대학도서관 서비스 질의 구성요인 분석 (The Factor Analyses of Service Quality Components in University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하고, 도서관 서비스의 구성요소 중 어떤 요인과 요소들이 도서관 서비스에 만족요인으로 작용하고 있는가를 파악하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스에 대한 만족도를 구성하는 요인은, 정보의 접근, 직원자질, 장서의 적절성, 민원처리, 학습시설 및 부대시설, 신속성(적시성), 이용시간, 정보기술이용, 도서관이용교육, 참고봉사, 홍보 및 개인을 위한 서비스 등의 12가지 요인이 추출되었다. 둘째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인은, 장서의 적절성이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 민원처리, 정보의 접근, 시설, 신속성, 홍보, 참고봉사, 이용시간, 직원의 자질 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소는, 정보의 상시적인 구득이 일반적인 고객만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 도서와 잡지수, 냉난방시설, 도서관의 변화내용 공시, 검색시스템의 용이성, 인터넷이용의 대기시간, 자료실의 개관시간, 장비수리 속도, 민원접수, 비 인쇄자료의 이용장비 등의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Until now for the safety of structures and equipment monitoring technology to measure the amount of the physical, if that is the one, one-point or single-source target is one the most. Therefore, becoming more numerous and complex to measure the amount of physical measurement technology that is comprehensive and complex, multi-source concepts to the monitoring of a multi-sensing technology is required. Have the same characteristics of multi-source multi-use space such as a multi-structure of facilities/equipment is. The people's safety in a multi-use facility will be directly related to life and even a little carelessness can lead to large-scale disaster occurs because of several factors, risks and to manage detect in advance the development of an intelligent monitoring technology is essential. Therefore, this study shows that multiple structures/facilities to improve the quality of human life in research to maintain a safe and comfortable living space for multi-source intelligence to the development of monitoring technology to achieve that goal, and the ubiquitous sensor network system on the basis of the wireless transmission module, and multiple research facilities/equipment for the ultra-small sensors for health monitoring study was performed.

감염 예방을 위한 인공신장실 의료 환경에 대한 고찰 - 근거 기반의 디자인 중심으로 (A Review of Renal Dialysis Unit Environment for Infection Prevention - Focused on Evidence Based Design)

  • Purpose: The increase in patients requiring hemodialysis has resulted in an increase dialysis-associated infections risk. but there are no Renal Dialysis unit design standard meet specified safety and quality standards. Therefore, appropriate Establish standards and legal regulation is important for the provision of initial certification and maintenance of facility, equipment, and human resource quality. Methods: Literature survey on the design guideline and standards of Renal Dialysis unit design in Korea, U.S, Germany, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai. Results: There are no established standards for facilities in dialysis units in Korea. To prevent infections in dialysis patients, necessary establish standards. Considering the domestic and overseas Health-care facilities standards, the major factors to be considered in the medical environment for Renal Dialysis Unit are as follows. First, planning to separate Clean areas(treatment area) from contaminated areas(medical waste storage area). Second, ensure sufficient space and minimum separation distance. Although there may be differences depending on the circumstances of individual institutions, renal dialysis unit consider the space to prevent droplet transmission. Third, secure infrastructure of infection prevention such as sufficient amount of hand hygiene sinks. Hand washing facilities for staff within the Unit should be readily available. Hand hygiene sinks should be located to prevent water from splashing into the treatment area. Fourth, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for Renal Dialysis Unit is all about providing a safer environment for patients and staff. Implications: The results of this paper can be the basic data for the design of the Renal Dialysis Units and relevant regulations.

혼합냉매의 환상 유동 증발열전달 해석 (Analysis of Convective Boiling Heat Transfer for Refrigerant Mixtures in Annular Horizontal Flow)

  • An analysis of convective boiling heat transfer for refrigerant mixtures is performed for an annular flow to investigate the degradation of the heat transfer rate. Annular flow is selected in this study because a great portion of the evaporator in the refrigeration and air conditioning system is known to be in the annular flow regime. Mass transfer effect due to composition difference between liquid and vapor is included in this analysis, which is considered to be one of driving forces for the mass transfer at the interface. Due to the concentration gradient at the interface the mass transfer is interfered, so is the evaporative heat transfer at the interface. The mass transfer resistance makes the interface temperature slightly higher and, as a result, the heat transfer coefficients decrease compared with those without mass transfer effects. The degradatioin of the heat transfer rate reaches its maximum at a certain composition. The composition difference between vapor core and vapor at the interface has a direct effect on the temperature difference between the vapor core and the interface and the degradation of the heat transfer rate. Correction factor $C_{F}$ for the mixture effects is added to the correlation for pure substances and the flow boiling heat transfer coefficients can be calculated using the modified equation.n.

