의료기관 신입직원 멘토링프로그램 사례연구: A병원을 중심으로 (Case Study of New Employee Mentoring Program at Hospital A)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of development and operation of a mentoring program that provides psychological support to new employees and helps them adapt to work, thereby applying it to actual work and laying the foundation for follow-up research. Methodology: We explored the development and application process of A Hospital mentoring program by applying the mentoring program model developed according to the procedures of the ADDIE model, and confirmed the perceptions of participants who participated in the training course through analysis of activity logs and in-depth interviews. Findings: The main results of the case analysis are as follows. First, the curriculum was developed according to the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of activity log and in-depth interview analysis, participants recognized that the mentoring program was helpful in forming social relationships, organizational adaptation, and preventing job turnover, and recognized difficulties in communication. Participants mentioned supplementing the operating system. Practical Implication: The results of a systematic review of the application and effectiveness of mentoring programs for new employees can serve as reference material for practical program design.

  • U.S. nuclear regulatory commission(NRC) regulatory guide(RG) 1.20 requires a comprehensive vibration assessment program(CVAP) for use in verifying the structural integrity of reactor vessel internals(RVI) for flow-induced vibrations prior to commercial operation. The CVAP program consist of vibration and fatigue analysis, a vibration measurement program, an inspection program, and a correlation of their results. One of the main purposes of the analysis program is to select measurement locations, however measurement locations can not be determined by only analysis results, therefore we developed selection criteria of measurement locations for advanced power reactor 1400(APR1400) RVI CVAP, It will be used to select measurement locations and instrument types for APR1400 RVI CVAP.

스트립을 이용한 요분석시스템의 개발과 퍼지추론에 의한 검사결과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Urine Analysis System using Strip and Evaluation of Experimental Result by means of Fuzzy Inference)

  • 본 연구에서는 요분석용 스트립을 이용하여 요의 상태를 정량적·정성적으로 측정할 수 있는 요분석시스템을 구현하였다. 요분석시스템의 분석 알고리듬은 온도 변화, 전원 노이즈 통의 외란에 강인한 특성을 나타내기 위하여 퍼지 논리를 적용하였다. 강인하고 안정적인 요분석시스템을 설계하기 위하여 스트립 9가지 패드의 분강학적 특성을 검토하였다. 요분석시스템 하트웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성되었다. 요분석시스템의 하드웨어는 단일칩 마이크로프로세서를 사용하였고, 주변장치들로는 광하부, 트레이 제어, 전치증폭부, PC와의 통신, 열전사 프린터 및 동작 상태 표시기로 구성하였다. 요분석시스템의 소프트웨어는 시스템 프로그램과 분류 프로그램으로 구성하였다. 시스템 프로그램은 시스템 제어와 데이터 취득 및 분석을 수행하도록 하였다. 분규 프로그램은 퍼지추론부와 멤버쉽함수 발생기로 구성되었다 멤버쉽함수 발생기는 정도관리의 통계학적 방법을 이용하여 삼각형 멤버쉽함수를 생성하였다. 측정된 데이터는 PC로 전송되고, 전송된 데이터는 C++로 작성된 데이터 관리 및 취득 프로그램에 의해 저장된다. 요분석시스템의 정확도와 퍼지분류기의 안정성은 표준시료를 이용하여 평가하였다. 실험결과는 검사항목과 만족한 일치를 보였다.

유한요소-경계요소 조합에 의한 터널 계측결과의 역해석 (Back Analysis of the Measured Displacements by the Coupled Method of Finite Elements-Boundary Elements in Tunnel)

  • In order to construct underground structural systems safely and economically, exact identification of the system parameters and accurate analysis of the system behaviors are required. Therefore, necessity of back analysis which is able to identify material properties of underground structural systems is increased. In this study a back analysis program which can identify the system parameters is developed using the direct method to be combined with the forward analysis program. Results of the back analysis program show good agreement with that of Gens et al. Sensitivity of the accuracy and convergency of the back analysis program on the number of measuring points is investigated. Comparison between the results of the back analysis with measurement data and the obtained material properties from the field tests shows good agreement for the real construction site.

  • In this study, 3D sheet metal forming analysis program is developed by explicit finite element method. In this program, analysis flow just follows the real engineering process to provide the user intuitive understanding and smooth contact alorithm improves the accuracy of stress prediction. The capability of this program are demonstrated by various examples.

