study also suggested improvements for future lessons and evaluation design.

디지털 기기의 확산으로 모바일을 이용하여 교육서비스를 제공하는 모바일 러닝이 확대되고 있다. 특히 PC중심의 온라인 교육에서 모바일 교육으로의 전환은 언제 어디서나 모바일 기기를 이용하여 온라인 교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 교육 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 모바일 기기를 이용한 모바일러닝의 확산에도 불구하고 사용자 중심의 콘텐츠 설계가 부족한 아쉬움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 콘텐츠 설계를 위한 사용성 평가항목을 도출하고자한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 사용성 평가 및 교육 콘텐츠의 특성을 반영하기 위한 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 문헌고찰을 이용하여 교육용 모바일 특성에 맞는 평가항목을 도출하고자 하였다. 교육용 모바일 앱은 교육서비스의 특징과 모바일 디바이스 특징을 동시에 가지고 있으므로 교육적 사용성 항목으로 대표할 수 있으며, 이는 학습효과를 높이기 위한 시스템과 콘텐츠 영역으로 나누어 평가항목을 도출할 수 있다. 델 파이 기법을 통해 전문가 15명을 대상으로 사용성과 관련한 설문을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 조작용이성, 학습효율성, 심미성, 학습용이성이 교육적 사용성 평가항목으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 모바일 기반 학습자의 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 ERP software를 이용한 회계교육과 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실증분석을 실시하였다. ERP 회계교육의 하위변수인 정보특성, 개인특성, 시스템 특성이 교육만족도의 하위변수인 성과, 이해, 기능, 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석에 활용된 통계 프로그램은 SPSS 21.0이다. ERP 회계교육의 하위변수인 정보특성, 시스템특성, 개인특성이 교육만족도의 하위변수인 이해, 기능, 업적, 가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 연구결과 ERP 회계교육이 이해(p<.001)와 기능(p<.01)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 이해에 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세부 요인별로 ERP 회계교육의 정보특성과 개인특성은 이해(p<.001)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, ERP 회계교육의 개인특성은 기능(p<.05)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 ERP 회계교육이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 ERP 회계교육의 효과를 검증하였다는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the pro-environmental housing life educational program to improve of pro-environmental attitude for upper grade of elementary school and to verify its effectiveness and influence. To achieve the purpose, documentary and investigatory research was conducted and thereafter the program developed and implemented following 5 stages of analysis, design, development, implement and evaluation. The experiment was made progress as two-group pretest-posttest design, and the program was applied to a class for two hours every week in discretionary activity class for 6 weeks. A reconstructed questionnaire through Kim et al.(2000)'s test tool was used to survey the effects of students's attitudes on environment. The major results were as follows. First, the developed program focused on the main contents of pro-environmental housing life based on ESD. Second, this program had a positive effect on elementary school students' environmental attitude. Third, this program had a positive correlation(.588~.712) among the 3 subdomains of verbal commitment, actual commitment and affect. Fourth, according to qualitative analysis, students appear to be more concerned and interested in the pro-environmental housing life and environmental problem. In conclusion, the pro-environmental housing life educational program based ESD has a positive effect on elementary school students' environmental attitude. Therefore, more intensive research and follow-up study on teaching and learning methods should be highly considered.

This research aims to validate the effectiveness of the "Specialized Entrepreneurship University Program," which was conducted as part of government entrepreneurship support initiatives from 2018 to 2022. Based on previous studies, a research model was derived consisting of three laboratory entrepreneurship support factors that influence program satisfaction and entrepreneurial outcomes (infrastructure support, educational mentoring support, and business linkage support). Surveys were collected and analyzed from 126 laboratory entrepreneurship firms participating in the program, and empirical analysis of the research model was conducted using SPSS 23.0 statistical software. The analysis results indicated that the three variables, namely infrastructure support, educational mentoring support, and business linkage support, were significant factors affecting program satisfaction, and program satisfaction was confirmed to influence entrepreneurial outcomes. Furthermore, it was found that the three business operation factors indirectly influenced entrepreneurial outcomes by partially mediating program satisfaction. This study is considered significant as an empirical study for the initial stage of the second-phase program enhancement, verifying the effectiveness of laboratory entrepreneurship support factors. The findings can be applied to similar government entrepreneurship support initiatives and contribute to the effective strategy and planning of stakeholders involved. The limitations of this study include the need for further research on the perception of the extent to which it contributes to entrepreneurial outcomes, emphasizing caution in interpreting the research model, and the necessity for expanding the survey population and improving survey items in future research.

