방향틀림이 KTX 주행거동에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Track Alignment on Ride Comfort and Safety of KTX)

  • 궤도틀림은 철도차량의 주행안전성 및 승차감에 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 중요 인자 중 하나이다. 따라서, 차량의 주행안전성과 승차감의 확보를 위해서는 주행속도, 차량의 동적특성, 궤도틀림 검측차의 검측특성, 검측주기등을 고려하여 적정한 궤도틀림 기준을 설정하고, 관련 기준에 따라 궤도틀림을 철저히 관리하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 궤도틀림 중에서 방향틀림이 KTX 차량의 거동에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 철도차량 동특성 해석프로그램인 VAMPIRE를 이용하여 방향틀림의 파장과 진폭에 대한 매개변수해석을 수행하였다. 방향틀림 크기와 파장에 따른 KTX의 탈선계수, 대차가속도, 차체가속도 및 궤도횡압 등의 주행거동을 조사하였으며, 방향틀림이 KTX차량의 주행안전성과 승차감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방향틀림은 차량주행안전성에 미치는 영향이 크며, KTX 주행안전성 확보를 위하여 방향틀림을 엄격하게 관리하여야 함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 인간 유전체 지도 완성 후 NGS 기술의 발달로 대용량 유전체 데이터 분석에 대한 요구가 증대하였다. NGS 데이터는 대용량의 단편서열로 구성되므로 효과적인 분석을 위해 고성능 컴퓨팅 기술의 지원이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 HPC 환경에서 NGS 데이터로부터 SNP를 탐색하는 유전체 분석 파이프라인을 구축하였다. 각 분석 단계의 CPU 이용률 분석을 통해 분석 단계 중 서열 정렬 단계가 연산 작업의 비율이 가장 높은 것을 확인하고, 공개된 병렬화 서열 정렬 도구들의 성능을 분석하여 유전체 분석를 위한 매니코어 프로세서의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.

전달정렬의 측정치 시간지연 오차보상 기법 (Measurement Time-Delay Error Compensation for Transfer Alignment)

  • This paper is concerned with a transfer alignment method for the SDINS under ship motions. Major error sources of transfer alignment are data transfer time-delay, lever-arm velocity and ship body flexure. Specifically, to reduce alignment errors induced by measurement time-delay effects, the error compensation method through delay state augmentation is suggested. A linearized error model for the velocity and attitude matching transfer alignment system is first derived by linearizing the nonliner measurement equation with respect to its time delay and augmenting the delay state into the conventional linear state equations. And then it is shown via observability analysis and computer simulations that the delay state can be estimated and compensated during ship motions resulting in considerably less alignment errors.

전략적 연동이 전자상거래의 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Strategic Alignment on the Performance of Electronic Commerce)

  • The strategic alignment between internet marketing's strategic orientation and EC system's strategic orientation is an important concept in Electronic Commerce. This study measured internet marketing's strategic orientation, EC system's strategic orientation, strategic alignment, and strategic EC performance based on previous studies. Analysis of data gathered in mail survey of korea firms in KOSPI and KOSDAQ. The findings suggest that companies with high strategic alignment are better performing EC strategically, and internet marketing and EC system's strategic orientation are positive related to strategic alignment and performance of EC. This study supports that the level of the EC executive's participation in internet marketing planning influences strategic alignment of the EC plan with the internet marketing plan. Further, high levels of that alignment are associated with increased use of EC for strategic performance.

The effects of increased unilateral and bilateral calcaneal eversion on pelvic and trunk alignment in standing position

  • Objective: Generally, it is known that there is a correlation between excessive calcaneus eversion and a patient with low back pain and it also affects pelvic alignment. However, there are not enough studies that show calcaneal eversion having an effect on the alignment of the trunk. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: A 3-dimensional motion analysis system was used to assess the lower limbs, pelvic alignment, and trunk alignment with increased unilateral and bilateral calcaneal eversion in twenty-one subjects. All subjects were asked to maintain a static posture for seven seconds on a wedge three times per posture for measurement and analysis purposes. The wedge used in the process was a lateral wedge with a 10-degree tilt to the lateral direction. To unify all of the subjects' foot position, the front and inner side of the wedge were marked. The height of the tilted wedge's inner side and flat wedge were balanced equally in order to be able to maintain the lateral part of the foot to the same height when producing an increased calcaneal eversion. Results: Comparing the changes in trunk and pelvic alignment in accordance to calcaneal eversion for each posture, there was a significant different in the X and Y-axis for each posture, but not in the Z-axis (p<0.05). Thus, it can be confirmed that calcaneal eversion in the sagittal plane and frontal plane may have and effect on the pelvis and the trunk. Conclusions: Postures with increased bilateral and unilateral calcaneal eversion has an effect on pelvic alignment, but does not cause any changes in trunk alignment.

