  • This study aims to systematize the needs of each area for computerized production management of small- and medium-sized firms and establish the basic design background of their common database. For this purpose, we surveyed the status, needs and appliable characteristics of the firms production system by the categories of industry, size and production type. On the base of these surveys the basic design concept and contents of automatic production system for small and medium-sized firms are proposed.

  • 2020년부터 중국 광시 지방정부는 차 산업과 레저 문화 관광, 과학 보급 교육, 양생 양로 등 산업의 심층융합에 주목하고 있다. 또한 차 산업이 빠르게 발전하고 있어 3차 산업 생산 목표치를 250억 위안으로 계획하였다. 본 연구는 세대별 소비자에 대한 설문조사, 현지조사, 전문가 인터뷰 등을 통하여 차에 대한 니즈와 선택의 차이에 대해 분석하여 광시 차 산업 서비스 모델의 변화 패턴을 연구하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 소비자는 세대별로 생활방식, 쇼핑 습관, 서비스 디자인, 사용자 경험, 사회적 니즈, 개인적 니즈에서 뚜렷한 차이가 있다. 이에 차 제품에 대한 니즈와 행동 패턴을 분석하고 광시 차 산업 서비스 모델의 패턴 변화에 근거해보면, 세대별 소비자의 차 선택의 차이가 차 제품의 수요, 행동 패턴에 유의미한 차이와 패턴 변화를 발견할 수 있다. 끝으로 차 산업의 발전을 위한 서비스 디자인, 사용자 경험 모델 개발의 필요성을 주목하고 있다.

  • 최근 소비자의 의식 변화와 함께 빠른 정보 전달을 통해 개개인의 다양한 가치관을 공유하면서 과거 기업이 주도하던 트렌드에서 이제는 소비자의 Needs에 의해 트렌드가 변화하고 있다. 국내 주얼리 산업에서도 또한 주얼리가 패션 소비재로 변화하면서 소비자가 요구하는 다양한 칼라와 시각적 감성이 적용된 제품 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 주얼리 산업에서는 천연 유색 보석에 대한 많은 관심과 그 소비시장이 확대되어지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Semiprecious Stone을 이용한 제품 개발의 필요성과 현황분석, 소비자 선호도 분석을 진행하고, 제품 개발을 위해서 소비자동향 조사 및 이미지 분석 조사를 통해 소비자의 스타일과 Needs에 의한 표적시장을 추출하였다. 그리고 연령별 디자인 선호 이미지 적용 형용사를 추출하여 제품 개발의 방향성을 설정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현 주얼리의 시장분석을 통한 Semiprecious Stone 제품 개발의 필요성과 가능성을 찾아 볼 수 있었다.

외식업 종사원의 서비스 품질 지각과 긍정적 감정 반응이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality and Subsequent Response on Job Satisfaction of the Employee within the Food Service Industry)

  • This study attempted to find more efficient ways of managing human resources through the effect of service quality and affect response on job satisfaction of the employee in the food service industry. Quality of service to the customer has an effect on the response of the employee. Therefore providing a high quality of service quality to. the customer is an important factor that contributes to a positive work environment for employees in the food service industry. For this study, research data was collected from employees of various restaurants. Among a total of 170 collected questionnaires, 20 incomplete samples were eliminated and consequently a final 150 completed questionnaires were provided. The SPSS/win 12.0 was used for statistical analysis: frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. It is recommended that the food service industry should provide a positive work atmosphere which is satisfactory to the employee based on the needs of the employee. This study indicated that the quality of service quality affected the response and job satisfaction of employees in the food service industry.

노인시설주거의 커뮤니티 구성에 대한 요구 (Needs for the Community in the Elderly Institution)

  • This study was to investigate the needs for the community in the elderly institution and the related factors. The raw data, collected in 2000, from the Study for the Silver Industry in Ulsan were used for the analysis. The sample consisted of 292 elderly aged 65 and over living in Ulsan, and the purpose was accomplished using frequencies, percentages, and chi-squared test with cross-tabulations. The results indicated that the elderly tends to have negative responses to the discriminations by health conditions and sharing the public spaces with neighbors. However it was more likely that the elderly wants to have separate public spaces and facilities by gender. They prefer private residential units rather than public spaces for the meals, baths, and receptions. It was also found that gender, with or without spouse, education level, and economic condition of the elderly have significant effects on the needs for the community in the elderly housing.