본 연구는 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력을 향상시키기 위한 교육 방법으로 데이터 라벨링 중심의 머신러닝 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한 후 그 효과를 검증하였다. 교육 프로그램은 현직 초등학교 교사 100명을 대상으로 실시한 사전 요구분석 결과를 바탕으로 설계 및 개발을 진행하였다. 개발한 교육 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 K 초등학교에 재학 중인 6학년 학생 17명을 대상으로 1일 2차시씩 총 6주간 12차시의 교육을 진행하였다. 해당 교육이 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 미친 효과를 측정하기 위해 ' 버챌린지(Bebras Challenge)'를 활용하여 사전 사후 검사를 진행하여 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 데이터 라벨링 중심의 머신러닝 교육이 초등학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 기여한 것으로 나타났다.

지금까지 학교 교육은 교육 예산 및 시설, 프로그램 등이 다양하게 투입되었지만 그 성과 평가는 명확하게 이루어지지 못했다. 본 연구는 전국 고등학교에서 학생들을 위한 교육 지원의 효율성을 분석하는 모델을 제시하였다. 학생 교육지원이 비슷한 학교의 운영 효율성을 분석하기 위하여 1차적으로 EM 군집분석을 수행한 후, 군집별로 상대적 효율성을 Network DEA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 Network DEA는 학교 인프라 측면의 6개 투입요소, 1차적 산출 요소인 학업지속자, 학교 프로그램 측면의 10개 2차 투입 요소, 2차적 산출 요소인 진학자와 취업자, 연결 변수인 1인당도서관이용률을 고려하여 분석하였다. 효율성 분석 결과를 기반으로 벤치마킹할 대상을 선정하기 위해 유클리드 거리 계산방법을 적용하여 Tier분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 전국의 일반계고등학교와 직업계고등학교에서의 학생 교육지원 데이터를 수집하여 교육 지원의 효율성을 분석하는 모델을 적용하였다. 단계적 벤치마킹방안은 벤치마킹 대상 선택의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 비효율적인 학교의 요소를 고려하여 단계적으로 효율성 개선 대상을 선정하도록 제안하였다. 학생 교육지원 효율성이 낮은 학교가 학생 교육지원의 효율적 운영을 위한 단계적 벤치마킹을 하는데 기초적 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

웹기반 훈련의 장점은 융통성이 있는 교육의 전달, 쉬운 강의전달, 등록을 통한 보안, 쉬운 컨텐츠의 갱신이다. 또한 WBT는 강력한 교수적 환경을 제공하고 있다. WBT의 가장 중요한 교수적 장점은 풍부한 멀티미디어 자료를 학습자한테 제공한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 교육대학교에서 운영될 컴퓨터교육교과의 교육과정을 제안하고, 제안된 교육과정을 포함하는 컴퓨터교육 교과의 웹기반 훈련시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학생의 학습부분, 강사의 교수부분 그리고 운영자의 관리부분으로 구성된다. 또한 시스템의 효율성에 관한 여러 가지의 질문에 대한 답을 학생들에게 받아 본 시스템의 효율성과 약점을 보여준다.

Purpose: This study investigated the effectiveness of education regarding cuff pressure following endotracheal tube intubation using a quasi-experimental design with a pre- and posttest non-equivalent control group. Methods: A total of 78 students from two universities participated in an education intervention on the importance of cuff pressure after endotracheal tube intubation between October and December, 2016. The intervention lasted 40 minutes. Data were collected from each student before the intervention and one week following the intervention. Analyses were conducted using chi-square tests, Fisher's exact tests, and analysis of covariance. Results: A total of 38 students were assigned to the experimental group and 40 to the control group. The educational intervention of cuff pressure following endotracheal tube intubation was associated with prevention of possible complications from excessive cuff pressure (F=121.02, p<.001). Conclusion: Training with a pressure gauge and an intubation manikin is necessary to determine the appropriate cuff pressure in the intubation protocol of the practical examination in the emergency medical technology.
