천연물질과 합성물질의 전합성에 중요한 중간체인 광학활성의 glycerol acetonide,fmf L-serine, L- and D-ascorbic acid, D-mannitol로부터 합성하였다. 각각의 출발물질로부터 얻어진 (R)-, (S)-glycerol acetonide를 광학적 순도와 수율 {(S)-glycerol : D-mannitol$[{\alpha}]^{22}_D$ = +15.2$^{\circ}$(34%), D-isoascorbic acid $[{\alpha}]^{22}_D$ = +14.7$^{\circ}$(28%), (R)-glycerol : L-serine $[{\alpha}]^{22}_D$ = -12.21$^{\circ}$(26%), L-ascorbic acid $[{\alpha}]^{22}_D$ = -11.7$^{\circ}$(17%)}을 비교 검토하였다.

미래의 이동 통신망은 ATM 기술을 이용한 B-ISDN 근간망에 WATM 기술을 이용해서 사용자에게 높은 대역의 연결 서비스와 QoS 서비스를 제공할 것이다. 이런 포괄적인 망에서 이동 단말기를 갖는 사용자의 이동성을 지원하면서 ATM 망의 고유 특성인 셀 순서 유지, 셀 중복 방지 등을 만족하면서 셀의 손실을 없애고 동시에 셀 버퍼링으로 인한 버퍼 오버헤드를 최소화 할 수 있는 핸드오프 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존의 핸드오프 방법에 대한 분석을 토대로 멀티캐스트 연결을 이용해서 셀의 손실을 없애고 버퍼 오버헤드를 줄이는 핸드오프 방법을 제안했다. 제안한 방법은 MT가 현재 AP 영역에서 정확하게 수신한 데이터에 대해 각 멤버 AP들에게 통보하면, 멤버 AP가 MT의 핸드오프를 위해 미리 저장해 둔 버퍼 공간들을 해제해서 다른 연결들이 사용할 수 있게 하는 손실없는 핸드오프를 제공한다. 성능 평가결과 제안한 방법은 VCT, 동적 멀티캐스트 핸드오프 방법에 비해 버퍼 오버헤드 면에서 좋은 성능을 보였다.

This study presents algorithms for determining the fuzzy critical loads of planar steel frame structures with fixity factors of beam - column and column - base connections are modeled as triangular fuzzy numbers. The finite element method with linear elastic semi-rigid connection and Response Surface Method (RSM) in mathematical statistic are applied for problems with symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers. The ${\alpha}$ - level optimization using the Differential Evolution (DE) involving integrated finite element modeling is proposed to apply for problems with any triangular fuzzy numbers. The advantage of the proposed methodologies is demonstrated through some example problems relating to for the twenty - story, four - bay planar steel frames.

산업폐수로부터 강력한 $\alpha$-amylase 생성능력을 가진 미생물을 분리하여 검토한 곁과 Bacillus속 (Bacillus Y-124)으로 판명되었으며, Bacillus Y-l24로부터 $\alpha$-amylase의 생산성을 최적화하기 위해 배양조건 및 생성된 효소의 안정성을 유지하기 위한 제반 영향들을 검토하였다. 기본 배지내의 casein 및 Ca-pantothenate의 첨가는 본 효소의 생산에 좋은 인자로 작용하였으며 calcium이온 역시 효소합성에 관여하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 (NH$_4$)$_2$HPO$_4$는 본 미생물의 효소생성 에 중요한 유기 질소원으로 작용하였다. 생성된 본 효소의 보존에 대한 안정성의 유지에는 calcium 및 sodium염의 영향이 컸으며 특히 CaCO$_3$ 및 $Na_2$SO$_4$의 첨가는 이 효소의 변성요인을 제거하는데 효과적인 보존제의 하나로 인식되 었다.

In connection with the development of new anticonvulsant agents with a broad spectrum, we found that N-Cbz-alpha-amino-alkylsuccinimides showed significant anticonvulsant activities, and the pharmacological activities of these compounds were dependent on their stereochemistry and N-substituted alkyl group. These results prompted us to define the effects of other functional group on the anticonvulsant activities of these compounds. Therefore a series of N-alkoxycarbonyl-alpha-amino-N-methylsuccinimide were prepared from N-Cbz-aspartic acid and were evaluated with their anticonvulsant activities againt the MES and PTZ tests, in order to define the effect of N-substituted alkoxy carbonyl group with the anticonvulsant activities. From these studies, it was found that all the tested N-alkoxycarbonyl-alpha-amino-N-methylsuccinimides exhibited significant anticonvulsant activities in the PTZ test and were not active in the MES test. The most active compound in the PTZ test was (S) N-ethoxycarbonyl-alpha-amino-N-methyl-succinimide. We found that the pharmacological activities in the PTZ test were dependent on their N-alkoxycarbonyl groups. They follow as such: The order of anticonvulsant activities for (R) series as evaluated by $ED_{50}$ was N-phenoxycarbonyl=N-4-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl > N-ethoxycarbonyl > N-allyloxycarbonyl > N-tert. butoxycarbonyl compound: For the (S) series N-ethoxycarbonyl > N-phenoxycarbonyl > N-allyloxycarbonyl compound. From the above results, it was conceivable that N-substituted alkoxycarbonyl group had certain effects on the anticonvulsant activities of N-alkoxycarbonyl-${\alpha}$-amino-N-methylsuccinimides.

