본 연구에서는 패러디, 패러디 광고에 대한 개념 규정은 물론 패러디 광고의 저작권 침해에 대한 미국과 한국의 법리 해의 문제 등을 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 패러디 광고의 무분별한 제작이 가져올 문제점과 이에 대한 바람직한 대응 방안도 모색하고자 하였다. 미국의 패러디 인정의 경우와는 달리 우리 나라에서는 법적으로 공정 사용 원칙이 매우 제한적으로 적용되고 있었다. 이러한 패러디 저작권에 대한 문제점 해결을 위해서 다음과 같은 몇 가지 대안이 모색되어야 한다고 본다. 첫째, 표절, 모방, 패러디에 대한 명확한 심의기준 확립이다. 둘째, 심의기구의 확충과 명백한 심의 기준의 적용이다. 셋째, 광고업계의 자체정화 노력이다. 넷째, 소비자 모니터링의 활성화이다. 다섯째, 법원의 판례에 대한 평가와 함께 '광고계의 의견'을 개진할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to know the trace of Korean musical, consider musical depending on its type, arrange characteristic of musical costume and find out the developmental direction of Korean musical costume with potentials as a culture industry. For study method, the data were collected from thesis, academic journal, book and internet web-site concerning musical costume, literatures were considered and performance costume photos, which were captured via musical performance site, were analyzed. The history of Korean modern-day musical is regarded as starting with (1966) in the full scale. Although foreign musical was imitated in 1970s~1980s, it may be called the growth period of Korean musical because the period showed the commercial possibility. Since 1990s, large-scaled musical securing good work and popularity was popular. In 2000s, musical industry was abundant quantitatively and qualitatively as investment or popularity was significantly expanded. The type of Korean musical are divided to opera musical of European, Broadway musical of American and creative musical of Korean. The costumes used in opera musical of European and Broadway musical of American are borrowed from original works through license or were manufactured in Korea by referring to the costumes of original works and using similar materials or fabrics. The costumes used in creative musical of Korea are designed by either domestic or foreign designers and produced in Korea.

Takaful, which is an Islamic insurance instrument, manages risks in business, according to Shariah (Islamic law) principles and offers risk protection and savings assets. The study analyzes the comparative efficiency of takaful insurance companies by implementing empirical research. The study also provides a comprehensive literature review on the efficiency analysis of the takaful industry. The empirical part presents a wide range of efficiency comparisons of 41 takaful insurance companies in 16 countries between 2009 and 2014. The data enveloping analysis technique is utilized using the rDEA package in the R environment to compute the efficiency score. In the study, the technical efficiency, overall technical efficiency, and pure technical efficiency are calculated and compared per year and per country. The findings of the study suggest that the overall average efficiency scores of takaful companies are considerably high. The study results also indicate that the excess in the consumption of inputs decreases while the deficit in achieved outputs has been declining in the covered period. The study suggests the managers of the takaful companies can use the target efficiency scores, which are calculated by using the DEA analysis, as an ideal reference benchmark for planning their inputs and outputs.

This research investigates the accessibility of Korean modern values at screens from the perspectives of North American audiences while consuming Korean films and TV dramas. In order to decode Korean cultural values at screens, this study collects the data of 266 Korean films and TV dramas distributed in North America from IMDb platform, unlocking that the success of box office for Korean projects in North America is positively correlated with the characteristics of Violence & Gore and Profanity. Meanwhile, the audiences' positive responses to the violent project mainly depends on the degree of "Sex and Nudity", the plots of "social groups". The current success of Korean cultural and creative industry as well as the future global markets strengths are analyzed in this research. Stuart Hall's cultural studies approach and cultural psychological account theory are applied to discuss the success of Korean entertainment industry in the transnational cultural communication.

Now days, firm's technology capability is recognized as important factor to forecast and to evaluate firm's business performance. There are many efforts to develop useful indicators by applying patent information that includes concrete description about technology. Many previous studies analyzed relationship between patent indicators and firm's performance. But they didn't consider time gap between a point of firm's invention activity and a point of firm's performance improvement. They didn't considered a character of industrial fields either. To overcome these limitations, we selected IT industry for target analysis industry. Time-series patent data and financial data from 41 American IT firms between 2000 and 2011 were used to analyze. In this study, We empirically analyzed subsequent effect of patent indicators on firm's business performance by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.

