질소 및 가리 급원이 들잔디(Zoysia japonica Steud.)의 생육 및 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nitrogen and Potassium Sources on the Growth and Quality of Zoysia japonica Steud.)

  • The purpose of the experiment was to determine the effect of nitrogen sources (urea, ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate) and potassium sources (potassium chloride, potassium sulphate) on the growth and quality of Zoysia japonica Steud. This experiment was conducted at Seoul City University turf field from 1988 to 1989. The results of this experiment were summarized as follows; 1. Urea and Ammonium sulphate resulted in superior clipping yield compared to ammonium nitrate. The growth of rhizome and stolon increased significantly with urea forms, but ammonium sulphate treated plots exhibited the highest the growth rate of root. 2. Ammonium sulphate showed best turf color rating while ammonium nitrate resulted in the poorest. Prolongation of the green period showed longer in ammonium sulphate and urea treated plots than ammoium nitrate. 3. Urea and ammonium sulphate exhibited superior visible quality and shoot density compared to ammonium nitrate. 4. The uptake of mineral nutrient showed the highest concentration with urea plots. Surface soil pH was allowed to become slightly acid with the ammonium sulphate and potassium sulphate treatments, while the application of N and K sources did not cause significant differences in mineral element content in soil.

  • This study was carried out to search for growth and quality -of turfgrass by Nitrogen source (Urea Ammonium sulphate) and organic matter, and to obtain methods of pr6per turfgrass management by the results. This experiment was conducted in turf field from 1988 to 1989. The results of this experiment was summarized as follows; 1.Without application of organic matter, turfgrass growth between urea and ammonium sulphate was not significant, however ammonium sulphate resulted in superior to urea in total dry weight when organic matter was applied. 2.The addition of organic matter showed significant effect on color rating and visible quality, and ammonium sulphate was higher quality than urea. 3.Shoot density increased, particularly in ammonium sulphate treatment, when organic matter was applied. 4.Rhizome and stolon were shown significant effect in urea treatment by the application of organic matter. 5.Surface soil pH was allowed to become slightly acid by the ammonium sulphate treatments, but soil acidity remained mostly unaffected when organic matter was supplied. 6.Total nitrogen of log tissue and organic matter content increased when organic matter w-as applied.

pH Control for Dyebath Reuse in Dyeing of Polyamide with Binary Mixtures of Acid Dyes

  • Hydrolyzable organic esters were compared with ammonium sulphate as an acid donor for the pH control in dye-bath-reuse system of acid dyes mixtures. The ability of pH control, levelness, dyeing properties and reproducibility in dye-bath-reuse system were investigated comparatively. Hydrolyzable organic esters showed higher exhaustion and color yield than ammonium sulphate. In addition, hydrolyzable organic ester exhibited very low conductivity less than 0.5 mS, while ammonium sulphate give high conductivity. However, we could not observe any difference in levelness of dyed samples between two kinds of acid donors in laboratory scale dyeing. Over 10 cycles of reuse, hydrolyzable organic esters showed higher reproducibility than ammonium sulphate. No deterioration of the color fastness and levelness occurs over 10 cycles of reuse.

황산암모늄과 제 1 암모늄처리(處理) 합판(合板)의 내화효과에 관(關)한 비교연구(比較硏究) (A Comparative Study on the Effect of Fire Retardancy of the Plywood Treated by Ammonium Sulphate and Monoammonium Phosphate)

  • 합판(合板)은 가연성(可燃性) 물질(物質)로서 건축물(建築物)의 내장(內裝)에 많이 사용(使用)되므로 각종(各種) 대형화재(大型火災)를 유발(誘發)하여 많은 인명(人命)과 재산(財産)의 손실(損失)을 초래(招來)하는 경우(境遇)가 있다. 따라서 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 이로 인(因)한 피해(被害)를 최대한(最大限)으로 줄이기 위한 목적(目的)으로 합판(合板)에 내화처리(耐火處理)를 실시(實拖)하였다. 이 연구(硏究)에서는 제 1 인산암모늄과 황산암모늄 용액(溶液)으로 처리(處理)한 합판(合板)의 약액흡수성(藥液吸收量), 착화시간(着火時間), 최고염(最高炎)의 길이, 잔화시간(殘火時間), 이면탄화율(裏面炭火率) 및 중량감소(重量減少) 등은 측정조사(測定調査)하였으며 황산암모늄과 제 1 인산암모늄의 처리효과(處理效果)를 비교(比較)하여 보았다. 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하연 다음과 같다. (1) 제 1 인산암모늄 처리합판(處理合板)의 경우(境遇)에 있어서 25% 농도(農度)에서 내화성(耐火性)이 가장 우수(優秀)하였고 최고염(最高炎)의 길이를 제외(除外)한 모든 처리효과면(處理效果面)에서 처리시간(處理時間) 9시간(時間)에서 내화성(耐火性)이 가장 우수(優秀)하였다. (2) 황산암모늄 처리합판(處理合板)의 경우에 있어서는 6시간(時間) 처리(處理)가 9시간(時間)의 처리(處理)보다 내화성(耐火性)이 더욱 우수(優秀)하게 나타났다. (3) 제 1 안산암모늄과 황산암모늄의 처리효과(處理效果)를 비교(比較)하면 대체로 모든 처리효과(處理效果)에서 제 1 인산암모늄이 황산 암모늄보다 우수(優秀)한 것으로 나타났다.