The myeloid-specific IgA Fc receptor ($Fc{\alpha}R$) is a cell surface molecule on immunocytes that provides a fundamental connection between humoral and cellular immunity. In this study, the full-length cDNA sequence of swine $Fc{\alpha}RI$ ($swFc{\alpha}RI$) was isolated and characterized and found to contain a 792-base-pair open reading frame, encoding a 264-amino-acid transmembrane glycoprotein with a predicted molecular mass of 29.4 kDa. The $swFc{\alpha}RI$ shares high amino acid sequence homology (>50%) with its counterparts from cattle, seal, and horse. Rosetting analysis confirmed that COS-7 cells transfected with an $swFc{\alpha}RI$ expression plasmid was able to combine with chicken erythrocytes sensitized with porcine IgA, but not IgG.

Let M be a hypersurface of dimension n(.geq.2) in an (n+1)-dimensional real space form over bar M(c) with constant curvature c and H the second fundamental tensor of M. M is said to be birecurrent if here exists a covariant tensor field .alpha. of order 2 such that .del.$^{2}$H=H .alpha., where .del. is the connection of M. Also, M is said to be recurrent if there exists a 1-form .betha. such that .del.H=H .betha.. Matsuyama [2] recently proved that a recurrent hypersurface M in a real space form is locally symmetric and a complete irreducible birecurrent hypersurface M in a real space form is recurrent. The main purpose of this paper is to characterize the birecurrent or recurrent hypersurface M of a Riemannian manifold with constant curvature c and to prove that M is classified as a cylinder, $M^{n}$ (c) or ( $c_{1}$)* $M^{n-r}$ ( $c_{2}$) where 1/ $c_{1}$+1/ $c_{2}$=1/c.

In order to research the flow in the thin wall compliant tube, this present study is attempt to measure the cross sectional area according to change of external pressure and flow by ultrasonic method different from willy used impedance technique for flow analysis about one dimensional Steads flow. The experimental results are as follows. 1) Measurement of cross sectional area ratio by ultrasonic method by comparison with experimental results of impedance technique & theoretical results were well consent. 2) Pressure difference of upstream and down stream is alwap's maximum range at 0.4 < $\alpha$ <0.5, and have no connection with changing external pressure. 3) when the external pressure is fixed and resistance is varied, Self excited oscillation occurs in the region at 0.5 < $\alpha$ <0.6, and oscillation disappear almost at R2>=1.2

Two enantiomers of various 2-hydroxy acid esters have been resolved as the 3,5-dinitrophenyl carbamates on chiral stationary phases (CSPs) derived from ${\alpha}-arylalkylamines.$ Two CSPs, each of which contains the same type of chiral moiety, but shows different mode of connection to a silica support, have been found to show the contrasting resolution behaviors. From the contrasting resolution behaviours of two CSPs used in this study, two competing chiral recognition mechanisms are proposed.

본 논문에서는 한글 문서 영상에서의 문자 분할을 위한 2가지 알고리즘을 제안한다. 첫째는 투영 프로파일 기반 개선된 문자 분할 알고리즘이다. 이 알고리즘은 크게 문자수 추정, 분할 점 획득 및 문자 경계 탐색, 그리고 최적의 문자 분할 결과 선택으로 구성된다. 두 번째는 근접한 문자들이 서로 연결된 저 품질 문서 영상에 적합한 분할 알고리즘이다. 이 경우 연결요소를 제거하기 위해 투영 프로파일의 일부를 잘랐는데, 이를 ${\alpha}$-cut이라 한다. 그 후 전자의 방법을 변형하여 문자 분할을 수행한다. 다양한 폰트 속성을 갖고 품질이 낮은 43,572개의 한글 단어 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 투영 프로파일 기반 개선된 문자 분할 알고리즘이 91.81%, 투영 프로파일에 ${\alpha}$-cut을 적용한 알고리즘이 99.57% 의 문자 분할 성공률을 나타내어 저 품질 한글 문서 영상에서 ${\alpha}$-cut을 이용한 문자 분할 알고리즘이 효과적임을 입증하였다.
