친환경농산물에 대한 구매행태 특성분석 -광주광역시 소비자를 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Characteristics of Purchasing Behavior for Environment-friendly Agri-products on Consumers in Gwangju)

  • This study was examined to analyze of the characteristics analysis of purchasing behavior for environment-friendly agri-products on consumers in Gwangju. The 310 subjects formatted questionnaires were analyzed to frequency, percentage, crosstabulation, chi-square test and logistic regression by SPSS WIN 10.0. The main results of this study were as followings (1) It was analyzed that consumers have had the reason to purchase, purchase places, purchase number of times, purchase background, optimum price and purchase item for environment-friendly agri-products. (2) It was tended that consumer showed degree of satisfaction, point to improve and purchase intention continuously for environment-friendly agri-products. (3) It was proved that age, income, medium contact level, cognitive level, valuation basis, producer and the direct deal, the consumer organization's co-op, large-sized discount hoarded goods for purchase places and price reduction for promotion of purchase for environment-friendly agri-products was of the characteristics analysis.

친환경농산물 학교급식에 대한 학부모의 반응 및 친환경농산물 소비확대 의향 분석 (Analyses of the Awareness of Students' Parents on School Meals and their Intention to increase Consumption of Environment-friendly Agri-products)

  • As a result of analysis on situations of environment-friendly school meals, it was obtained that student's parents were interested in food safety and the importance of sanitary supervision. Many parents responded that environment-friendly school meals increased the health and eating habits of their children. The higher and higher educated parents responded that environment-friendly school meals effected on the children's health positively. Also, the higher educated parents responded that environment-friendly school meals effected on the children's eating habits positively. After the environment-friendly school meals, the item increase to purchase was vegetables by 25% of the consumers who purchase environment-friendly agri-products. The second and third increasing items were respectively fruits and rice. When environment-friendly agri-products were consumpted and influenced positively through school meals, the consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products will be increased. The expansion of environment-friendly school lunch program cannot bring the consumption expansion of environment-friendly agri-products immediately. However, when the persistent promotion and student's parents confidence on environment-friendly agri-products were accumulated and experienced positive effects through school meals, it will give a positive effect on the consumption of environment-friendly agr-products.

충주 연습림 식생 조사 (Survey of vegetation in experimental stand of Chungju)

  • 충남대학교 충주 연습림에 자생하고 있는 식생 및 부속시설물에 식재된 수종과 인근에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 초본 및 목본류를 대상으로 각 종을 분류, 조사하여 연습림의 식생에 대한 정보를 수집하였다. 조사결과 파악된 식물종은 60과, 113속, 123종, 12변종, 총 135종류가 서식하고 있었으며, 초본은 49종류, 목본은 86종류, 상록수종은 7종류로 나타났다. 본 연습림의 식물종을 보전함은 물론 더욱 다양한 식물종이 서식하는 건전한 산림을 육성토록 노력해야 할 것이다.

  • The charcoal is known to have gas adsorption capability and is used frequently to mitigate the unpleasant smells from food and clothing. It is also used to treat water to remove dissolved organic and inorganic substances. In this paper, we applied the several different kinds of charcoals to the papers in three different ways to investigate if charcoal application method affects its gas adsorption capability. Wet end addition, making multiply, and coating method were tested. Specific ethylene gas adsorption capabilities were measured. Experimental results shows that manufacturing conditions of the charcoal itself changed its gas adsorption properties. The boxes used for agricultural produces, and the packaging paper for flowers are to be well fitted application for the charcoal added paper. Mulch paper, which needs opacity and air permeability with proper strength properties, is another candidate for the application of charcoal added paper.

한·중 FTA와 한국 농식품의 중국 수출확대 방안 (The Korea·China FTA and the Export Promotion Strategies for Korean Agri-Food to China)

  • The Korea China FTA was signed on June 1 2015. It includes some concessions regarding major export items in the manufacturing sector for the protection of primary industries and preferential tariffs for a number of products produced in the Kaesong Industrial Complex. Primary industries are what the Korean government paid the greatest attention to. Rice was excluded from the negotiations from the get go, and was joined by 548 other food items including pork, apples, pears, beef, chili, garlic etc. These foodstuffs account for about one-third of the agricultural and livestock products that Korea produces, and are not going to be subject to tariff elimination. The results of the study are as follows: Korean government policy is to maintain of agri-food export support system, eliminate of agri-food non-tariff barriers, foster of agri-food export SMEs and expand of investment of foreign agri-food company. Korean firms strategy is to establish of regional marketing strategy, ensure of high quality agri-food and develop of food packaging technologies, establish of agri-food export logistics center and take advantage of the FTA preferential tariff.