스크롤 압축기 해석 모델 개발 및 검증 (Development and Validation of Simulation Model for A Scroll Compressor)

  • 압축기는 다양한 유체기계에 널리 사용되고 있으며, 특히 압축기의 성능은 냉동공조 시스템의 성능계수에 직접적인 영향을 미치므로 압축기의 효율을 높이기 위한 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 용도에 맞게 다양한 종류의 압축기가 개발되었고, 그 중 스크롤 압축기는 그 크기에 비하여 압축 성능이 우수하여 여러 분야에서 선호하는 압축기이다. 스크롤 압축기의 개발을 위하여 실험적인 연구는 많이 수행되어 온 반면, 개발 목적에 맞게 압축기를 해석할 수 있는 모델은 많지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스크롤 압축기를 기하학적으로 모델링하여 해석할 수 있는 모델을 1-D 상용 프로그램인 AMESim을 이용하여 개발하였으며, 실험 데이터를 이용하여 모델의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 추후 스크롤 압축기를 개발하는 과정에서 압축기의 성능을 예상하고 최적화 할 수 있는 방법을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

이성분 나노유체($NH_3/H_2O$+나노입자)의 흡수성능 촉진실험 (Experimental of Absorption Performance Enhancement for Binary Nanofluids($NH_3/H_2O$ + Nano Particles))

  • The objectives of this paper are to examine the effect of nano-particles on the pool type absorption heat transfer enhancement and to find the optimal conditions to design a highly effective compact absorber for $NH_3/H_2O$ absorption system. The effect of $Al_2O_3$ and CNT particles on the absorption performance is studied experimentally. The experimental ranges of the key parameters are 20% of $NH_3$ concentration, $0{\sim}0.08%$ (volume fraction) of CNT particles, and $0{\sim}0.06%$ (volume fraction) of $Al_2O_3$ nano-particles. For the $NH_3/H_2O$ nanofluids, the heat transfer rate and absorption rate with 0.02 vol% $Al_2O_3$ nano-particles were found to be 28.9% and 17.8% higher than those without nano-particles, respectively. It is recommended that the concentration of 0.02 vol% of $Al_2O_3$ nano-particles be the best candidate for $NH_3/H_2O$ absorption performance enhancement.

멀티버너 보일러용 열교환기 모듈 특성 시험 - 부하별 특성 결과 - (Experimental Study on Thermal Characteristics of Heat Exchanger Modules for Multi Burner Boiler - Part Load Test Results -)

  • We develop heat exchanger modules for a multi-burner boiler. The heat exchanger module is kind of a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). This heat recovery system has 4 heat exchanger modules. The 1st module consists of 27 bare tubes due to high temperature exhaust gas and the others consist of 27 finned tubes. The maximum steam pressure of each module is 10 bar and tested steam pressure is 4 bar. In order to test these heat exchanger modules, we make a 0.5t/h flue tube boiler (LNG, $40\;Nm^3/h$). The test results of 100% boiler load show that heat transfer rate of 1st module is 49.7 Mcal/h which is 34% of total heat transfer rate and that of 2nd module is 82.6 Mcal/h which is 57% of total heat transfer rate. The reason of higher the heat transfer rate of 2nd module than that of 1st module is that the 2nd heat exchanger module has finned tubes instead of bare tube. The boiler load 50% results show that only 2 heat exchanger modules are needed to extract the heat from the flue gas to water. From this result, it is very important of optimum design of the first finned tube among all water tubes.

