Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a scale for measuring aggression in adolescents, based on Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Methods: The participants were 38 adolescents in an in-depth study conducted to develop items for indirect measurement, 13 adolescents in a pre-test, and 289 adolescents in the present survey. The collected data were analyzed using content validity, the correlation coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results: In this study, the most important variable related to aggression was found to be aggression intention. This study included 4 factors of direct measurement and 6 factors of indirect measurement; therefore, 41 questions were developed. Increased levels of aggression were associated with higher scores for attitudes of aggression, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and aggression intention. Conclusion: We found that the questionnaire used in this study was valid and reliable as a measurement scale to explain aggression in adolescents based on TPB. Aggression intention should be included in aggression prevention programs because it was linked to aggressive behavior.

A new non-linear modelling of a straight pipe conveying fluid is presented for vibration analysis when the pipe is fixed at both ends. Using the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and the non-linear Lagrange strain theory, from the extended Hamilton's principle are derived the coupled non-linear equations of motion for the longitudinal and transverse displacements. These equations of motion are discretized by using the Galerkin method. After the discretized equations are linearized in the neighbourhood of the equilibrium position, the natural frequencies are computed from the linearized equations. On the other hand, the time histories for the displacements are also obtained by applying the generalized-$\alpha$ time integration method to the non-linear discretized equations. The validity of the new modelling is provided by comparing results from the proposed non-linear equations with those from the equations proposed by Paidoussis.

Interlaminar fracture toughness of carbon/epoxy composite materials has been studied under tensile and flexural loading by the use of width tapered double cantilever beam(WTDCB) and end notched flexure(ENF) specimens. This study has significantly examined the effect of various interfacial ply orientation, ${\alpha}(0^{\circ},\;45^{\circ}\;and\;90^{\circ})$ and crack propagation direction, ${\theta}(0^{\circ},\;15^{\circ},\;30^{\circ}\;and\;45^{\circ})$ in terms of critical strain energy release rate through experiments. Twelve differently layered laminates were investigated. The data reduction for evaluating the fracture energy is based on compliance method and beam theory. Beam theory is used to analyze the effect of crack propagation direction. The geometry and lay-up sequence of specimens are considered various conditions such as skewness parameter, beam volume, and so on. The results show that the fiber bridging occurred due to the non-midplane crack propagation and causes the difference of fracture energy evaluated by both methods. For safer and more reliable composite structures, we obtain the optimal stacking sequence from initial fracture energy in each mode.
In this paper, using statistical theory the basic concepts and the formulars of lower limit of detection were deasribed. Assuming that risks of 5% are acceptable (95% confidence level), lower limits of detection were calculated on the measuring apparatus for alpha, beta and gamma nuclides. Also, on the basis concepts of lower limit of detection, the MDA values were calculated for the radionuclides detected easily in the environment. These results make it possible to evaluate confidence limits on the radioanalytical results in the environmental sample.

Using the finite element method, this study investigates the dynamic time responses of a flexible spinning disk of which axis of rotation is misaligned with the axis of symmetry. The misalignment between the axes of symmetry and rotation is one of the major vibration sources in optical disk drives such as CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW and DVD drives. Based upon the Kirchhoff plate theory and the von-Karman strain theory, three coupled equations of motion for the misaligned disk are obtained: two of the equations are for the in-plane motion while the other is for the out-of-plane motion. After transforming these equations into two weak forms for the in-plane and out-of-plane motions, the weak forms are discretized by using newly defined annular sector finite elements. Applying the generalized-$\alpha$ time integration method to the discretized equations, the time responses and the displacement distributions are computed and then the effects of the misalign ment on the responses and the distributions are analyzed. The computation results show that the misalignment has an influence on the magnitudes of the in-plane displacements and it results in the amplitude modulation or the beat phenomenon in the time responses of the out-of-plane displacement.
In this study, we investigated protection motivation and behavioral intention to prevent serious illnesses related to excessive sodium intake among the university students in Gyeongnam and Busan. Within the protection motivation theory (PMT) framework, a survey questionnaire was developed to measure participants' perceptions on the severity of and the vulnerability to the threat of serious diseases due to the high sodium intake as well as the effectiveness of preventive measures (response efficacy), and the ability to perform them (self-efficacy) along with their willingness to follow recommendations (behavioral intention). Data was collected in June 2015. Study participants were divided into either low (n=117) or high (n=177) sodium intake behavior groups based on their current behaviors. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to measure construct validity and Cronbach's alpha was calculated to check reliability of measurement items. The high sodium intake behavior group perceived higher vulnerability than the low sodium intake behavior group among four PMT factors. Differences of the other three factors were not significant between the two groups. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicated that self-efficacy and response efficacy affected behavioral intention of high sodium intake behavior among students. Hence, development of strategies to increase self-efficacy and response efficacy are strongly recommended.