본 연구는 소금의 첨가량을 달리하여 고압 가열 추출 방식으로 아메리칸소스를 제조하여 기계적 특성 및 관능적 특성을 알아보고 이를 통하여 갑각류 소스 제품군의 대량 생산에 보다 실제적인 자료로서의 활용과 외식산업에 전통적인 조리기술을 표준화하여 우수한 품질을 유지하고 기능성을 향상시킬 수 있는 제품 개발에 이용할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 소금 첨가량에 따른 아메리칸 소스는 소금이 수분과 회분에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 색도, pH, 염도에는 영향이 미치며, Na과 K은 소금의 첨가량이 높아짐에 따라 각각의 함량이 증가하였고, Mg과 P은 소금 0.4% 첨가한 J4가 가장 높았지만, 소금 첨가량 증가에 따른 일정한 경향을 나타내지는 않았다. 총 유리아미노산은 J0, J1이 29종, J2는 30종, J3은 31종, J4는 33종 검출되었으며, 검출량은 소금 0.3% 첨가한 J3이 가장 많았으며, 특히 필수 아미노산에는 arginine, 맛난 맛 성분의 아미노산에 대해서는 glutamic acid, alanine, serine, ${\beta}$-alanine, ${\alpha}$-aminoadipic acid, 기타 아미노산은 g-Aminoisobutyric acid의 함량이 가장 높은 함량 수준을 나타내었다. 지질 과산화 측정 및 DPPH 측정 결과로서 소금을 첨가하지 않는 것이 항산화 효과가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 관능검사를 실시한 결과 전반적인 품질 평가에 대해서 소금 0.3% 첨가한 J3가 가장 높은 점수를 나타내어 소금의 첨가가 전반적인 품질 평가에 영향을 끼친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 보면 항산화적 기능성에 대한 효과는 기대할 수 없지만, 기계적 품질 검사 및 관능검사의 결과를 종합해 보면, 소금 0.3%를 첨가하여 제조한 아메리칸 소스가 품질적으로 가장 최적의 제조 방법으로 보여진다. 이를 통하여 갑각류 소스 제품의 대량 생산에 보다 실제적인 자료로 활용하고, 외식산업에 전통적인 조리 기술을 표준화 및 우수한 품질을 유지하고 기능성을 향상시킬 수 있는 제품 개발에 이용하고자 한다.

본 연구는 한미 성인여성복의 산업계에서 상호적용이 가능한 신체 치수 호환표의 작성에 필요한 기초연구로, 본 연구에 사용된 인체 치수는 모두 3차원 스캐너를 통해 수집된 것이다. 분석대상인 한국인의 인체 치수는 Size Korea사업에 의해 수집된 1,988명의 인체 치수 자료이고, 미국인의 인체 치수는 SizeUSA사업에 의해 확보된 6,306명의 성인여성 인체 치수 자료이다. 의류제작에 관련이 높다고 사료되는 34개 측정 항목이 분석에 사용되었으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어깨경사각을 제외한 전체 측정항목에서 미국 여성이 한국 여성의 인체치수에 비해 그 값이 유의하게 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령집단간 각 측정항목의 평균치를 차이를 검증한 결과, 한국 여성의 경우 엉덩이둘레를 제외한 모든 측정항목에서 연령집단간 유의차가 검증되었으며, 미국 여성의 경우 팔 길이를 제외한 모든 측정 항목에서 연령집단간 유의차가 검증되었다. 셋째, 양국 여성의 연령집단간 차이를 비교 분석한 결과, 몇몇 측정치의 경우 연령집단에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 대부분의 항목에서는 연령집단간 유의차를 나타내지 않았다. 넷째, 양국 성인여성의 동일 연령집단간 t-test결과, 샅앞뒤길이, 어깨경사각, 엉덩이둘레-젖가슴둘레, 엉덩이둘레-허리둘레를 제외한 모든 항목에서 미국 성인여성 측정치가 한국 성인여성 측정치보다 유의하게 큰 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study is to develop a new oil combustion technology concerning industrial furnaces and kilns, not only to save energy but also to reduce environmental emissions. Of many kinds of such technologies we chose the high temperature air combustion technology which was initiated by the British steel company in '80s and developed further by the American burner company "North American". In this study it was carried out to test regenerative burner experimentally and to have an applicability to industry. From the variation of configuration of gas nozzle and hot test on the temperature distribution and NOx, it was found out that the reduction of NOx was due to the effect of internal gas recirculation, which will be caused by air emitting velocity from burner nozzle.

The success history of Light Water Reactors (PWR and BWR) showed how a dominant technology could be shaped in a political and economical context. The american nuclear politics, the interest of american nuclear industry, and the accumulated technological know-hows made it possible that the not inherently safe reactor-Light Water Reactor- became a prominent reactor model. The path dependency of reactor technology on LWR kept the engineers from developing a new safer reactor, even if the severe reactor accidents occurred. In oder to increase safety of nuclear power system, we should understand the social shaping process of nuclear technology.

In this paper, the maritime educational and training systems in different countries were compared and analyzed. The sample countries have been divided into two large groups, one of which comprising the countries adopting European maritime educational system and the other of which consisting of countries adopting American maritime educational system. From the comparison of the two educational systems, the merits and demerits of each system has been analysed. The results of the analyses show that the maritime educational institutes of the countries such as U.S.A., Japan, Korea, Taiwan, which have American maritime educational system, have more adaptability to the rapidly changing, shipping environment. In addition, it has been concluded that the college of the Maritime Science of the Korea Maritime University is required to set up a new educational model which is similar to the of the SUNY Maritime College in the U.S.A to meet the recent changes in Korean shipping industry.
