We can buy products everywhere from Web-based shopping mall using desktop, cellular phone or PDA. To guarantee the various services for different equipment, shopping mail systems should allow a lot of different size or quality of images to provide a good service to their customers. Despite of same product image, each shopping mall saves the image in its storage space individually. Furthermore, all the product images in each shopping mall are stored as images of different quality. It may waste resources of shopping mail server and bring us developmental overhead. It is difficult to update all the images for product that is used by distributed e-catalog in everywhere. In this paper, we extended the proposed Web Image Server (WIS) for sharing one image with all clients and processing Image dynamically, so that we strengthened the function of managing shopping mall as a client of WIS and added the function of recording clients'log file and image catalog for shopping mall. We measured the response time from WIS and conventional e-Commerce site using by WAS which is one of the stress test tools for Web application. Furthermore, we measured WIS responses image requests in reasonable time when the current user is increased.

The outbreak of COVID-19 had affected almost every part of the world and caused disastrous results, the number of reported COVID-19 cases in past few months have reached to more than 29 million patients in the world globally. This pandemic has adversely affected all the activities of life, ranging from personal life to overall economic development. Due to the current situation, routinely turned to online resources, and people have relied on technology more than they have been before. Since cybercriminals are an opportunist and they utilized this entirely, by targeting the online services for all sectors of life. This fortnight online dependency of the community over the internet opened several easy doors for the cybercriminals. This causes exponential attacks over internet traffic during this epidemic situation. The current Covid-19 pandemic situation appeared at once, and no one was ready to prevail this. However, there is an urgent need to address the current problem in all means. . KSA is among one of the countries most affected by these CA and is a key victim for most cyber-crimes. Therefore, this paper will review the effects of COVID-19 on the cyber-world of KSA in various sectors. We will also shed light on the Saudi efforts to confront these attacks during COVID -19. As a contribution, we have provided a comprehensive framework for mitigating cybersecurity challenges.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of satisfaction in using rehabilitation exercise rooms in public health centers. A total of 100 subjects were participated in the study who were clients of rehabilitation exercise rooms in two public health centers in one city of Kyunggi Do, Korea. Data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2003 using questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/PC computer program. The result are as follows : 1. The mean age of subjects was 62.6 years old, and men constituted $67.0\%$ of the participants. Most participants $(64\%)$ were in the middle socioeconomic status, and $(65\%)$ of subjects was diagnosed as stroke. 2. Regarding the source of information about rehabilitation exercise room in public health center, $56.0\%$ obtain information from colleagues or neighbors, and for most participants the time required to travel to rehabilitation exercise room was less than 30min on foot. Among rehabilitation services, Taping therapy $(53.0\%)$ was most frequently used among participants, 3. Sum of all satisfaction score was $71.10(\pm6.60,\;range:\;1-90)$ showed higher level of satisfaction. Cost, reliability, and kindness were main factors that affect the degree of satisfaction among participants. 4. Twenty-four percent of the respondents utilized clinic services in the health centers, and $27.4\%$ stoped rehabilitation services from hospitals and/or clinics due to high cost. 5. In the use of rehabilitation exercise room was positively correlated to age (r=.214, p<0.05) and disease duration(r=.241. p<0.05).
Mobile technology is accelerating innovative changes across all fields of our society as well as business environments. Especially, demands on mobile government (M-government) services have been increased gradually since e-government has improved national administration services dramatically. However, high-quality services which are acceptable to may users are not actually supplied because technical issues such as security on mobile e-government services have not solved and governance policy was not established yet. Previous studies show that most researches are devoted to technical ones or limited to theoretical exploratory study. As a result, developing useful guidelines which are practically and theoretically proved is one of the very important research issues. This study reviews the previous research works such as concept of mobile, e-government, M-government, technical trends of mobile, market situations, present status, and various case studies. And then we develop a research model with five factors, twenty four variables and seventy six measurement for measuring the influencing factors to adoption of M-government services. The model is composed of total 16 hypotheses, 22 variables, and 76 measurements. The model is analyzed by using statistical package SPSS (18.0) and AMOS (18.0) together with structural equation method based on 294 samples. The results show that the model is valid and there are statistically significant influence between ease of use and usefulness, ease of use and user's satisfactions, usefulness and intent of re-use, and user's satisfactions and intent of re-use, excepting usefulness and user's satisfaction, ease of use and intent of re-use did not affect significant influences. Especially, service quality, system quality, and relationship quality are identified as influencing factors to adaption of M-government service. The results are expected to provide a theoretical research framework which generate new research issues in M-government service area. It also can provide an useful guidelines to practical experts in successfully implementing M-government services. Further research directions are as follows. User's intents have to be studied in details by classifying users by individual, enterprise, and government as well as developing a new hypothetical model. Since M-government service is at the initial stage, longitudinal studies have to be conducted to trace the peoples' need in order to develop new high-quality mobile services.
This study delved into the complex nature of medical services as experience goods and trust services, investigating the profound impact of online word-of-mouth on medical consumers' decisions to visit hospitals. Considering the restrictive legal framework for medical advertising, consumers are increasingly dependent on unrestricted sources of information like online reviews. This research aimed to provide empirical evidence for the significant role online word-of-mouth plays in hospital selection. Utilizing data from Naver reviews, hospital choice factors were classified based on the Kano model, revealing the subtle yet significant influence that word-of-mouth has on consumers' hospital visit intentions beyond merely positive or negative messages. In particular, the study provided insights into how the categorized positive and negative information, along with the presence or absence of emotional expression, affects the efficacy of word-of-mouth. The experiment targeted medical consumers aged over 20 and, through analysis using the SPSS statistical program, yielded important findings. The direction of online word-of-mouth, the presence of emotional expression, and the interaction of Kano attributes all created significant differences in hospital visit intentions. Notably, emotional expression included in negative word-of-mouth concerning one-dimensional attributes markedly decreased visit intentions, whereas the absence of emotional expression in attractive attributes actually enhanced reliability and increased visit intentions. These findings offer critical implications for redefining strategies in medical marketing and online review management. The discoveries of this study underscore the importance of active engagement and strategic management of online reviews by medical service providers, urging careful consideration of the various elements of online word-of-mouth that influence medical consumers' hospital visit intentions.