Purpose - This study analyzes the relationship between inter-function coordination variables, competitor, customer and innovation orientation that has been developed by Narver & Slater (1990), also known as Market Orientation Strategy on SME Sutera's marketing performance, through direct and indirect effect relationships. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses a sample of 168 respondents who are silk SME entrepreneurs in eleven Silk Craftsman sub-districts in Wajo Regency - South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data collection using a questionnaire with a period between January - June 2019. Data analysis use PLS. The stages of testing the results of analysis go through several stages: the first stage, analysis of variable descriptions, the goodness of fit model (AVE, CR, Cronbach Alpha, R2) and hypothesis test. Results and Findings - From the fifteen hypothesis by direct and indirect effect state six hypothesis are rejected and eleven hypothesis are accepted. Overall, the concepts of Resource Based View theory (RBV) and Structure-Conduct- Performance theory (SCP) also provide a strategic picture for businessmen related to product innovation and service innovation and the urgency of regeneration in order to maintain the continuity of superior products in the future.

This paper aims to investigate the effect of the factors on the e-invoice at its infant stage of adoption in the context of Vietnam. Data were collected by using a questionnaire delivered to 318 participants who are managers and accountants of companies in Vietnam from June to September 2019. The statistical methods approaches are employed to address the research issues including Cronbach's Alpha testing, Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA), and Confirmation Factor Analysis (CFA). Then, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed to assess the proposed hypotheses model of e-invoice adoption in Vietnam. The research findings showed that direct factors have a statistically significant impact on the e-invoice adoption towards behavior, and perceived behavioral control. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use positively affect attitude towards the behavior. These factors, in turn, are impacted by perceived compatibility. Based on the research results, some practicable suggestions are proposed in order to boost the number of Vietnamese enterprises voluntarily adopting e-invoice. This study indicates the important impacts of the user's attitude and perception about control ability on intention to use. In addition, some key intuitive recommendations were proposed aiming to improve the success of the e-invoice adoption of enterprises in the context of Vietnam.
Hydrophobicity is the key concept to understand the role of water in protein folding, protein self-assembly, and protein-ligand interaction. Conventionally, hydrophobicity of amino acids in a protein has been argued based on hydrophobicity scales determined for individual free amino acids, assuming that those scales are unaltered when amino acids are embedded in a protein. Here, we investigate how the hydrophobicity of constituent amino acids depends on the protein context, in particular, on the total charge and secondary structures of a protein. To this end, we compute and analyze the hydration free energy - free energy change upon hydration quantifying the hydrophobicity - of three short proteins based on the integral-equation theory of liquids. We find that the hydration free energy of charged amino acids is significantly affected by the protein total charge and exhibits contrasting behavior depending on the protein net charge being positive or negative. We also observe that amino acids in the central ${\beta}$-strand sandwiched by ${\beta}$-sheets display more enhanced hydrophobicity than free amino acids, whereas those in the ${\alpha}$-helix do not clearly show such a tendency. Our results provide novel insights into the hydrophobicity of amino acids, and will be valuable for rationalizing and predicting the strength of water-mediated interaction involved in the biological activity of proteins.
