Among the many ways to measure the flow of fluid the hot air wind speed sensor is a device for measuring the speed or temperature by heat transfer of a fluid. However, the hot wire wind speed sensor is sensitive to external environmental factors, and has a disadvantage of inaccuracy due to ambient temperature, humidity, and signal noise. In order to compensate for this disadvantage, advanced technology has been introduced by adding temperature compensation circuits, but it is expensive. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the wind speed sensor that does not need temperature compensation. Heated wind speed sensors are very vulnerable to the ambient temperature, which is generated by electronic circuits, even among external environmental factors. in order to improve this, the auxiliary heating element is additionally installed in the heating element to control a constant temperature difference between the auxiliary heating element and the heating element.
Public interest has been increasing the focus on the management of exposure to pollutants and the related health effects. This study reviewed exposure assessment methodologies and addressed future directions. Exposure can be assessed by direct (exposure monitoring) or indirect approaches (exposure modelling). Exposure modelling is a cost-effective tool to assess exposure among individuals, but direct personal monitoring provides more accurate exposure data. There are several population exposure models: stochastic human exposure and dose simulation (SHEDS), air pollutants exposure (APEX), and air pollution exposure distributions within adult urban population in Europe (EXPOLIS). A South Korean population exposure model is needed since the resolution of ambient concentrations and time-activity patterns are country specific. Population exposure models could be useful to find the association between exposure to pollutants and adverse health effects in epidemiologic studies. With the advancement of sensor technology and the internet of things (IoT), exposure assessment could be applied in a real-time surveillance system. In the future, environmental health services will be useful to protect and promote human health from exposure to pollutants.
In our present work, we developed a GMI (giant magnetoimpedance) sensor system to detect magnetic fields in the milli gauss range based on the asymmetric magnetoimpedance (AGMI) effect in Co-based amorphous ribbon with self bias field produced by field-annealing in open air. The system comprises magnetoimpedance sensor probe, signal conditioning circuits, A/D converter, USB controller, notebook computer, and program for measurement and display. Sensor probe was constructed by wire-bonding the cobalt based amorphous ribbon with dimensions $10\;mm\;{\times}\;1\;mm\;{\times}\;20\;{\mu}m$ on a printed circuit board. Negative feedback was used to remove the hysteresis and temperature dependence and to increase the linearity of the system. Sensitivity of the milli gauss meter was 0.3 V/Oe and the magnetic field resolution and environmental noise level were less than 0.01 Oe and 2 mOe, respectively, in an unshielded room.
Presently, all nations think importantly about an industry and environment. While importance of the environmental field is recognized and the natural environment preservation is importantly regarded, importance of the advanced prevention of the natural disaster and disaster are emphasized. By using the small sensor, the Ubiquitous Sensor Network obtains and processes a neighboring information. And the information is provided through the air interface to the other sensor. Presently, the several kinds of disasters and society safety accident increase around the world. In this paper, the intelligent crisis management strategy and the application field which uses the sensor network technology of the IT based so that nations can go on living safely are inquired.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify indoor air quality in various living spaces using sensors that can measure noise, vibration, fine dust, and odor in real time and to propose optimal indoor air quality maintenance management using Internet of Things(IoT). Research design, data and methodology: Using real-time sensors to monitor physical factors and environmental air pollutants that affect the comfort of the residential environment, Noise, Vibration, Atmospheric Pressure, Blue Light, Formaldehyde, Hydrogen Sulfide, Illumination, Temperature, Ozone, PM10, Aldehyde, Amine, LVOCs and TVOCs were measured. It were measured every 1 seconds from 4 offices and 4 stores on a small scale from November 2018 to January 2019. Results: The difference between illuminance and blue light for each measuring point was found to depend on lighting time, and the ratio of blue light in total illumination was 0.358 ~ 0.393. Formaldehyde and hydrogen sulphide were found to be higher than those that temporarily attract people in an indoor office space that is constantly active, requiring office air ventilation. The noise was found to be 50dB higher than the office WHO recommendation noise level of 35 ~ 40dB. The most important factors for indoor environmental quality were temperature> humidity> illumination> blue light in turn. Conclusions: Various factors that determine the comfort of indoor living space can be measured with real-time sensors. Further, it is judged that the use of IoT can help maintain indoor air quality comfortably.

