Heavy Rainfall event accompanying with Mesoscale Convective Systems(MCSs) inducing flash flooding and Kimpo and Inchon International Airport closing over Seoul metropolitan area was investigated this study. This heavy rainfall event was occurred through the synoptic scale boundary of North Pacific Subtropical high, Typhoon and also can predicted by proper analysis of various forecasting parameters such as abundant moisture, instabilities, and synoptic/mesoscale forcing.

Heavy Rainfall event accompanying with Mesoscale Convective Systems(MCSs) inducing flash flooding and Muan and Kunsan Airport closing over Jeollabuk-do area was investigated this study. Comparing to previous study(I), this heavy rainfall event was characterized by much abundant moisture from Typhoon, strong conditional convective instability, and cluster type MCSs. It almost impossible to make accurate forecasting of precipitation amounts and life cycle of MCSs unless proper analysis.

The Platform Screen Door system(PSD) is scheduled to be installed on the platform of some subway stations in Seoul, Pusan, Kwang-Ju, Daejun and Daegu and all stations of Seoul Subway No 9. will equipped with PSD. On the other hand Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Speed(SMRT) that has operated the train automatically had finished the basic desic design and the execution drawing of PSD and installed successfully the PSD on the platforms in the Kimpo Airport station in Subway Line No 5. at dec. 2005. The exhibition operations of PSD has made the major contribution to build up the safe and optimum subway for the increasing customers. Nowadays PSD has operated on ATO sections and ATS sections. But in the case of closing the door manually in ATO sections, it would be delayed about 5 seconds in closing the door of PSD. Although the interface of PSD, train and the signal system is established automatically, we have to supplement technically on the interface between train, PSD and the ground signal interface equipments. Therefore I will center on the optimizing methods about the interfacing system between the train and the PSD, train and the signal system to overcome the above problems in this study.

Authors observed a corpse which is died from "Charring", caused by air disaster, for the purpose of individual identification. This is an identifide case of the charred corpse due to the fire while landing of KAL 747 Jumbo(HL 7445) at Kimpo airport Nov.1980. It was referred to author in the state of carbonization by high degree of heat-as unknown body entirely. But teeth condition and treated condition were well preserved under mouth closing and by the comparative examination of antermortem dental records, dental radiographs, the individual identification was simply accomplished. Therefore, it brought repeatedly a recognition of the practical effectiveness of dental identification and importance or dental records.