초, 중.고등학교 급식소와의 비교를 통한 대학 급식소의 GMP 시설 구비 및 SSOP 수행도 조사 (Compliance with GMP and SSOP in College Foodservices by Comparison of Elementary and Middle & High School Foodservices)

  • A total of 262 dietitians (in 97 college foodservices nationwide, 86 elementary school foodservices, and 79 middle & high school foodservices in the Changwon area) were given a survey questionnaire composed of 18 GMP and 29 SSOP items from May to July, 2011. As a whole, total usage level of GMP facilities (3.65/5 points) and total management level of SSOP (3.86) in college foodservices showed no significant differences compared to those in elementary school foodservices (GMP 3.74, SSOP 4.02) and middle & high school foodservices (GMP 3.75, SSOP 3.95). However, the results of this study suggest that seven items of the GMP facilities and five items of the SSOP should be improved for the development of the HACCP facility model in college foodservices. Those items that showed considerably lower points in GMP were as follows: 'Drain pipes from sinks of the cooking area are connected directly to the drain (3.74)' (P<0.001), 'The grease trap is installed outside the cooking area equipped with an oil separator (3.24)' (P<0.01), 'Entrance and the cooking area are adequately equipped with hand-washing and shoe disinfecting facilities (3.61)' (P<0.001), 'Cooking area, food storage, and dining area are adequately equipped with insect and rodent repellents (3.72)' (P<0.001), 'Cooking areas are equipped with air-conditioning/heating system and ventilation facility for maintenance of temperature and humidity (3.35)' (P<0.05), and 'Toilets for cooking staff only are provided; the its doorways are not directly accessible from the cooking area (3.25)' (P<0.01).

증발식 다중효용 담수기에서 열교환기 튜브 배열 및 형상에 따른 액막 유동에 관한 수치해석 (Numerical Study of Liquid Film Flow on Heat Exchanger Tube Arrangement and Configuration of Multi Effect Distillation)

  • This study was performed numerical analysis in order to analyze liquid film flow of heat exchanger tube arrangement and configuration of evaporative multi effect distillation system using medium-temperature. Simulation was accomplished the two-dimensional calculations using commercial analyses program FLUENT based on the FVM(finite volume method). Fresh water generator of this study used Shell & Tubes heat exchanger with Cu_Ni tube, configuration of tube used bare tube and corrugated tube, and arrangement of tube used in-line array and staggered array. Performance of heat exchanger through the formation of liquid film was compared and analyzed. Liquid film flow occurred that falling on heat exchanger tube wall. Result of simulation showed that liquid film thickness of in-line arrangement was found 0.57mm with bare tube and 0.67mm with corrugated tube, respectively. And liquid film thickness of staggered arrangement was found 0.39mm with bare tubes and 0.62mm with corrugated tubes, respectively. Liquid film thickness of corrugated tube showed thicker than bare tube, but heat transfer rates of corrugated tube showed higher than bare tube. The reason was considered that surface area of corrugated tube was wider than bare tube. And liquid film thickness of staggered arrangement showed thinner than in-line arrangement, so thermal performance of staggered arrangement showed higher than in-line arrangement.

국내 여객선 승객의 선박안전 의식조사 (Koreans' consciousness survey on the onboard safety of domestic passenger ship)

  • 국내외 여객선, 크루즈선의 이용자는 매년 빠르게 증가하고, 플로팅건축물 등 새로운 해상주거활동공간의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 지난 10년간 매년 평균 15건 이상의 선박사고가 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지도 여객선 승선객의 재난대응능력과 안전의식에 관한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문은 국내 여객선 이용자의 안전의식을 분석하고 문제점을 파악하며, 또한 국내 기준에 맞는 피난 시뮬레이션의 기초자료가 될 데이터를 확보하기 위해 승선생활에 익숙하지 않은 일반 승선객 394명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 여객선의 안전성에 대한 일반 승선객의 신뢰도는 32.3%로 낮게 나타났다. 선내에서 진행된 안전교육에 대해서는 불과 14.6%만이 인지하였다고 응답하였고, 배의 피난경로 확인(42.2%)과 구명정 위치 확인(40.9%) 비율도 높지 않게 나타났다. 안전한 피난 기준은 73.3%가 선내 구조에 익숙한 승조원의 지시에 따라 피난활동을 하겠다고 응답하였다.