In this paper, we present design and prototyping of a low-cost, integrated multi-functional micro health sensor chip that can be used or embedded in widely consumer devices, such as cell phone and PDA, for monitoring environmental condition including air pressure, temperature and humidity. This research's scope includes basic individual sensor study, architecture for integrating sensors on a chip, fabrication process compatibility and test/evaluation of prototype sensors. The results show that the integrated TPH sensor has good characteristics of ${\pm}\;1\%FS$ of linearity and hysteresis for pressure sensor and temperature sensor and of ${\pm}\;5\%FS$ of linearity and hysteresis But if we use 3rd order approximation for humidity sensor, full scale error becomes much smaller and this will be one of our future study.
The black pollution that was able to include green pollution to appear for the intensity of light by an illumination institution is what after all I cannot ignore, and it may be said that chase thing damage by the isolation action that is white pollution done a long story in this outside a certain range by air quality change, dried present situation is really the environmental disruption by development and a damage phenomenon. If I am replaced in winker and I install a sensor light in the outlet by addition and use the electricity illumination that I installed for a tourist in the cave, it is expected that I can be available all the time that it is possible for electricity reduction more than the present and watches tourist passage plan private business Electric illumination in the cave for the environmental save in the cave because it is possible for more electricity reduction to be particularly off-season than on-season.

Hot-wire anemometers are most commonly used in measuring hood capture velocities due to their accuracy and convenience. But it was questionable that the anemometers being used in the field are accurate enough for the purpose of measurements. To answer this ques tion, a calibration wind tunnel was newly devised and tested. Subsequently, 53 hot-wire anemometers being currently used in the field were tested to evaluate the accuracy of anemometers. The average error was 16.93% while the average errors in the low (0.5~5m/s) and high (5~20m/s) velocity range were 17.40% and 16.45%, respectively. Most of anemometers underestimated the true velocities. It might be due to the contamination of hot-wire, resulting in the slow heat transfer between the sensor and air flow. Astonishingly, 16 of 53 anemometers were out of order due to the malfunctioning of zero adjustment control, power supply, display panel and sensor. It is desirable to calibrate periodically and clean the sensor after using in the dirty environment.
Objectives: Much attention has been paid to indoor air quality. Ventilation within schools is important because of indoor air quality and its effect on health and learning performance. In this study, we evaluated the carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations and ventilation rates in schools. Methods: This study measured the concentration of CO2 in elementary, middle, and high school classrooms over six months. The seasons during the study were summer, fall, and winter. Sensor-based monitoring was used and the basic characteristics of the classroom were investigated. The body surface area of the students was used to calculate the CO2 generation rate, and the air change per hour (ACH) was evaluated using mass balance modeling. Results: The average CO2 concentration measured in most schools exceeded 1000 ppm. The ventilation rates varied from season to season. Compared to the recommended ventilation rate of 4.9 ACH, the roughly 3 ACH calculated in this study indicates that most schools possessed insufficient ventilation. Conclusions: The concentration of CO2 in school classrooms could be an indicator of indoor air quality and can affect students' learning ability. In this study, CO2 concentrations exceeding the standard indicate a lack of ventilation along with problems with indoor air quality. Therefore, appropriate improvements are needed to overcome these problems.
A Mach-Zehnder interferometer using single mode optical fiber was constructed which operates in homodyne detection scheme. Its response to air-borne soun pressure was examined experimentally. A signal stabilizer was developed for maintaining optical fiber interferometer in quadrature condition using a cylindrical piezoelectric stretcher. This maintains the optical fiber sensor at a maximum sensitivity in the presence of the phase drift caused by temperature fluctuation and other types of environmental disturbances.
