FEM을 이용한 음향신호의 전달특성에 관한 연구 (Investigation on propagation characteristics of AE signal with FEM)

  • This paper describes the simulation study. conducted on the propagation characteristics of AE signal. In the case of gas insulation, such as $SF_6$, the equipment is less affected by the environment condition than air insulation, because the component parts of equipment were placed in the enclosure, which is filled with compressed gas. But. when the breakdown in the electric insulation occurs. it takes much time and economical efforts to repair. Therefore it is very important to diagnose the equipment before the accident. And. in general. UHF and AE signal is the most common transducer to diagnose the state of the power equipment, so, in this investigation, we make a experimental apparatus with aluminum plate and transient analysis with ANSYS to observe the propagation characteristics of AE signal. Through the result of the analysis. we can make a further understanding on the propagation characteristics of AE signal, and get the fundamental skills for the GIS diagnosis.

  • [ $Si_3N_4$ ] thin film is the good material to fabricate the capacitors at MMIC processes. Normally, $Si_3N_4$ thin films is used to dielectric in the MIM capacitor and film thickness is $2000\;{\AA}$. Insulator(or dielectric) was deposited by PECVD at our MIM structure with air bridge which connect between top metal and contact pad. We optimized PECVD process to fabricate the good capacitors which can be applied at the true MMIC. The thickness of our $Si_3N_4$ thin films was $1000\;{\AA}$ shallower than $2000\;{\AA}$, and their breakdown voltages were above 70V.

레이저 충격파 클리닝에서 발생되는 유동장의 실험적 해석 (Experimental analysis of flow field for laser shock wave cleaning)

  • The dynamics of laser-induced plasma/shock wave and the interaction with a surface in the laser shock cleaning process are analyzed by optical diagnostics. Shock wave is generated by a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in air or with N$_2$, Ar, and He injection into the focal spot. The shock speed is measured by monitoring the photoacoustic probe-beam deflection signal under different conditions. In addition, nanosecond time-resolved images of shock wave propagation and interaction with the substrate are obtained by the laser-flash shadowgraphy. The results reveal the effect of various operation parameters of the laser shock cleaning process on shock wave intensity, energy-conversion efficiency, and flow characteristics. Discussions are made on the cleaning mechanisms based on the experimental observations.

리니어 타입 크로스 롤러 가이드 공압 액추에이터의 신뢰성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability Analysis for a Linear Type Pneumatic Actuator with Cross Roller Guide)

  • This research presents the performance analysis of the linear type pneumatic actuators that are used in semi-conductor assembly line to transfer some product with high accuracy. To increase positioning and repetitive accuracies, a cross roller guide is implemented inside the pneumatic actuator. The finite element method is used to verify the force against working moments, and reliability analysis is performed to classify the breakdown cases. Also, reliability, failure rate, probability density function, and $B_{10}$ to life are estimated under the boundary of thrust or air leakage conditions. In this study, the failure probabilistic function of the pneumatic actuators is analyzed using Weibull distribution.

  • The electrical property of ultra thin PVA films(several hundreds .angs.-several .mu.m in thickness) formed by sphere bulb blowing technique, has been studied. The electrical conductivity of relatively thick films(>several thousands .angs.) has been very high and enhanced by the exposure either to high humidity of air or $NH_3$, which can be explained in terms of the role of ionic transport. The use of PVA films as NH$_{3}$ sensor is also proposed. In ultra thin PVA films less than 1500.angs., two conducting states ; high conducting and low conducting states, are observed. The nonlinear current-voltage characteristics in the low conducting state and the switching between these two states are also confirmed. These properties are discussed in terms of electronic conduction processes. The breakdown strength of the ultra thin PVA film is found to be very high(-30MV/cm), supporting the electron avalanche process in a thick polymer films.

  • The experiments were performed in model conductors under the application of ac and dc high-voltages. The results of an experimental investigation into the flashover characteristics of air dielectric strength in the presence of oil/gas flame are reported. It is demonstrated that flame can reduce by more than half, 80% in maximum the breakdown voltage of a model line. Taking a horizontal model line with a k=0.5, it can be seen from the results that the reduction of flashover levels, in comparison with the no-flame case, are 78.7[%] for h=0[cm], 59.6[%] for h=3[cm], 46.4[%] for h=6[cm], 40.4[%] for h=9[cm] and 23.2[%] for h=12[cm] when ac voltage is applied.

  • Occurring forest fire or burning bushes beneath overhead transmission lines have caused system disturbances in many countries. In this study, various tests in the simulated condition of power lines were conducted so as to investigate the reduction in insulation strength caused by combustion flame. The results of an experimental investigation into the flashover characteristics of air dielectric strength in the presence of oil flame are reported. It is demonstrated that flame can reduce by more than half, 80% in maximum, the breakdown voltage of a model line.

  • $SF_6$ gas has been widely used the gas insulated transmission line, gas insulated transformer and gas insulated substation and Polyester film used as the turn insulation with other material. $SF_6$ gas has been actively studied in domestic and foreign countries. In general, when dielectric surface electric field exceed any electric field strength on air, corona discharge is occurred from the dielectric surface. This paper presents the insulation strength of turn insulation of $SF_6$-PET film studied under application of AC voltage, constitute of the plane to plane with PET Film. The results obtained in experimental are summarized that Partial Discharge Initial Voltage(PDIV) of turn insulation depend on gas pressure, but Breakdown Voltage(BDV) did not depend on gas pressure.

시판 도토리 묵가루의 아밀로그래프 호화 성질 (Amylograph Pasting Properties of Commercial Acorn Flours)

  • Pasting properties of the two commercial products of air-dried sediment of acorn were studied with viscoamylograph. The concentrations used were 7.0~9.5% and heating temperatures were 86.5$^{\circ}C$, 89.5$^{\circ}C$ and 92.5$^{\circ}C$. The viscosity increased as the heating temperature increased at a fixed concentration, but sample A at 8.5% concentration and sample B at 9.5% concentration maintained the constant peak viscosity regardless the heating temperatures. Samples heated to 92.5$^{\circ}C$ showed breakdown at all concentrations. The 15-min height and cold viscosity were negatively correlated with the heating temperature at a constant concentration. There was a 1% difference in concentration to give the same indices of amylogram between two samples.