화학비료 50년 연용에 따른 벼수량과 논토양 특성 변화 (Changes in Rice Yield and Soil Properties under Continued Application of Chemical Fertilizer for 50 Years in Paddy Soil)

  • 농업과학기술원에서 보유하고 있는 국내 최장기 연구용 논토양에서 1954년부터 2003년까지 50년간 3요소 화학비료와 유안 및 요소비료를 장기간 연용 했을 때 벼의 생산력과 토양의 이화학적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다 정조수량을 3요소구의 수량지수 100에 대하여 유안단용구 84, 요소단용구 81, 무비구 62이었으며 관개수질에 따라 벼의 생산량 차이가 컸다. 벼의 양분흡수량은 3요소구에 비하여 유안과 요소단용구에서 T-N은 86~75, $P_2O_5$는 79~82, $K_2O$는 64~58, $SiO_2$은 94~90%로 흡수량이 유의성 있게 적었다. 토양의 용적밀도는 무비구, 유안단용구, 요소단용구보다 3요소구에서 유의하게 낮아지는 반면, CEC는 증가되었다. 토양의 pH는 시험전(1954) 5.2에 비하여 전 처리구에서 높았으며 무비구는 6.00, 요소단용구 5.93, 3요소구 5.93, 유안단용구 5.40순으로 저하되었다. 토양의 유효인산함량은 인산비료를 매년 $70kg\;ha^{-1}$를 시용하고 벼를 재배할 경우 유효인산의 증가량은 $2.5mg\;kg^{-1}\;yr^{-1}$이었고, 인산비료를 시용하지 않으면 $1.8mg\;kg^{-1}\;yr^{-1}$씩 감소되었다.

Influence of Carbon and Nitrogen Sources in Solubilization of Hardly Soluble Mineral Phosphates by Penicillium Oxalicum CBPS-Tsa

  • Phosphorus is one of the major plant growth limiting nutrients, despite being abundant in soils in both inorganic and organic forms. Phosphobioinoculants in the form of microorganisms can help in increasing the availability of accumulated phosphates for plant growth by solubilization. Penicillium oxalicum CBPSTsa, isolated from paddy rhizosphere, was studied for its phosphate solubilization. The influence of various carbon sources like glucose, sucrose, mannitol and sorbitol and nitrogen sources like arginine, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, ammonium chloride and ammonium sulphate were evaluated using liquid media with tricalcium phosphate (Ca-P), ferric phosphate (Fe-P) and aluminium phosphate (Al-P). Maximum soluble phosphate of 824 mg/L was found in the amendment of sucrose-sodium nitrate from 5 g/L of Ca-P. Mannitol, sorbitol, and ariginine were poor in phosphate solubilization. While sucrose was better carbon source in solubilization of Ca-P and Al-P, glucose fared better in solubilization of Fe-P. Though all the nitrogen sources enhanced P solubilization, nitrates were better than ammonium In the amendments of ammonium chloride and ammonium sulphate, higher uptake of available phosphates by the fungus was found, and this resulted in depletion of available P in Fe-P amendment Phosphate solubilization was accompanied by acidification of the media, and the highest pH decrease was observed in glucose amendment Among the nitrogen sources, ammonium chloride favored greater pH decrease.

광주지역 미세먼지의 화학적 조성이 시정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect on Visibility of the Chemical Composition of Fine Particles in the Gwangju Area)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the main cause of visibility impairment by analyzing the contributions of the light extinction coefficient of major air pollution components and the change of the light extinction coefficient by relative humidity. Methods: The characteristics of the light extinction coefficient calculated by the photochemical method using fine particle component data measured in 2015 in the Gwangju area were examined. Results: The extinction efficiency per unit mass of $PM_{2.5}$ particles was $4.5m^2/g$ and that of $PM_{10-2.5}$ particles was $0.6m^2/g$. This difference indicates that most of the visibility impairment in Gwangju was caused by $PM_{2.5}$ particles. When visibility was poor, the contribution of ammonium sulphate and ammonium nitrate was significantly increased. Relative humidity was also a major cause of visibility decay. The influx of air currents in Gwangju was mostly caused by the long distance movement of pollutants emitted from the eastern part of China. Ammonium sulphate and ammonium nitrate, which are hygroscopic secondary contaminants, were the main causative agents of visibility impairment. Conclusions: Ammonium sulphate and ammonium nitrate were the main causative agents of visibility impairment in Gwangju. The influx of air currents in Gwangju was mostly caused by the long distance movement of pollutants emitted from the eastern part of China.

태양광과 UV-A 빛 하에서 ZnO 을 이용한 Reactive Black 5의 광분해작용 (Photomineralisation of Reactive Black 5 with ZnO using Solar and UV-A Light)

  • 태양광과 UV-A빛 조건하에 수용액 속에서 디아조염료의 광 촉매분해반응에 대해 조사를 해보았다. 염료의 광 촉매 분해반응에는 염료의 농도, 촉매 량, 그리고 pH와 같은 여러 가지 영향 요소들이 존재한다. 과산화수소, ammonium persulphate와 isopropanol 등의 첨가는 분해비율에 대해 큰 영향을 미친다. Langmuir-Hinshelwood model에 근거한 광 분해반응의 동역학적분석은 광분해반응은 대략적으로 pseudo first order kinetics을 따름을 알 수 있다. 광분해산물로 이산화탄소, 질산염, sulphate 이온 등이 증명되었다. 광 촉매, ZnO는 태양광 하에서보다 UV-A빛 하에서 더욱 효율적임을 발견하였다.

  • 수용액 속에서 $NaHSO_4$, TBAB (phase transfer catalyst), ionic liquid (IL) (1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hydrogen sulphate [bmim]$HSO_4$)를 사용하여, formalin, ${\beta}$-naphthol, aromatic amines을 반응시켜서 대응하는 2,3-dihydro-2-phenyl-1Hnaphtho-[1,2-e] [1,3] oxazine 유도체를 합성할 수 있는 보다 친환경적이고, 수율이 좋고, 크로마토그래피 분리 방법을 사용하지 않는 합성 방법을 개발하였다.