VLCC의 최적 축계정렬해석 연구 (A Study on Optimum Shaft Alignment Analysis for VLCC)

  • Recently, in VLCC, shafting system is stiffer due to large engine power whereas hull structure is more flexible due to scantling optimization, which can be suffered from alignment damage by incompatibility between shafting and hull, In this study, shafting system without stern tube forward bush was adapted for less sensitive system against external factors. Also, shaft alignment analysis was considered with hull deflection at various ship loading conditions and stern tube after bush of long journal bearing was evaluated by static squeezing pressure and dynamic oil film pressure with sloping control. Whirling vibration was also reviewed to avoid resonance with propeller blade order. So, reliable shafting design for VLCC could be achieved through optimized alignment analysis for the system without stern tube forward bush.

콜러스터링 분기를 이용한 다중 서열 정렬 알고리즘 (A Multiple Sequence Alignment Algorithm using Clustering Divergence)

  • 다중 서열 정렬(multiple sequence alignment, MSA)은 단백질과 핵산 서열들의 분석에 필요한 가장 중요한 도구이다. 생물학적인 서열들은 그들 사이의 유사성과 차이점을 보여주기 위하여 각각의 서열들을 수직적으로 정렬한다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터링 분기를 이용하여 두 그룹의 서열들 사이에서 정렬을 수행하는 효율적인 그룹 정렬 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘(Multiple Sequence Alignment using Clustering Divergence : CDMS)은 하향식 발견 방법인 트리 형태의 병합을 위해 클러스터링 방법으로 구축하였다. 클러스터링 방법은 가장 긴 거리를 가지는 서열을 두 개의 클러스터로 나눌 수 있다는 것에 기초하였다. 제안한 새로운 서열 정렬 알고리즘은 기존의 Clustal W알고리즘 보다 질적 향상과 처리 시간 단축 O($n^{3} L^{2}$)이 기대된다.

브러쉬 코팅 공정을 이용한 용액 기반 BiAlO 박막의 제작과 액정 소자에의 응용 (Fabrication of the Solution-Derived BiAlO Thin Film by Using Brush Coating Process for Liquid Crystal Device)

  • We fabricated BiAlO thin film by a solution process with a brush coating to be used as liquid crystal (LC) alignment layer. Solution-processed BiAlO was coated on the glass substrate by brush process. Prepared thin films were annealed at different temperatures of 80℃, 180℃, and 280℃. To verify whether the BiAlO film was formed properly, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis was performed on Bi and Al. Using a crystal rotation method by polarized optical microscopy, LC alignment state was evaluated. At the annealing temperature of 280℃, the uniform homogenous LC alignment was achieved. To reveal the mechanism of LC alignment by brush coating, field emission scanning electron microscope was used. Through this analysis, spin-coated and brush coated film surface were compared. It was revealed that physical anisotropy was induced by brush coating at a high annealing temperature. Particles were aligned in one direction along which brush coating was made, resulting in a physical anisotropy that affects a uniform LC alignment. Therefore, it was confirmed that brush coating combined with BiAlO thin film annealed at high temperature has a significant potential for LC alignment.

  • 중적외선 파장대역에서 20:1의 줌비를 갖는 줌 광학계의 광학부품 제작 및 조립j조정을 위한 공차분석, 효율적인 광축정렬 로직 확립, 물체의 원$.$근에 따른 초점조절 방안 수립을 위한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 민감도 분석에서는 제르니케(Zemike) 폐수를 활용하는 방안을 제시하였으며 Code-V의 매크로 기능을 활용하여 모든 미소변위의 민감도 계수의 특성을 조사하는 방식을 도입하였다. 조사된 민감도 분석 결과를 바탕으로 줌 광학계의 광학부품 제작공차 및 조립공차를 도출하였으며 광축 정렬을 하기 위한 체계적인 정렬 로직을 수립하였다. 또한 광학계의 초점조절 방안 수립을 위한 시뮬레이션 과정에 민감도 분석 결과를 활용하였으며 분석 결과를 토대로 시스템을 단순하면서도 소형화시킬 수 있는 가장 효율적인 초점조절 방안을 수립하였다.

  • Multiple sequence alignment is a useful tool to identify the relationships among protein sequences. Dynamic programming is the most widely used algorithm to obtain multiple sequence alignment with optimal cost. However dynamic programming cannot be applied to certain cost function due its drawback and to produce optimal multiple sequence alignment. We proposed sub-alignment refinement algorithm to overcome the problem of dynamic programming and impelmented this algorithm as a module of our MS Windows-based sequence alignment program.