친환경농업지구 조성사업의 효율성 분석 (Analysis of the Policy Efficiency of the Environment-Friendly Farming Zone Program)

  • This study analyze the policy efficiency of the environment-friendly farming zone program using data envelopment analysis. On analyzed results, the average policy efficiency is 0.185 and 98.3% of zones are inefficient. 97.8% of zones are in increasing returns to scales. The empirical results indicate that more work need to be done to increase the efficiency of the program.

DACUM 기법을 통한 숲해설가 직무 분석 (Job Analysis of the Forest Interpreters based on the DACUM Method)

  • This study is purposed to compose systematic and efficient curricula of the courses centered on the duties of forest interpreter. In the first step, the purpose of task analysis is to identify the forest interpreter's duties and tasks. 13 professional were designated as panel, and the task chart was completed via DACUM analysis. The tasks performed by forest interpreter are categorized in the development of specialty, program planning, comprehension on the engaged forest, program development, program execution and program evaluation, which are classified into 59 sub-tasks. In the second step, need analysis is focused on the evaluation of the degree of job importance, the necessity of education based on the results from the task analysis. In consequence, 23 key tasks are determined. In the third step, knowledge, skill, tool, and attitude required for key tasks were analyzed and reorganized into 23 subjects. This study has significance in 3 respects. Firstly, the tasks of forest interpreter are analyzed to define their roles. Secondly, the curricula composed according to the results of task analysis and need analysis allow the realizable and prerequisite subjects within the restricted resources. Finally, this study suggests the curriculum, which shall be the bases for the program planning and operation of a lot of educational organization and institutions.

  • 객체지향 프로그램에 대한 복잡도 측정에 관한 방법으로서 기존의 객체지향 패러다임 특성이라 할 수 있는 객체, 메시지, 클래스, 캡슐화 및 상속성 등에 관한 연구는 이미 보고된바 있다. 본 연구에서는 측정인자로서 Halstead의 Program Volume, Program Level, Program Impurity, Macabe의 Cyclomatic Number, Handerson-Sellers의 응집도 결핍척도 Sullivan's의 PVG측정 방법 등을 선택하였다. 시뮬레이션으로는 객체지향 프로그램의 대표적인 언어인 JAVA Program을 Design & Coding할 때 도움을 주는 척도에 대해서 JAVA Sample Program을 준비하여 프로그램 복잡도 면에서 측정인자들을 각각 비교·분석하였다.

Development and Operational Test of the Free Semester Program Education in Arboreta and Botanical Gardens: Focusing on 'Gardener for a Day' Program in Korea National Arboretum

  • As part of the free semester program, the 'Gardener for a day' program in the Korea National Arboretum was newly developed in 2018. The program was developed as a free semester program reflecting the works of a 'gardener' who performs the planning, preparation, maintenance and management of exhibition gardens. This 'Gardener for a day' program was applied to a total of 106 middle school students in October 2018. Educational elements were extracted from Korea National Arboretum exhibition gardens and career exploration of gardeners. The program was designed to provide education on theory and practices, including watching the gardener video, visiting the gardener booth, meeting with actual gardeners at Korea National Arboretum, visiting two exhibition gardens, and participating in three types of practical training as a gardener. A survey about program satisfaction and education was conducted after the program to analyze the students' satisfaction with the program (contents, management, instructor), free semester program (career planning, occupational attitude, independence), and education (awareness of forest biospecies, preservation will). The analysis showed that the following results: satisfaction with the program (score 4.0), free semester program (score 3.8), and education (score 4.0). Comparative analysis of the pretest-posttest questionnaires showed that there were significant educational effects in career planning, occupational attitude, and awareness of forest biospecies.

매입형 영구자석 동기전동기 (IPMSMs) 특성해석 프로그램 (FEMCAD) 개발 (Development of Characteristics Analysis Program (FEMCAD) for IPMSMs)

  • This paper presents the characteristics analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(IPMSMs). The development of this program is based on Matlab. In oder to achieve the development of the program, basis algorithm for IPMSMs analysis took advantage of equivalent magnetic circuit analysis technique. The equivalent magnetic circuit analysis for IPMSMs are based on a rotate synchronous d-q reference frame. The mathematical model of the d-q frame voltage equations is used frequently for the analysis of IPMSMs. This program can consider a cross saturation effect and a iron loss and mechanical loss, and provide fast analysis results of IPMSMs characteristics.