  • Chinese hotel industry needs to continue consummation. Especially the physical environment direct or the indirect influence to the consumers has not caused the hotel managers enough attention. Chinese hotel industry also lacks to the physical environment whole perception and the understanding. This paper research purposes are: how through that improve the hotel physical hotels. And what's disparities between the Chinese hotel industry in the physical environment and the Western developed country, how needs to improve and so on. Therefore, this paper has mainly studied and analysis the hotel atmosphere, the hotel facility, the hotel cleanliness, the hotel position, customers' overall satisfaction, the repatronage which independent effect, relations and the importance of them in Chinese hotel industry. This paper have made 5 hypotheses to relations of the hotel atmosphere, the hotel facility, the hotel cleanliness, the hotel position and customer's overall satisfaction, the repatronage. We have carried on the questionnaire survey to four hotels, altogether send out to the 250 questionnaires, and have received 202 questionnaires. Through after these analyses, the 1 hypothesis cannot have the data support. Therefore, the conclusions are: the first, the good hotel atmosphere has the positive influence to the consumer overall perception; the second, the higher hotel cleanliness has the positive influence to the consumer overall perception; the third, the convenience hotel position has the positive influence to consumer's perception; the fourth, the consumers' higher overall satisfaction has the positive influence to consumer's repatronage. But the influence of the higher hotel facility to consumers' perception cannot have the enough support from the data.

경영정보 관련 학과의 교육과정 설계와 운영 방안: K대학 e-비즈니스학과 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Design and Operation of MIS Oriented Curriculum)

  • Purpose To meet changing social demands and fulfill the needs of the information and communications technology industry, the curriculum of MIS related department should develop and implement new conceptual frameworks. In response, the purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a demands analysis of educational demanders, NCS(National Competency Standards) based curricular analysis, and benchmarking from other management information systems related departments. The expert panel committee consisting of e-Business department faculty members was held to examine and discuss the student-oriented curriculum developed during this study. Findings Results show that the contents and types of curriculum should be organized so that students can maximize their professional job competency to apply to their core professional tasks. Given these findings, we reconstructed the curriculum with both basic and advanced courses, all systematically organized according to the job requirements they offer toward meeting the industry's needs. We also implemented the web-based JSSS(Job Searching Support System) with which educational demanders can search among 13 job types, estimate their performances, and obtain the information about course registration. In all this study presents specific, practical evidence of the job-related curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University.

농촌전통마을 경관에 대한 도시주민의 이미지 평가 (Evaluation of the City Residents' images on the Landscape of the Rural Traditional Theme Village)

  • This study analyzes the behaviors and images of city residents on the six Gyeongsangbuk-do rural theme villages. The results of analysis bring the following conclusions. 1) Behaviors of city residents are related with the images on rural villages. In addition, the better the image is, the higher their behaviors' needs. 2) Behaviors' needs become higher on the village as the image on 'Scale type' becomes better. 3) Especially, in case of Gimcheon and Gyeongju, we find a strong relationship between the images of 'Scale type' and 'Magnificent type' and behaviors; these villages should raise the scale and standard of villages by certain point.

한.일 FTA체결이 관광산업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Research on the Influence of FTA between Korea and Japan on Tourism)

  • The study is aimed to analyze the influence of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) between Korea and Japan on tourism and to suggest ways to increase tourists exchange between them by considering countermeasures of Korea's tourism based on the analysis and deriving political significance. The results of the study showed that the expected effects of FTA between Korea and Japan on tourism would overall be positive. There would be increases in employment and a higher rate of foreign-exchange earning, which plays a critical role in the cash flow. Therefore the government is required to prepare for several political measures as follows. First, ways to promote investment in tourism have to be established in a systematic way for FTA. Second, restructuring of tourism has to be considered seriously for tourism to be a high value-added industry after FTA. Third, the tourism information industry needs to be included in the tourism promotion act to promote e-tourism using information technology. In addition to this, an expansive cluster strategy needs to be developed, which relates tourism to other industries like culture and movies and to find ways to re-locate and re-educate manpower currently engaged in the tourism industry. Though the study investigated the influence of FTA on tourism through a practical analysis, it was restricted only to Korea. So the influence of FTA between Korea and Japan on the tourism of Japan should be included in further study. Furthermore, in subsequent studies the CGE(Computable General Equilibrium) model will be applied for objective analysis of the effects. Or measuring the ripple effect with multinational inter-industry relation table will be made for the study to make practical contributions to the development of government policy.

섬유 환경규제 대응을 위한 재직자 교육과정 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Curriculum for the Workers to Respond to Textile Environmental Regulations)

  • This study aims to cultivate specialized professionals equipped with practical skills essential for compliance with textile environmental regulations and analysis of harmful substances. This is achieved through the revision and restructuring of educational programs targeting workers in the chemical analysis industry. To address this, a survey was conducted among chemical industry workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to gauge the demand for educational programs. Specifically, a survey was conducted among 240 SME workers who participated in the 2022 education curriculum to identify their educational needs and specific requirements in the field. The research findings indicate that the majority of SMEs recognize the necessity of education in the chemical field and express a strong willingness to engage in the curriculum. Particularly emphasized was the need to enhance practical skills crucial for compliance with chemical environmental regulations. Consequently, adjustments were made to the curriculum, reallocating time and increasing the duration of practical training. This enables trainees to directly operate analysis machines and interpret results. Additionally, in response to further educational demands reflected by survey participants, the curriculum was expanded from five to six courses, with adjustments made to existing educational programs. Based on these research outcomes, practical educational methods tailored to SME requirements are proposed, aiming to bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and industry needs.