지역농산물의 성장 유망 작목의 선정을 위한 연구 - 울산시를 중심으로 - (A Study of Selection of the Growth Potential Agricultural Products in Ulsan City)

  • 본 연구는 울산 지역에서 성장 잠재력이 높은 농작물을 선정하고자 농작물의 재배면적 및 농업생산액에 대한 2000, 2005 및 2007년의 공식통계자료와 행정자료를 사용하여 특화계수분석과 지역성장률시차 분석을 하였다. 재배면적과 농업생산액에 의한 특화계수분석에 따르면, 쌀, 배, 감 등은 모든 분석시점에서 특화작목으로 분류되고 있다. 이들 작목들은 지역 내에서 차지하는 비중이 상대적으로 높아서 중요하기 때문에 지역농업인들의 영농활동지원 차원에서 단기적인 정책에 반영하는 것이 유용할 것이다. 2000~2007년의 농업생산액을 기준으로 한 지역성장률시차분석결과에 의하면, 딸기, 감, 감자, 옥수수, 고구마 등이 성장작목으로, 배가 경쟁우위작목으로 분류되고 있다. 재배면적 기준에서는, 딸기, 감자, 옥수수 등이 성장작목으로, 고구마가 경쟁우위작목으로 분류되었다. 이들 작목은 시장의 선호도와 생산자의 의지를 반영한 전국적인 추세와 지역의 생산 활동을 고려한 시계열 분석이라는 차원에서 지방자치단체는 중장기 농업정책 수립에 활용하는 것이 유익할 것이다.

생활협동조합 매장의 그린마케팅 전략에 대한 소비자회원의 인지도 분석 -한살림천안아산생협 매장을 중심으로- (An Analysison Consumer Member's Awareness to Green Marketing Strategies of a Consumer's Cooperative Shop for Environmentally Friendly Agri-product)

  • The paper analyzed on the level of consumer member's awareness to green marketing strategies (4P's; product, price, place and promotion strategies) of Hansalim specialty shops for environmentally friendly agri-products. For the study, Hansalim-Cheonanasan members had been surveyed. Consumers purchase environmentally friendly agri-products because quality and freshness of those is good. The difference in amount of the average monthly purchase between loyal customers and disloyal customers is about 130,000 won. And customer's awareness is that the first is promotion strategy, the second product strategy, the third place strategy, the last price strategy. The average monthly purchase is related with product strategy in correlations between the 4P's each other. If Hansalim maintains a product strategy, promotes extensively and keeps their product standard, more consumers will purchase Hansalim products because the most important one of effect of green marketing strategies on consumer behavior is products. Hansalim needs to go into action to increase recognition. Some of consumers have misconcepts or don't know about the 4P's well. If Hansalim promotes positively considering interrelationship about 4P's strategies or other strategies, the consumers awareness will be changed more effectively. This study shows that balanced 4P's is better than only one superior strategy because of the correlation amomg green marketing strategies.

신선편이 농식품의 품질제고를 위한 소비자 인식조사 (A Survey on Consumer's Perception of Fresh-cut Agri-food Products for Quality Enhancement)

  • 선편이 농식품의 소비형태를 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 과실 및 채소류의 구입 장소는 대형할인마트가 60.5$\%$로 가장 많으며 연령이 감소할수록 대형할인마트에서의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 과실 및 채소류의 구입 빈도는 직장인보다는 전업주부의 구입 빈도가 높았다. 신선편이 농식품을 구입하게 된 동기는 조리시간 단축, 적정량 구입이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났고, 구입 하지 않은 이유로는 비싼 가격과 신선해 보이지 않기 때문으로 대답하였으나 향후구입 의향에 대해서는68.1$\%$가 긍정적인 대답을 하였다. 신선편이 농식품의 구입 경험은 62$\%$로 식품소비층인 30$\∼$40대, 고학력일수록 더 많이 구입한 것을 알 수 있었다 또한 구입경험이 있는 사람은 편리성, 신선함, 맛, 다양성 등의 긍정적인 반응을 보였으나 구입경험이 없는 사람은 익숙하지 않거나 비싸다고 대답하였다. 신선편이 농식품의 구매 형태는 필요한 양만큼 절단된 형태를 선호하였으며, 신선편이 농식품의 적정가격 수준은 110$\∼$140$\%$를 가장 많이 선택했다. 신선편이 농식품의 고려 요인으로는 신선함, 위생, 외관 등의 순이었고 이들을 개선한다면 지속적으로 구매하겠다고 대답한 사람이 87.7$\%$였다.

대안적 농식품체계로써 신토불이 운동의 재해석 (A Study on the Reinterpreting of Shintoburi Movement as Alternative Agri-food System)

  • The objectives of this study were to compare alternative agri-food system among Korea, Japan, USA and Italy. This study explore the situation and its challenge of alternative agri-food system. Alternative agri-food system is movement against global agri-food system and food multinationalization. Four alternative agri-food system not only have something in common but also have something in difference. We tried to make clear the commons and differences. But many these ideas were useful in someways, but none could be used to explain everything. This study was the touchstone of Korea's alternative agri-food system. We introduced simplistic ideas and compared four alternative agri-food system. This study sparking renewed discussion about Korea's alternative agri-food system, namely, 'The domestic farm products are the best movement'.