Health of a nation is quite often represented by the statistics such as infant death rate and maternal mortality rate. It is indisputable that maternal child health(MCH) is the basis of health of a nation. MCH is also one of the cardinal component of primary health care. The importance of MCH is conspicuous especially in the developing countries. In Korea, People in the rural communities still have high access barrier to basic health care needs, including MCH services. Access to quality care during pregnancy and delivery seems to be the crucial factor in preventing deaths in women and children. The beneficial effects of prenatal and postnatal care on the outcome of pregnancy for mother and child, and those of health professional-attended institutional delivery on the health of mother and child have been well documented in many studies. Recognizing these effects, the government of Korea received IBRD loan of $30 million in 1979 for th purpose of constructing 89 rural MCH centers. The construction is complete now and all 89 MCH centers are under operation ti imporve primary health care for mothers and children in Korea. However, it has been observed over time that overall performance of public MCH centers is declining. The decline has been attributed partly to low quality services by public MCH centers, poor management by health center mangers, competition with for-profit private clinics, and to the development of national health insurance. This study investigates the utilization by rural communities in Korea of MCH services provided by public sector health centers deemed to be physically and financially accessible to the community but suboptimally used. It seeks also to determine the factors that influence people's utilizations. This study sets out to discover a desirable form of MCH center from among alternative forms of centers, thereby to construct a MCH model.

Purpose: Following legal reform in 2013, the annual number of asylum seekers entering South Korea has increased from 1,143 in 2012 to 5,711 in 2015. We interviewed six African refugee mothers of young children regarding their health needs and barriers to access maternal child health services. Methods: We recruited mothers who had visited a clinic for immigrants between July 2013 and August 2015. Participants were African refugee women, aged over 18 years, who had given birth in Korea within the previous 5 years and had come to Korea over a year before recruitment. Interview questions examined participants' experiences in pregnancy and childbirth and concerns regarding their child's health status. Initial data analysis involved all researchers' immersion in the entire collection of transcripts. We then noted recurrent topics and themes and identified similar issues. Results: At the time of giving birth, 5 participants were asylum seekers and one had undocumented status. The following barriers impeded their access to maternal child healthcare: socioeconomic factors (unstable social identity, low economic status, difficulty obtaining health insurance), language barriers (lack of linguistically appropriate health information, limited access to translation services), and cultural barriers (religious and cultural differences). Weak social support also hindered access to healthcare soon after migration; however, social links with the community emerged as a key coping strategy following settlement. Conclusion: We identified barriers to maternal and child healthcare and coping strategies among African refugee mothers in Korea. Future research should assess refugees' health status and improve health access and literacy among refugee mothers.
Tobacco use is described as the single most preventable cause of morbidity and mortality globally, with the World Bank predicting over 450 million tobacco-related deaths in the next fifty years. In India, the proportion of all deaths that can be attributed to tobacco use is expected to rise from 1.4% in 1990 to 13.3% in 2020 of which smoking alone will cause about 930,000 adult deaths by 2010. Many studies have shown that counseling from a health professional is an effective method of helping patients quit the tobacco habit. Tobacco cessation needs to be urgently expanded by training health professionals in providing routine clinical interventions, increasing availability and subsidies of pharmacotherapy, developing wide-reaching strategies such as quitlines, and costeffective strategies, including group interventions. The WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) emphasizes the vital contribution of participation of health professional bodies, as well as training and healthcare institutions in tobacco control efforts. Dentists can play an important role in helping patients quit using tobacco. One of the key strategies to reduce tobacco-related morbidity and mortality is to encourage the involvement of health professionals in tobacco-use prevention and cessation counselling. The dental office is an ideal setting for tobacco cessation services since preventive treatment services, oral screening, and patient education have always been a large part of the dental practice.
Taiwan has experienced rapid economic growth during the past two decades. As a result, the demand for health care in Taiwan has increased rapidly. To meet the rising demand, Taiwan implemented a National Health Insurance (NHI) program on March 1, 1995. This program now covers more than 96 percent of Taiwan's citizens. Implementation of the NHI in 1995 represents fulfillment of a primary social and health policy goals of Taiwan. The goals of the NHI program is to eliminate financial barriers of health care for the citizens, to improve the quality of care. Video-On-Demand system provides electronic video rental services from remote video servers on a broadband communication networks. Most of proposed VOD systems are typically designed for one-to-one conncetion between a user and video server. Therefore, video server stream services to customers individually by allocating a dedicated transmission channel and a set of video server resources for each customer. However, it is inefficiency and wxpensive way when server support multiple users who access the same video stream with a dedicated video channel. Therefore, to achieve cost-effectiveness, batching have studied method that uses multicast communication to simultaneously service all users requesting the same video with a single video with a single video stream. However, the application of the multicast communication by batching detract from the VCR-like function and on-demand nature of the system. In this paepr, we propose a scheme that can support an interactive VCR for all user requesting the same video stream with batching. To reduce a server I/O and network bandwidth requirement, dynamic buffer is allocated to access node which has variable playout poit. Consequently, it makes possible interactive VCR operation as if customer uses true VOD system. Also, this scheme can just deliver a multicast stream without delay after an initial request or VCR action occurred. The policy can guarantee acceptable services to number of users at minimum cost.
